$144,000 with a new dropshipping store, and Claude AI did most of the work. Now, we all keep hearing about dropshipping with Claude AI, but is it a scam, and does it actually work? Or are these YouTubers and gurus just talking about it to get more views online? And that is the exact same reason why I started a new dropshipping store at the end of last year, and I've run it till today, which is July of 2026. If you're skeptical about Claude AI dropshipping, I'm going to show you all the proof of what this store's done and how you can redo it for your own dropshipping store. Now, what I've also done to make your life even easier and faster is I've created a Google Drive that's going to contain all the prompts and all the skills that I use in Claude to make my workflow a lot faster. Now, once we've hit 500 likes on this video, you'll find it in the pinned comment and in the description below. So, the first thing that I want to do is show you guys all of the proof with this store. So, as you can see on my computer screen, I'm inside the Shopify dashboard, and you can see from the 1st of January to the 15th of July, this store has now done around about $177,000 in revenue. But the actual revenue, because we had some draft orders, equals around about 156. So, technically, the gross sales is $156,000. And you can see here orders fulfilled was 2,355. And you can see the average order value is around about $65. Now, one thing that I want to mention that's very important, this is not profit. This is revenue. So, it's not what I take home. Now, what I've done to make this more transparent is I've actually given you guys a full breakdown on what the store has done in rough numbers. Now, just a quick disclaimer, this is not 100% accurate, but it is close. So you can see here the Shopify total sales is 177,000. The net product sales is around about 145. Then you can see the Shopify payment processing fees. How much we spent on Facebook ads was around about 25 to 26,000. Then you can see the AI software that we used to get here was around about $75,000. That's like the subscriptions, the tokens, video models, all that kind of stuff. So the net profit was around about $32,000. So that's the money that I take home. Now this is pre-tax. So this now needs to be taxed. So this net profit needs to be taxed. Now depending on where you live, what country you are, what state you are, it could be between 10%, 0%, 20%. Now something that I want to point out because it is so important for this case study is look at the returning customer rate. It's around about 55.2%. But this is a key metric to why the store is so successful. So essentially this store is what we call an MR store, monthly recurring revenue. So people don't just buy once, they subscribe and they keep buying again and again and again. That's why the monthly revenue is so stable. So that's why MR has become such a popular way to start dropshipping right now, especially for beginners, because it gives you the most realistic way of making profit long-term instead of short-term. So the first thing that I want to cover are the niches that I would recommend. And the reason why I want to cover this is because we're doing MR, monthly recurring revenue subscriptions. So that depends on the niche you're selling in because not all niches are good for this type of industry. So if you pick the wrong product, this is not going to work. Now these are all good niches. There's no real better or worse. These are just some examples. So niche number one, which is my favorite, is the shower filter cartridges. So in your mind, you're thinking, well, if I run out of this product, my water goes back to being bad. It's the same way with me. Like I drink bottled water. So if I ever run out of bottled water and I have to go back to tap water, I start freaking out. So, it's just another psychological thing. You're going to get every 60 to 90 days people rebuying. Now, there's a brand just to prove that this works that's making 1.8 to $3.4 million a month. So, these guys are making crazy money based on water filters. Then the second niche is the dog health chew joint probiotic tied to the dog's health lowest churn profile found every 30 days. There's a brand called Waffles that are making $6.8 million. Again, if we look at this, you can see this is the supplement they're selling. And these guys are making crazy money. Then you got the third one, which is the cat litter. So, this gets rid of bad odor and it cleans it. And you can see here, smile comes back every week. So, you're not going to enjoy it in your house or your apartment. And people subscribe to this every 30 days. And this brand's making $1.2 to $2 million. So, it's literally just this bottle of spray. And you can see here it says auto delivery. So, it shows you you can choose between 4 weeks, 6 weeks. That's the MR model. Yeah, that's exactly how simple it is. Then you got toothbrush heads and oral care refills. So, those were some examples of the niches that you want to look into for this to work for you. So, guys, before I get into the next part of today's case study, [music] I wanted to make a quick announcement. If you've been looking for the best mentoring, we're not talking about group mentoring, we're talking about one-to-one mentoring for your e-commerce and [music] dropshipping experience, then you're in the right place. We've been offering mentoring in the dropshipping space now for over 7 years and our track record is proven. We have some of the most successful students that have graduated from our e-commerce [music] mentorship. I can guarantee that the mentoring that we offer in our company is the highest quality of education in the industry. Now, I don't want to talk too much about the mentoring, guys, but I know a lot of you guys have been asking for it. So, if you want to apply for one-on-one mentorship, there'll be a link in the comment and there'll be a QR code on the screen so you can apply. But before you apply, guys, only apply if you're serious [music] and you have a good budget. We only want to work with people that have a good mindset and a good budget so it doesn't slow them down through the process. Now, the store and the product that I'm going to be using as the example in this video to help it make sense for you is from this brand called Bark. Now, I don't know how to say this, but they're doing between $230 to $390,000 a month. Now, this is a real sweet spot. They're not making millions of dollars, but they're making enough money to show that it's making money. Now, I'm using Winning Hunter to be able to find this data out. It shows me what their bestselling products are, what their best ads are, and it breaks down all the numbers for me. So, these are essentially dust and fan ceiling filters. So, when you've got one of these air fans or ceiling fans, you put these strips on and it collects the dust and any allergies that people can suffer from and it collects them. So, it helps people that have issues with dust, mold, pet bacteria, and toxins. And you can literally just see it's a simple little pad that you put on the fan. And you can see here they've got the subscribe and save or the one-time purchase. Now, remember these filters run out after I think 30 to 60 days. So, you have to keep replacing them. So, this is a really good example of a competitor that I could replicate. Now, if we go down to their best performing ads just to get a little bit more context of what the product is, we can watch this. House on, you don't want to fall victim, blame us, or you think the home smells fine and someone else makes him pick up his asthma and I got to have bad allergies. Well, I always like to make sure that I'm including the places. This ad is so simple but so powerful. She covers that maybe your home smells nice to your nose, but when you got visitors around, they smell a whole different smell. So, this ad's literally covered every reason why you'd need.

