Speaker A
This is the viral tweet that broke the internet, with 168 million people reading this article where Dan Co explains how to fix your entire life in one day by turning it into a video game. So, in this video, I have broken down the entire protocol that Dan lays out in his article, including all the questions that you need to go through so you don't have to read anything. But first, we need to understand why everything you've tried so far has failed. And it's really simple. Dan destroys conventional wisdom about change here, where he says that the big lie that we have been told is that everyone tells you to set goals, be disciplined, work harder. But that's like treating the symptom and not the disease. It's like you're trying to build this mansion on a rotting foundation. And this is where people get this whole thing completely wrong.
Speaker A
What people try to do is by changing their actions. This is what most people do. And think about it like this. This is like trying to force yourself to go to the gym. It works until it doesn't because willpower is a finite resource.
Speaker A
What actually works is changing your identity. It's becoming the type of person who wants to go to the gym, and your behavior naturally flows. And there's no willpower required. Anthony Robbins teaches the exact same thing.
Speaker A
And so what we need to understand is that behavior flows from identity. So think about the Chad bodybuilder. Does he have to force chicken and broccoli?
Speaker A
Does he need to find motivation to train? No. He is that type of person.
Speaker A
And the junk food actually hurts him, and it's not something he looks forward to. He feels like he is going against his identity by eating this. Skipping workouts feels wrong. It feels weird.
Speaker A
He's not disciplined. He's just a completely different person than the person who is not a bodybuilder. And so the brutal truth really is that if you want a million dollars, you need to embody the identity of a millionaire first.
Speaker A
You need to live like a millionaire first. And if you want to lose 30 pounds, you need to live like a fit person. You need to embody the identity of a fit person.
Speaker A
Okay? And so how do we do that? I'm going to give you a one-day step-by-step protocol where you don't chase results.
Speaker A
It becomes effortless because you are just the type of person who actually goes out there, and it becomes effortless, and it's the best type of action. Trust me.
Speaker A
The second thing that Dan talks about is that the reason you don't have what you want right now is because you don't actually want it. And let me explain.
Speaker A
Trust only movement because life happens at the level of events, not of words. So only trust movement. And what he's saying basically here, this famous quote by Alfred Adler, is that your actions reveal your true goals, not your words,
Speaker A
not your intentions, but your actions. And so I know I've just talked about how actions are not the thing that you need to change. You need to change your identity. But identity comes—action comes from identity. And so here is the
Speaker A
uncomfortable part because all behavior is actually goal-oriented. And so this was a major game changer for me. Uh, and like let me break this down for you because I think this is going to have like a life-shattering sort of
Speaker A
experience as it was just for me. So even the bad habits that you have are all goal-oriented. So let me explain.
Speaker A
If we take procrastination, for example, you say that you want to build a business, right? But you keep procrastinating. So you tell yourself, "I just need more discipline. I'm lazy.
Speaker A
I just need to try harder." Wrong. You are not lazy. You are pursuing a different goal without you even realizing it. You are pursuing what Dan calls hidden goals. So what you are doing when you procrastinate is that you
Speaker A
are protecting yourself from judgment. You are avoiding the possibility of failure. You are staying safe in your comfort zone. And so you end up procrastinating and delaying things. Or let's say you're at a dead-end job. You hate your job. You say you want to quit.
Speaker A
You say you want to start something new, but you don't. Well, why? Right? You know what you need to be doing.
Speaker A
You've set that goal. You want to get to $10,000 a month. You want to grow that business. You want to lose that weight.
Speaker A
You want to whatever. Why are you not taking the action? Because it's not congruent with your identity.
Speaker A
And actually, you are working towards goals that you have not set consciously, but subconsciously. The reason that you are not quitting your dead-end job is because your real goal is safety and predictable paychecks and social acceptance, not looking like a
Speaker A
failure and avoiding responsibility by abdicating that responsibility and that decision-making to somebody else. So you end up staying year after year. So you're actually not stuck. You're getting exactly what you're actually optimizing for, which is basically just
Speaker A
saying like you are not failing to achieve your goal. You're successfully achieving the wrong goal. Okay? And so by changing the goal, that's how we fix our identity. So we don't fix your actions, you fix your perspective, and everything else
Speaker A
follows from that. So a goal isn't just a target, it's a lens through which you see the world. So when we change the lens, we change absolutely everything.
