knees. So, and I used to have this crazy bad shoulder pain. And I went to chiropractor and massaged for years and could not figure out what was wrong with my shoulders. It was just inflammation.

I cleaned up my diet. I did the carnivore. I'm not on carnivore now, but I still I count my calories and I I eat like whole foods, but my shoulder pain totally went away. All of it. It was

just inflammation. Like I I really thought I would need surgery or something. It was just my diet was bad.

about dulling your saw. If you just start to dull it and stop and then you sharpen it, you can sharpen it really fast. When you run the saw dull, it folds the corner over and you can really make it bad for yourself. So, like,
