I never ever thought about it. I didn't even know the word non-duality. I didn't even know that term, that concept. I didn't know. [clears throat] Yeah.

Um, but of course I was and am awake to totality, to oneness, or no separation, or no duality anywhere between anything, anywhere. All this is just that.
Speaker A
You know, and also the relative play that we live is no different from formless presence and the void from which it all comes, that there is no separation between all levels of experience and beyond experience, that

there is no separation anywhere. Right? And for me, the journey came more through tantra.
Speaker A
I was very, um, awake to this oneness, to this godliness from a very early age. I didn't even, I just thought everybody was experiencing this, like, yeah,

uh, this blissful ecstasy feeling or experience of not being separate to anything. And, you know, it was in the early days through actually through sexuality that I came to know God.
Speaker A
You know, when I say God, I mean that which is before creation and in all of creation. That which is giving life to all things. That which is beyond all forms and within the form, and there's no separation to that

anywhere. Let's call that God for a moment. So, I came to know that through sexuality.
Speaker A
Right? And I didn't know anything about awakening or anything. I just knew that I was kind of, in a way, addicted to that space until later on in my journey realizing that I am that.
Speaker A
Yeah? And so, when I started facilitating others into direct recognition of what that is as one, oneself, I came from that, and then I heard that it was called this or that or whatever.
Speaker A
But it wasn't for many years that this term non-duality, until I came to England and heard about these non-duality meetings happening,

which was, you know, because I was in India and my way came through what was called satsang.
Speaker A
Right? So, now I noticed that I get referred to as a non-duality teacher,

which is okay. I don't mind. You know, I don't mind because yes, that fits in.
Speaker A
But, hmm. I'm also very aware what a box that is. That, you know, I met some people in a restaurant on the weekend and one guy said to me, I used to be into non-duality.
Speaker A
But then I realized it wasn't inspiring, so I moved on. And I was just like, what? Like, first of all, why is he telling me that?
Speaker A
What have I got to do with it? Yeah. And the illusion within that,
Speaker A
the misunderstanding within that. Because where I look from, there's no moving beyond non-duality because that's all there is.
Speaker A
That's all there is. There's no duality anywhere. Yeah, so I think what he was trying to say was that he moved beyond the concept.
Speaker A
And the concept is nothing to do with me. Right? So, um, yeah, I just felt to say a few words around that because, um, you know, we create these concepts.
Speaker A
And then it's this and it's not that and it looks a certain way. It speaks, it says a certain language and there's nobody here and there's nothing to do and there's no do do do do do do. All

those concepts, conceptual pointers, they're pointers. Right? Um, and then people who've been following non-duality, which, you know, [laughter] is a joke in itself,

um, then think that they've now outgrown it and they're moving on. But what non-duality actually points to, what non-duality points to, is totality.

Yeah, so while we may, we all are moving on, we're all hopefully evolving, growing, and shapeshifting, you know, and I feel for myself like I'm not in any box. Yes, I got the label spiritual teacher facilitating recognition for people and

how that integrates into the living of it. I've got the label spiritual teacher, but that's not who I am.

Right? And that doesn't need to look like anything. I am simply an expression of totality.
Speaker A
And that can keep on changing. And it is. Yeah, so I'm not going to be limited by any label or any box.

And so if you like my content and if you follow my content, you know, don't, don't kind of hold me to any kind of, don't put, don't try to put me in a box 'cause I'll get [sighs and laughter]

I'll get right out of it as fast as, you know, I will. I will blow any idea of how I'm supposed to be, what I'm supposed to fit into, what I'm supposed to... And it's very much, um,

I see also, like on social media, I see, um, sometimes I see comments of people on certain posts. I just like see this thing. It actually was something on Sad Girl who had made a post about Nepal,

and I looked at the comment thread and people are saying if he was this or if he was that, he wouldn't be having feelings about the loss of all these people, he wouldn't feel emotions, he wouldn't be crying, then he's not

real, then he's not what he says he is. And that, oh my God. You know, it is quite, um, shocking how people are in this grand illusion of creating boxes and then giving meanings and then saying if people don't
Speaker A
fit those meanings and those boxes, they're not who they say they are. It's such nonsense.
