Speaker A
I'm begging you to ignore your reality. Now, the reason I'm saying this is not because your circumstances do not matter. When it comes to manifestation, we hear that a lot, but it doesn't mean that you should ignore things to the
00:12
Speaker A
point of psychosis, okay? What you're calling reality, I'll put it in quotations, is almost never reality, okay? It is actually a story that your fear-driven, survival-based mind constructed about your current circumstances.
00:29
Speaker A
That story is keeping those circumstances exactly where they are, perpetuating the circumstances that you're trying so much to manifest away, okay? Your physical reality is and always will be a reflection of your habitual inner states of being, your state of consciousness,
00:46
Speaker A
your feeling, okay? Change the story. When you do that, your circumstances have no choice but to follow.
00:54
Speaker A
That reflection will update itself, okay? Reality will reload, per se, to reflect the change in the story you've made mentally and spiritually, inner change.
01:06
Speaker A
Now, you're not pretending that circumstances do not exist, and you're also not forcing fake positivity. That is not sustainable, and that's not good for your mental health in general, okay?
01:16
Speaker A
So, if you ever hear a teacher talking about that, do not listen to them.
01:20
Speaker A
Immediately click away, all right? Come back to my channel. So, what we're doing here is learning to see the reality clearly enough that the fear-driven story loses its grip, okay?
01:30
Speaker A
We're going to look at what is actually true in our circumstances right here, right now, not in the mind, okay? I'll also share a story with you, something that happened early on in my business that changed how I relate to every
01:42
Speaker A
result ever since, okay? So, principle number one, your reality is not your reality. I know it sounds weird, all right? But, you do not experience reality directly. You experience the story that your mind tells about it. Even science has shown
01:58
Speaker A
that we only perceive an extremely limited percentage, I think less than like 3% of what's actually around us based on just what our eyes can see, what are the range of frequencies that our ears can hear. We are not taking it
02:13
Speaker A
all in. We can't see the full story, okay? So, you experience only what your mind is telling you. It's concocting this idea or this story for you to believe about your circumstances. Now, you have to know that the mind is not a neutral
02:27
Speaker A
observer. It's a pattern matching machine, all right? This thing is trained to scan for threats and assign meaning. It's trying to keep you safe.
02:34
Speaker A
It's very sweet what it's doing, but unfortunately, when it comes to manifestation, it gets in the way quite a lot. Even Neville Goddard said, "The mind is nothing more than the interference between you and the infinite power that you are."
02:47
Speaker A
He didn't say it's the best tool. He didn't say use your mind to manifest. He said, "It is the interference between you and the infinite power that you are, okay?" And I found that to be very, very true. For example, if your finances,
02:59
Speaker A
your bank account is not exactly where you want it, the mind sees that as evidence of your worth, your capability, your future, and your safety, all right?
03:08
Speaker A
Money is often tied to survival. It makes sense in this world. But, just because your finances are not where you want them, does not mean that you should let the mind tell you that you're screwed, you're going to end
03:20
Speaker A
up homeless, and you're going to die on the street. The mind will do that, and it's going to make your emotions go crazy because it feels true when it keeps stringing together this story of fear, all right?
03:32
Speaker A
If your relationship is struggling, the mind sees that as proof. You don't get the text back, they ghosted you, they blocked you, etc.
03:39
Speaker A
It's making judgments about you. It's making judgments about them. It's making judgments about whether love is available to you or if you're going to die alone, okay? If your body is not well, the mind sees a story about
03:49
Speaker A
whether you're someone who gets to be healthy, whether that's meant for you, whether your genetics are a problem, or you have a history of some medical problem in your family, and you're doomed.
03:59
Speaker A
The mind is always trying to keep you safe by coming up with problems, trying to solve them when it actually has no solutions at all. All it has is just negative emotion-inducing stories, okay?
04:13
Speaker A
That story is being broadcast as a signal, not just to you, not to just to your conscious mind, but to the universe, source, God, the new the subconscious, whatever you want to call it, every moment that you identify with it,
04:25
Speaker A
okay? Because the universe mirrors your inner state. There's no other way. That's exactly how it works, all right? That's the only way that we can have true free will is that we experience what we are, all right?
04:38
Speaker A
That story then becomes reality over time. That reality then confirms the story, and it becomes a loop, right? It just plays back into itself over and over.
