AI tools have been absolutely exploding over the past few years, with just about anything and everything being introduced, from completely pre-planning your day, creating your very own AI avatar, making entire videos for you with just a few clicks, completely writing properly cited articles for you, creating professional brands and logos with just the use of AI, or creating an entire website for you in just five minutes. All of these things are available with the power of AI, and in this video, I want to talk about five of the best AI productivity tools that can help save you time and money. All of these are also tools which I have personally used.

Okay, diving into the very first tool. In order for a tool to be deemed helpful and productive, it actually needs to help save you time. One of the problems that can arise whenever you are creating videos or you are a business owner and you want to create marketing material for your business is actually shooting that video footage over and over in order to get the correct, proper footage. After you shoot the footage, you have to go in and edit it. This is where my very first productivity tool is going to come into play, and this productivity tool is called Verbo by Wondershare.

Now, Remini is especially good for content creators or influencers or to help boost your business profile. So Remini works by enhancing the quality of photos using AI, along with enhancing video quality as well. Remini is a little bit pricey; however, it's totally worth it. It can enhance the quality of old photos that are a little grainy or blurry. It can also just enhance it altogether to give you a nice, clear, professional, and polished look on, let's say, something like a business profile like LinkedIn or Indeed or even a resume. This one may not save you money, but it is going to definitely save you time if you're one that is working on your photos or if you're working with YouTube thumbnails or you want to help people increase the quality of their YouTube thumbnails or you want to start a small business, things like that. It's a little pricey, but it's definitely worth it if you're in this specific business.

They're both large language models and AI tools with similar strengths and tasks such as content generation; however, they excel in different areas. So Claude 3 boasts a larger context window. So, in other words, this AI chatbot understands complex or lengthy information much better than ChatGPT. For me, what I personally use it for is to organize things on my YouTube business, so to organize things like my sponsorships on my channel. I also like to use it to organize my video production ideas. I can go in, ask Claude to organize my month on how many videos I want to produce, the topics of the videos that I want to produce, and then input my sponsorships that I have coming up and how they would incorporate well into what video. It's really like a little assistant that I use for me for free.

On Canva, I create almost every single thing that I use, from video templates to thumbnails to product templates in my Etsy shop to mockup templates to Pinterest pins for my affiliate marketing and even business cards. Canva can create everything. Also, my budget trackers that I create on a month-to-month basis, I use Canva for those as well. If you're looking to create a small business with digital products, Canva is one of the best tools out there to give you templates of products that you can go in and create from the templates for your own products.
