Apple and brown sugar habanero party ribs. First thing we're going to do is cut these babies into individual ribs. Season them up with Texas pepper jelly rib rub. Go ahead and season them generously. Get our smoker lit with some hickory wood chunks. Place our ribs on there. Thirty minutes in, we're going to start spritzing with some beef tallow all the way for about three hours. Remove it. We're going to place them in an aluminum pan. We're going to add some butter, some more of that rib rub, brown sugar, honey, and then the apple and brown sugar habanero rib candy. Place it with the foil on it on the smoker for about one hour. Remove the foil and then let it roll for another 20 minutes to set. And just take a look at these babies. They're absolutely money. These are perfect.
