Welcome or welcome back to my I Tried It series, where I try outside hustles found here on YouTube to see whether or not they actually work and whether you can make a little bit of extra money from them. Now, today I have an update on my Pinterest affiliate marketing that I started roughly three months ago. Whenever I first started this, I really didn't think that it would be successful, but I am happy to report that I have been able to produce an income from the Pinterest affiliate marketing.

Today, I want to dive into the behind the scenes of exactly what I do. I want to walk you all through it step by step so that you can also start producing an income from it. In my second video, I told you guys about how I started a blog, and on my blog, I use a tool called SEO Writing.ai in order to create blog posts in order to put my affiliate links inside.

I created this entire blog right here that includes pictures, videos, products, all types of things directly into the blog post. It creates a beautiful, organized blog post with one click, and then I was able to schedule it directly onto my blog. Now, before we get into all of the steps and how to do everything, first things first, I want to discuss my earnings.

But that should not worry you. You can immediately sign up with a new account within five minutes. It's going to be opened with a new account.

You can see total items shipped one, total earnings so far from this one purchase is 51 cents, total ordered items one, clicks 68 clicks, and the conversion is 1.47%. So this is from the last two weeks since I've opened up my new Amazon account.

Now, additional income did come from this one pin right here on my Pinterest board that talks about SoFi being the best bank. So far, from that specific pin, I have gotten three referral signups with SoFi equaling $225. So altogether, I've earned roughly $228 from doing my Pinterest affiliate marketing.

Step one is going to be creating a blog or website. Now, the reason that this step should be number one is because when you open a Pinterest business account, it is going to ask you for a website. I personally use WordPress for my blog because it integrates perfectly with the tool that I use for my blog posts, which is SEO Writing.ai. So the integration is very beautiful with those two platforms, and that's why I use WordPress. But if you choose another website, do not worry. Just know that in step number one, choose your website, get started, and let's go ahead and move into step number two.

Step number two is going to be creating a free account with SEO Writing.ai. So in order to get signed up with SEO Writing.ai, you'll just go to their website homepage, select sign up right here, input your name, email address, and create a password. Notice that it says right here, start creating for free, no credit card required, exactly like I said. So you don't have to input a credit card in order to get started with this platform.

Now, really quickly, before moving on into creating your blog post, which I'm going to walk you through, go ahead and sign up with the Amazon Associates account. It is very fast and easy. It takes about five minutes. Follow this link right here at the bottom of the screen or down in the description box down below. You're going to want to have that Amazon Associates account before getting started with your blog.

Okay, now what I'm going to do is go in and create an entire blog post step by step for you all to see and then post it to my website and blog for you all to see. Once you've signed in to SEO Writing.ai and you're signed into your account, this is what the homepage looks like. I want you to note up here on the left that says OneClick Blog Post, and then on the right it says Bulk Article Generation.

I am going to take a couple of minutes and show you both the Bulk Article Generation and the OneClick Blog Post. Let's go ahead and start with the OneClick Blog Post right here at the top where it says Main Keyword. This is where you're going to want to input your keyword of what you want your blog post to be about. Keep in mind this is SEO optimized, which is really beneficial, so this is going to optimize based on SEO keyword.

you want to do it and get an idea of the things that it is suggesting get an idea of the things that you could ad that would be relevant for your blog so for example embracing holistic Wellness involves nurturing spiritual growth

prioritizing mental health and taking care of physical health in this type of blog post you can add affiliate links that are concerning physical health workout gear water bottles you know or you for spiritual growth you can add in

meditative journals meditative books are things that you personally use for these specific topics so right here at the beginning of the blog I'm going to add add in something that's pertaining to a mental health and spiritual health Journal so on my Amazon account I'm

going to go in on Amazon and I'm going to search something to this nature so I'm going to input meditative journal for mental health and here it's bringing up a lot of different journals you can choose the one that you feel is most

relevant that you like the best and once you're into the product over here on the left where it says get link text right there is your short link you're going to want to use just go ahead and copy

it go back to your blog post and you're going to put something like this click here to purchase a 365 days Soul Therapy Journal on Amazon go ahead and make that bold whichever website you're using make it bold and then you should have a

little button where it says insert link once it's highlighted so then there you're going to just paste your affiliate link and voila you're going to go throughout your whole article you're going to add in affiliate things that you feel are relevant to your article

and then you're going to select save after that you can go ahead and publish it onto your website now I am going to say that at first this did take me some time to learn but after doing it just a

few times you're going to get the hang of it and it's the speed of it is going to go by quickly now that you have your blog post created your going to need to open up a Pinterest business account go

to pinterest.com up here on the right where it says business go ahead and click into business and it's going to open up the Pinterest business and you're just going to select sign up up here on the right this step should take you no longer than

5 to 10 minutes to get your Pinterest business account set up next step is going to be creating an account with canva because canva is what you're going to create the photo for your Pinterest pens canva does have a free account

creation of the canva account should only take 5 minutes max now there's only two steps left in the process and that is creating your Pinterest pin photo in Cana and then creating your Pinterest pen off screen I went in and I went

ahead and added in some affiliate links and photos into that blog post and I made it live so from this point what you're going to want to do is go into canva and get that Pinterest pen create it make it attractive and then we're

going to go in and actually post it which is the last step on Pinterest so here on canva up here I've put input Pinterest pin and it's going to give you all of those different ideas you can scroll through and you can choose the

vibe that you're looking for for me I'm just going to choose this one and then select customize this template what you're going to do is just go in and edit things for them to be exactly how you want them I'm going to go in and

edit this that says if you want to make it a little bit smaller like with your letters you can by going up here on the left and just making a little bit smaller and I actually really like the

picture that they have but in order to change it you can by just going up here where it says says elements and I'm going to select neutral person meditating so that the post can be like neutral and I'm going to select a

picture to replace it so it's not just the same old thing that maybe somebody else used it is customized to exactly what I want to use once you're done in Cana creating your PIN you're just going to select share and download it to your

computer and then here is the last step and that is going into Pinterest and creating that Pinterest pen so over here on the left once you're in your Pinterest business account select the Pinterest and under create organic create pen now right here is where

you're going to upload that photo that you just had add your title which is going to be 2024 guide for your link want to go ahead and input the link that is from your blog post okay for the

description I'm going to go back to my blog post and I'm going to go to the first section and just copy that and input that into the description you can create a new board or choose one that you already have created if you're just

starting you're going to want to go ahead and create boards then publish now if you want to go in and check out my Pinterest I'm going to have it linked down below you can look at my pins that

I've done thus far and you can look at the one that I just created with you all now what I want to do is briefly go over my Pinterest analytics if you're still here at this point in the video you are

a month ago I posted this you can see I don't upload that many times if you scroll down to these older ones 42,000 46,000 41,000 so they are showing my pins for being a fairly new account with not that many pins uploaded it's showing

my pins people are pinning my pins a lot of people are clicking which means that the Pinterest pin I'm creating on canva is doing well and people are buying things from my Pinterest board okay that is that for today's video If you find
