So, what we're going to do is we're sort of going to carry on from where we've left off.
Speaker A
Here we go. We're in the map room. Now, what we're going to do is we're going to start picking up some bits and pieces to get on with.
Speaker A
So, take the wasp quest card from the map table.
Speaker A
Okay. There's a quest card on the map table.
Speaker A
So, we're going to take this one. Take the quest. There are some other ones, but we'll start off with one at a time, I think.
Speaker A
Right. Follow it in the region of your map. F9 to see your current objectives.
Speaker A
So, we know what we're going to do. It's only to do with the wasps.
Speaker A
But, if we press F9, enter the picnic area infestation.
Speaker A
Right you are. So, we'll go back to the game.
Speaker A
And here we go. So, we're going to head on out.
Speaker A
Right. So, we're heading out this way by a little bit.
Speaker A
And we're going to try to follow our mini map that will take us to where we need to go. Use the wheel mouse to zoom the camera closer or further away.
Speaker A
If you ever find the view awkward, press R to move the camera to its default position.
Speaker A
You can press H. Can I interest you in something? H is No, here is.
Speaker A
All right.
Speaker A
Okay. Here is. We scroll up and scroll in.
Speaker A
Okay. Attacking the picnic area. Follow me.
Speaker A
Hurry please. What we're going to do is there's some wasps attacking a picnic area.
Speaker A
Hurry. It's a picnic area, Boo-Boo. You little snot bag. You know nothing of the world.
Speaker A
Follow me. Nothing of the world. I am following you. Just keep moving, mate, so [laughter] we know where we're going.
Speaker A
Follow me. He said follow me and I am following him. Hurry, please. You've got to save my friends.
Speaker A
Certainly shall. So, we're going to the picnic area to see if Boo-Boo's got some picnic baskets.
Speaker A
But, in that, we're going to go kill ourselves some wasps.
Speaker A
Ooh. Nasty looking bloody wasps these ones, aren't they?
Speaker A
Right. Help me, please. Thanks for saving me.
Speaker A
You're welcome, mate. We're going to get all of them.
Speaker A
Come here, Mr. Wasp. Oh, that one got me. You saved my life. Thank you so much.
Speaker A
Right. Strike down the wasps.
Speaker A
Right. Strike down the wasps. Oh, got it. How foolish is that?
Speaker A
Okay. Your bow may prove useful against the wasp queen.
Speaker A
Yeah, I tried thinking. More wasps have spawned, but they are no match for your bow.
Speaker A
What we'll do is we'll take these out with the sword, change to the bow, and do her in with a bow.
Speaker A
Attack the wasp queen again. Take that. I got her.
Speaker A
Hero, your will energy is low. Watch that.
Speaker A
What's it? Hold on. We've done this one. This is all about energy being low.
Speaker A
You'll become more renowned. The higher your renown level, the more presence is acknowledged, celebrated, or feared.
Speaker A
Okay. To increase your renown level further, perform quests, trophies, heroic deeds. All renown increase.
Speaker A
Okay, I've got that.
Speaker A
Right. He don't look like no chicken chaser to me, but then again, I ain't met one before.
Speaker A
You have received a new quest card.
Speaker A
Right. Okay, and I am undeniably a chicken chaser.
Speaker A
That's good, isn't it? Being a chicken chaser, I think.
Speaker A
Pick up some bits and pieces around here.
Speaker A
I can have a standard beard. You'll find a hairstyle card using your nearest barber.
Speaker A
Okay, thank you. We're going to find a barber one day and get a standard beard should we wish to do so.
Speaker A
And what else we got? Picking up some bits and pieces here. Health potions. Apple pie, that's better.
Speaker A
Not keen on blueberry pie, but an apple pie will always come in handy.
Speaker A
What is that? Is that just a sundial?
Speaker A
Okay. Now, if I press F9, it says I've got another quest. Maze information. Maze is waiting for you at the Bowerstone tavern.
Speaker A
Which can be reached from Lookout Point. Meet Maze at Bowerstone tavern.
Speaker A
Okay. Lookout Point, I don't know where any of this stuff is, so we'll go have a look around.
Speaker A
And head back to the game. So, we're going to head out of here obviously first and foremost.
Speaker A
How's it going? Going fine, mate. We're heading out this way.
Speaker A
Good work, but there's still dangerous wasps about.
Speaker A
Looking for you. He waits for you in the Bowerstone tavern.