Speaker A
And again, I'm going to go over this in the protocol in just a second, but it's really important that you understand that a lot of this stuff has been programmed into you since you were a child, and b, you can change it, and c,
Speaker A
it's not something that is going to be with you forever as long as you make a decision to become that type of a person. Okay, so this is where it gets really deep because Dan Co breaks down exactly how you became who you
Speaker A
are currently and why it feels impossible to change because your identity is the thing that is your operating system. And most of the time your identity has been given to you by other people who poured their identity into you. And
Speaker A
so your goals are then a representation of the operating system that has been installed into your hardware from zero to seven years old by your parents without them even knowing that they are doing this. Your emotions are like the
Speaker A
security system, and the reason that you feel stuck is that you keep going through this repeating loop where you want to change but you can't seem to be able to. And you see everyone else change, but you don't feel like you have
Speaker A
the tools or the capability of changing. Every time you have like a little spasm of action, you go back to your default setting, which is your identity.
Speaker A
So you're not broken. You're just running on old code. And so the identity cycle looks like this. Step one is that you want to achieve a goal. And so step two, you see the world through that goal's lens. And step three, you
Speaker A
start noticing information relevant to that goal. And then you act on that goal and information. And you start to get feedback, and you repeat this until it becomes automatic. And then it becomes your identity, and then you
Speaker A
defend that identity, and then your identity creates new goals, and then you start again, and you slowly grow and grow and grow and grow. And so everything stems from first of all setting this goal, seeing life through that goal's
Speaker A
lens, and attracting all of these things that confirm that that goal is possible. And then you start acting. Yes, you must take action, but you will not take action long enough for it to have any sort of compounding effect
Speaker A
if it isn't congruent with your identity. And all of this feeds into itself, and it compounds, and it becomes who you are. After this, I'm going to go to the gym. If I don't go to
Speaker A
the gym, I feel weird because I'm the type of person who is fit and healthy and I go to the gym. I don't eat fried chicken. I don't eat garbage food because I'm the type of person who
Speaker A
is healthy. I'm the type of person who sits down at my desk.
Speaker A
if it doesn't if it isn't congruent with your identity. And all of this feeds into itself and it compounds and it becomes who you are. After this, I'm going to go to the gym. If I don't go to
Speaker A
the gym, I feel weird because I'm the type of person who is fit and healthy and I go to the gym. I don't eat fried chicken. I don't eat bull like garbage food because I'm the type of person who
Speaker A
is healthy. I'm the type of person who sits down at my desk and gets work done.
Speaker A
I'm the type of person who doesn't cheat on my girlfriend. I just it's not never something that like enters my my consciousness. It's impossibility because that is not my identity, right?
Speaker A
And so the cycle continues forever unless you break it. So as a child your goal, think about it like this. As a goal, as a child, your goal was just to survive. You literally survived by conforming, taking on other people's
Speaker A
beliefs, other people's values, other people's definition of success. And I read something the other day that I want to share with you.
Speaker A
Okay? So, let this sink in because when I read this, it was profound and I had to stop walking and write it down. It was from a TED talk that I listened to about high achievers.
Speaker A
You can never rise above the opinion of yourself. And this opinion is largely formed in our childhood years under seven years old from the perception of where we think we did or we didn't get love from the people we wanted it most
Speaker A
from. And so what it's saying is that you can never rise above the glass ceiling that you have installed into your operating system that you have of yourself.
Speaker A
And this glass ceiling, this limitation that you are putting on yourself was actually given to you by family, peers, by other people around you from 0 to 7 years old, from the perception of where we think we did or we didn't get love
Speaker A
from the people we wanted it most from. If you want your mom and your dad to love you the most and they didn't give it to you in the way that you wanted it, all of those things you've been carrying
Speaker A
with you for the last 20, 30, 40, 50 years and it was all programmed from 0 to 7 years old and we've been carrying all of that kind of stuff with us for decades and wondering why we aren't able
Speaker A
to change. Well, it's because it's part of our core identity. Your mom told you that rich people are bad people, that drug dealers and uh scam artists are the only people who are rich because if it was so easy to get rich, then why are
Speaker A
they struggling, right? And so you've watched your dad uh communicate with your mom and that's now how you understand love. And so like there's so many things that we can dive into, but you are running on this on this software
Speaker A
basically that people from the industrial age thought was a good life, right? So your grandparents did the same thing to your parents and their parents did the same thing to your grandparents.
