Hungry. Yeah. [laughter] Very good. So, we're finally at lintel height, and as you can see on the deck is our thermally broken lintel by Catnik. We've been recommending to our clients recently to actually swap to these. So, roughly on average a house will lose

about 30% of its energy through [music] thermal bridging alone. And that's why these lintels are really decent. They help reduce the amount of energy that is lost through thermal bridging. It's called a thermally broken lintel for the simple fact that we are missing the top

half. So what we have really is two lintels stuck together with a nice break in the cavity. That's going to really, really help reduce that heat loss we spoke about earlier. Really making sure everyone can see that I'm putting a

[laughter] brick. Although there is actually a break in the top of the cavity, these lintels are just as strong as other lintels that do have the top on. So they are like for like in strength. They're about 96% more energy efficient compared

to your standard lintels that do have the top on. The setup for this lintel is just like any other lintel, but this one's much more thermally efficient. 150 mil bearing, better compost, and then you're just [music] straight over with

your tray and weep holes with a little upstand. These lintels also comply with the regulations that came out in [music] 2021, which is 2021 part L. All these regulations are really [music] concerned about is making new builds,

extensions, dwellings that we [music] already have just more efficient and these just really help comply with sectioning regulations.

time lapse, I'm setting out a load of step trays. So step trays, all they are, imagine some steps and you're trying to get water from point A down to point B.

And we're using tray to guide the water through the cavity down the courses. And in this case, the steps are the courses of brick work. So you can and you might be able to see on the camera. Uh I've got another upstand

there. So any water that comes here is going to hit this, trickle down, drop into this step tray, drop into this step tray, drop into the next step tray, and I've got wee holes on this corner here.

So effing will step out. I've done this a few times. You can buy actual step trays. First of all, they don't work.

This probably won't work. There'll be no water in the cavity anyway. But it's really good to put it in. Um, we could use step trays from the merchants, but they don't work. Imperial bricks and all our courses are all over the place with

the internal skin and the external skin. So that's how it's going. Don't seem very happy because I'm not. I'm on a roof, so it's not great. Uh, but yeah, overall it's going all right. I'll get a bucket of water in a minute and flush

all this out so you can actually see the step trays working. Once I also get the parapit wall on this skin 150 mil higher than our roof level, I'll then put over another tray. What's going to bridge the