04:49
Speaker A
today's case study, [music] I wanted to make a quick announcement. If you've been looking for the best mentoring, we're not talking about group mentoring, we're talking about onetoone mentoring for your e-commerce and [music] drop shipping experience, then you're in the
05:02
Speaker A
right place. We've been offering mentoring in the drop shipping space now for over 7 years and our track record is proven. We have some of the most successful students that have graduated from our e-commerce [music] mentorship. I can guarantee that the

05:39

people that have a good mindset and a good budget so it doesn't slow them down through the process. Now, the store and the product that I'm going to be using as the example in this video to help it
05:49

06:34

06:46

07:03

house on you don't want to fall victim blame us or you think the home spells fine and someone else makes him pick up the his asthma and I got to have bad allergies well I always like to make sure that I'm
07:18
Speaker A
including the places this ad is so simple but so powerful she covers that maybe your home smells nice to your nose but when you got visitors around they smell a whole different smell so this ad's literally covered every reason why you'd need to buy this
07:32
Speaker A
filter for your fan. So now I've shown you guys an example that I will be using. Let me show you exactly how I was able to find the store. So if you go back to the Myro board and you go over
07:40
Speaker A
to where it says product research using AI, we're going to be using Claude AI for this. Remember, it's got to solve a reoccurring problem. The pain comes back daily, weekly, or monthly. Now remember, if you want your MR business to be
07:54
Speaker A
successful, you want a rate where people have to come back monthly. You don't want them to be coming back quarterly and you definitely don't want them coming back whenever they feel like it's okay. You've got to pick a product that
08:05
Speaker A
distinctively says you should be coming back in so and so time because the whole point is you lock in your monthly revenue every single month. Now, you want something that has results that compound with consistent use. So you
08:18
Speaker A
want to pick a product where the user or the customer will see the benefit the longer they use it because it's a compounding effect which means they believe in subscribing long term. So you got to actually sell something that
08:29
Speaker A
works and has proof that it works. And then the most important one is hard to replicate with a one-off purchase on Amazon. Then the sweet spot is the pricing. You want to be selling something that's $25 to $60 a month. But
08:41
Speaker A
remember it's on a subscription. So you don't want to go too expensive with this. It needs to be what we call subscription price friendly. So again, between 25 and 60, you want to make sure that you're making 3x the margin per
08:52
Speaker A
cycle and your LTV or your CAC of 3 to one. You can afford to lose money on the first month if the average customer stays for 4 months. Now CAC is really important for this type of business because essentially this tells you what
09:06
Speaker A
you can afford to do long term. You want to clear upsell path, tiers, add-ons, quantity upgrades, and annual prepaid.
09:13
Speaker A
So, usually the ones that you see everyone use, which is subscribe and save, is what people usually do. Then you've got demand in ads, competitors running active subscription ads. So, you can look at this on winning hunter or
09:23
Speaker A
the ad library. And then you want to make sure that ads are running every 3 to four weeks, so they're not using the same old ones. Make sure no one's saying in the comments that they've canceled it. You want to make sure they're saying
09:32
Speaker A
they're still using it. And then you want to make sure it's trend rising or steady. You don't want to be chasing something where the trends died out or people are now going against the product because it's had bad press. And then the
09:44
Speaker A
most important one is strong reviews. You need to believe in the product because if the product is bad, you're going to get people canceling their subscriptions. Now, here's how to do the product research for yourself. So, you can see here it says step by step.
09:56
Speaker A
You're going to click this little drive on the Myro board and it's going to open this up. We're going to download this.
10:01
Speaker A
So, you can see now I've downloaded the skill. Then what you need to do is if you haven't already, you need to download Claude to your desktop. Now you're going to want to go over to here where it says get apps and extensions
10:11
Speaker A
and then you're going to see desktop download for Mac OS. Now the reason why is because if you want to use something called Claude Co-work, which is the most powerful version of Claude where multiple agents can do different tasks,
10:23
Speaker A
you need to have it on the desktop. Now, I'm not paid or sponsored to tell you about Claude. I wish I was, but I'm not.
10:29
Speaker A
And then when you open it up, you can see now it says chat or co-work. Make sure it's on co-work. And then you're going to want to come in the top left and you're going to go to customize.
10:37
Speaker A
You're going to go over to where it says skills, add, and go to upload a skill.
10:41
Speaker A
And then we're going to drag that skill we just downloaded. And the skill is now there. Then what you're going to do is you're going to come back to the chat and you're going to choose co-work. Make sure it's on skip. That way it's quicker
10:52
Speaker A
for Claude to work. And then this is the most important thing, the model that you use. Now I'm going to use Fable 5 because it's the most powerful model that Claude uses. But if you've got a low credit tier or you're on a very low
11:03
Speaker A
plan, Claude Opus 4.8 is your best alternative. So either use these two, but again the best is Fable 5 and it is by a lot. Then you're going to say use and then you're going to click the plus
11:13
Speaker A
symbol and then you're going to see skill and then if you scroll down you're going to see niche product hunter and then you're going to click send. Then it's going to tell you guys a questionnaire. So you can choose any of
11:23
Speaker A
these. I'm going to do home and cleaning. Then you can see it says here subscription only drop ship. So, as soon as you filled in that questionnaire, again, any is fine to pick. Then Claude will start working. Now, if you want the
11:33
Speaker A
