We will start with the basics, specifically the "New" badge. What is the "New" badge? When we list a product on Wildberries, we get 4 weeks of boosted promotion from Wildberries. In other terms, we call this promotion ranking, right? Ranking is the movement of a card up and down through positions. That is, there is a boost and a deboost. Deboost is a setback, boost is an increase. Accordingly, during these four weeks, you must saturate your product card with as much traffic as possible, make a couple of purchases, and launch ads. But again, we will talk about this in more detail today. This is the most important period for a card, because it is during these first 4 weeks that WB forms an understanding of how ready your card really is to receive traffic. Wildberries looks at conversions, turnover rate, how your product receives this traffic, and whether the audience likes it. I will tell you more: if you can properly promote the card through ads within 2-3 weeks, WB will give you free traffic, increase conversions, and even increase your organic position for free. And, accordingly, by increasing your organic position, your ad position will be lower for the same bid. That is, your ACOS and, consequently, your CPO will be lower. ACOS is the Advertising Cost of Sales, the efficiency ratio of ads, and CPO is the Cost Per Order, the cost of one order or the cost of acquiring a customer. Therefore, remember that for a new card, the most important things are turnover and conversion, and only then sales volume and revenue. For older cards, which we are reanimating, resurrecting, and so on, it is the opposite: revenue and sales volume, and only then conversion and turnover. That is why I constantly say that it is better not to run out of stock, because you will fall back in organic position, and then you will have to reanimate your card for the entire cycle, roughly 7 to 10-15 days. Meaning, instead of flying upward and increasing your conversions, you will be reanimating the card from scratch, increasing advertising budgets again, just to get back to the same position you held before running out of stock. Therefore, it is always better to order 30% more stock. And of course, don't forget that from October 1st, we will have mandatory document checks for imports, so you should be prepared for this as well. Now let's talk about the step-by-step plan and algorithm. We will start with the very first stage, namely the preparation stage. The preparation stage is divided into two parts. The first is self-buyouts, where we choose keywords for ranking and ask friends, acquaintances, or a service to buy our product using those specific keys. There are even some rules that need to be considered when doing buyouts. But again, you can find information about buyouts in my Telegram channel. It's absolutely free.

of a card up and down through positions . That is, there is a boost and a deboost. Deboost is a setback, boost is an increase. Accordingly, during these four weeks, you must saturate your product card with as much traffic as
00:45
Speaker A
The second stage works in conjunction, meaning one doesn't interfere with the other. Again, some people use the first stage, some the second, and some use both. I recommend using both the first and the second options together. We launch a unified advertising campaign, because it has two placement zones. These are search and, accordingly, recommendation shelves. The bid is the same for both, so traffic is driven to both search and recommendation shelves.

how ready your card really is to receive traffic. Wildberries looks at conversions, turnover rate, how your product receives this traffic, and whether the audience likes it. I will tell you more: if you can properly promote the card through ads within 2-3
01:14
Speaker A
The only nuance is that since your product card is new, you won't get a huge amount of traffic from shelves; the average indexation period is 3 to 5 days. For new cards, it's about seven days on average. Keep this in mind.
01:30

be lower. ACOS is the Advertising Cost of Sales, the efficiency ratio of ads, and CPO is the Cost Per Order, the cost of one order or the cost of acquiring a customer. Therefore, remember that for a new card, the most important things