Speaker A
Right, my character was flashing green in the bottom corner. I think that's the upgrade thing.
Speaker A
That's the upgrade thing. Right, anyhow, we've got to go meet Maze. There's more people to talk to. We'll do them after we are over with Maze.
Speaker A
Look at you. He is our mentor after all, and we need to go and speak to him at the Bowerstone Tavern.
Speaker A
It's time for a cold one, maybe. What a nice looking area. Isn't it?
Speaker A
Right, we're in Bowerstone South.
Speaker A
Oi, you're new here, aren't you?
Speaker A
Yep. We have some rules around here that you need to know about.
Speaker A
Bowerstone is a peaceful town. Ah, I'll have to confiscate your weapons for now.
Speaker A
All right.
Speaker A
There are shops, inns, lots of different people, games, all kinds of things. Why not pay the tavern a visit first?
Speaker A
It's the building in front of you, just up the road from here.
Speaker A
Oh, and keep an eye open for Lady Grey.
Speaker A
Treat her with respect. She is the mayor, after all. Have a look around, and enjoy your stay in Bowerstone.
Speaker A
Right, so he's taking my weapons.
Speaker A
Right, so he's taken our weapons off of us.
Speaker A
He don't look like no chicken chaser to me, but then again, I ain't met one before.
Speaker A
Do you know that map is a bit small in the corner? If I change the game resolution, I think. I know it's Uh, Uh, video options.
Speaker A
What I can do is I can still record it and I can set it as 1080p when I do the edit afterwards.
Speaker A
That's okay. I can upscale this using software. After I can see that map clearer now.
Speaker A
Over here. That's all it is. Woohoo! Been enjoying all the attention, have you?
Speaker A
Yes, I heard about your encounter with the wasp queen.
Speaker A
Most of Bowerstone is talking about it. But, um, you shouldn't have that kind. I need to look.
Speaker A
Anyway, that's not why I called you here. You see, there are dark forces gathering that put your giant insect to shame.
Speaker A
Tell me, how much do you remember of the night I took you to the guild?
Speaker A
Of the raid on Oak Fell? Not much, I wager.
Speaker A
A most terrible night. I thought those bandits had killed your whole family and that you were going to [music] be next.
Speaker A
But, it seems there may have been another survivor. Your sister.
Speaker A
Oh, she's still alive?
Speaker A
It's only a rumor and there's no way to be certain yet.
Speaker A
All right. You should know.
Speaker A
Yeah. And for pity's sake, boy, make sure you replace that basic equipment while you're here.
Speaker A
Right, so I've got to replace. So, my sister might be alive. Quick, follow me.
Speaker A
We got it. That a Rosie with What does she want? The sky is red.
Speaker A
Oh, woe is me. My son is poorly. It's me boy. My poor little boy.
Speaker A
We were on a picnic at Lookout Point when he found these strange mushrooms.
Speaker A
The witch in Bowerstone Key says we shouldn't worry. But she needs more of the mushrooms before she can cure him.
Speaker A
I would find them myself, but I need to look after Aldi. Please, could you help us?
Speaker A
Right. Try A. F9. I done this wrong. I've done something wrong. F9. I must have pressed the wrong button.
Speaker A
The sick child. The child has fallen sick in Bowerstone after eating a strange mushroom. Can you help?
Speaker A
Yep.
Speaker A
Talk with the witch in Bowerstone Keys. So.
Speaker A
Okay. My body is made out of sugar.
Speaker A
I hope I don't fall into cobwebs. What was What did she say? Her body was made out of sugar.
Speaker A
Okay. Right. So. I don't see on my map where I'm supposed to go. On?
Speaker A
You don't look like no taxi driver. Are you a taxi driver? What's that? Close. Provide a quick way to travel around Albion. Once you have a region with close gates, you can teleport there at any time.
Speaker A
Don't do. Right. I'm not going to do anything illegal. Right so.
Speaker A
Right, we can now go back to. Right, we can pay. It's It's like a fast travel.
Speaker A
Oh, now this one looks promising. Oh hello. You must be the kid Maze is always talking about.
Speaker A
Can't imagine what he sees in you. Still, I suppose Maze knows best. But where are my manners?
Speaker A
I'm Briar Rose. No doubt you've heard of me. No time for autographs, I'm afraid. I have to get to Knot Hall Glade for an important mission.
Speaker A
Okay. Speaking of
Speaker A
Maybe I should pick it up. I hope you've been practicing. You'll need all the experience you can get to beat me.