best results from using this skill, you need to connect Winning Hunter. Now, if you don't connect Winning Hunter, it will try and pull data from Google, which is unreliable, especially when it comes to e-commerce. So, you can see
11:45
Speaker A
here, Winning Hunter has been added on. So, it's going to pull all the live data from Winning Hunter, which is a trusted place for when Claude is getting it instead of Google. Google again is just based on articles. There's no actual
11:56
Speaker A
data in there. So, if you want to use Winning Hunter and add it in, which I'd recommend, but it's optional. You don't have to, but if you want the best output from Claude, it's better to do it. Then,
12:06
Speaker A
once you've signed up to Winning Hunter, linked in the description, you're going to come over to here where it says connect to AI. You're going to go to Claude. Then, you're going to copy the MCP URL. You're going to go back to your
12:16
Speaker A
Claude co-work. You're going to come back to where it says customize. You're going to go to where it says connectors.
12:21
Speaker A
You're going to click add. Add custom connector. Call it Winning Hunter. put as the remote MCP the URL, click add.
12:28
Speaker A
And then you'll see here Winning Hunter. Then once you've clicked on Winning Hunter, click on always allow. That way it'll work without you needing permission. And then when you come back to the chat, you'll see now that it uses
12:40
Speaker A
Winning Hunter. Again, you don't have to, but if you want the best data from the platform, this is the way to do it.
12:46
Speaker A
Now, for those that are confused how this works, Claude is your agent. It's working for you. It's replacing you to do the manual hard labor. Now, Claude doesn't have access to everything like winning hunter, like creating videos.
12:59
Speaker A
So, you have to give it access to tools where it can use the data. Think of it like a construction worker. He needs the materials to build the house. He has the skills to build the house, but he needs
13:10
Speaker A
the materials. So, this essentially is how it works. Now, once Claude's completed the task, it will give you a breakdown in phase one. So, you can see it goes over the product type, the source, the keyword, the price, and the
13:22
Speaker A
refill. So if has a Y next to it, that means it's a subscription MR business.
13:27
Speaker A
And then it goes over the source. So you can see here, these are all the names of the products that you can see. Now what you can do is you can say to Claude after, send me all the links to the
13:38
Speaker A
landing pages for all of these brands. So it gives you all the name, all the information. Now remember guys, this is only phase one of the research. Phase two is the next part. But what I'd recommend that you do is read all of
13:49
Speaker A
these on the screen. Now, don't just pick one of the ones that Claude's given you in the top three. I'd actually look at the whole list that it's gone over.
13:56
Speaker A
So, the ones that aren't even in the top three and review them yourself. It even says here, "Do this yourself checklist." Now, if you need the links to any of these, you can just say to Claude in a
14:05
Speaker A
follow-up prompt, "Send me all the relevant links to these stores." And it will. Then, what you're also going to want to do is if you've got access to Winning Hunter, track the store on Winning Hunter. So, you go to stores and
14:15
Speaker A
you add the URL like I have and then you should see a page like this. also copy this URL then put it into Claude and then I'm going to give you guys a master prompt that you can add in. So the
14:27
Speaker A
master prompt you'll find it in the drive. So on the myro board you'll see here avatar research skills and prompts.
14:34
Speaker A
It will then take you to this drive with the skills. Now you're going to need this skill here. Download it and this skill here. Download it. And then this is the prompt that you're going to give to Claude. Now you add the skill like
14:47
Speaker A
you did with the first one. And then once you've added the skill, you're going to click plus skill. And the other skill is quick market research. So you can see here, quick market research.
14:56
Speaker A
Once you've added those two skills in, and you see them at the bottom, you're going to click send again. Now, this will take another 5 to 10 minutes. So this was the response that I got when I did it. So it goes over the product
15:07
Speaker A
analysis and evidence-based custom avatars and categories for voice of customers. So you can see here product and market summary. So it goes over what the product is, the market summary. Then it goes over who are the primary people
15:18
Speaker A
we're going to sell it to. The people that have allergies, people that have pet hair and households, the protective parent, the space starved renter, and then we've got the customer emotional language pain desire fear objection transformation. And then you got the
15:34
Speaker A
competitor messaging and market gaps. So you can see here the brand, the price, the leads, the proof, and the positioning. Then you got the market angles that we can use to get people to want to buy the products. So you can see
15:44
Speaker A
here the dirty filter reveals all villain flip your fan is spreading it. Now this is really important because when we make the landing page we're going to give it all of this information. So make sure you check through your response and you've got it
15:56
Speaker A
all like this cuz this is crucial for when we build the landing page because if you want a landing page that converts, you need to speak to who you're selling it to. Then once we've done that, we need to find the product
16:06
Speaker A
as a drop shipper and we need to source it to an agent. So, what you're going to want to do is go on AliExpress and I use this image search button here and I upload the image as you saw here from
16:16
Speaker A
the landing page. So, this has come from the competitor's landing page and I have found the exact same product by scrolling down and you can see by reading the listing fan seeding filters and they're exactly here. So guys,
16:28
Speaker A
before we move on to the next part of today's AI drop shipping case study, I want to quickly talk about today's sponsor, Omnisend. Now, I have personally been using Omnisense since 2022. So, this is not a random email
16:41
Speaker A
marketing platform that I have only started using for this video. I have used Omnisend for years. And today, more than 150,000 e-commerce brands use the platform. That includes complete beginners launching their first store as well as some of the biggest brands in
