Speaker A
I mastered my mind to manifest anything I want with the law of assumption, and I say the word manifest intentionally because I did not do this overnight. My mind used to be wild. It used to be filled with disempowering thoughts. I
Speaker A
used to overthink. I used to have doubt and anxiety. I would sometimes even dream up the worst-case scenarios and just entertain them for hours, and then I wondered why I wasn't living my dream life. Then when I realized that
Speaker A
you're manifesting 24/7 whether you realize it or not, I knew something had to change. So, I started paying attention to my mind. I started looking at my mind like this unruly animal, like it was like this horse that needed to be
Speaker A
constantly monitored. I started choosing more empowering thoughts deliberately on purpose, and that's when everything shifted for me. So, I'm going to show a few how to do the same thing.
Speaker A
Now, it is so important to master your mind because if not, it will be mastered by your environment. So, if you are constantly thinking, let's say in scarcity, you don't have the amount of money you want, you don't have the
Speaker A
business you want, you don't have the lifestyle you want. And every day you go around and your co-workers or your family members complain about how tough life is and the economy and how hard things are, and then you listen to the
Speaker A
radio and they're talking about scarcity on there too, or you're watching Netflix and all of [snorts] the, you know, commercials are not painting the life that you want. They're talking about depression pills and ADHD pills and this pill and that pill and weight loss and
Speaker A
don't, and you're never good enough. Well, then eventually you'll be susceptible to that. You will start viewing yourself in a way that is inferior to who you really are. And so, mastering your mind is so important because when you understand that what
Speaker A
you constantly entertain again and again and again and again, a thought that you constantly think becomes a belief.
Speaker A
Right? And what do beliefs do? Beliefs create your reality. You can never out-affirm or out-manifest a belief because your reality is dominantly controlled by the beliefs that you have about yourself, people, scenarios, specific topics.
Speaker A
Okay? For example, if you believe you have to work really hard, it doesn't matter how much money you make, you'll always be in a reality where you have to work really hard, you see. Before I learned how to master my mind, I was just having
Speaker A
thoughts running on autopilot. I kept thinking the same thoughts. I'd make a little progress and then jump right back because I never understood that again, the thoughts you think again and again become a belief, and your beliefs control
Speaker A
your reality. Because you see, when you have a belief, you actually have thoughts manifest from that belief. You get emotionally engaged with those thoughts. That's what causes anxiety in the body.
Speaker A
So, if you're constantly having anxiety, believe it or not, there's some sort of belief or trigger in there causing that anxiety, causing you to think, "Oh, he's cheating me.
Speaker A
I won't get that job," and boom, anxiety ripples the body. Okay? That's how it works. What does mastering your mind really mean? It doesn't mean never having a negative thought again, but instead it means knowing how to deliberately create what you want. How
Speaker A
to actually use your focus awareness, which means, let's say you want a new car. Can you focus on the feeling of already having it and keep your focus on there long enough to impress your subconscious mind? And then when you
Speaker A
return to your reality and you see that you don't have that car, will you play victim? Will you say, "Oh, I tried it and it didn't work," or "Damn, I'm still driving this car I hate," or
Speaker A
"If only I had a car, it'd be so much better," and then you just start feeling emotionally engaged with the thing that you don't want, creating therefore the opposite? Or will you allow yourself to persist in the idea that what you're
Speaker A
imagining is the true reality? Will you talk in alignment with already having it? Will you act in alignment with already having it for long enough for it to solidify into your identity, therefore into your reality, you see?
Speaker A
So, how can you actually train your mind? Well, the very first step to anything that you're doing with your mind, manifesting or anything, is to get clear on a desire that you want. What exactly do you want? Don't just say some random
Speaker A
thing. Don't be like, "I just want a million dollars." For what? What are you going to do now that you've woken up with that? Be very honest about what you actually want. Some of us desire matcha and Pilates because we see that being
Speaker A
shown to us online. But is that your true desire? You have to think, what life do you want to live? If you could be in any reality you want by the end of the year, what would it look like? Where
Speaker A
would you work? Where would you live? What car would you drive? Would you have a car? Would you live somewhere where you could commute? Would you have a dog?
Speaker A
Would you have a family? By getting really clear on that, you will then be able to ask yourself, this is step number two, what limitations come to mind? Do you have any thoughts saying you can't have it? Are you doubtful? Do
Speaker A
you think it's going to take a long time? Are you scared it could be taken away from you? What's coming up for you there?
Speaker A
And then you will catch your mind when that old story starts to play. Very important. Catch yourself instead of, you know, I met this woman the other day here in Los Angeles at Community Goods, and if you're watching this, hey. And
Speaker A
she told me that she has this habit of thinking about the worst-case scenario, thinking about the things that went wrong in the past week that she wasn't happy about and spiraling so hard that she forgets she's even doing it and
Speaker A
just feels like crap afterwards. Catch yourself before you get to that point. This is for everyone watching. Catch yourself before you start playing victim. Catch yourself before you create what you don't want. And what I want you to do is I want you to take a deep
Speaker A
breath. Take three if you need. Look at your hands. Look around. Okay, I'm here on my roof.
Speaker A
And ground yourself. That is how you reset your nervous system and go back from a state of spiraling into neutrality. Neutrality? Neutral?
Speaker A
Essentially neutral. That's what I'm trying to say. Is neutrality a word? You see, because when you're neutral, you can create. A lot of people will tell you manifest, affirm the opposite, but if you're anxious and spiraling, it won't do you
Speaker A
any good. Instead, come to a state of neutral. Okay? From there, what you can do is you can actually imagine what you want.
Speaker A
So, you can imagine yourself on the beach with the specific person you want to be with. You can imagine yourself living in your dream luxury mansion, your dream apartment. That's exactly what I did when I was manifesting love
Speaker A
and manifesting moving to Los Angeles and manifesting money and abundance. I would come to a state of neutral and then I would imagine it. And two short months later, it became my reality, and it can become yours.
Speaker A
So, something else that I want you guys to do is I want you to understand that this is a daily practice. This is not something that you do just one time and you forget it. No, you got to do this
Speaker A
every single day until you shift into a new identity. Okay? You are now the person who is successful. You are now the person who loves their job. You are now the person who has a thriving business. You are now the person who you
Speaker A
want to be. Most people struggle with this because they want a quick fix. They want to affirm one time, visualize once, and have it. But something I've noticed after coaching 6,000 people is that people who act like that don't believe
Speaker A
in their power. They don't believe it's possible for them, and they don't believe in manifesting. And if that's you, that means you have some sort of a block, some sort of belief holding you back, and you just
Speaker A
it. That's what I do with my one-on-one clients. It might also mean that you don't believe in manifesting because you've never manifested before. Well, the simple solution is manifest things you don't have resistance to, like a free coffee. I actually got one the
Speaker A
other day cuz I was creating that. I oh. Now, what happens as a result of this is when your mind is working with you instead of against you, you're going to notice that you start thinking more empowering thoughts and you start
Speaker A
manifesting the things that you want on autopilot rather than you having to keep affirming and affirming and affirming or using force. You never have to do any of those things when you change at the identity level because it becomes
Speaker A
natural for who you are. Also, guys, there's this spider that I just saw and it freaked the out of me. It's huge. There's this huge spider. Um but yeah so oh my god, wait, guys, there's like this humongous spider. Anyways, um if you