Speaker A
And so you've been passed down this junk operating system that teaches you to go to go to school, get a job, retire at 65, and die. and like do all of these meaningless, pointless things in between. But the truth is that the world
Speaker A
is completely different and you can break this cycle. And I'm I'm going to show you how to do that in literally one day. And Dan breaks it down unbelievably. So if you don't believe me, here is a quick test. If I challenge
Speaker A
you about your political beliefs, how do you feel? People get really upset about it. They get angry and defensive like you've been personally attacked, right?
Speaker A
And this is just not rational. It's as if your identity is being threatened. It's like people are attacking who you are even though it's just something that you believe or some person that you vote for. And you see this all the time. The
Speaker A
left and the right, they fight and it's like, who cares? Well, it's because it's part of who you are. So, you're defending who you are. And your body goes into this fight or flight. It's the same as somebody punched you in the
Speaker A
face. You're not defending ideas. You're defending who you are. And so the breakthrough here is that once you see this pattern, you can choose a new goal, build a new identity, and become a new person. And I don't want to sound like
Speaker A
Andrew Tate here, but you can escape the matrix. So we need to see the pattern before we can break it. And so now that maybe you can see it, let's talk about breaking it. Um, this is something that Sam Ovens
Speaker A
also talks about these different levels of consciousness, but Dan Co references this framework that most people have never heard of. is is called the stages of ego development. And you don't change by trying harder, you change by unlocking the next level. And so this is
Speaker A
where the the video game stuff comes in. So your mind levels up just like a video game. And so where you mostly start is in this survival mode when you're a baby, when you're a child, it's just pure impulse self-p protection. And then
Speaker A
level three after level one to two is like the conformist. And most people get stuck here.
Speaker A
And it's like where rules equal reality. There's no other viewpoints. And it's very rare to escape this and get into this level of self-awareness where this internal conflict begins and you are shocked by what everyone else believes.
Speaker A
And then if you escape that and you level up, you've got this conscientious level. And so this is where change really begins. It's where you start to build your own principles and hold yourself accountable and stop blaming other people. Yes, it starts from your
Speaker A
parents. It starts from other people. But there has to be a point where you take accountability and responsibility for your life and your actions because you can change it. And if you don't change it, all you're doing is just
Speaker A
passing on the same flawed buggy operating system to your children. And level six to nine is where you see your beliefs as context dependent and you hold frameworks loosely and eventually separation dissolves and that's when you reach the final level the final boss. Now you
Speaker A
can't skip levels but you can certainly move through them faster by understanding the pattern and the pattern is always the same. It's comfort at your current level. Then it's discomfort and questioning. And many of you may be here. And then it's
Speaker A
breakthrough to the next level. And then it's resettling in a new comfort zone. And then repeat, right? And so you always want to be leveling up.
Speaker A
And something that uh Naval Ravikant talks about is this idea of intelligence. And I read this the other day and it it kind of it ruined my day.
Speaker A
He said, "The only real test of intelligence is if you get what you want out of life." Let me read that again. The only test of intelligence is if you get what you want out of life. It's not your IQ. It's not
Speaker A
your degrees. Can you actually get what you want out of your life? And so I ask you, are you exactly where you want to be? Well, then how can you possibly call yourself intelligent?
Speaker A
Because intelligence is just one of the three things that you need to make up success.
Speaker A
You need to have agency. You needs to be opportunity and then you need to be intelligent as well. So this idea of agency is like will you actually do the thing? Most people have zero agency and if you want to have a good
Speaker A
read go here. But they wait for permission. They wait for conditions to be perfect. and they wait for motivation to to to to fill their body willpower.
Speaker A
High agency people just start. And I don't know about you, but my most successful friends start when the conditions are not perfect. They start immediately and they put aside perfectionism and they don't rely on motivation.
Speaker A
And so, do you have agency? Okay, if you do, do you have opportunity? Is there a path available? Well, look, in 2026, it's inexcusable.
Speaker A
Opportunity is literally everywhere. Digital businesses, all you need is an internet connection and a phone and you can make millions of dollars. And that's not an exaggeration. All this other stuff is fluff. You have, you don't even need an internet connection. You can
Speaker A
just go to your library. Like the amount of opportunity now available is ridiculous. Trust me, this is not your constraint.
