Can you, uh, let's say, form those requirements for a successful launch? I mean, I know it's again a generic question, but this is something that probably people would like to know: requirements for a successful launch. So, uh, first, um, it's important that there is a market for what you sell because you can, uh, yes, maybe you can be the best in the world at doing something, uh, like, uh, I don't know, maybe you are incredibly good at doing something, but there is no one in the world that wants to learn this in the case of info business, or there is no one in the world that is interested in buying this product or service. So, uh, first is the market demand. Okay, is there now a big demand? Your, uh, your niche has a very incredibly big pain, uh, that actually, better if they cannot live anymore, uh, with this pain. They are actively looking for a solution to fix, uh, their problem. So this is actually the first, uh, starting point because, uh, it's very, very risky actually to start, I mean, in a market where you don't have anyone that is trying to solve the same problem, uh, because why no one tried to solve this problem? Maybe because there is no problem, or maybe because, yeah, there is no one that is interested to fix this problem. There are obviously also cases where actually you are the first to do something like this. This is the classic, uh, startup, um, American startup, uh, concept where you want to solve someone, uh, you want to create a product that fixes a problem that no one noticed in the past, but actually 90% of businesses that start like that, they fail because it's a, a, a case, almost a case, I mean, uh, it's like an attempt. You try and you hope that actually it will be a unicorn one day. You have the market, but yeah, in general, it's better to start from, uh, a market. What I always say is that, uh, if you want to be sure to have success, start, uh, in the most competitive niche because for sure there is a high demand. If there are so many players, it means that there are so many people that actually are willing to pay, um, and of course, maybe you, and say, you could say, ah, no, but actually there are too many competitors, so it will be hard. It will be hard if you are not so good at selling, to do marketing. So everything depends, and also the product, like you should overperform them, like overdeliver more than others, like create a better product, and this is, I mean, this is actually another part, uh, yes, I mean, overdeliver does not mean to have success because you can overdeliver, so I mean, overdeliver, so I overdeliver, actually it's a plus. First, actually be sure that you have a market, a market with high demand.
Speaker A
Second, actually it's important that you create a product or service that actually can fix their problem better than any other solution. But why?
Speaker A
Because why do they have to choose you, especially if you are new? And when I say better solution, it means that usually you are unique. So you should have what in direct marketing is called the unique mechanism. That is the unique way how you, uh, satisfy the promise. Uh, to explain in simple words, if I sell a pill to lose weight, my unique mechanism could be this unique formula with these ingredients. And one of these ingredients could be this plant from Tibet that actually burns, uh, the fat in this particular way. And no one in the world has this pill with this unique formula, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. I mean, this is only, uh, this is how you build the marketing thesis. Uh, it's not, it's not how you create a marketing thesis. This is only one part of how you create a marketing thesis. But now don't go, let's not do ours.
Speaker A
Yes. So in general, have a niche that actually is hungry for what you sell.
Speaker A
Have a product that, uh, works really well and that actually, if it's possible, is unique because I was in a situation where actually I also sold products like total commodity, uh, how do you sell commodity, uh, like let's say that you sell gas for the car, okay? How can you sell commodity? You cannot differentiate the commodity because the gas, the fuel, how do you call it, is the same for everyone. You cannot lower the price too much because otherwise you will fail. So you have to create the offer, um, a, a different offer. So if you do actually a, if you buy the fuel from me, actually I will give you a free wash for your car. Okay? Or I will give you this bonus. So there is a famous software, very famous, that many years ago, uh, that actually I replicated, uh, I did something similar in another context where actually, um, in this gas station they started to sell, um, like a cup of tea, uh, like a set of cup of tea if you, uh, if you were going there to do the fuel for your car, and they actually crashed the market. They had a big line and the fuel was the same for everyone. Uh, so yeah, anyway, uh, market, market hungry for your product or service, um, a product or service that really fixes the problem in a unique way, and third, uh, a market that actually has the money to pay you because it's, uh, I mean, uh, if they don't have the money, they will not buy, of course. So it's never a good idea to sell, for example, to students or people like me in the past. [laughter] Uh, yeah, but in your case it's different because you, I mean, in the past you were fixing a serious problem and even if they were without money, their parents had the money because you were helping. There is another thing you told me, right, about the four requirements. There should be also the awareness, like that people have to be aware.
Speaker A
Yeah, and it's not a requirement. No, this is not a requirement because you can actually also make people aware, but it depends on how much money you have and it will take time. Uh, so it's not a requirement, it's something that for sure helps. I mean, if I have to start to make money, for sure I start with people that are already actually looking, like I said before, they are looking for my solution. So they are aware, um, but how to understand that people are looking? I mean, uh, so this is the market research basically that you do. There are already the first signs: there are already players that are selling your product or service, and this is the easiest way to understand this market. If you think about everything around the fitness niche, I mean, there is a big market because there are thousands and thousands and thousands of, uh, competitors that actually sell totally different products. So it's easy. I mean, you understand if there is a market. The first sign is someone is already doing big money in this market, in this niche. Yes, perfect, there is a market.
