Speaker A

Hello, guys. Welcome back to the Rustanto Auto Info channel. In this video, I will read the top 15 electric vehicle rankings in Indonesia for the July 2026 period. The electric vehicles I'm referring to here are specifically BEVs, or Battery Electric Vehicles. The

Speaker A

data is wholesale data that I obtained from Gaikindo. Let's start right away from 15th place. Filled by Wuling Air EV with a wholesale of 144 units.

Speaker A

Wuling Air EV this month experienced a drop of 10 places, from 5th place previously, down to 15th this month. In fact, in terms of wholesale, there was a decrease of 73%, or a drop of 395 units, compared to the previous month.

Speaker A

This car falls into the compact medium SUV class. Its price range is around 499 million IDR. We move to 14th place, filled by Wuling Binguo EV with a wholesale of 146 units. Wuling Binguo EV this month experienced a drop of two

Speaker A

places, from 12th place previously, down to 14th this month. In fact, wholesale dropped by 34%, or a decrease of 75 units, compared to the previous month. This car is a small hatchback.

Speaker A

Its price range is from 279 to 332 million IDR. This is one of the cars that is eating into the Brio market, in my opinion, guys. Okay, we move to 13th place, filled by Denza D9 with a wholesale of 159 units. Denza D9 this

Speaker A

month experienced a drop of seven places, from 6th place previously, down to 13th this month. In fact, in terms of wholesale, there was a decrease of 66%, or a drop of 305 units, compared to the previous month. This car falls

Speaker A

into the large MPV class. Its price range is at 950 million IDR. This is a car that is disrupting the Alphard market. But for today, guys, the Denza D9 is no longer alone. It has several rivals, as well as friends, I suppose.

Speaker A

Rivals that are also electric cars, but friends in disrupting ICE cars, namely the Maxus Mifa 9 and Xpeng X9.

Speaker A

Incredible. We move to 12th place, filled by BYD M6 EV with a wholesale of 171 units. BYD M6 EV this month experienced a drop of 8 places, from 4th place previously, plummeting to 12th place this month, with a wholesale

Speaker A

decrease of 79%, or a drop of 656 units, compared to the previous month. This car falls into the medium MPV class.

Speaker A

Its price range is from 383 to 433 million IDR. BYD M6 was trending last year, guys. Yes, at the beginning of the year and late last year, it was the golden era for BYD. But this month, guys, in the middle of this year,

Speaker A

there's already the Wuling Starlight, there's already the Aion. Even though that segment is a compact medium SUV, there are quite a lot of variations that I think are close in class, so even if they are in different categories, it is possible they will

Speaker A

undermine each other or compete for the market. That's how it is, my friend. We move on to 11th place, occupied by the Chery J6 with a wholesale volume of 202 units. The Chery J6 rose three spots this month, from its previous 14th

Speaker A

place to 11th place this month. In fact, in terms of wholesale, there was an increase of 6%, or an increase of 12 units compared to the previous month.

Speaker A

This car falls into the compact SUV category. Its price range is from 605 to 615 million Rupiah. It is extraordinary that the J6 series is still holding on this month, my friend.

Speaker A

Yes, we move on to 10th place, filled by the Xpeng X9 with a wholesale volume of 217 units. The X9 rose 11 spots this month, jumping from 21st place to break into the top 10. In fact, in terms of

Speaker A

wholesale, there was an increase of 128%, or an increase of 122 units compared to the previous month. This car is in the large MPV class. Its price range is from 990 million to 1.059 billion Rupiah. Yes, this is the friend and

Speaker A

rival of the Denza D9. The automotive competition in Indonesia in 2026 is truly extraordinary, my friend. So, if we have the money and want to buy a car, the confusion is about which car we should actually buy. So, those who

Speaker A

don't have money are confused, and those who do have money are also confused about what to buy. Because there are so many choices, the classes are so close, and the promos, technology, and features are all competing. We move on to 9th place,

Speaker A

filled by the Wuling Cloud EV with a wholesale volume of 219 units. The Wuling Cloud EV managed to maintain 9th place this month. This means it wasn't displaced from last month, but in terms of wholesale, there was a decrease of

Speaker A

28%, or a drop of 87 units compared to the previous month. This car is in the medium MPV category. Its price range is from 398 to 416 million Rupiah. This was the friend and rival of the BYD M6;

Speaker A

a friend in crushing ICE cars and Japanese cars. A rival in maintaining sales in the medium MPV electric vehicle class. We move on to 8th place, filled by the Geely X5 with a wholesale volume of 333 units. The Geely X5

Speaker A

managed to stay in 8th place this month, meaning it wasn't displaced from last month. Even so, in terms of wholesale, there was still a slight decrease, falling by 4% or 15 units compared to the previous month. This car falls into

Speaker A

the compact SUV class. Its price range is from 465 to 505 million Rupiah. Being a compact SUV means it is the rival of the HRV. The HRV also has quite a big challenge ahead. Back in 2024, the HRV was a car that was always

Speaker A

in the top 20, but this year it has frequently fallen out of the top 20 in terms of overall car sales. Yes, one of the reasons is cars like this, the compact SUV class; the price is competitive, the features are great, no