better not to run out of stock, because you will fall back in organic position, and then you will have to reanimate your card for the entire cycle, roughly 7 to 10-15 days. Meaning, instead of flying upward and increasing your
02:11
Speaker A
You launch a unified campaign with low bids; I recommend something between 190 and 350. This is a standard average value. Your task is to gather keywords so they get indexed accordingly. Since you will also be doing buyouts through advertising, i.e., via keywords, you will not only boost your organic search position, but you will also generate conversions within the ad campaign.
02:26
Speaker A
from October 1st, we will have mandatory document checks for imports, so you should be prepared for this as well. Now let's talk about the step-by-step plan and algorithm. We will start with the very first stage, namely the preparation stage. The
02:40
Speaker A
This is very important, right? And the second point, of course, is that you will also get conversions through the shelves, which will help them index faster. This is an important point, so use the unified campaign, not the manual one, don't confuse them. Since we will be buying out our own products through keywords and ads, we will get 2x to 3x more promotion for our product card. Again, we get an additional boost from having the "new" tag, which leads to an even higher ranking for the product. And, of course, this will increase our conversion rate. Our conversion rate, or CR, is the number of orders divided by the number of clicks. It is the most important metric. Wildberries says it accounts for up to 20%, but in reality, it carries as much weight as advertising—up to 30% or even more. You should handle test purchases using a tiered approach. On average, you need about 12 to 13 purchases and about three to four reviews. That is the optimal amount.

buyouts. But again, you can find information about buyouts in my Telegram channel. It's absolutely free.
03:02
Speaker A
You can even start advertising without reviews, but keep in mind that CR will be higher with reviews; however, you need to boost the product card first and not waste that initial four-week window. Therefore, I recommend launching immediately, and everything will build up through a cumulative effect. Now, let me show you what a unified advertising campaign looks like using an account we manage. As you can see, this is a unified ad campaign. You can see that our ACOS here is 4.1. This is just the advertising statistics. You can also see that our budget here is 4,000. We just launched it recently.
03:14
Speaker A
because it has two placement zones. These are search and, accordingly, recommendation shelves. The bid is the same for both, so traffic is driven to both search and recommendation shelves.
03:25
Speaker A
Let's dive in and look at the statistics by placement zone. And here, you will see this beauty. As you can see, recommendation shelves account for 73%. And here are our costs for the recommendation shelves. As I mentioned, the traffic is distributed 50/50. To ensure your keywords aren't running in the recommendation shelves, you go to the optimizer, click there, select disable, and Wildberries will no longer rank you for those keywords. Below, you can see what our bid is—225 rubles.
03:37
Speaker A
Therefore, if you check the placement zones in your campaign manager later, you will likely see that search accounts for 80 to 90%. This is normal.
03:47

You can check here, first of all, that the bid is lower than the competition.
04:01

advertising, i.e., via keywords, you will not only boost your organic search position, but you will also generate conversions within the ad campaign.
04:10
Speaker A
You can also see the leaders' bids and so on here. But if you use recommendation shelves, it is better not to rely on that. On average, make adjustments of about 15 to 20 rubles.

That is, start from the minimum point and then gradually increase it. It is best to raise the bid initially; for example, if the minimum bid is 220 rubles, you set it to 270 and then monitor it based on CTR and everything else. Because, again, the more you work with shelves, the greater the cumulative effect will be. We launched the recommendation shelves here quite recently. Again, as you can see, we used them here as well. We used both search and shelves. And as you can see, it is performing quite well. But for now, since our stock is quite variable and not super large, we recently decided to bring back the shelves. Well, if you look at today, we have a record number of orders. That's how it is. The second step is to make shipments to FBO plus FBS. Why do I recommend shipping to FBO? Because based on recent observations, as I wrote in the Telegram channel—here is a photo of the post—there was indeed a 40% increase in orders for the accounts where we have FBO. I recommend shipping, as always, to the Moscow region, the Volga region, and the Urals, that "Bermuda Triangle." The Southern Federal District can be added a bit later; it’s not critical. I also strongly recommend using FBS, meaning we don’t use FBO in super large quantities, keep that in mind. On average, that's a