Speaker A
And then intelligence. Can you actually produce results given the opportunity and the agency? So I'm not talking about books smart, but can you iterate, learn from mistakes and persist?
Speaker A
Can you see the big picture? So what intelligence really means is this this uh Dan talks about this idea of cybernetics and looking at cybernetics and they have this thing called the intelligent system.
Speaker A
So you have a goal, you act towards it, you sense, you sense where it is, you compare to the goal and then you adjust and act again and then you repeat. Okay?
Speaker A
And so are you low intelligence? If you are, you will tend to make the same mistake over and over and you hit a roadblock and quit and you blame external factors. That's a big one. If you have high intelligence, you iterate,
Speaker A
you learn, you persist, and you solve problems instead of getting stuck on them. And so the empowering truth is that you can really develop all three.
Speaker A
All three of these you can develop. They're a skill. Agency is just a choice. You can decide and act right now. Opportunity is literally everywhere. We've never had more opportunity in our lives with things like AI. It's outrageous. All
Speaker A
right, open your eyes. Intelligence is still a skill. You get better at it with practice. It's not an IQ test. It's can you put all of these things together and can you persist and can you actually achieve the things that you want in your
Speaker A
life? That's the only definition of intelligence. So this means that there's literally nothing stopping you except the story you are telling yourself when you look in the mirror from achieving what you want to achieve and becoming the identity that you need to become to
Speaker A
take the action to change your life. And so here is the one day protocol. I am going to leave this by the way inside my free school group. Uh there are 5,000 other members in here. It's going to be
Speaker A
inside the classroom linked uh very clearly here where you can come in and just download the SOP, put it into chatbt if you want or or Claude I suggest and then just follow the steps.
Speaker A
Okay? So go go check that out. I'm going to leave that link down below, but make sure you check that out after you watch this video. It's really important that you understand the context first. But actually do this, please. It'll change
Speaker A
your life in one day. Just put aside one day to change the entire rest of your life. I know you can do that.
Speaker A
So there are three phases. Phase one is dissonance where you're fed up and you feel like you don't belong here. Phase two is uncertainty. And trust me, I know how that feels. You don't know what's next and so you start experimenting. And
Speaker A
then phase three is discovery where you find your path and make six years of progress in 6 months. So this protocol compresses all three phases into just one day. So you don't have to waste the next 10 years of your life trying to
Speaker A
figure this out. Right? So part one is the morning session. 15 to 30 minutes.
Speaker A
That's all you need to put aside. This is going to be uncomfortable, but that's the point. Block out your calendar, turn off your phone, get a notebook and a pen, and start writing some of this stuff down.
Speaker A
First, what we're going to do is what Dan calls the anti- vision questions. So, it's going to confront the life that you do not want. So, question one is, what dull, persistent dissatisfaction have you learned to live with?
Speaker A
So, not deep suffering, but the stuff that you've just normalized, the background noise that just feels not quite right. Write it down.
Speaker A
Question number two is, what do you complain about repeatedly, but never change? Write down your top three complaints and be honest. No one else will need to read this except you. Also, I suggest that you actually like write
Speaker A
this stuff down in a book with a pen. All right? Yes, you can type it, but there's something special that happens when you write it down. Question number three. For each complaint, if somebody watched your behavior, not your words,
Speaker A
what would they conclude that you actually want? Now, this one hurts, but your actions will reveal the truth. So again, if somebody was watching you from a surveillance camera, watching your behavior, watching your actions, what would they conclude that you are
Speaker A
actually wanting, that you are actually trying to achieve? Not the things that you say, but the things that your behavior is showing?
Speaker A
And question number four is, what truth about your current life would be unbearable to admit to somebody you deeply respect? So don't skip this.
Speaker A
Write this down. What about your current life would be unbearable to admit to someone you deeply deeply respect?
Speaker A
Again, write this down. This doesn't need to be something you post on social media about. It can be something you write down and light on fire, but it needs to be something that you write down.
Speaker A
And so, the five-year exercise, this is like we we create two panels here. The first is on the left side. If nothing changed for the next five years, if nothing about your circumstances, your life, your actions changed, what would
Speaker A
an average Tuesday look like? Where do you wake up? What does your body feel like? What's the first thing you think about? Who's around you? What do you do between the hours of 9:00 a.m.
Speaker A
and 6 p.m.? How do you feel at 10 p.m.? So, stop this video, write this down, or go into the classroom and get the SOP and then work through that worksheet.