Speaker A
Um, this is the first sign, and second, yes, you could actually also look at their opinions on forums, Google Places where your niche aggregates because every niche, uh, first, what is a niche? It is actually a group of people, a, a, a group of people with the same problem or desire because you don't have to fix a problem to make money. For example, luxury cars are a desire. It's not a problem. Mhm. Uh, maybe keeping actually your luxury car in a good way is a problem. So I mean, buying the Louis Vuitton, it's not a problem.
Speaker A
Okay, it's a desire. So anyway, actually, uh, maybe for many people, finding the money to buy the Louis Vuitton is a [laughter] problem. Uh, and for this actually, uh, yeah, anyway, uh, coming back to us, so
Speaker A
what was the question? I mean, uh, that actually, yes, we talked about selling to people who have money and not like students or people without jobs, etc.
Speaker A
Yes. So actually, uh, niche with, uh, niche with big desire for what you are selling, uh, excellent product with actually, uh, excellent product that solves this, uh, satisfied promise in a unique way, uh, people with money that can pay for your product. Usually there are also people that maybe they don't have a nice, uh, financial, uh, situation, but they will do everything to pay for your product. Uh, if you think that actually the most poor people have the last iPhone or the biggest TV. So I mean, if they want, they will always find the money, but always sell to the rich people, uh, because they pay better.
Speaker A
Uh, and, um, at the end, actually you have to be able to, to...
Speaker A
not means to have a success because you can overd deliver so I mean overd deliver so I overd deliver actually it's a plus first actually be sure that you have a market a market with high demand.
Speaker A
Second, actually it's important that you create a product or service that actually can fix their problem better than any other solution. But why?
Speaker A
Because why they have to choose you, especially if you are new and when I say better solution, it means that usually you are unique. So you should have what in direct marketing say the unique mechanism. That is the unique way how
Speaker A
you uh satisfy the promise. Uh to explain a simple word, if I sell a a pill to lose weight, my unique mechanism could be the this unique formula with these ingredients. And one of these ingredients could be this plant from
Speaker A
Tibet that actually burn uh the the fat in in this particular way. And no one in the world has this pill with this unique formula blah blah blah blah blah. I mean this is only uh this is how you build the marketing
Speaker A
thesis. Uh it's not it's not how you create a marketing thesis. This is only one part on how you create a marketing thesis. But now don't go let's not do ours.
Speaker A
Yes. So in general have a niche that actually is hungry of what you sell.
Speaker A
have a product that uh works really well and that actually if it's possible that is unique because I was in situation where actually I also sold product like total commodity uh how you sell commodity uh like let's say that you you
Speaker A
sell gas for the for the car okay how you can sell commodity you cannot differentiate the commodity because the the gas the fuel how you call is the game for everyone. You cannot lower the price too much because otherwise you
Speaker A
will fail. So you have to create the offer um a a different offer. So if you do actually a if you buy the fuel to me actually I will give you a free wash for your car. Okay? Or I will
Speaker A
give you this bonus. So there is a famous software very famous that many years ago uh that actually I replicate uh I did something similar in another contest where actually um in this gas station they start to sold um
Speaker A
like a cup of tea uh like a set of cup of tea if you uh if you were going there to do the the fuel for your car and they actually crash the market they had a big line and the fuel was the same for
Speaker A
everyone. Uh so yeah anyway uh market market hungry of your product or service um in product or service that really fix the problem in a unique way and third uh a market that actually has the money to pay you because it's uh I mean uh if
Speaker A
they don't have the money they will not buy of course so it's not never a good idea sell for example to students or people like me in the past. [laughter] Uh yeah, but in your case is different because you I mean in the past you were
Speaker A
fixing a serious problem and they also if they were without money their parents had the money because you were help there is another thing you told me right about the force requirement there is should be also the awareness like that
Speaker A
people have to be aware. Yeah and it's not a requirement. No this is not a requirement is because you can actually also make aware the people but depends about how much money you have and it will take time. Uh so it's not a
Speaker A
requirement, it's something that for sure help. I mean if I have to start to make money for sure I start to people that they are already actually looking like I said before they are looking for my solution. So they are aware um
Speaker A
but how to understand that people are looking I mean uh so this is the market research basically that you do. There are already the first sign is that there are already player that are selling your product or service and this is the most
Speaker A
easy easy way to understand this market. If you think about everything around the fitness niche, I mean there is a big market because there are thousand and thousand and thousand of uh of competitor that actually sell totally different product. So it's easy. I mean
Speaker A
you understand if there is market the first sign is someone is already doing big money in this market in this niche yes perfect there is market um this is the first sign and second yes you could actually also look their opinion on
Speaker A
forum Google place where your niche aggregate because every niche uh first what is it niche is actually a group of people a a a group of people with the same problem or desire because you don't have to fix a problem to make
Speaker A
money. For example, luxury car is a desire. It's not a problem. Mhm. Uh maybe keep actually your luxury car in a good way. It's a problem. So I mean buy the Louis Vuitton, it's not a problem.
Speaker A
Okay, it's a desire. So anyway, actually uh maybe for many people is find the money to to buy the Louis Vuitton. It's a [laughter] problem. uh and for this actually uh yeah anyway uh coming back to us so
Speaker A
what's was the question I mean uh that actually yes we talk about to buy to selling to the people who have money and not like students or people without job etc.
