Advanced Tips – Get the Stiffest with The Phoenix — Transcript

Right? So what I mean by that is you want to support it from the back, push up from the back while you do it. If you're doing it from the side, you want to push from the side while you do it.

Now, another piece to this is we know that we get better outcomes with our patients and with home shock wave or acoustic wave therapy, if you have an erection or a semi-erection during treatment.

So this is why it's important to do number two. My number two tip is to make sure you're taking a good nitric oxide booster.

So below, I'm going to put some links to my two top favorite nitric oxide boosters that all of my patients use and that I kind of recommend, um, because nitric oxide is kind of what the Cialis is and the Viagras work on, not kind of, that's what they do.

So what we want to do is we want to help your body make more nitric oxide, and we can do that with L-citrulline, L-arginine, and beetroot extract.

So those three can work together to allow your body to make the right amount of nitric oxide so that your blood vessels can expand and so that you can have better results.

So you want to almost, yes, almost masturbate until you get to the point where you have a little, little bit of it hard on.

It doesn't have to be super erect, do the best you can.

If you have a pump, you can actually pump beforehand if you can't get an erection by yourself.

And then once you get semi-erect, that's when you want to hit it with your Phoenix.

Okay, so step two, tip two is to get semi-erect.