16:57
Speaker A
the industry. Now, the reason why Omnisend is so important is because finding a winning product, building the store and creating the ads is only the front end of the business. You still need to recover abandoned carts, follow up with customers, generate repeat
17:10
Speaker A
purchases, and understand which emails are actually making you money. And Omnisend has now made this even easier with its new MCP feature. You can connect Omnisend directly to ChatGBT or Claude. This means the AI can work with real data from your Omnisend account.
17:26
Speaker A
For example, you can ask which campaign generated the most revenue, which automation is underperforming, or which customers you should target next. You can then use the AI to help create campaigns, manage customer segments, and identify the changes you need to make.
17:43
Speaker A
So essentially, you are adding an AI powered email and SMS marketing assistant directly into your drop shipping workflow. And if you are currently using another email service provider, Omnisend can migrate your automations segments forms and templates within 5 days. You could also
18:01
Speaker A
end up paying up to 35% less. So guys, I will leave the link to Omnisend in the description and in the pinned comment below. Now, we're not going to be buying this and sourcing it from AliExpress because they are not the best agent or
18:16
Speaker A
supplier as a drop shipper. AliExpress is just the biggest place to find out if the product is a drop shipping product.
18:23
Speaker A
Now, as I know it is and I can access it, I'm going to go over to USA Drop.
18:27
Speaker A
There'll be a link in the description and in the pin comment cuz they are the best supplier and drop shipping partner that you can use for your store. And it's completely free to sign up. And once you've signed up, you're going to
18:36
Speaker A
go over to where it says sourcing sourcing products. You're going to paste the URL of the AliExpress link and you're going to upload the image. And then you're going to click submit. and then they will give you a quote on what
18:47
Speaker A
it's going to cost and how much it's going to take in terms of time. Now, they might already have the product in their warehouse. If you go to find products and search for it here, if you can't find it, then you'd need to source
18:57
Speaker A
it. And this is what makes USA Drop the best because they only ship what they have available in their warehouse. That way, the processing time and the shipping times are ultra fast. Now, USA Drop has been in the industry for over
19:10
Speaker A
11 years, and they've got over 500 employees working day and night to make sure that our orders get sent out from China on time and correctly without being damaged or broken. Now, you can also see here the private agent tab. So,
19:23
Speaker A
once you've hit five orders daily, you unlock the private agent, and it's not an additional fee. As long as you're doing good numbers, you get access to them as a private agent. So whether you're a drop shipping beginner or
19:34
Speaker A
you're scaling a brand, make sure you check out USA Drop in the pin comment and in the description below to avoid long shipping times and bad quality control. So now I've verified that I can source the product and I can buy the
19:46
Speaker A
exact same one. We can now go into building the store. So if we go back to the Maro board, you're going to see underneath this store building. Want to open up chat GBT. Now chat GBT is really good at creating prompts for UI for
19:58
Speaker A
Claude. Then what you're going to want to do guys is you're going to want to upload the research document which is this to the AI model. So copy this, paste it. It will upload it as a TXT file. You can see here as a TXT file.
20:10
Speaker A
Then you're going to go and give it this prompt. So this is the prompt that you guys are going to have access to. So what you're going to want to do is you're going to want to copy this
20:17
Speaker A
prompt. And remember, you need to change this prompt because it's got my competitor's product in it. You guys are going to have a different product. So, make sure you change out the URLs and the name of the product. You can use the
20:29
Speaker A
prompt, but you must change these parts out. Then, once you've done that, come back to OpenAI and paste it in and click send. Now, the response should technically be you getting a prompt to give to Claude Design to build the
20:41
Speaker A
landing page with the copyrighting, the avatar who you're calling out, and the design. So, those three things are essential. Now, if it hasn't given you a prompt to give to Claude Design, you just need to reprompt it and say, "Make
20:53
Speaker A
me a prompt for Claude design to remake the landing page." And then it will give you the prompt. Then once you've done that, you're going to go back to Claude.
21:01
Speaker A
Then if you open up the sidebar, you're going to see Claude design here at the bottom. Click it. It's going to open up a new window and then you're going to see design system. You can leave this on
21:10
Speaker A
design system. You can leave the template off and then you can change the model. Now again depending on your usage rates you can either use Fable and then what you're going to want to do is you're going to want to paste the prompt
21:20
Speaker A
that Open AI gave you in here and click generate. Then once you've done that after around about 5 to 10 minutes Claude Design will build you a landing page. Now here's an example of one that I did the other day. So what you'll see
21:31
Speaker A
is you'll have this preview window and you can view what the landing page looks like. And this one looks really really good. Now you need to make sure that you're checking the text, the avatar being called out. what kind of language
21:44
Speaker A
is being used and does it match the one that Claude gave us when we asked it to do the avatar research and the niche research. So if I go through this document and read who my avatars are, what's the emotional language, all the
21:57
Speaker A
marketing angles, the recommended hooks, now these are not so important, but everything else is does it align and does it match? And if the answer is no, you need to get it to make it that way.
22:08
Speaker A
Maybe you might have to reprompt it to understand, but it has to match. I'm not talking about onetoone matching. I'm on about how it's talking to the customer and how it's calling them out and the reasons why. Then once you're happy with
22:20
Speaker A