Speaker A
Yes. So actually uh niche with uh niche with big desire for what are you selling uh excellent product with actually uh excellent product that solve this uh satisfied promise in unique way uh people with money that can pay your
Speaker A
product. Usually there are also people that maybe they don't have a nice uh finance uh situation but they will do everything to pay your product. Uh if you think that actually the most poor people has the the last iPhone or the biggest TV.
Speaker A
So I mean if they want they will always find the money but always sell to the rich people uh because they pay better.
Speaker A
uh and um at the end actually you have to be able to to reach uh this niche uh with your traffic with your uh communic marketing communication uh because otherwise they will not aware that you are selling something. So these actually
Speaker A
are the main one not the only one but uh the main one. Yeah. But you know uh talking about your actually method of work what surprise a lot of people that I'm talking with is that actually majority of your cases if
Speaker A
you think been built with paid ads not organic traffic like um this is something that people really are scared to do because this is something that you need to really be good at. So could you tell me a little bit more like would you
Speaker A
prefer paid ads or organic ads or organic traffic or basically what are the rules of this paid ads to make them work? I mean of course uh what you prefer it depends actually depends about uh uh the client about uh the there are
Speaker A
too many factor in general I always sold uh I I always did ads because uh um was more predictable. I mean with ads you can immediately start to have a result because you put $1 in ads and you
Speaker A
immediately have a return uh on your investment that could be positive or negative depends if actually you are good to do ads your offer is good you are reached the good niche blah blah blah okay but with ads you can actually
Speaker A
that the biggest difference is that uh the ads money by time so if you do organic you could actually spend one year two year and uh maybe start to see result Okay. Uh with ads immediately. So immediately uh so in general yeah I mean
Speaker A
immediately if you're good immediately if you are good of course. Of course but yes that's what what is nice that with the ads you immediately have a feedback if you are good or not.
Speaker A
If you're good or not depends what you mean. You are good your offer is good.
Speaker A
Yes or not. Your communic your copyrightiting is uh good. Okay. So depends there are there are many things around the ads that makes them worse.
Speaker A
But in general with the ads actually you are you are faster. Okay, you are faster and if you're good uh I it's like that for me like Facebook, Google uh I always saw them like my personal ATM because uh
Speaker A
actually if you think that uh in the worst case scenario okay uh I always I always acquire clients for free. I mean because actually I spend like a it's an example uh one client from Facebook cost me Facebook ads $20 h I
Speaker A
sell something that actually allow me to arrive at break even this is in the worst case scenario so I'm acquiring clients for free uh and all the next all the next purchase will be uh profit so and better actually if this is the most
Speaker A
common situation especially when you to high prices. Uh you spend like uh 500, you earn 600. So how much money you will put on on ads? Endless. I mean you will also sell your apartment to put everything on Facebook because you are
Speaker A
impositive. So if you know actually how to do the ads, I mean every time that someone say how much money I need for the ads, my budget, it means that he don't he doesn't understand nothing of ads. uh because
Speaker A
he in his mind he has first to lose money before actually to earn money and this is a mistake because how I see the ads and how I make it works of course you have to know how to make it works
Speaker A
like that that actually the ads um in worst case scenario you have to be in break even so you acquire a client for free and uh in the best scenario that best not means rare it means only the
Speaker A
best uh you are uh doing money on the first uh purchase of course depends about strate depends actually about many many things. So yeah, how much uh normally uh like a lot of people asking like okay if I want to
Speaker A
start how much money I have to put the test depends from the market. I mean in US uh for example but minimum minimum for few ads you have to start with 200 per day.
Speaker A
Okay. So you do test you do some test and when actually maybe the first test will not work the second will not work the third will not work after four or five test you will find the funnel to
Speaker A
scale and you will start to scale. So yes, maybe you have you need a minimum to start. I could say $5,000, $10,000 actually to do the testing phase. Uh but that's it. Later actually, if you know how to do the ads, it's all
Speaker A
profit. Uh that's it. While uh with organic first why actually I never did organic first because you don't you don't have this in recently you started. [laughter] Yeah. Yeah, I know. Let me Yes. I I will say now so actually uh with organic
Speaker A
traffic the difference is that you don't have immediate an immediate response and you could actually spend a lot of time to have result but what is nice organic that organic you create an audience people that uh become your become your
Speaker A
fan and on long term organic traffic will give you better result on long term could be one two three four five years depends uh but actually I recently discover yes uh that uh uh also with organic traffic uh maybe you don't need
Speaker A
um I mean so much time because uh I mean now I start um uh for my second business uh uh actually that maybe I can tell about but for my second business and uh Instagram account from scratch um it was
Speaker A
18 February was the first post I told you yeah two days ago and now we are uh 51 1,000 follower.
Speaker A
Now, let's say that today is how today is the date today is uh today is 4th of April.
