So, we're doing pretty well there. But in the summertime, what we are best known for is we have the best wildfires on the entire planet. Which got me thinking, is this building even fireproof? And what other natural disasters might I be subject to?

As far as durability of the building, we're not in a tornado zone here, but kind of wind speeds could this theoretically take? Maybe somebody that's building this in Oklahoma or something.

>> Um, in this area, the one that's always talked about with Geotech that we work with, something that they include is our Cascadia subduction event. You know, an earthquake.