04:47
Speaker A
The story is saying, "I know I'm not enough because of the circumstances." Then the circumstances change to match that and show you your "not enough." And then your mind sees that and says, "I knew it. We're not enough."
04:59
Speaker A
And it keeps on doing it. It's a loop over and over, all right? The way out is not to fight the circumstances, but rather to consciously change the story.
05:08
Speaker A
That means you have to notice when it's going on, all right? Realize when the mind is suggesting it to you, 'cause it's just a suggestion. If you get emotionally activated, that's up to you. Sometimes meditation can help with this. You
05:19
Speaker A
become more aware, become more of an observer of the mind rather than a victim of it, okay?
05:25
Speaker A
That's one of the things I actually teach in my detachment course, by the way. If you want to snag it so you can transform your reality with the most powerful way to manifest, which is detachment, you can check it out at the
05:36
Speaker A
link in the pinned comment or the description. You don't need it. You don't need anything to help you manifest, but it is a very powerful tool, and it's helped so many people already. It would be a shame not to
05:44
Speaker A
share it. It's very, very valuable. So, principle number two. Ask yourself this honestly. Most powerful pattern interrupt that I have ever known or used, I can't remember exactly where I got this from, but I remember it just blowing my mind.
05:58
Speaker A
It might have been Richard Dotts. Honestly, it might have been him because he's so focused on letting go of the mind and it's instrumental in the way that I look at reality creation manifestation, okay?
06:10
Speaker A
When the mind starts latching on and panicking stop. Ask yourself one question honestly and that question is where is the problem right now?
06:22
Speaker A
Not where does the mind say it is. Right here, right now. Where you are watching this video, where is the problem?
06:30
Speaker A
Not saying in your imagination, not in the story about next week or next month.
06:34
Speaker A
Right now, this exact moment, is there actually a problem? 99% of the time the answer is no. For me, I used to when I caught myself panicking, I used to say like, am I dying or going to jail? If the answer
06:46
Speaker A
was no, then I realized, okay, the mind is creating a story and if I'm feeling emotionally charged by it, if I'm feeling bad, if I'm feeling scared, etc., I have to let go of this. I have to realize that it's only in the mind right
06:59
Speaker A
now. Everything is actually okay right now, okay? Right now you're safe. You're breathing. Everything in the immediate moment is fine.
07:09
Speaker A
The problem is not happening now. The mind is running a fear story about something that's not present. Now, it could be coming up. Maybe you're worried about the bill that you have to pay in 3 days, but you don't have it in the bank
07:19
Speaker A
account. But there are infinite ways that your desire can come to you in those 3 days.
07:25
Speaker A
It makes sense. It's rational and reasonable that your mind wants to think about it because it's fearful about it. It's tied to your survival. But the mind does not understand or realize and it cannot comprehend that there are
07:39
Speaker A
infinite ways that that bill can get p
07:50
Speaker A
here. But, when I had a credit card bill to pay, it was going to smack my credit in the face. First time ever I would have missed a payment.
07:57
Speaker A
I didn't think about it anymore. I made a conscious choice that I wasn't going to worry about it and to trust that even though it seemed like there were no options, money can flow in ways that the mind
08:07
Speaker A
cannot predict or comprehend. And I went on a walk, ignored the circumstances, not pretending it wasn't a problem, but just not thinking about it, and I got the money in a miraculous manner, okay? So, it may be coming up, but is it right
08:23
Speaker A
now? Is the problem really right now? When you catch that, you're going to realize that you were responding to a mental projection, not actual reality, okay? Mental projections do not deserve the same emotional weight as actual present circumstances, which
08:37
Speaker A
most of the time are pretty chill. You can always choose to just get more relaxed in this present moment, to feel better in this present moment for no good reason.
08:46
Speaker A
And then reality's going to say, "Oh, you're feeling good." And it's going to give you reason to feel good. You relax, it's going to say, "Oh, they're relaxed.
08:53
Speaker A
Everything must be fine." And then everything turns out fine. Because it's matching your inner state, okay?
08:59
Speaker A
But, if you let those mental projections take over, it's going to match the emotional reaction to that, the way it makes you feel, okay? So, that doesn't mean ignore real problems when they arise. It just means stop letting the
09:12
Speaker A
mind create suffering in the present over things that are not actually happening now. That's what people mean when they say suffering is a choice. It sounds really bad. It sounds hard. I've been through a lot of suffering in my life.