Speaker A
4th of April. Yes. Anyway, in less than two months actually I did like 4 millions view, a lot of viral re etc etc. Uh and I start also a second profile uh 10 days ago, two weeks ago also from scratch. uh uh and now is
Speaker A
30,000 uh actually and uh and yeah and also 1 million views uh so I I mean also I think that you know the problem is that yes this is this was a fake belief that's what I don't like I don't like to
Speaker A
talk about the average because the mediocre people talk about the average because the average people always say oh maybe to on social you need of five years 10 years etc so because I never actually in the uh did so much uh post so many uh real
Speaker A
etc on social network that was my benchmark okay but I mean you should not uh set your metrics on what the average do because otherwise you will be like them uh and now I just create another belief that in less than two months
Speaker A
actually in less than one month I already was to 30,000 but let's clarify here because I also want to not create this expectation that you can postren random stuff and grow just because uh just posting.
Speaker A
No, it's not random stuff. Okay. Okay. Yeah let's because actually you before you started I remember you said okay now I will figure out how it works. You sit it and like maybe one week from morning till evening you studied everything connected
Speaker A
to social media from every possible source, every possible resources you seek advice, consultation, expertise uh you tried, you test it etc. And remember also the first first before you started to study first account that you created you get zero views then you figure out
Speaker A
how to make it work. Yeah. Yeah. It's true. Because of this hard work that you did like to learn that's also Yeah. Yeah. I mean nothing is easy.
Speaker A
Yeah. Yeah. Uh I mean I spent like uh my one week 7 10 days to I all days all day to study all the possible course video uh trying to study. I I mean I actually I created a folder with uh the best re
Speaker A
that actually that that went viral that I like. It was around 100 real and I studied all their hook the duration. I mean now of course there was an hard uh work uh to to learn about this. Uh so I
Speaker A
I I mean it's not of course easy that everyone now tomorrow start to post. No, no, of course there is a a big Yeah, but also it's possible to do in so quick time. We have I mean everything I think depends about
Speaker A
how about our willing power. I mean if actually uh you are uh I mean very committed on what you do, you will find the solution. It's also true that we have to say that I found way how the algorithm works. I mean now
Speaker A
uh I mean I will actually uh I it's true I never did millions of follower but something I understood for sure um and uh what I was saying that actually what I was saying that before you underestimated organic
Speaker A
and now you put this limiting belief away. Yeah. Yeah. But yeah in general uh ah yes but yeah I have to be uh always to be transparent the niche that actually is the relationship niche where I started this this uh two profile this
Speaker A
bot uh because I know this niche incredible well I mean I know this wish this niche I think and this is not arrogant is the truth it's hard to find someone that know this niche better me um because I studied for my second
Speaker A
business that I launch for one year and alpha every single day. Uh I mean every single day I studied thousand a thousand uh hundreds or thousand of people that had my specific problem you know in my niche. So and I know this niche so well
Speaker A
so incredible well that I'm I like them now. I mean they are woman actually. So [laughter] but I know exactly what to write to create empathy with them. And that's why it's so easy for me to create viral re.
Speaker A
Of course, it's not easy because in general every 10 real I have two viral I can say but I post 10 real every day. So it means that actually it's pretty common for me have a viral viral real
Speaker A
but I know too well my niche. So this is and that's actually is super important.
Speaker A
Yes. Uh a important requirement that we didn't say at the beginning that you have to know your niche better. But when you work with the clients and you do launch for them, you basically help them to find this specific problem to solve
Speaker A
you study niche with them as well, right? Yeah. Yeah. Of course. That depends actually about the service that Yeah. In general, yeah, I mean uh every time I mean now we did hundreds of lunch. So in also very particular we're niche like uh
Speaker A
actually we had one moment one time one woman that actually asked us to do the lunch I mean it's not a good nice happy topic but a lunch for woman that were pregnant but they lost the the child and
Speaker A
they were they she was a mental coach for them h actually also in nish in uh uh in in the sex sexual niche like tantra all this stuff etc.
Speaker A
But also music music label music yeah but in that case I'm I mean for me it's easy to write.
Speaker A
Yeah we will talk about your story I was a musician was a was super easy and actually we had super incredible result that was one of the easiest launch that I ever did for me because I knew it the
Speaker A
target well I knew it exactly what they what they want. So actually before to start to researching the market, I already knew what they want because I was one of them in the past. This is actually a very big advantage for for
Speaker A
you if you sell to someone that actually is the version of yourself some years ago.
Speaker A
Yeah. Like because you know exactly his pain, his fears, what he want, his desire or her desire, whatever. So yeah. Um but what other niche that you had the most numbers of launches like u my in general actually in in general in
Speaker A
make money niche probably it's the the biggest one I mean in make money niche uh that actually trading a lot uh trading e-commerce self-publishing uh Amazon FBA I mean in the actually I think the majority of clients I mean I adults in trading a lot.
Speaker A
Seriously, trading uh [laughter] too many because they always advise one to each other right?
Speaker A
Yes, exactly. I mean, why? Because when you have a incredible result in uh with one client, one niche, I mean, the voice start to actually spread and everyone in the same niche want to work with you.