Speaker A
I'm I'm going to put this into a worksheet inside the classroom so you can just go through and fill it out.
Speaker A
Now, what we do is we go, okay, now let's say 10 years from now, what have you missed? What opportunities have closed? Who gave up on you? What do people say about you when you are not in the room?
Speaker A
This is a big one especially for men because we all want to be respected and so what do people say about you when you are not there to defend yourself and when you're not in the room what do they
Speaker A
say? So go through this and write this down. So this is the first two exercises. This is the anti- vision. Let's look five years if nothing changes and then also 10 years if nothing changes. And what we want to do is to have that clear in our
Speaker A
minds written down that this is the thing that we are moving away from. We do not want to end up here.
Speaker A
And now this is much more fun. Trust me. We flip it. So let's say we snap our fingers and our life can be exactly where we want it to be in 3 years. What does an average Tuesday look like? And
Speaker A
then same thing, where do you wake up? What does your body feel like? What's your first thought in the day?
Speaker A
Who is with you? Who's next to you in the bed? Uh what do you do all day? And how do you feel at night time?
Speaker A
And this is really important as well. And I want you to write this down. What would you have to believe about yourself for the life that you just described to feel natural instead of forced? And so write the identity statement. I am
Speaker A
the type of person who think that you need to believe about yourself. I am the type of person who is consistent, disciplined and uh achieves achieves all of my goals in record time is respected by my peers whatever.
Speaker A
And then because nothing changes without action. First, we need to start with the goal and the identity statement. And then comes action, right? Not the other way around.
Speaker A
What's one thing you would have to do this week? What's one thing that you would do this week if you were already that person? So, the perfect version of myself 3, five years from now that's disciplined, respected, and
Speaker A
fulfilled. what would be one thing that they would do this week if they were already if I was already that person and then we write this down and then so part two so that's just the morning that should only take you 30
Speaker A
minutes now part two is throughout the day I want you to actually do this is to open up your phone pick up your phone and write down random reminders and include the question in the reminder include these questions so at 11:00 a.m.
Speaker A
I try to make this as simple as possible and this is what Dan recommends. All right, this is not me. This is coming from the genius that went mega viral and got 168 million views and the guy just
Speaker A
continues to crush it with almost a million followers, right? He's going to win the million dollars on Twitter. I know he is.
Speaker A
At 11:00 a.m. Ask yourself, it should pop up on your phone. These are patent interrupts, right? Because if we don't have these pattern interrupts, we just go about our day and we default back to our previous programming which is
Speaker A
currently flawed, which is causing our ident which is stemming from our poor identity. So this is how we change that.
Speaker A
What am I avoiding right now by doing what I'm doing? And at 1:30 p.m. on the phone, if somebody filmed the last two hours, what would they conclude I want from my life?
Speaker A
Imagine that somebody is following you around. You have a camera crew following you around. What would that camera crew conclude that you want from your life by the actions that you've just taken over the last two hours?
Speaker A
3:15. Am I moving towards the life I hate or the life I want? So, like, make these pop up on your phone. 5:00 p.m.
Speaker A
What is the most important thing I'm pretending isn't important? These should be uncomfortable. And 7:30 p.m., what did I do today out of identity protection rather than genuine desire?
Speaker A
And 9:00 p.m., what did I feel? When did I feel most alive today? And when did I feel most dead?
Speaker A
Have these pop up on your phone and actually go through and set these reminders. Like, have them appear on your phone at these times.
Speaker A
And here are some additional prompts for like commuting or walking. Think to yourself, what would I change if I stop needing people to see me as your current identity?
Speaker A
And where in my life am I trading aliveness for safety? And what's the smallest version of the person I want to become that I could be tomorrow? What's just the just the smallest version? It doesn't need to be gigachad overnight,
Speaker A
but what is the smallest version of myself that I want to be that I could be tomorrow? What is something that I could do?
Speaker A
And then part three in the evening, it's all about synthesizing everything that we've done all day and we've been thinking about it and putting it down.
