Vastflow respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the people who use SozAI to do the same. This page explains what is published on sozai.app, how to ask us to remove material, and how to contest a removal.

1. What is published on this site

Pages under /transcript/ are user-generated. A visitor submits a link to a publicly available video, and our service produces a text transcript of the spoken words in it. Vastflow does not select, review, or endorse the material submitted this way, and does not host the underlying video, audio, or imagery — only the resulting text and metadata supplied by the source platform.

Because these pages are created automatically at a visitor’s request, we rely on rights holders to tell us when something should not be there. We act on every properly submitted report.

2. How to report infringing material

Send your notice to [email protected] with the subject line DMCA Notice.

To let us act quickly, please include all of the following:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of a person authorised to act on their behalf.
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
The exact URL of each page on sozai.app you are asking us to remove, and identification of the material on that page that you claim is infringing. A domain name or a search result alone is not enough for us to locate the material.
Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

We aim to acknowledge every notice within 2 business days and to remove or disable access to material we find to be properly identified within 5 business days of receiving a complete notice. We will make a reasonable effort to notify the person who submitted the material.

3. Before you send a notice

Two points that resolve most reports we receive faster than a formal notice would:

Transcripts are text only. A page on this site contains no video, no audio, and no photographs. If your concern is about images or video published elsewhere, that material is not hosted here and a notice to us cannot remove it.
If a page merely mentions you or your work and you would prefer it not to be listed, you do not need a copyright claim. Write to [email protected] with the URL and tell us what the problem is. We remove pages on request from the people they concern, without requiring any legal process.

4. Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] containing:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and to accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.

We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice, unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed an action seeking a court order.

5. Repeat infringers

We keep a record of notices we receive. Accounts, devices, and network addresses associated with repeated infringement are blocked from submitting further material, and content associated with them may be removed in bulk.

6. Misuse of this process

Submitting a notice that knowingly misrepresents material as infringing carries liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). We review notices before acting on them and may decline ones that are plainly outside the scope of copyright.