Speaker A
So, so yeah and actually and sometimes yes maybe it could be that some cl some prospect prospect is a maybe client we can say in easy word uh so prospect is someone in target that actually has the problem that you fix with your service
Speaker A
so someone could have the the fear the worry about hey but actually you are helping my competitor but actually it's a because like I said before uh first you have a unique product and not only you have a unique product uh that
Speaker A
solve this problem unique way but what the especially in the info business the people they have to understand is that the people very often they buy you and not your product or service they buy your personality so for example there
Speaker A
are people that maybe they will never buy to me because uh uh I don't know uh I could also if I don't know uh 100% they they uh will do millions every month with me and also if they are 100%
Speaker A
sure anyway maybe they could still not buy with me because maybe they could not like my personality uh and maybe they could buy to another one only because they like more the personality so the info business the guru niche the guru
Speaker A
market we could say it works a lot also with the personality of course if your offer sucks I mean the personality does not but could happen that personality sucks I mean uh yes of And it's very common and I have
Speaker A
to say that actually uh to be always transparent because there are I very often uh had clients that at the beginning say I never did video in front of the camera. So actually I'm not so I don't have actually this uh uh
Speaker A
leadership okay this charisma okay whatever. So for sure there are some people that actually we could say it's a somewhat for some part it's something that you are born with. You know what I mean? I mean I uh I'm born with this uh
Speaker A
particular way to communicate. So actually I'm very good in front of the camera. Other people maybe they need actually more time. But also if you maybe you never did and you totally suck. Okay at the beginning you will
Speaker A
sucks but like everything in the life the more you do and the more you will come better. So I think that actually there is a no one no one that could could not become good to the video in
Speaker A
front of the camera. Of course maybe you will not become like the super charismatic guy that also have this presence this personality. Of course he I mean he has something more but it not means I mean very often actually it
Speaker A
helps but it's not a requirement mandatory. It helps but uh uh but yeah it's not but you can do funnels like where video is not the most important part like where for example we more rely on text or other type of convincing
Speaker A
I mean depends it dep depends about the business if it's an info business info if info business where there is like one expert that sell his knowledge you have to be the people want to see your face.
Speaker A
So uh in general you can you can also do of course but you will have less result and uh and yes it will take more time actually to result because the people by you your personality your face your
Speaker A
presence and after your product if they don't like you they will never buy. So it's important that actually they are uh anyway they are willing to put their face you know it's a a big handicap uh to not uh uh put your face on the
Speaker A
camera uh because your competitor actually will have a big advantage actually what I suggest usually when the entrepreneur doesn't want to appear is to a hire a frontman pay him a percentage of every month's uh h something and he will do video and you
Speaker A
will create uh the business actually it happened that I had a percentage in other business uh where I was not the expert of the business and uh but I was leading the business behind you know what I mean so doesn't matter I mean
Speaker A
there is always a solution important is to have an exceptional product or service that really fix the problem all the rest doesn't matter I mean the marketing uh it's easy I mean it's easy for [laughter] you I mean after yeah
Speaker A
because actually after hundreds of launch it's easy I I mean if I mean it's like play the piano for me it's easy because uh you played 16 years so how many I I start when I was five six so it's
Speaker A
super easy for me uh uh but uh but but I mean in general uh there is nothing that uh is impossible nothing that yes without a solution only have if you don't have knowledge you for product sucks or business sucks
Speaker A
or you're lazy [laughter] actually could also be yeah I mean uh but in that case I will be the first one to to say hey listen maybe it's not uh do something else or I mean I will not
Speaker A
take you like client because you will not have result and you will be angry blah blah blah and yeah it's not but um for Russian followers those who will watch us for example if they don't speak English that well and they want to
Speaker A
launch an international market what would be the solution for them to hire the frontman or maybe they can do with the eye or both I mean today it's only it's only their choice uh if they hired the frontman.
Speaker A
Uh, of course there are I mean some uh I mean there are pro and cons in both.
Speaker A
Okay, because if you are a frontman of course uh what is nice that you can do like webinar live, you can do direct on social, okay, where you have your frontman that actually uh can talk directly to the to the audience and this
Speaker A
is actually really really good. Uh on the other side actually you first you have to find this person uh person that you trust. uh you have to actually hire you have to pay him or her and uh so
Speaker A
could be actually I mean you for for sure you have to good to pay him a good percentage of money because the talent people nice people they don't work for you for uh for free or if they are I
Speaker A
mean in my case it happened that actually my uh manager he start work for me for free but I mean he was actually I could say a fun So it's different it's a different situation. So yeah, they could actually
Speaker A
hire a frontman or today because we are in the AI age they can do with the eye and it's actually it's faster, it's cheaper and the result are almost I mean incredible good. It's very very hard to understand and also if the people
Speaker A
understand it doesn't care because you you can say hey I translate with it doesn't matter. Uh they maybe there is something that you cannot do like um like yeah like do webinar live or live in general or maybe if you are a incredible
Speaker A
good seller h you cannot sell on the phone by yourself. Uh so there are pro and cons in both but uh actually today also before but especially today with the I doesn't matter if you don't know the lang I mean I could actually sell
Speaker A
also in Russia now I as if I I don't speak Russia and uh and yeah I will I'm sure that actually I will have a result uh anyway so so yeah that's it. Yeah. Also, uh interesting. But about online schools
Speaker A
for example, uh you would say that they also kind of depend on this image of the speaker or if it's online school which is like um like the one that you work with for example like Yeah. International. Yeah.
Speaker A
Yes. Yes. So uh in this case like there should be like also one frontman you suggest all it's always better to have who represent the the company the business. Yes. I mean uh yeah of course. Yes. Because the
Speaker A
people trusts more. Okay. So there is some it's I mean if you have someone some charismatic frontman it help a lot.
