I made the world's longest roller coaster in Minecraft!
Watch how Nooba creates the world's longest Minecraft roller coaster, spanning over 200 miles with unique sections and record-breaking features.
Key Takeaways
- Large-scale Minecraft projects can be efficiently built using tools like WorldEdit.
- Breaking down complex builds into smaller, connectable sections simplifies construction.
- Creative design can include record-breaking and unique features to enhance interest.
- Massive builds can exceed game render distances, pushing technical limits.
- Such projects require significant planning and time investment to complete or experience.
What the video covers
- Nooba built the world's longest roller coaster in Minecraft, over 200 miles long with more than 350,000 rails.
- The coaster is divided into various sections: windy, jump, straight, and world record-breaking parts.
- Unique features include the tallest drop and the world's biggest loop-de-loop.
- Each section is designed with relative in and out points to connect seamlessly.
- Nooba used WorldEdit to copy and combine smaller sections into mega sections.
- The coaster extends beyond the player's render distance due to its massive size.
- Riding the entire coaster would take over 20 hours to complete.
- The project showcases creative use of Minecraft building tools and large-scale design.
- Nooba emphasizes the complexity and scale without building everything by hand.
- The video ends with a humorous plea for help after presenting the massive build.

It is literally over 200 miles long and has over 350,000 rails to ride.
Speaker A
But obviously, I didn't build the entire thing by hand, so how did I make it?
Speaker A
Well, I started with breaking it down into sections.
Speaker A
I made windy sections, jump sections, straight sections, and even some world record sections.
Speaker A
Like the tallest drop and the world's biggest loop-de-loop.
Speaker A
Don't ask how I figured that out.
Speaker A
But to make it the world's longest, I made sure that each section has a relative in and out point that connect into each other.
Speaker A
Then I used WorldEdit to copy the smaller sections into even bigger sections, and those even bigger sections into even bigger sections, and those sections into absolute mega sections.
Speaker A
Until it literally took up my entire render distance and more.
Speaker A
If you were to actually ride all of it, it would take you over 20 hours to finish.
Speaker A
Have fun!
Speaker B
Ah, help!