09:24
Speaker A
But, I must look back realizing that many of those times where I felt like this is so bad, I felt like a victim, there actually wasn't a real problem in the present moment. I was letting the mind tell a story convincingly,
09:40
Speaker A
and therefore it convinced me that I was suffering. And that's no fun, okay? So, the better we get at this, it's not easy at first, but you get better and better, and the mind gets a little bit put in its place,
09:51
Speaker A
all right? It gets easier to do this, um and life improves. So, the present moment is almost always fine. The mind's commentary about it usually is not, but it will get better, okay?
10:04
Speaker A
Now, principle number three, the story your mind tells you is not the only story.
10:10
Speaker A
So, when something happens that the mind does not like, it immediately starts building a narrative okay?
10:16
Speaker A
For example, if your stocks are going down, it'll start to think I'm losing everything, right? You're watching the news and everyone's like, "Oh my gosh, bear market, blah blah blah." Or you have a launch that underperformed, and you're like, "Oh my
10:27
Speaker A
god, no one bought it because I'm worthless. I'm not good enough." Or if your body is struggling with something going on, health, fitness, etc. It's like, "Oh my god, something is seriously wrong. I need to be fearful. I need to
10:38
Speaker A
go see the doctor." If you need to see a doctor, do it, all right? This is not medical advice. I'm just giving examples okay?
10:44
Speaker A
Every one of those narratives is a choice. It's not a fact, okay? The stock going down has no inherent meaning.
10:52
Speaker A
The mind is just looking at something that appears in front of you, usually pixels on a screen, and it thinks it knows, all right? It thinks it understands.
11:01
Speaker A
But, instead of going with what the mind thinks it knows, that story it makes up, you can consciously choose a different one, all right? If you could see the full picture, a dip in stocks might be a small correction before a massive
11:14
Speaker A
uptick. That happens, right? Some people panic sell cuz they see it dipping, and then the whole market shoots up, and they're like, "Oh man, I just lost money." Because they didn't know how to go with the story that they
11:27
Speaker A
choose, the one that serves them instead of the one the mind is coming up with based off fear. Okay?
11:34
Speaker A
So, an underperforming launch might be the exact data you needed to refine the offer that becomes your biggest yet.
11:41
Speaker A
It's just data. All right? It's just giving you information. All right? And it can and likely will, if you can choose your story, choose the scenario, the perception of reality that serves you, it will lead to, in some way, somehow,
11:58
Speaker A
your biggest yet. Success. Okay? Even physical struggle might be your body doing exactly what it needs to to get you to a more sustainable state, to get you where you need to go.
12:09
Speaker A
All right? We don't understand exactly how the body works. The cells have it covered. Your body is intelligent. It knows how to heal. It knows how to do what it needs to do, but it's a lot harder when you're letting the mind put you in
12:21
Speaker A
a negative emotional state, which is making the cells respond to that negative state, instead of being able to do their job.
12:30
Speaker A
Okay? The mind has a lot of power over the body. Like, if you close your eyes and relax and get meditative and imagine yourself holding a lemon.
12:39
Speaker A
You cut the lemon in half. You can feel its peel. It's kind of hard. It's got some give if you squeeze it. All right? And then you go ahead and lick that lemon.
12:49
Speaker A
You can smell it. You can taste it. Your mouth will probably start to water if you sit there and imagine it vividly enough. Your mind is influencing your body all the time.
12:58
Speaker A
So, if you're letting your mind create a negative story, a fearful story, about your health, your cells are like, "Oh gosh, I guess it's true." Okay? It really does work like that.
13:09
Speaker A
It really does work like that. I've been through scenarios exactly like that. Okay? So, it's important we recognize it's not really that the circumstances have changed. Okay? They haven't. The story has.
13:22
Speaker A
A different story leads to a different inner state, which leads to different circumstances. That's how it works. All right? It's not just wishful thinking or just being positive, whatever.
13:31
Speaker A
It's actually how reality works. It comes from within out. All right? And so, when we're that on top of it, when we are the watchman at the gate, so to speak, not allowing anything into the feeling nature of the
13:45
Speaker A
subconscious, unless it serves our purpose, our reality has no choice but to get better. But, a lot of people are living unconsciously. They're just letting the mind run the show.
13:56
Speaker A
And the mind is so trained on fear, so trained on negativity and worry, that we don't give reality a chance to reload.