Speaker A
So absolutely yes doesn't matter your business if you have one frontman that put his face uh it help a lot. I mean uh now it's a extreme example but Mask is not stupid to be always in the Yes. Yes.
Speaker A
I mean in on the stage and you know there is this common belief that people have that for example uh something in info business stopped working something starts to work could you name the main let's say trends or
Speaker A
the main techniques that would work right now in US or European market like maybe webinars are not working any longer but what works like what are the main I would say points of attention that you should focus on
Speaker A
I think that actually I I mean this question u I mean doesn't work I mean doesn't work doesn't work what actually it sucks so what it means that actually if your marketing sucks uh you your offer is uh uh same like your competitor
Speaker A
h you don't have any actually differentiation point I mean of course nothing works the problem is that people copy each other and they expect to have result so of course they they don't have result and it's a mistake to to say ah
Speaker A
what it works the webinar maybe the videos is later no depends actually what you sell I mean if you sell something that require a webinar so the web will will works if you do a webinar to sell like an ebooks for $1 probably it's not
Speaker A
a good choice maybe depends I mean depends because maybe you do to sell this ebook and in the same webinar you do an upsell for I mean depends so there is no like the technique that works for everyone not the trend I know
Speaker A
[laughter] And this is actually this is this is actually the what the people that don't know how the marketing works want. They want something that ah if I know magic pill I know that if I do webinar will works.
Speaker A
No it's a I mean uh uh actually it works what what it works actually what you need for your product or service or offer and if you do in the right way how you have to do and if uh you know how the direct
Speaker A
marketing worksh and that's it. So the people that doesn't have result it's only because 99% they copy each other. They expect they expect to have result because maybe there's one of them that are doing millions. So they copy each other and
Speaker A
they say why not works and they also try something one like something and they later don't test.
Speaker A
They don't have this mentality to actually keep going till you find the right. Exactly. Also because they expect to have a result immediately without Yeah.
Speaker A
This is a super but this is actually everywhere. But now because I mean your audience is mainly um we don't know.
Speaker A
Okay. But uh I mean now you already have a lot of uh Russian follower. Okay.
Speaker A
About Russian follower, what I notice in their market is that they copy each other. They are the same. They are all the same. I mean seriously they share a lot of I mean the Russian market is one of the most no I think one
Speaker A
of the most easiest market where you can sell because the people are super ignorant about marketing.
Speaker A
[snorts] uh the majority of them the majority okay so let take for my Russian followers maybe we will cut it from English version but take for Russian followers explain in simple way what direct marketing is what called coldf
Speaker A
funnels are and actually why all this dancing in stories and creating stories sales is not actually the marketing I mean actually uh so I mean what is a so let's start for the first question what is a called funnel is a I mean it's
Speaker A
a pretty simple the question is a a a funnel to people that don't know you that's it so people that it's a cold funnel that's it so how you reach these people there are many way actually you can do uh organic you can do ads uh you
Speaker A
can do affiliation you can do joint venture with other business uh referral there are no uh referral actually it's not called no referral it's already uh before referral they didn't know you I mean you can create a referral program
Speaker A
where actually cold people will become warm but anyway so that's it so a cold funnel is simple people that don't know you what is the problem I think in the Russian market about what I said and actually many time you show me actually
Speaker A
how the people work them first that they call everyone they copy each other this is a common problem everywhere but in Russian is so much I mean [snorts] I mean what they do actually they share a about uh how rich they are and
Speaker A
very often they they are not I mean I [laughter] I mean, I can immediately understand what's Where's your Rolex?
Speaker A
Why you came here without Yeah. Yeah. Actually, I I forgot in my $10,000 rubon bag at home. So, but no.
Speaker A
Anyway, actually, let's clarify that there is uh any problem to have a Rolex. Actually, it's super nice. It's only that I don't care. I prefer to spend money in experience. But, uh have a Rolex, Louis Vuitton, it's totally fine.
Speaker A
Okay. Uh it's a problem think that the people that show Rolex and Louis Vuitton are rich because very often the people that buy the stuff are people that become poor to buy the stuff. Yeah. So anyway, and the problem that the Russian
Speaker A
what they do this Russian info business, I don't know, they try to sell showing, I don't know, their new bag or uh uh I don't know some rental car at one moment also in Italy it happened also in US, but in Russian is too much.
Speaker A
You know, everyone do this and uh they never share expertise that much. I mean they No, but their offer is the same. I mean I can I actually go to next level make X2 of your income but they quantum leap
Speaker A
but they don't yeah they talking about something that has no no sense selling with the energy selling with uh I mean I mean I mean you know actually I mean you could actually also uh sell this product but the problem is
Speaker A
that you have to give proof about how this energy actually works. because yeah maybe you can actually uh say that I don't know you found actually studies where you can um really maybe it's an example I don't know this nature but you
Speaker A
can really change uh how the uh your energy can influence the mood of other prospect and they will buy you know so I mean the problem is that they cop each other you know what happens in Russia is that
Speaker A
actually copyrightiting it's not considered to be marketing copyrightiting is something the least the most unpaid the least important job.