accounts where we have FBO. I recommend shipping, as always, to the Moscow region, the Volga region, and the Urals , that "Bermuda Triangle." The Southern Federal District can be added a bit later; it’s not critical. I also strongly recommend using FBS, meaning
07:25
Speaker A
we don’t use FBO in super large quantities, keep that in mind. On average, that's about 30%of our stock.
07:30
Speaker A
Meaning we are ready to lose it, ready for it to, accordingly, burn out. There we go. But again, it is very, very important for ranking. Plus, delivery speed has even become better for FBS now, so I highly recommend it to you.
07:42
Speaker A
Again, we see a really increased boost specifically with FBO; the ranking has really gotten better, and SPP even increases by 3-4%. But then again, this is in our categories. You need to remember that for Wildberries, delivery speed is very important. And at all
07:55
Speaker A
times—I’ve been working on Wildberries for over 6 years— logistics has always accounted for 30 to 40%of product card ranking.
08:02
Speaker A
Especially now, when your competitors are on FBS, you can switch to FBO and, accordingly, ramp up this history. For example, we are now going to send the majority of our top cards to FBO for all the accounts we manage and see how
08:15
Speaker A
this story plays out. We took three test accounts and only a few cards, about eight. And it’s going remarkably well, really. Well, I posted about it in Telegram, you can check it all out there. Moving on. The third
08:29
Speaker A
stage, as I told you, is that our story is situational, and you can either launch self-buyouts plus the unified campaign in the first prep stage, or launch the unified ad campaign after you’ve done a couple of self-buyouts.
08:41
Speaker A
Again, I repeat, we get increased promotion in search and a double boost, accordingly, in the recommendation shelves. Remember that if you have orders coming through the unified ad campaign, your conversion rate will increase in both search and recommendation shelves. Don't set a
08:54
Speaker A
super high bid; ideally, just a little above the minimum. And collect your key search queries. Next, accordingly, we also do redemptions for them to push our product card even stronger. But again, this is more situational. You can do redemptions, let's say, at the
09:06
Speaker A
first stage, but at the third stage, yes, when we launch the unified campaign, you could, for example, work without them. But remember that consistent dynamics are important for your card; it’s vital that there isn't a single day without an order.
09:18
Speaker A
This is a very important point. Next, what do you do? You exclude phrases, go , of course, to the clusterizer here, and, accordingly, start excluding phrases. Click bam, click disable, and that's it; accordingly, you won't be shown for this query. You can choose
09:32
Speaker A
near-target queries, you can choose queries with low CTR, but keep in mind that a low CR might be due to a poor position. And the next point: queries that are irrelevant to you. These are queries that don't relate to your
09:43
Speaker A
product. For example, you can see here that we removed "women's trousers." Yes , why? Because the frequency is 118.
09:50
Speaker A
Again, remember that frequency means impressions. The more impressions, the more traffic we will receive, accordingly. We simply don't need this traffic here. Another important life hack I’ve seen recently. A unified advertising campaign has a lower bid, meaning the minimum bid is lower than
10:06
Speaker A
in a manual one. And the minimum bid in a manual campaign is higher for recommendations. So, if you use recommendation shelves, it's better to use them in a unified campaign than in a manual one, because manual recommendations cost more. By the way,
10:19
Speaker A
we are currently monitoring the CPC. Literally today or yesterday—I don't remember—I posted that WB, without any warning (this is a fresh update, a life hack, there will be a photo here too), increased the CPC, the bid cost, in CPC advertising campaigns by 2x or
10:34
Speaker A
3x in many categories. So, the minimum bids have increased by 2x or 3x. Consequently, the advertising cost ratio (ACR) also increases, so keep that in mind as well. Here is a little life hack for you. In the fourth stage,
10:45
Speaker A
we collect statistics on keywords. We look at carts, we look at the general dynamics, yes, and we monitor the process accordingly. Our task is to run at not-so-high bids, because at super-high bids, you will have increased spend on shelves. That is not