Speaker A
See you later, farm boy. She really does not like me. I haven't done anything to upset her.
Speaker A
Right, your combat experience multiplier allows you to increase the experience you earn from battles.
Speaker A
And this is visible in the upper left portion of the screen. More damage you inflict without getting hit, the higher your multiplier becomes.
Speaker A
Right, that damn gone. Hey, what in hell do you think you're doing? Go on, get back, you foreigner.
Speaker A
What? Get out of here. It's their bloody problem. Nasty piece of work. Well, that was the only good thing that happened to All right, what else we got? We got a couple more over here.
Speaker A
Get one up. What we got? All right, we got another one over here somewhere.
Speaker A
Try to get your combat multiplier even higher. Right, so that damn old deed. Oh my the good old orchard found yourself in strange going on here.
Speaker A
Right, we got Hey bad guy. I'd stay there if I were you. That's a bad one finished.
Speaker A
Lovely. Right, more bad guys around here. He's a good one. Oh. Okay. All right, mate. I Didn't mean to hit you.
Speaker A
Simple. Easy. Easy as that. We got things here, but they're not They're not where I'm going. I want to kill them. Oh.
Speaker A
Really? Oh. Dead. Horrible bug. Any news from further afield? Can leave over here. Stop our orders.
Speaker A
That's a bandit one finished. Way to go. Right. Well, meanwhile back towards Orchard Farm, where we're going.
Speaker A
Orderly. Ah, here we go. Orchard Farm. So, it's a case of traveling like you can't just travel straight to where you need to go. There's chicken I'm a chicken chaser. Ha.
Speaker A
Oh, thank Avo, you're here. I thought no one would answer our guild request. I've arranged some more security to back you up, but there are so many bandits that they'll tear my farm apart.
Speaker A
I wish we'd never found those damn stones. They brought us nothing but trouble. My wife, Jenna, won't let them anywhere near the house, so we've left them in some crates in the barn.
Speaker A
They must be worth a fortune. They say Lady Grey wants them. I've already lost three farmhands in these raids.
Speaker A
Right. That must be them now. I better go inside and look AFTER MY WIFE. SHE'S TERRIFIED.
Speaker A
RIGHT. SO, we've got some bondage attacking the place. Help the guard defend ultra farm.
Speaker A
Okay. So, we got some bad guys coming down. This way. Death to all. Oh, there. Right, okay.
Speaker A
I was wondering what they were. They're They're good guys helping us. LEAD THE WAY.
Speaker A
DEATH TO EVIL. I'LL GET THE CRATES. I'LL GET THE CRATE BACK. RIGHT, we've got to protect these crates obviously.
Speaker A
Watch out. Bandit reinforcements are on the way. That's okay, mate. We're going to watch the crates.
Speaker A
FOR JUSTICE. I'd stay there IF I WERE YOU. I'LL TRY to get you a combat knife.
Speaker A
You shall not pass. Right, so the idea is staying near the crates, I think.
Speaker A
This is DEATH TO EVIL. [screaming] LEAD THE WAY. I THINK THAT'S THE IMPORTANT THING. WE HAVE TO save the crates.
Speaker A
Bandit reinforcements are on the way. Should they come in this way or they are?
Speaker A
FOR HONOR. DEATH TO EVIL. DEATH TO EVIL. OH, HE'S GOT A BOW. Get this one.
Speaker A
[groaning and screaming] Right, let's move. All right, we're doing fine so far. You've learned some new moves, have you?
Speaker A
Well, you're not the only one. I hope you've learned how to flourish because that's the only way you're going to get close to me.
Speaker A
Go on. Try to hit me with a flourish. You will earn special move called for when the I actually kind of appears a purple glow appear in your press the right mouse button, okay.
Speaker A
Don't see where it's put. Oh, there it is. So, you can do All right, there it is. It's bottom right.
Speaker A
to beat you, though. Right, it's in the bottom right. Okay. So, I can use that one.
Speaker A
[groaning] Oh, could I got hit, right. I was trying to work out how to flourish.
Speaker A
Damn, you beat me again. Yep. I suppose this quest is yours then. But you can't stay lucky forever, farm boy.
Speaker A
We're bound to meet again. And I'll be ready. Right. You did it. I can't tell you how grateful we are.
Speaker A
You're welcome. to pick up the boxes soon, so we shouldn't have any more problems.