the landing page, what I'd recommend that you do is you check it in mobile version as well. Now you're going to tell Claude in the left to give you the HTML version. And how you do that is you
22:31
Speaker A
come to the top right and click share. And you're going to go to where it says project HTML. Then once you've done that, you're going to see in the left hand side the HTML file is given to you.
22:40
Speaker A
And you're also going to find the HTML file here. So now if I open up the HTML file, this is the actual landing page that I got it to build. So you can see here it says you bought the air
22:49
Speaker A
purifier. So why is the dust still winning? Now this is me calling out an air purifier and saying if you bought one, why would it not do well? Then you can see here it shows the subscribe and save one-time purchase. So that's all
23:01
Speaker A
working correctly. Now there's not going to be any images cuz Claude doesn't have an image model right now. So it's just making the landing page. Then you can see here if we read this, does it make sense? Does it match what's in my
23:11
Speaker A
document? And the answer is yes. The other thing is, does this look good on mobile? Inspect element, change it to mobile device, and yes, this also looks really good on mobile, and the UI fits perfectly. There is no issues with this
23:25
Speaker A
on mobile. And everything looks and sounds correct. We got the before and afters. So that landing page is amazing.
23:33
Speaker A
So once you've verified that your landing page looks good also on the mobile version, then we can move on to giving it to Claude to actually build on Shopify. Now you've got the HTML file, you also need to go back into the
23:45
Speaker A
design, go to share. Then you're going to say where it says more formats and apps, you're going to click this. And then you're going to see where it says clawed code. You're going to click send.
23:55
Speaker A
And then you're going to click copy prompt. Then what you're going to do is you're going to go back to the chat. And then underneath it, you're going to paste this prompt that I've given you guys. Now, this prompt tells Claude how
24:06
Speaker A
to build a landing page on Shopify. Now, this is what I mean by how to build a landing page. Now, Shopify uses their own liquid code. This is basically how Shopify build landing pages. It's totally different to every other
24:18
Speaker A
platform. Shopify has its own language that they use to build pages. So, you have to tell Claude about this or it will try and do it the same way Woo Commerce builds websites or WordPress builds websites. and it will turn your
24:31
Speaker A
HTML design into one section where you want your Shopify store to be multi-section and editable. Most important editable where you can click on it, you can change it. So, if you don't give it this prompt, it won't understand that and it will just one
24:45
Speaker A
section your store and then you can't change anything and it looks terrible. So, make sure you add this prompt again.
24:50
Speaker A
You need to change the sections where I've included my Shopify URL cuz you need to replace it with your Shopify URL. Now, talking about Shopify, you need to either get yourself a Shopify store and you need to be on a paid trial
25:03
Speaker A
because this doesn't work if you're not on a paid trial. It will keep glitching out and asking you to join a paid trial.
25:08
Speaker A
Now, if you use my link in the description and in the pin comment, you're going to get Shopify for three months for $3. So, each month for the first three months, it's $1 each, which equals $3, and you get a 3day trial.
25:19
Speaker A
Now, it's only going to cost you $1 to go on this paid trial, and it will give you access to be able to edit it all with AI. Now, $1 is not going to break your bank, and you get Shopify for three
25:29
Speaker A
months instead of $29 a month, which means you're saving almost $90. So, make sure you use my link in the description to sign up to Shopify if you haven't already, or if you're planning on open up a new store with Shopify to test a
25:40
Speaker A
new product. Now, this is the only thing that I'll ask you guys to use. Now, once you have signed up to your Shopify store, you're going to want to go to settings, copy your URL. Now, for example, mine here is 2c.mmyshopify.com.
25:51
Speaker A
So, yours will be some weird letters, myshopify.com. Then once you've done that, you're going to want to go back to the toolbar, customize. You're going to go to connectors again, and you're going to go to where it says add, browse
26:02
Speaker A
connectors, and you're going to search for Shopify. So you can see Shopify is already built into Claude. You need to add it. Then once you've added it, you can come to the bottom of the prompt, and then you can click the plus symbol,
26:12
Speaker A
and you can go to connectors and you can click Shopify. This prompt already tells it to use the Shopify connector app to basically connect your store and edit it. Now, once you send this prompt and you've also got to make sure you upload
26:24
Speaker A
your HTML design. So, if you go to the plus symbol, add files, you can see my HTML design there. I'm going to upload it. Then, it will convert that into an editable Shopify landing page. Now, this bit takes the longest and it'll take
26:37
Speaker A
around about 20 to 30 minutes to do this, but it will build the whole landing page for you. Now, one thing that will happen when you give it this step is it will ask you to connect your Shopify store through Claude. You click
26:48
Speaker A
connect. It asks you to download the Claude AI Shopify app. You download it and then it will say it's connected. And then you need to make sure that your product is on your store. So you need to make sure that you've synced your USA
26:59
Speaker A
Drop product to your Shopify store. USA Drop have an app so it just integrates into them. So make sure you add your product before you give it the prompt because if Claude tries to find your product and it can't find it because
27:10
Speaker A
it's not on there, it will start glitching out. So always best practice is to have it ready on your store. And then in the prompt, what you're going to do is you're going to tell it to use the
27:19
Speaker A
product that's on your store. So you tell it the name of the product and then it'll build the landing page around that product. So once you've done that, guys, we need to move on to creating the images. Now, if you go back to the Maro
27:29
Speaker A
board, you're going to see here it says step one, go to Claude and Co-work and use the skill called product PDP image builder. So you're going to come back here and you're going to download this skill. You're going to upload it to