14:04
Speaker A
See that tie in there? Okay. So, this is a personal story, right? Back when I got the first consistent sales in my detachment course, which has become how I make my living, okay?
14:15
Speaker A
So, I had first been getting these sales every single day. I was getting at least one. It was wonderful. I was so happy. I had never had success in my own entrepreneurial endeavor like that. But, the moment a day went by without a sale,
14:26
Speaker A
my mind showed that I was attached, all right? The mind wanted those sales. It needed those sales to feel safe, okay?
14:34
Speaker A
It didn't become It didn't stay just a blessing or a wonderful thing. It was like, "No, I need this." Right? You know, it's kind of like Gollum, right?
14:41
Speaker A
Okay? And so, it's saying, "What is wrong?" It's saying, "Is something broken? Am I making a mistake in my posting, in my marketing?
14:50
Speaker A
Is this going to stop completely and dry up, and I'll never get another sale again?" Right? Nightmare scenarios.
14:55
Speaker A
Then I realized, if I let this pattern run, I'm going to spend my entire life watching numbers instead of living joyfully, peacefully in the present, which is the whole reason I want to do this in the first place. I
15:08
Speaker A
mean, I do this because I want to help the world. This is my chosen way to help the world, and I would do it even if money didn't exist.
15:15
Speaker A
But, because I make money doing this, it would overtake my life. Right? How many people are, you know, if you're working your job or whatever it is and you let it overtake your life, you're thinking about work when you should be
15:29
Speaker A
enjoying your dinner or time with family, etc. That's not the world I want to live in.
15:35
Speaker A
Right? Who does? So, the thing is that more sales for me means more freedom and security. Those things matter.
15:42
Speaker A
But, if I always get caught up in the mind that's obsessing over the daily count of sales, how do I enjoy the freedom that those sales are supposed to create in the first place?
15:51
Speaker A
How's that possible? I'm always caught up in the mind. I'm never living in the present moment.
15:55
Speaker A
Enjoying the circumstances, that's the whole reason why I'm doing the sales, right? To enjoy a wonderful life here in Italy with my wife.
16:03
Speaker A
So, I had to create a reframe. When that happened, instead of worrying about it, fearing about it, I noticed that my mind was trying to do that and I put a different spin on it. I said, "Reality is reloading."
16:15
Speaker A
Okay? It's recalibrating to send more my way. I was thinking reloading like I used to play Call of Duty or Halo or whatever, you know? So, reality's reloading so that it can send more sales my way.
16:25
Speaker A
That's all. It's not something negative, not a problem, not a forced affirmation, but a genuine alternative story that felt more true than the fear narrative.
16:33
Speaker A
Okay? And that worked. It not just emotionally, it kept me emotionally chill instead of freaking out panicking restudying my sales page and everything, but sales followed consistently.
16:44
Speaker A
I may even get more sales the next day. It It was like the average daily sales didn't change even though one 24-hour period went by without one. It was no problem okay?
16:54
Speaker A
So, that's because I stopped giving in to that story that the mind was creating, which was broadcasting the signal of lack, and instead I returned to the signal of trust.
17:04
Speaker A
Trust in the infinite supply, okay? It's not denial, but it's a more accurate interpretation when you understand how reality is created from the inside out.
17:15
Speaker A
Okay? Because denial is tough. Your mind isn't going to give up if you're just trying to pretend, if you're just trying to fake it, put a spin on it, get creative. What perspective can you have that serves you?
17:26
Speaker A
If you could see like a bird's-eye view of all of reality, what we would call the future, you would understand things are going to work out. Have you been in situations where you thought you were doomed and it
17:38
Speaker A
all worked out before? It's always happening. We never know what's going to happen in the moment.
17:43
Speaker A
Choose a perspective that serves you. Choose a story that serves you and your aims and stick to it. Don't let the mind put you through emotional turmoil, mental turmoil, when you could be enjoying the present moment.
17:58
Speaker A
Okay? So, that leads me to principle five here. Stop trying so hard and step into the flow. All right?
18:07
Speaker A
Early in my business, before I was making consistent sales, someone close to me showed me a competitor's paid PDF course.
18:15
Speaker A
Now, this was a course that cost almost as much as mine did, uh my video course, but honestly, it was not very good. I had no real depth and for me, at the level that I'm at, it didn't really have any real value.