Speaker A
Can't see why there's been so much fuss about those stones, but glad to see the back of them myself.
Speaker A
Must be worth plenty of money to someone though. I'll make sure to tell everyone about you. We need heroes like you around.
Speaker A
YEAH. OKAY, so I've done it. I've beaten up the bandits and we're doing okay.
Speaker A
Right, so protect your orchard. And we've done that one. Do I go back now to the guild?
Speaker A
renowned enough to use the sneer expression. You have reached unsung status. Okay. Check the guild for more quests.
Speaker A
So I'm going to do, I'm going to go to my guild. So I'm going to go back to the guild and get What am I going to do in borrow?
Speaker A
Yeah, I've got um to find three um some blue mushrooms or something. I think that's one that you just do as you go along, I think.
Speaker A
There doesn't seem to be Right. I'm going to go and increase some other bits and pieces here.
Speaker A
So, should we increase our skill now? Speed. Gael. Accuracy allows you to cause more damage in range.
Speaker A
some of that. and make your shots more precise. Gael increases your stealth and improves your trading skill.
Speaker A
Right, so we're going to do some of that. Don't want to go down any will yet, have I?
Speaker A
will. You could be a powerful magic user. Your magic power increases your capacity for storing mana.
Speaker A
We'll get some of that. Now choose the spell you wish to learn. Oh, I haven't got one of them yet. So, I haven't got enough for one of them yet.
Speaker A
So, we'll we'll work on that one next time. Don't think I've got very much else.
Speaker A
We've only got 262 left, so we'll leave that now. And we'll pick up another quest.
Speaker A
Trader Hobbit Killing Contest. Trader Escort. So, we'll come out of there cuz he's going green. What's he going green for?
Speaker A
Has he got something for me as well? I've been hearing that some traders need help.
Speaker A
Take the quest card to find out more. All right. Well, he's telling us about the quest card.
Speaker A
We're going to do a traitor escort. We take that one as well. Right. So, if we S9 we choose which one we want to do, don't we?
Speaker A
You'll go back to Orchard Farm and kill the whole mob. mob We'll go there.
Speaker A
What can I do for you? Ah, I've been hearing about you. Been hearing about me, have you indeed?
Speaker A
You okay? Hey, man. Hey. We're going back to Orchard Farm again, where we've just beaten up the bandits.
Speaker A
Now, we got to beat up something else. We have to save this ourselves, or it seemed to be doing um She is quite a lot. So, we'll do a We'll do a world save.
Speaker A
in save number one Okay. Right. Oh, we're back here again and they Look, they're back again.
Speaker A
I want you to get your corner. Simple when you know how. Compliments of the day to you, sir.
Speaker A
I thought I was going to die. Okay. We have to use these to kill these every time we come through here.
Speaker A
Easy as that. Simple. [applause] Look at him. You got to respect that, haven't you?
Speaker A
You got to respect it, haven't you? Okay. I don't know if we're supposed to just come through here and kill these every time we come here.
Speaker A
Or do we leave them alone? I don't know. Let's go kill them. Cuz we're picking up your orbs every time we do, so You know, so it must be Oh, got it.
Speaker A
Found it. All right. That would have bonded. That wasn't an insect that time. Hello one.
Speaker A
You got to get [groaning] Oh, something's up. Huh. He's toast. So we've got to go back to I don't know what these are.
Speaker A
F 2 What's F 3? All right, these are like expression F 2. 2 All right, we'll just go um We've got to kill Hobbs or Hobbes.
Speaker A
But before we get there, we've got to go through this area again where these bad guys are.
Speaker A
Oh, they're getting a little bit harder to kill now. Did you notice that? Respect is obviously due.
Speaker A
Don't get in his way. Okay. None as chicken as you are, I believe. Right, we've got couple more ahead of me, after bugs.
Speaker A
I get just as easy using um Well, on these guys, isn't Right, they're all gone. We'll head on through.
Speaker A
There's something else watching behind me. Don't know what that one is. Right, we'll head this way anyhow.
Speaker A
Some bandits have set up a toll in this region. Be careful. I hope you got the gold they want. These bandits will kill us for fun.
Speaker A
I'm afraid this path is private. It'll cost you to get through. Or we could always use your head as an ornament. Either way suits us. So, unless you're wanting to end up dead, you'll hand over your shinies.
Speaker A
Right. No. gold? Here, give it here. Try to get your even higher. That's it. Get him. Rip the swine's arms off.