27:39
Speaker A
Claude like I've shown you in the past. And then you're going to give it this prompt. Now, you are going to need to change this prompt because obviously it says my brand name here and it says my brand product. So, you need to change it
27:51
Speaker A
to whatever your brand name is and your product is. If you don't know a brand name yet, get Claude to give you one.
27:57
Speaker A
Now, for this to work, you need to add Claude to an image model tool so that it can create images. Now, the choice that I'm using here is Higsfield. You can see it here in highlighted. Now, you can use
28:08
Speaker A
any image model you want to do this. If you want to use Open AI to do this, you can. So, for example, instead of using this prompt in Claude, you can give it to chat GBT because GBT has their own
28:18
Speaker A
image model, which is the best. So, if you really wanted to, you could just give it to OpenAI if you have a paid account there. Or if you've already got a Higsfield account because you use it like me for video and image, it might be
28:27
Speaker A
worth just keeping on with Higsfield. But you've got two options. Either copy this prompt into chat GBT, get it to use its own image model and create the images for you, or connect Claude to Higsfield, which I'll show you now. So
28:37
Speaker A
if you go over to Higsfield, you go over to where it says MCP and CLI and you go over to here where it says Claude and you do the same thing that you did for Winning Hunter. You copy the URL, add it
28:46
Speaker A
as a connector and then you authenticate your account and it will show here. Then once you give Claude the prompt and the skill after around about a few minutes your Higsfield account and it will show you this in Claude as well, but I've
28:58
Speaker A
just shown you the Higsfield version as the preview is a little bit better. You can see it's made all of these images for me. So you can see the new and used that's for that section of the of the
29:08
Speaker A
website. You can see here you breathe easier. So you can see all the images have been made. So once you've built your landing page and you've got your images and the copy looks right, again don't rush this. Although I was able to
29:20
Speaker A
do it fairly quickly. I've been doing this now for almost 11 years myself. So I'm quite good at doing all of these things. Now for you guys that are new or beginners, it will take you a little bit
29:28
Speaker A
longer. So don't rush it, but also don't take too long. It shouldn't take you more than two days because AI is doing literally the work for you. Just make sure your landing page makes sense. And then the app that we use for the
29:39
Speaker A
subscription model will be linked in the myro board. You can just download on Shopify. There's a free plan and you can install your subscription. And then you're going to want to test to make sure your store works, the checkout
29:48
Speaker A
works, the subscription model works, everything works and makes sense. Then once you've done that, guys, we're now moving on to the ad. This is, in my opinion, the most important part. Your ad is what's going to make people either
30:00
Speaker A
buy your product or not buy it. You can see here on the myro board, I've done this spider diagram and I've broken down the three best ads by my competitors.
30:08
Speaker A
Now, before I even show you these three best ads, I'm going to show you the ones that I remade with AI to show you how good they actually are. When you compare them to the real ads themselves, there's
30:17
Speaker A
not much in it. Now, the reason why your ads are the most important is because it's the first way people see your brand, hear about your brand, and hear about what your product does and how it can help them. And then that's why your
30:28
Speaker A
landing page is second most important because if your winning ad doesn't match your landing page in terms of the the message that you're trying to get across doesn't make sense or it doesn't match, people are going to get scared and skip.
30:40
Speaker A
So that's why you got to make sure your landing page matches what your ads say because if there's any confusion in between, people are not going to buy it.
30:46
Speaker A
And that's why most beginners don't make money. They go rogue. They make one landing page and then they make the ad completely different to what's on the landing page and then they wonder why no one buys their product. So yeah, these
30:56
Speaker A
are the three top ads from my competitors. I will show you them both in a minute in a video. But before I do that, guys, I'm going to show you my three that I remade. And the three that
31:05
Speaker A
I remade, I'm going to show you how to do it as well. So this here, guys, is the ad that I was able to make myself.
31:10
Speaker A
And I'm going to play it for you now. Now remember, this is completely AI.
31:14
Speaker A
There's no human in this. So let's watch it together. This is what the ceiling fan is throwing into the air you breathe every single night. I stuck these barnacle filters on my fan blades two months ago, and this
31:22
Speaker A
is what they caught. All of this used to end up in my lungs, on my sheets, on my kids. Your ceiling fan is already moving all the air in the room. These just turn it into an air purifier. They're made
31:29
Speaker A
with coconut carbon, so they pull out dust, allergens, mold, even odors. If you've got pets, this is what's floating around your house right now. And installing them is stupid easy. Heel, stick, done. No cades, no machines, no $500 purifier sitting in the corner. You
31:41
Speaker A
just swap them every 60 days. They're running a bundle deal right now. So, grab enough for every fan in your house before it ends. Links below.
31:47
Speaker A
So, just like that, guys, that was one of the ads that I was able to remake in less than 15 minutes. And that was the generic ad that tries to cover most people. So if we go back to the Marro
31:57
Speaker A
board, these are the three winning ads. Now mine was a reference to this ad. So I was trying to copy this ad specifically. So this is now the original ad that I remade 30 days ago.
32:09
Speaker A
All of this would have been in my lungs. These are the Barnacle air filters. It starts out like this and 30 days later it looks like this. You stick these on your ceiling fans and it turns your ceiling fans into air purifiers. You
32:21
Speaker A