10:58
Speaker A
very good. And accordingly, in search results, you will also be spending more . Your key task is the shelf index and, accordingly, collecting carts. And, well, an important point: at the first preparation stage, you can raise the price by 200–300 rubles. Why? Because
11:13
Speaker A
the period for, let's say, this stock indexing that we have, it starts from the moment the product is officially in your inventory. And, accordingly, if you lower the price now, as soon as the item appears, you’ll be entering
11:25
Speaker A
those promotions at a cheaper rate. But if you sell at a higher price for just the first 5 days, Wildberries will lock in that specific price, and you'll enter the promotion based on that. This way, you can save a little money and
11:39
Speaker A
stay at more competitive prices, while also getting additional ranking in promotions. Also, my dears, don't forget that you can reach out to us and delegate your business tasks. We will manage your account entirely, from product selection—which I handle
11:53
Speaker A
personally—to setting up ads using my strategies. Right here and here, there will be a couple of photos showing the results of our guys. You can find their usernames on Telegram and message them directly. I mean, these are real people
12:05
Speaker A
. Now, if you want to understand advertising—to know where an order came from, why it happened, how to work with shelves, metrics, what CPO, CPS, and ROAS mean, and how to influence all of that. And even considering current
12:17
Speaker A
trends and the changes happening, I recommend you either come for a consultation or sign up for advertising training. I’ll gladly teach you how to easily set up ads, because if you know how to work with metrics, no matter how Wildberries changes, it
12:32
Speaker A
won't matter to you; you'll understand why, for example, increasing the price lowered my CTR, which dropped my conversion rate, increased DRR, and raised my CPO by, say, 100 rubles. And I only raised the price by 40. This way
12:44
Speaker A
, I ended up losing 90 rubles. Yes, because we also have to factor in redemption rates and so on. So, you’ll be looking exactly at the numbers and making decisions based on them, even comparing statistics—for example, why you had one trend a month
12:57
Speaker A
ago and, say, a different one three weeks later—and using all that to guide you. Write to me privately; check the video description, let’s chat, and I’ll point out your growth opportunities. And then we’ll see if we can help each other out. Let’s
13:09
Speaker A
keep going. Step five. You picked up the goods and left reviews. I definitely recommend creating beautiful photo reviews because people always pay attention to them. They want to see what your product looks like in real life. By the way, you can add video
13:24
Speaker A
content here, because video content gives us 30%conversion. This is very important; it must be in the product card. Specifically, photo reviews. And, in principle, our reviews influence the CR. And CR, in turn, influences our ACOS and CPO. Thus, our marketing
13:38
Speaker A
becomes cheaper. As a sixth step, after two to four reviews, we start testing the main creative. The main creative is our first slide. We test the main creative for 1 to 3 days. It's better to run it a bit longer. This way, you
13:52
Speaker A
will get more accurate information. In general, on average, it's better to run it for 1 to 5 days. You should definitely perform tests not in a unified ad campaign, but in a manual ad campaign. Only in search. If you want
14:04
Speaker A
me to talk about testing main creatives and funnels, how to influence them, how the logic of the sales funnel works in general, and how to increase sales by at least 2x or 3x just through sales funnel logic, then be sure to write in
14:15
Speaker A
the comments. And don't forget to leave a like as well. As a seventh step, we launch a manual ad campaign. Why manual ? Because it allows for precise cluster settings. Unlike a unified ad campaign, in a unified one, we cannot set
14:30
Speaker A
keywords for the positions we need. In terms of bids, there is a general bid, but in a manual ad campaign, we can choose the necessary bid for any cluster. Of course, for cards with high bids, for example, especially related
14:43
Speaker A
to appliances or something like that, where the bids are insane at 3,000, 4,000, 5,000, or 6,000 rubles. Of course, a manual ad campaign is recommended because detailed settings are very important there. We definitely work in the top 15 for keywords, no
