The world is much bigger than your current circumstances. We were taught to adapt to society and our environment. And if any difficulties with this adaptation arose, we were always told the convenient phrase: "What's wrong with you? The problem is you." Can't get along in a certain group? Well, the problem is you. You're weak, you're wrong. Learn to communicate with people, learn to survive and adapt to the rules of this group. Don't like your city? Don't like the gray landscape outside your window? Don't like the weather? Well, the problem is you. You have to love it because you value what you have. Look at how people live in Africa. Are you an ungrateful bastard? And if you live in St. Petersburg or Moscow, then I can also add that many people dream of simply getting here, and you're supposedly living on the edge, showing off, completely spoiled. But I want to offer a slightly different perspective: maybe the problem isn't really you. Maybe you're just not where you need to be, not with the right people, not in the right circumstances, not in the right environment, not in the right place, and that you don't need to reshape, reshape, or bend yourself to fit this environment, this place, and this situation. I just want to remind you that there are 8 billion people in the world, over 190 countries, tens of thousands of cities, millions and billions of opportunities. And even a hundred lifetimes wouldn't be enough to explore all the possible situations, people, cities, and so on that would suit you. What can we say about you alone, about your one life? You feel like you're a true introvert, like me? Well, maybe you don't need this team. Well, with just a little effort, you could go freelance, work independently, or even find some kind of job where you can basically sit quietly alone, do something, and not really depend on the people around you. Or at least depend minimally. Maybe if you've long felt deep down that this gray, cold, gloomy, dismal city doesn't suit you. And even if its center is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site 100 times over. Even if as many people want to move here, but when another winter comes and you feel, well, bad, you feel mentally ill, you feel physically ill, you feel bad, life just loses its color, and your body, your inner voice simply screams at you that you feel bad, you don't want to be here. Maybe you shouldn't cling to this city then. But if this kind of life doesn't suit you, then the problem isn't you. There are a huge number of cities with different climates, with different living conditions. Even in Russia itself, in neighboring countries, there are a huge number of visa-free countries with fairly cheap living. There are different opportunities, well, different levels of difficulty. And it's like, well, it's not exactly super difficult to just change your environment and, like, swap winter for summer in your life. It's time to understand that you can be whoever you want to be. And this world has every opportunity for you to realize your true potential. M.