Speaker A
You know, copyriters they get like I don't know $1 per post, maybe $2, $3.
Speaker A
It's like something that people think, h I don't want to do all this emails.
Speaker A
Okay, I will hire copyriter to do this for me all this boring stuff for them.
Speaker A
This is not marketing. Yeah, but is not marketing because actually they don't know the impact of a good not a good and excellent copyrightiting in their team.
Speaker A
I mean or that work on their project. I mean the people actually in Europe uh and uh in US are not stupid that pay me minimum $60,000 to work with me. Uh and you started as a copyrighter in the
Speaker A
past. I started to work as a copyriter for another uh marketing agency actually Italian marketing agency. Yes. And there actually I understood I I mean they actually they were acquiring client for $50,000, $100,000, $100,000, etc. And at some point I said, "Hey, why? Hey, wait,
Speaker A
but I'm writing material for their clients. So why I don't start my business?" And that's it. Of course, at the beginning, I didn't actually earn this money because you have to create uh I mean there is a process anyway. Now we
Speaker A
will talk about your story but uh but yeah I mean it's probably I mean the offer is the most important thing and second immediately uh the copyrightiting I mean the what what you write how you sell this offer is the most important
Speaker A
thing and in Russia yes the problem is that they don't have any knowledge nothing they don't have any knowledge because I can read uh like in US I mean they are crazy level I mean there you have to be a serious a player actually
Speaker A
to go But in Russia, I mean uh I mean they do stories uh some usually some stories on Instagram and they buy my program all the same communication in the same niche. They sell the same product with the same they cop each other and I like
Speaker A
I said it's and they hope that someone will buy just because they like them.
Speaker A
It's like that everywhere but in Russian I see that there is almost no one that have a real real knowledge. Okay. Uh so so yeah I admit because one year ago like two years ago before met meeting you
Speaker A
actually I did my sales but I did them more intuitively randomly and I was so influenced by others what others did especially like top of the market who actually you buy any course and they teach you to do stories in the end but
Speaker A
they don't teach you marketing if actually if I to be honest but I mean in the past at least as actually it's always a surprise urprised me that in the past you always did many right things actually intuitively how how to
Speaker A
say so without studying and this is actually really impressive uh but at the same times I mean you were doing a lot of things that actually I consider like um not good you know the fact is that when I just
Speaker A
started my first business like online business C Academy that time I had experience to work in company that time I had some experience in marketing because one year I started marketing in Warso in Poland and also generally I
Speaker A
just was studying from best expertise like I studied a lot of US companies how they do and I tried to repeat after them but after I started to be like I'm not doing enough I'm earning only 10 15k per
Speaker A
month I have to maybe uh scale etc and when I started to think about scaling I started to learn from Russian infoguru like all this top of the market and I ruined everything I crushed everything that I built and my mind start to be
Speaker A
full of seriously that was obviously not helping because I started from a really good entrepreneur transition to this, you know, like a stupid girl doing some stupid stories. I really am not proud of myself. But it's it's okay. I mean uh it's okay. Now you
Speaker A
are on the right boat. I met you. So now you are okay. But but because if you I mean I no one expose you in the past to the right material to the right mentors u so that actually um know how to really
Speaker A
uh make money with the with the info business. So it's obvious that uh maybe uh you you didn't know so many things and that's why I mean I was actually I could say I mean lucky because I start I
Speaker A
found immediately the the best expert actually the my mentor that actually the best uh um or the best and uh of course they were in in US market and so I actually I mean I was lucky that I found
Speaker A
immediately the right mentor. So in Russia actually it's totally I mean yeah because obviously I spoke English uh I always been speaking English but I just didn't know like and obviously you have like your role models and also the
Speaker A
Harvard actually proved like there there was a research that 95% of your success is actually been influenced by five people who you surrounded with. So basically if Yeah. Yeah. if you are surrounded from I don't know but also if you your mentor
Speaker A
on Instagram are all the same people that do the same and uh yeah there is no way I don't know I don't know a show I don't know I mean I don't know what's just I want to tell you thank you
Speaker A
I tell you thank you to be patient because I remember all this time when I told me what is your offer I don't need offer I yeah I don't need offer [laughter] I'm good like this they will buy because
Speaker A
I will make them convince on the stream. I don't need offer. What is your funnel?
Speaker A
Um just calls, you know. Um I really thank you for being patient. No, it's it's okay. It's okay. Anyway, so yes. So in Russian actually I think that whoever and you can see also with your result everyone that know Maser a
Speaker A
little bit about the right direct marketing strategy would crush the market because all your competitor are too ignorant. Yes, I mean are are too seriously I always say that I have so many things to do now to manage to business etc. But otherwise
Speaker A
I would start immediately to sell Russian and I would do easily millions every month because they are too ignorant. No, seriously without offending no one. I mean ignorant it's the point to be understand that what someone is ignorant is a good starting
Speaker A
point that actually he has to was ignorant too actually and that would help me because uh all this time when I had my ego like no it's okay I'm doing already a lot you don't see like I already do like 20 30,000 I
Speaker A
did also 150,000 doing some extreme stuff like selling without the offer etc. That time I was having this ego so high that I couldn't learn. As soon as I say okay, I will start implementing what Raph says to me. I started to skyrocket
Speaker A
seriously my results in Russian market like this one like this one after one. So it's just about really accepting the reality like hey listen there is the guy who is doing actually great results. He learned so many things. Don't be
Speaker A
offended by that. Just learn from this. Take this opportunity grow. It's a chance. It's like someone never meets this opportunity, never had this. So that's what I understood and this helped me a lot. So this is actually also
Speaker A
starting point for those who watching us today to oh my god there are so many things I can learn and start digging in deeper like okay now I know that there is this direct marketing I didn't know about this before I know this and that
Speaker A
actually what is direct marketing because we don't use this phrase often in Russian market.
