How important is a man's semen for his physical, mental and spiritual well-being?

Well, it depends on what a man wants to do at a given moment.

Very often sportsmen are told not to actually lose the semen the day before an important game that would need that kind of physical involvement.

Why? Because the body loses a certain kind of energetic strength if the semen is lost.

If a man retains the semen, he can, if he's interested in doing that, actually transmute it, and...

transmutation is not just a word, in this context it's an actual material-physical experience he can have, within his body, where the energy that that semen contains, the Shakti that it contains is...

extracted, and pulled upward, all the way up, all the way up, all the way up, right into the area of the heart, and is poured out as love, as love for the world, as love for... all.

He can let it out in a sexual act and experience the joy of that or, the heightened pleasures of that experience.

He can pull it up and experience a very high degree of mental clarity if he maintains it in the area above the navel, and the area here.

If he maintains it there, it results in a tremendous amount of mental clarity, brought up further up, and expressed here, it results in a very deep empowerment towards a unity consciousness, towards oneness with Source, with the other.

So, the well-being is defined in various ways and depending on what he wants to do or achieve, or experience in this life, he can function differently with the semen.

I remember once being told by a man, that he was able to actually extract the largest amount of energy out of the semen, and move it further up, and actually move into the experiences of trikala drishti, or the ability to to experience timelessness in this moment, the past, and the future in this moment.

He also had a material experience with that semen, where he could experience it coming out through his nose but bereft, and devoid of the energetics of it, however, he was able to identify it as being semen, because it smelt like semen and he was clear about it that he he had had that experience, and had seen it.

So it's very interesting how the the play between the semen itself and its materiality, and its energy... play... the play between those two, between the energy, and the materiality of it, and how as you pull it upward, as you pull the energy upward, as you hold the semen in and pull the energy upward, you can have various kinds of experiences and expand consciousness through that.

This is not something which, you know is not doable, any man can actually do that, if he's interested in doing it, he can do it, he can retain and extract, and pull up the energy, and also go through the various layers, from shadow into illumination, you know, into prakash, into into bright illumination or electrical illumination, or solar illumination... These are different qualities of energetic experience that the man can have in his system, and by the way, not just the man, but the female with her ejaculate as well, both... it's the same principle.