don't need any more of those expensive air purifiers to go in your home. You literally just need a ceiling fan and these filters are the sticky backing and then velcro. So, you just stick it on and you replace these every 60 days.
32:33
Speaker A
These help to remove allergens. Now, her ad's a lot slower paced, which for people that have short attention spans, she's going to lose a lot of people because she's speaking so slow.
32:42
Speaker A
And then there's no real demonstration. So, in my opinion, I think my ad was better. Now, you guys let me know in the comment section below which ad you thought was better. Now, I did break down each ad and why it works and why it
32:53
Speaker A
converted. So, I'd recommend in your spare time when you get access to this that you read this. I'm not going to do it now, but you need to read why it works and then also add one and also add
33:02
Speaker A
two. You need to guys, once you get access to this myra board, study everything that I've given you because this is teaching you guys the psychology behind what does what helps seven figure and eight figure brands make money. Now,
33:14
Speaker A
how to make your own AI ads. You're going to want to go back to Claude Co-work upload your competitor's winning ad transcript. Now, if I go to Winning Hunter and show you my competitor here, I scroll down. I can see their winning
33:25
Speaker A
ads. I can also click their brand name and I can change this here from most recent to where it says highest reach/spend, which means I spent the most money on those ads. Then I can filter the media type to video. I'm now
33:37
Speaker A
being seen their best performing ads. So, what you're going to want to do is you're going to go to where it says view details. I'd recommend that you watch a few seconds of the ads to make sure that
33:46
Speaker A
you're not copying retargeting ads. Now, brands will run retargeting ads when people have already seen their cold ads.
33:52
Speaker A
So, don't copy retargeting ads because they're not made for cold audiences. So, just make sure you watch the ad and make sure it seems like it is a cold ad where they're trying to reach out to people that have never seen the product before.
34:03
Speaker A
Now, once you have, you're going to see here on the right transcript. You can click transcript and you can see the whole transcribe here. You can copy full transcribe with timestamps and you can also download the video. So what you're
34:14
Speaker A
going to want to do is you're going to want to go back to Claude Co and the same chat that you used to build the store. You're going to want to click upload. You're going to upload the transcript. So you can paste the
34:24
Speaker A
transcript here and then you're going to want to upload the actual ad. So the actual video, you're going to upload it.
34:29
Speaker A
And then what you're going to do is you're going to use this prompt that I've given you here. So this is the exact prompt. Now the prompt goes all the way down by the way. So you can see
34:37
Speaker A
here it says transcribe. Transcribe. Transcribe. Now, each transcript is one ad. So, this is ad one, ad two, ad three. So, I'd have to go back to Winning Hunter, get the second ad, get the third ad, and then upload it to this
34:49
Speaker A
prompt. And then you'd have to also upload all three videos. Because the way this prompt works is it's based on the top three ads from your competitor. So, make sure you add the three transcripts and the three ads. And then you copy the
35:01
Speaker A
prompt. Then, once you've done that, you're going to get a script back from Claude. So, this is what it says. This is what your ceiling fan is throwing into your air that you breathe every single night. So, this is the script
35:11
Speaker A
that we've got, which is great. So, we've got that. Before we even approve Higsfield to make the ad, you need to make sure that you make an ultra realistic avatar. So, if you go back over to Higsfield, what you're going to
35:21
Speaker A
want to do is you're going to want to use something called Recraft. So, Recraft V4. You're going to change it here to 9 by6. You can change the batch size to two. You can change it to Pro.
35:31
Speaker A
ReCraft, in my opinion, makes the most realistic avatars right now. Claude's going to give you a prompt. So, you can see here I've got the prompt from Claude for the avatar that it gave me in the original prompt. You're then going to
35:42
Speaker A
click generate. Now, this avatar that gets created is the one that will speak in the video. Just like that, guys, these are the two images that were made.
35:50
Speaker A
So, image one and image two. And look at how realistic this avatar looks. Now, if you're not happy with any of these photos, you can just do it again and reprompt it where you think there's issues. But these images here look
36:03
Speaker A
really, really good. Then once you've done that guys, you're then going to give the prompts to Higsfield Marketing Studio. So you want to go back to Higsfield. You're going to go over to where it says marketing studio. Instead
36:13
Speaker A
of you getting Claude to do it for you, we're actually going to prompt it ourselves. You're going to go over to where it says product. You're going to click product. You're going to paste the URL to your product. You're going to add
36:21
Speaker A
the URL to your Shopify store here. Then you can see my product is now there. So I've selected it. Then you're going to see avatar. You're going to go to where it says create avatar and you're going to upload the image that we use to
36:32
Speaker A
generate the avatar. And then once that's happened, you're going to see them here. And now you can see the product and the avatar has been created.
36:38
Speaker A
Then you're going to change the setting to UGC hook. And then where it says settings, you can leave it. And then where it's got the filter button, you want to change it to 916, 1080p, and 15 seconds long. Then you're going to see
36:49
Speaker A
the prompts that Claude's given us for the marketing studio. So prompt one, prompt two, prompt three. So these are all the prompts that we're going to copy, and we're going to paste them in here. Remember, each prompt is for one
37:00
Speaker A
video clip. Now, once that's done, if you go over to where it says all generations, you're now going to see all the videos that we made. So, you can see here, these are all the separate clips that Claude's made for us for the ad.
37:11
Speaker A
So, just like that, guys, these are the clips that Higsfield will then make us based on the Claude prompts. And once you've got all your clips, like I have here, you're then going to open up Cap Cut, put them into the Cap Cut timeline,