Speaker A
Direct marketing actually is um to okay I will do a simple example. Okay. Like a classic stupid marketing marketing is like I don't know the they put actually a big sign on the street with with a weird slogan like Chanel the perform the
Speaker A
perform of the life something like that. This is the classic marketing that actually no one make money. Okay, the awareness marketing how we can say direct marketing say it's actually something that talk directly to your emotion pain and there's always a call
Speaker A
to action like hey now I will be exaggerated to make the people understand but hey are you actually tired to to to watch yourself in the mirror and see yourself fat ugly et etc.
Speaker A
uh call call this number or click here actually to to buy my uh program uh uh my seven uh my I don't know 50 kilo uh minus in seven days program yeah now it's of course but yes with the specific benefit yes
Speaker A
this is actually the direct marketing that it's very specific talk to the emotion to the gut of the people bring them to the funnel to squeeze them later inside Yes. Yes. Uh I mean of course um I mean it's it's not only this
Speaker A
because the rest would be too easy and everyone would be millionaire but actually this is the contestence. Yeah.
Speaker A
The main concept and recently actually because I started a new business uh actually more corporate business I discovered that actually a new concept that actually that is a combination uh of these two word. uh so it's a direct
Speaker A
marketing but uh with there is actually this uh um this intention to create this awareness like the leading of the market so that's what and uh it's working so yeah okay great so basically uh now um as we
Speaker A
talked about Russian market so what would you recommend to my Russian followers like to actually start learning better marketing American marketing let's call it like this and maybe expand in Russia or to start their info business abroad like how to
Speaker A
understand it's time to go abroad you need to have something good in Russia or you can do immediately I'm not in Russia generally Russian speaking countries in Russia yes I mean in Russia now because there are not so many competitor the I
Speaker A
mean maybe yes there are so many but not so many good it's more more easier that sell actually in English market because in English market you you have to be extremely good to sell in English market of course it depends about we are
Speaker A
talking extremely good to do millions. Okay, because now if someone will think, ah, but they already selling in English and he's doing like three sales every month. Okay, of course depends. If you are doing the three sales every month of
Speaker A
$1 million, good for you. Congratulations. So anyway, uh in general, yeah, starting Russian market is easier uh for the competition because it's your native language, etc. Uh especially if you already have result.
Speaker A
So if you already know the how the direct marketing works, you can scale easily in Russia. And I suggest so just better like the device here would be to learn more of American marketing, direct marketing to improve your skills and skyrocket your sales
Speaker A
are really rush. Yes. Yes. And when you are actually uh saturated your market that uh I mean if you are I mean that actually there are not so many people to sell anymore. everyone know your offer etc etc you can start in the English
Speaker A
market in general in my case because I know marketing of course I would start always always uh in English market because there are people with more money they can access to the to the credits they can pay you like if your product
Speaker A
cost $10,000 they can easily ask to the bank in US especially I mean sell to high prices very very easy in Russia if you have to sell for $10,000 for sure or $100,000 like me of course there is a
Speaker A
less people that can afford this. Yeah. But for example, if person has some kind of business and he wants or she wants to come to you to launch in US like to come to us basically. Uh so he
Speaker A
does need to have some results in Russian speaking market or it's not necessary. uh better if he has of course because we already have a testimonial proof result that what he's doing works otherwise no I mean if his product works
Speaker A
or service really works if he really uh understand the niche and created something that really fix a very big incredible problem a painful problem for the niche no I mean um many times we started in Italy uh people from scratch
Speaker A
like I said before that guy that in the self-publishing did the 100,000 from scratch uh more than one anyway in one month but he had really irresistible offer.
Speaker A
What is for you this irresistible offer? Something that the people feel stupid to say no.
Speaker A
Can you give examples? Yeah like I did this is my first offer that made me successful five years ago when I was a freelancer was uh I was like without almost zero. I was living in Milan in Italy without money and I
Speaker A
was desperate. So I sent cold email to all the info business in Italy and uh saying this email, hey listen, if my material will not convert better that your current material, I will get I will give you double back the money that you
Speaker A
paid me and then then I start to do I mean I I from zero to $20,000 per month and I never did $10,000 per month and you wrote all these materials and all of them convert better actually. Yes. And uh yeah and yes yes I
Speaker A
mean and now if I think it was a really I mean big risk because I was first without money so I could not give you back [laughter] nothing and uh and second my knowledge five years ago were actually
Speaker A
I mean I mean yes I had a lot of knowledge but nothing compared to now. So, but I mean they are always uh happy.
