The apps
A store review is about the app on your device, and it’s usually the first thing people read before they decide to install SozAI.

iPhone and iPad
On an iPhone or iPad the button opens the App Store’s review form for SozAI.
- Open in the Mac App Store
Mac
Find SozAI in the Mac App Store and scroll to Ratings and Reviews. Write a Review is there.
- Rate on Google Play
Android
Open the listing in the Play Store app, or on play.google.com while signed in, and tap Write a review. Google accepts reviews only from people who installed the app.

Each button opens the reviews tab in the Chrome Web Store. Sign in to the store to post.

Before you write
Start with what you used SozAI for: a meeting, a lecture, an interview, a voice memo or a YouTube video. Then say what worked and what didn’t. “It mixed up two speakers on a phone call” tells the next reader more than the stars.
Low ratings are welcome. We offer nothing for a review, not even free minutes, and we never ask anyone to change one. We read every review and reply where the platform allows it.
If something is broken, you can also write to [email protected], and we usually reply within a working day. Writing to us doesn’t replace a review.
Reviews we quote
When reviews appear on these platforms, we’ll quote them here with the reviewer’s name as the platform shows it, the date, the rating, the product and a link to the original. Low ratings included.
We don’t edit the text beyond trimming, and every cut is marked with an ellipsis. Nothing written by us or by anyone we pay will appear here as a review.