and then you're going to piece the whole scene together. And then once you've pieced the whole scene together, you're going to caption it, add some background music, and there's your ad. Now, you're going to want to make three other ads or
37:33

two other ads based on the other avatar or marketing angles. So, one could be about her son having allergies or allergic reactions or having asthma. The third ad or angle I could use is my husband suffers from hay fever or pet

fur or something like that. You need to make sure you got different ads for different users or avatars. Then once you've made all the ads guys, this is the Facebook ad strategy. So the Facebook ad strategy is going to be a

CBO campaign at $50 a day. Now you can change this between 50 and 100. It just depends what niche you're in, but 50 is safe. Then one adset's going to be broad, two adsets going to be broad, and
38:11
Speaker A
third adset's going to be broad, which means you literally add the countries and everything else you don't touch. So the countries could be the top five or the top 15. Then you leave everything else broad. Then inside of broad ad set
38:24
Speaker A
one, you're going to have three ads. Ad one, two, and three. Now these ads are going to be for one angle. Now this angle will be the generic angle covering all topics. The only difference in ad one to ad two is the first 3 seconds of
38:36

the ad. Same with ad three. Ad set two broad. The only difference here is these ads are going to be about the husband that has allergies. So these ads are going to be about husband with allergies. Then ad set three is going to
38:49
Speaker A
be about her son that suffers from hay fever. So, these ads are going to be about people with hay fever. And that's literally the blueprint to what I did to be able to generate those numbers. Now, obviously, I ran Facebook ads for a lot

longer. It was a long period of time of managing them, but I'm going to leave a link in the description and in the cheat sheet to my full Facebook ad strategy.

That's a Myro board. So, I'll go over the exact killing and scaling methods that I used to take the store from zero to $150,000.

But essentially, this is the blueprint that we used. Very simple. Don't over complicate it. Just make sure you do the work correctly and you don't rush the little things. A lot of people get excited, they rush, and then they use a
39:29
Speaker A
broken system. You got to test all your systems and make sure they work. Show your ads to your friends and say, "Does this look good? Does this make sense?" If they laugh and say, "This is not good." Then it probably means your ad's
39:39
Speaker A
not good. So, with that being said, guys, remember to destroy the like button so you get access to everything and all the other relevant information will be in the pin comment and in the description below. So, if you've enjoyed
