[Music] [Music] We at Ben & Jerry's are extremely fortunate that we have a very unique culture. It's a culture that marries high passion and purpose for making an impact in society with a dose of practical creativity and a large dose of unreasonableness. No reasonable person has ever changed the world, so I think that's a huge bonus for our company. You know, when I came here, I was a little skeptical. I was like, isn't it going to be real? Is it going to be really true? And Greyston was one of those moments where I just thought, yeah, wow, because the commitment, the perseverance, that, yeah, you know, the share will that has gone into making that a successful, scalable, global now partnership, you know, it's just incredible. It's, it was, it's not, it's never gone just seeing one individual, one person turned their life around. They turned it around. We didn't turn it around for them; they turned their life around. But how powerful that is. And when you then multiply that out, but just keeping that one person in mind, that's impressive. And this is just a perseverance, a commitment to the mission and their willingness to fail, fail, fail, fail, and then nail it and then scale it. It's just, it blows my mind when I think about it. Now, these were people that were willing to think what nobody else was thinking. We're willing to break those norms and those rules, and that was on both sides, both of Greyston and the Ben & Jerry's side. You know, Buddhists were not supposed to engage in social practical things. What are you doing? And business people weren't supposed to engage in social issues. So these were two people who were breaking the rules on both sides and coming together, and that's an incredible thought and an incredible inspiration for us today as we seek to recreate those conditions with the same perseverance and the same unreasonable attitude of, we will make it work. What's so amazing about moving from a physical place like the bakery and a finite number of workers and family to the center for open hiring is the scaling impact that we can have. And by not worrying about physically controlling everything, not worrying about who's doing it, we can teach the teacher, and we can impact millions of people. [Music]