Speaker A
Right. Take that, Mr. Bandit. I just need to pass them down get to where I need to be.
Speaker A
Oh [ __ ] THIS ISN'T GOOD. TAKE A LITTLE MORE THAN I CAN CHEW HERE.
Speaker A
RIGHT, bring me back to life. Okay. It wasn't really fun around fighting all these bonders among Gordon and he's got money in them.
Speaker A
It do. Right. I've got to kill the rest of these bonders. I'm going to assault the narrow dude. I want to know.
Speaker A
Oh, I forgot to do that girl thing. There's one of those doors. And the girl remember the um demon door.
Speaker A
And it said something about you are too dark. Well, I've got a Your bravery makes something up.
Speaker A
You are making good progress LEVELING IN COMBAT. [groaning] I'M GETTING GOOD AT THIS. LOOK.
Speaker A
OH, something come up there and were too quick. Oh, too busy fighting both guys. It don't come up on me screen.
Speaker A
Right, I got to play him. Right. Another one over there. 500 gold. Result. Are we beating up the bandit?
Speaker A
I don't know. Oh shh. I'll know better next time. Right. Now we're going to go to where we were going.
Speaker A
But we all got one of those doors. I wonder what it's going to say cuz the other one said you were too dark.
Speaker A
Now I think I've got a lump on my inventory or did have a lump.
Speaker A
I have two. Give me an apple which will make me healthier. Yes, see there it is.
Speaker A
This is the deal. You perform an act of great evil in my sight and I'll pop open.
Speaker A
Right. Great evil, I'm not doing. Do we need to do great evil? I don't know.
Speaker A
Don't know I want to do that one. I there's another bad guy down here or something.
Speaker A
I'll stay there. [groaning] Look at me so tall, aren't they? I've got bad feet.
Speaker A
[groaning] Red meat, okay. Got a cooked egg. There it is. All right, we got another cooked egg if we need it.
Speaker A
Right. going this way to where we need to get the gun. I ought to go back and check right at demon door.
Speaker A
That's what we'll do. We can use G. We'll talk it, okay. Let's go back to Hero's Guild.
Speaker A
Right now, when we went outside it was a horse that chicken chaser Do you chase chickens?
Speaker A
[screaming] Do you chase chickens? I kick chickens if that's what you mean. Right, where was it we wanted to go?
Speaker A
I remember how to get to where I wanted to go through. Down here wasn't it? It was a way out down here.
Speaker A
Chuck us over a beer, would you? chicken Nice to see you. He looks friendly.
Speaker A
I am friendly. I'm an ogre. Right, you remember there was a demon door across the bridge we had to run through.
Speaker A
Was somebody just talk to you? Who's that? Right, over here was it? Have I gone to my um inventory?
Speaker A
items Oller. You've got a lump. Right. It says, "You are too dark to enter." You've got that a lump.
Speaker A
Oller says, Your path is dark. Only a light will reveal it, and you are not bright enough.
Speaker A
Right. So, if I go into my inventory, and I use that lump, will my No. Like that.
Speaker A
If I use the lump, uh items. Oller. Lump. Use. Your path is illuminated. And see that?
Speaker A
You worked it out. Ah, result. Right. We find a secret place. What is this?
Speaker A
A chair. We open it. Yes, we can. A lecture of life. Right. I'm needing help in here.
Speaker A
Making friends. Who could spell? [snorts] How we can get a tattoo? You find a tattoo quality get to a tattooist.
Speaker A
Okay. What we've got in here? We can't get a cup of water, okay. Go up this way.
Speaker A
No, we can't. But I think we've taken all that we can take out of here.
Speaker A
Yeah, I think it's what do you say? Right, we find a magic place. That was good.
Speaker A
So, I would have been interested to find what to do with a demon door.
Speaker A
That's pretty good. And you know what? I think people, we shall leave it there for the moment.
Speaker A
So, we've got a demon door, and we've got various other bits and pieces. So, I'm going to do uh options, world save.
Speaker A
We'll put it in a new one. I've to see a slot. Game is successfully saved. There we go.
Speaker A
So, we've solved the problem of a demon door. Don't go breaking any laws. I won't. And we will save it there. So, we're doing fine so far.
Speaker A
So, what we'll do is I think we will leave the world of Fable there for the moment. Thank you very much for joining along on our membership. And um thank you very much for subscribing or leaving comments. I
Speaker A