18:29
Speaker A
But people were buying it enthusiastically. They were eating it up. I saw, you know, unless if they faked it, I don't know, but a lot of people seem very happy about this not very valuable course that they paid
18:40
Speaker A
so much for. My mind immediately constructed a story, which is that the world is unfair, effort is not rewarded, and that something is wrong with me because other people are able to slap something together and make a ton of money
18:55
Speaker A
when it sucks, okay? Now, the deeper story underneath was really that I was not enough. So, I needed to work insanely hard in order to compensate right?
19:05
Speaker A
That belief was coming through in everything I created, every post, every video, every offer I put together.
19:11
Speaker A
It was desperate trying, overthinking, constant effort to prove something. It thought the mind thinks I need to prove something to the outside world.
19:22
Speaker A
Really it needs to prove something to me. If I don't feel like I'm enough, it doesn't matter how much I do, I have to change that. Okay?
19:32
Speaker A
And then turned out I was repelling the very thing that I was working towards.
19:36
Speaker A
But the moment I saw that story for what it was, which was a fear narrative created by the mind which is so fearful and in survival and thinking it's not enough, it had no basis in truth, so I stopped.
19:48
Speaker A
I stepped into the flow. I got playful. I promoted my work lightheartedly, even with a bit of humor.
19:54
Speaker A
Just saying like, okay, if they can promote something that isn't very good and do so well and help people, I guess, then my super valuable course that I worked so hard on, why would I be ashamed to share that?
20:06
Speaker A
Why would I feel bad about sharing something so valuable, which at the time I didn't know how many lives it would change, but now it's changed a lot of people's lives.
20:15
Speaker A
I have very many so many success stories of things that are miraculous because of this course. So, it would have been selfish of me to not promote it.
20:25
Speaker A
Because then I wouldn't be helping all those people, right? So, it's not that I had to come up with some better strategy, but I just dropped the story that I needed to earn results, earn my worth through suffering, right?
20:38
Speaker A
And then sales came easily, almost immediately. The circumstances really, like the world hadn't changed. My offer hadn't really changed. My audience didn't change. I was selling to the same people, but the story behind it all changed. The story I was identifying with changed and
20:55
Speaker A
therefore everything outside external had to follow. So, know this. Physical reality is and always will be a reflection of our habitual inner states.
21:07
Speaker A
The story that your mind is giving you is not commentary only. It's actually a creative force.
21:14
Speaker A
When the mind is panicking, it's best to, 99% of the time, ask where the problem is right now.
21:22
Speaker A
Because it's almost always nowhere to be seen physically. It's happening only in the mind. You're imagining it, okay? At this point.
21:31
Speaker A
The default story is not the only story. The one that comes up first in the mind often feels based is not the only story.
21:37
Speaker A
Choose one that serves you. Get creative. Have a more accurate interpretation. Not fake positivity, but a real perspective shift that serves you in this moment.
21:48
Speaker A
Stop trying so hard. Stop broadcasting the feeling of not being enough. Step into the flow and trust, okay?
21:55
Speaker A
And results will follow naturally. The present moment is almost always fine. You can relax. You can be calm, even if something's coming up. I promise you, relaxation will serve you more than trying to solve the problem in your
22:08
Speaker A
mind. If it was going to solve the problem, nobody would have problems. Everybody's always thinking about their problems, and the world still has many, many issues.
22:18
Speaker A
So, if the mind were the answer, we would have it all figured out by now.
22:21
Speaker A
But we don't. So, understand that the mind story about what's going on is not the truth.
22:27
Speaker A
All right? Ignore the story. Return to the now. Be here. Feel good now, and watch what changes.
22:36
Speaker A
By the way, I put together a free masterclass for entrepreneurs who are stuck at an income ceiling they can't break through, uh to actually help you understand why you're stuck, and gives you three practical tips that will help you break
22:48
Speaker A
through as soon as possible. And you can snag it at the link in the description.
22:53
Speaker A
Also, my detachment course, which I've mentioned so much in this video, of course, the link for that is in the description. Again, you don't need it, but it's super powerful. It's helped so many people. And I want you to comment
23:02
Speaker A
what story you're choosing to let go of today. What panic or fear-based or negativity survival-based story your mind has come up with about your circumstances are you willing to change and what will you change it to? I'm very
23:13
Speaker A
curious okay? [snorts] Also, be sure to like and subscribe if you haven't already. Next, if you want to understand the hidden beliefs that are quietly capping your income, watch this video right here and I will see you over there.