Speaker A

tax, exempt from odd-even traffic rules — it's truly extraordinary, basically a real challenge for ICE cars. We move to 7th place, occupied by the Finvest WF3 with 377 wholesale units. The Finvest PF3 climbed three spots this month, moving from 11th place to 7th

Speaker A

place. In fact, in terms of wholesale, there was a 44% increase, or an additional 115 units, compared to the previous month. This car falls into the city car class. Its price range is from 152 to 192 million Rupiah. We move to

Speaker A

6th place, occupied by the BYWD Auto 3 with 611 wholesale units. The BYD Auto 3 climbed 9 spots this month, moving from 15th place to 6th place. In fact, in terms of wholesale, there was a 253% increase, or an additional 438 units,

Speaker A

compared to the previous month. This car falls into the compact SUV class. Its price is around 415 million Rupiah.

Speaker A

Once again, a compact SUV, an enemy of the Honda HRV. We move to 5th place, occupied by the MGS5 with 627 wholesale units. The MGS5 climbed two spots this month, moving from 7th place to 5th place. In fact, in terms of wholesale,

Speaker A

there was a 40% increase, or an additional 178 units, compared to the previous month. Again and again, this car falls into the compact SUV class.

Speaker A

Its price range is from 434 to 456 million Rupiah. Extraordinary. Let's reveal 4th place. 4th place is filled by the Wuling Aira EV with 721 wholesale units. The Wuling Aira EV's performance in its first month of delivery is quite good, entering

Speaker A

directly at 4th place. This means there is no chart comparison yet for this month. It means the delivery is also just its very first delivery. This car falls into the city car class. Its price range is from 150 to 175 million

Speaker A

Rupiah. Extraordinary. Cheaper than the Wuling Air EV. Yes. We'll talk about that later. Let's move to 3rd place first. Occupied by the Geely X2 with 1,592 wholesale units. The Geely X2 managed to maintain 3rd place this month, meaning it hasn't been shifted

Speaker A

from last month. However, in terms of wholesale, there was still a slight decline of 2%, or a decrease of 26 units, compared to the previous month.

Speaker A

Now, this car falls into the hatchback class. Its price range is from 223 to 260 million Rupiah. Extraordinary.

Speaker A

Let's reveal the runner-up. Who do you think is the runner-up this month? Yes, of course, for this top three ranking, my friend, I would say these are the phenomenal cars and the favorites for electric vehicles. There is the Geely

Speaker A

EX2, and the runner-up is the Jaecoo J5 EV with a wholesale of 3,155 units. The J5 EV experienced a one-rank drop this month; previously it was th

Speaker A

successor who became the champion this month, but in terms of wholesale, there was still a slight increase of 4%, or an increase of 114 units compared to the previous month. This car falls into the compact SUV class with a price

Speaker A

range of 250 to 300 million [Rupiah], yes. A compact SUV that is one of the phenomenal and favorite cars for electric vehicles. If last month it was the champion, this month it slipped to second place. Who do you think became

Speaker A

the champion this month for electric vehicles? Yes, it is none other than the BYD Atto 3 with a wholesale of 4,230 units. The Atto 3 experienced a one-rank increase this month; from previously being in second place, it succeeded in becoming the champion this

Speaker A

month. Even in terms of wholesale, there was an increase of 88%, or an increase of 1,984 units. When compared to the previous month, this car falls into the small hatchback class. The price range is from 195 to 235 million

Speaker A

Rupiah. Yes, this car is touted as the strongest disruptor to the Honda Brio, my friend, yes. Because if I look back at the story in 2024-2025, the Brio was an unbeatable city car. It played in the top three, in second place, or

Speaker A

first place. But since the arrival of these cars, one of which is the BYD Atto 3 whose sales are also quite extraordinary, the Honda Brio's ranking has been falling lower and lower.

Speaker A

Extraordinary for the BYD Atto 3; a few months ago it was out—I mean, it was disrupted because information stated it was constrained by stock, but last month and this month it is showing its fangs again. It succeeded in becoming

Speaker A

the runner-up and this month it rose to become the champion. Okay, that’s the top 15 ranking, my friend. But besides that, I will also convey the cars that had to drop out of the top 15 this month. Which cars are they? The first

Speaker A

is the VinFast VF5. In the previous month, it was ranked 10th; this month, it had to fall out of the top 15. The second car that had to leave the top 15 in July 2026 is the Wuling Air EV. In

Speaker A

the previous month, it was ranked 13th; this month, it had to fall far out of the top 15. Even the wholesale in July, my friend, the Wuling Air EV only had 16 units. Yes, of course, right. After the Air EV came out, I feel that when

Speaker A

people want to buy a Wuling city car, they will surely go for the Air EV.

Speaker A

That was my presentation for this occasion, guys. What I have shared is purely data I obtained from Kikindo.

Speaker A

Any errors or opinions expressed are strictly my own. I have no intention of putting down or favoring any brand; this is just a reference for our mutual discussion. That concludes my video for this occasion. If you found it useful,