Speaker A
So, this should only take you maximum of 60 minutes. Name the enemy and lock lenses. So after today, what feels most true about why you've been stuck? What is the actual enemy? Because I guarantee you that it's not your circumstances, not other
Speaker A
people. It's almost always internally. So is it circumstances, other people, or is it really the internal pattern of belief running the show? Name it clearly. And then what we want to do is write in one sentence the anti- vision,
Speaker A
what you refuse to become. And then the vision MVP. So who and what are you building to becoming? What are you moving towards? Write it down in one sentence. So what we want to have is uh who is the actual enemy, right? And the
Speaker A
internal pattern or belief running the show, name it clearly. Don't give power to other people or other things. It's always internal. And then in one sentence, the anti- vision, what you refuse to become. And then the vision that you've set for yourself for
Speaker A
the future. What are you building towards? Who do you want to be? And then we start goal setting as as lens as a as a lens. So if we think one year from now, what must be true in one
Speaker A
year to know that you've broken the old old pattern? Write it down. What's one concrete thing?
Speaker A
And then secondly, what's the one month lens that we need to look through to see the new version of ourself and set these goals? What must be true in one month for the one year lens to remain possible?
Speaker A
And then the daily lens. What are the two to three actions you can time block tomorrow that the person you're becoming would simply do? For example, one year from now, I want to be making a half a million dollars in my business, right?
Speaker A
What must be true in one year to know you've broken the old pattern? I need to be the very best CEO in my business. that is a powerful, strong, confident leader.
Speaker A
Okay. What must be true in one month for the one-year lens to remain possible? I need to keep my team accountable and have clear structures and systems that they can follow. Okay. What are two to three actions that you can time block
Speaker A
tomorrow that the person you're becoming would simply do? the perfect version of Jordan that is the giga chad CEO of his business and is making a half a million dollars a month.
Speaker A
What would he do tomorrow? What are two three actions that you will do tomorrow that you can time block in your calendar?
Speaker A
It would be something like step uh uh action steps number one take my current processes and audit them.
Speaker A
Step number two would be to rebuild those processes. And then step number three would be to delegate those processes and systems to my team with clear instructions, a deadline, and incentives and keep them accountable.
Speaker A
That's just something that the perfect version of me would do to make sure that this one-year lens is possible. And then we set the goals around that. Now, the video game framework that that um Dan talks about is
Speaker A
why he uses the idea of a video game. Well, because video games are addictive because you can play them for 12 hours straight and for some reason you can't work on your business for more than 30 minutes. Because video games have this
Speaker A
perfect structure of of human psychology. And this whole thing is about like hacking your brain and using human psychology like in a game to make your life a video game.
Speaker A
There are clear stakes, clear win conditions, and clear quests and feedback. And so the six components of your life and how to turn it into a video game look like this.
Speaker A
Write all of this down. All right, so we've got six components. The first one is the anti- vision, which we discussed before, like what's at stake here. Okay?
Speaker A
And think about it like a video game. Think about you are the main character in this video game and you're writing the rules for the video game.
Speaker A
The anti-vision is what's at stake here. All right? What happens if you lose? And then the life that you refuse to live is the anti-ision. So that's qu that's component number one. Component number two is how you actually win. Okay? So
Speaker A
these are the rules for the game. the ideal life that you're building. Ask yourself, how do you win? What is the ideal life that you want to build get?
Speaker A
And it needs to get clearer as you progress. Okay? And this is your north star. So, you can always like write this on a post-it note and put it on your computer and go, are the things that I'm
Speaker A
doing right now moving me towards this or away from this? Are they moving me towards the goal, the vision, or are they moving me towards the anti- vision?
Speaker A
And obviously we want to be doing only the stuff that's doing that's moving us towards the vision.
Speaker A
Component number three is the one-year goal. So don't think 25 years in the future it's irresponsible because we we can barely think what's happening tomorrow. But let's start with a year.
Speaker A
So this is the mission. This is your sole priority. Everything else is a distraction. This is your main quest.
Speaker A
And think about it like this. You are the main character. Your main quest is this mission. your one-year goal, your sole priority. Everything else is a distraction, your main quest. Number four, component number four is the one month project. So, this is the boss
Speaker A
fight. So, this is how you will gain XP and actually level up, acquire new skills and resources. And this is tangible progress that you can actually see.
Speaker A
So, that's component number four. Component number five is the daily levers. So these are the quests every day that you go on so that you can level up, so that you can achieve the mission, so that you can win, and so that you do
Speaker A
not lose and and create the life that you refuse to live. You can see how this all adds up. So the daily levers are the quests. This is component number five, the daily actions that compound every day. These this is your process, your
Speaker A
system and this is how you actually play the game on a daily basis. And then constraints is component number six.
