Speaker A

Down here picking ticks off my ass. I know nobody's tried to kill you for the past couple of days. The stress must be overwhelming. I'm just here to catch a bad guy. If it goes down hard, so be it. And if we

Speaker A

could get inside and plant the surveillance equipment, we wouldn't have to stand around here all day. Oh, hey, hey, what do we have here? Ah, this must be one of those great southern traditions. You stand in the middle of

Speaker A

the street and exchange baked goods. Nah, nah, you bring them over. That's how you meet the new neighbors. Oh man, where you going? This may be the only chance we have while she's out of the house to set the surveillance. Okay,

Speaker A

stalling wouldn't have stole them, trust me, Malcolm. Now four and a half minutes. Well, howdy, ladies. Hello, neighbor. Welcome to Maple Drive. We hope you will come too long. Oh, shut up and give the man your drow bundt cake so I can go

Speaker A

home. Oh, you had the excuse. Handmade. Her stomach's not feeling too good. I'm Miss Patterson, and this is Miss Other Patterson. We call her that because she's from a whole different set of Pattersons. My name's John. John what?

Speaker A

Patterson? Is that a weird coincidence? Yes, it is. Hey, uh, maybe we're all related. Um, I used to be married, but not anymore. Oh lord, is she with Jesus? Uh, no, actually Jesus, I think, is how he pronounces it. Um,

Speaker A

he was the gardener. Um, I caught him spreading some fertilizer in the bedroom, if you know what I mean. Oh, excuse me, honey. Hey, here's your cornbread, but I got to go. Oh, wait, no, you can. Ladies, it was really

Speaker A

a pleasure. You can't believe. Come on, where's all this great southern hospitality I've heard so much about? Addie May, if I can call you that, listen, I was hoping we could sit on the front porch and shoot squirrels. Boy,

Speaker A

you ain't right. Did somebody hook you up to a jumper cable or something? When I said I got to go, move, I got to go. Wait, wait, I'm not crazy. You know what I do when I have an upset

Speaker A

stomach? I jog. Yes, come on, it's good when you got the runs. Come on, me and you. Come on now, listen, either I can go around you or I can go through you. Whichever one you decide. Fine. No,

Speaker A

no, no, no, you cannot go in there. Nope. You're telling me that I can't go in my own house? No, I'm telling you you cannot go in there without giving me.