14:57
Speaker A
further, because your audience is most often found in the top 15. Again, this is situational, because if your product costs more than the market average and has unique designs, for example, then, accordingly, it's better to start from a further rank, like the 25th or 30th
15:11
Speaker A
position; I'm talking more about clothing here. Or you can launch a CPC campaign, an excellent ad campaign.
15:18
Speaker A
There, accordingly, you don't pay for CPM, as in manual. You pay specifically for clicks there. And this looks like this. I will show you. We are currently working on this card as well. Here you can see that, accordingly, our ad spend
15:32
Speaker A
share is 3.74%here. Many ask: " Alexander, how do you get such an ACOS? " Like this, through detailed tuning and two display zones. And, accordingly , you can see here that out of 27 orders, our CPC worked incredibly well
15:45
Speaker A
today. You can see what our CR is here, right? You can see that search is working here, and it’s not just shelves, you can see everything here.
15:54
Speaker A
Accordingly, great CPOs without any dumping whatsoever. Look, today is a record, 2.89. Yeah. Well, if we take the shelves too, it's about 3.5, maybe 3.7. In general, just magnificent numbers. Therefore, it's a must-have, although we don't have the ability to
16:11
Speaker A
fine-tune by keywords here. We absolutely can't do anything here. We can't delete any search queries here.
16:17
Speaker A
We can't view CTRs here. We can only look at the average value. I hope Wildberries adapts this, fixes it, because that would be great. Again, if we compare, say, 8 months ago and now, then manual ad campaigns in search have
16:32
Speaker A
had their bids reduced by 20-30%because many have switched to CPC. And I’ll be honest, CPC works magnificently.
16:39
Speaker A
Also, if you want me to explain how to set up CPC ads, write in the comments.
16:44
Speaker A
I’ll read them, and if we get at least five or six comments, I’ll immediately jump up, grab my shoes, and happily record a new video for you. The CPC ad campaign is one of the simplest, it works very easily, a lot is tied to
16:56
Speaker A
the product card here, but, honestly, it’s a really magnificent ad campaign . I’ve posted a bunch of cases in my Telegram channel on how we tested it all, showed it, so be sure to watch, subscribe, and test it for yourselves.
17:09
Speaker A
By the way, in previous videos, I also talked a little bit about setting up CPC ads. So you can watch the previous video. Honestly, it really is the best ad campaign if you don't have insane bids. I mean, for a campaign like
17:21
Speaker A
household appliances, I don't use CPC because it’s just not super relevant to me. Thus, in 7 days, we get several perks: we have a high localization index, which increases our ranking by an average of 30-40%. Next, we have
17:37
Speaker A
reviews that increase our CR. And in turn, this increases our net profit, decreases our ACOS and our CPO. We got top-tier photos, which gives us a high CR and also increased conversion. In turn, especially in ad campaigns like "
17:51
Speaker A
Zakliki," creatives and CTR are incredibly important. Therefore, let's say, at the very least, we are already getting higher conversion and cheaper advertising here. Next, we gained additional ranking because we boosted our card during the "New" badge period; of course, we have top-tier conversion,
18:07
Speaker A
and thanks to that, we also gain extra ranking and promotion, getting an additional boost from great turnover and stable sales momentum. Also, please don't forget about high-quality SEO.
18:18
Speaker A
I'm telling you this as someone who has created over 4,000 cards in my 6 years.
18:22
Speaker A
SEO is the foundation of our card; it's the title, description, and specifications. Make sure to do the SEO as soon as you create the card, because thanks to internal purchases and ads, your SEO will start to ramp up even
18:34
Speaker A
more. And you can even reach high positions for low-frequency queries organically, and you'll start getting organic orders, meaning absolutely free traffic. And I thank you for watching.
18:45
Speaker A
Don't forget to subscribe to my Telegram channel, don't forget to subscribe to my YouTube channel. And, accordingly, see you in new videos. Be sure to leave comments and hit the like button. And that's it. Bye-bye. Thank you very much, sending you love and
18:56
Speaker A
wishing you great sales.