Speaker A
These are the rules. These are things that you are not willing to sacrifice. These are the limitations that force creativity and these are your non-negotiables.
Speaker A
And so the reason why this works is that these components create concentric circles around your mind. It's like a a force field protecting you from shiny objects, other people's priorities, and distractions disguised as opportunities.
Speaker A
And so the more that you play the game, the stronger the force field becomes.
Speaker A
And eventually it just becomes part of who you are. And then we come back to that identity piece that I talked about in the beginning. And then because of you being that type of person, you are not forcing yourself to do the work. You
Speaker A
just can't imagine not doing it. one of my most successful friends. Every single day he works. He couldn't possibly imagine doing anything else. Alex Hozi works all day every day cuz he loves it.
Speaker A
He doesn't have to force himself. When he's not working, he's miserable. And so, just the same way that you wake up this morning and you brushed your teeth, it's because it's part of your identity.
Speaker A
You are the type of person who is clean and hygienic and you brushed your teeth and it was something that you did 20 years ago for the first time and it's just become part of who you are and you
Speaker A
don't have to force yourself to do it. And so once you're not forcing yourself to do the work because you just can't imagine just not doing it like it's just not within your your realm of possibility that's when you know that
Speaker A
you've won and that's when you know that change has occurred. And so we make it concrete by having this anti- vision.
Speaker A
And so let me give you an example, right? So the anti- vision is living paycheck to paycheck at 50 and regretting that you never tried. But the vision could be running a $50,000 a month business from anywhere with
Speaker A
complete time freedom. All right? So the one-year goal to get to that vision is to hit $10,000 a month consistently with my service-based business, for example.
Speaker A
and your one-month project is to sign three clients at $2,000 a month each. And then the daily levers are 100 cold emails, one piece of content, and one sales call. These are things that you can control. These are inputs
Speaker A
and your constraints. You won't sacrifice family time. You won't work weekends if that's what you want, and you won't compromise on quality. And so, it's really your choice.
Speaker A
But here's the thing. Here is the sad sad truth. 165 168 million people now have read this post and maybe 1% maybe.1% of people actually did it, maybe less. It's going to be uncomfortable, but the 1% who actually did it, their lives will
Speaker A
change. So I what I want you to do because I want the best for you is I want you to block out one full day this week. Put it in your calendar right now. Could be a Sunday, could be a Monday, could be
Speaker A
whenever. Take a day off work, whatever you need to do. Download the questions. I'm going to put them in like linked in the school group which is in the description. It'll be in the classroom pinned to the top of
Speaker A
the top of the community here. I'm going to make it a worksheet so you can print it off or whatever you need to do.
Speaker A
Actually do the protocol. Don't halfass it. And as a warning, this is not going to be fun. You're going to want to quit halfway through, but do it anyway.
Speaker A
Please trust me. On the other side of this discomfort is a completely different life. I have gone through this exercise, and it is completely shifted the way I think about everything.
Speaker A
And so, I wanted to bring this back to you guys. I I want to thank Dan Co for putting this together because he says if you're meant to pursue the path at this stage of your life, you'll have no
Speaker A
option but to become obsessed. So maybe that's you and maybe there's one person who's watching this right now until the completion. If that's you, drop a diamond in the chat in the in the in the comments below so I know you've made it
Speaker A
this far. Uh you'll have no option but to become obsessed. The game will pull you in. The vision will consume you. And that's not a bad thing. That's why that's what it feels like to finally be aligned with who you actually are. And
Speaker A
so, are you ready to find out who you actually are? Because there is really two choices. Either you change or you do nothing and stay the same. And so, if doing nothing and staying the same has served you, please, God bless, close
Speaker A
this video. Thank you for your viewership and your engagement. If you have been feeling like you are in a rut and you need to change and then you don't know why you can't change, then I suggest you block out just one day and
Speaker A
go through this protocol. Download the worksheet and actually go through it. It'll change your life. And really, you have these two choices in front of you.
Speaker A
You are in complete control. You can become the gigachad with all the fame, the money, the family, the love in your life. Or you be you can become a slob who's made fun of with no resources, who's a loser.
Speaker A
If you want the step-by-step SOP, then join the free school group. Thank you guys so much for watching and thank you Dan for putting this together. I'll see you in the next video.
