Bella thanks Dr Phil thanks coach Emily so trainman introduce yourself my background is I had chronic kidney disease was able to heal it with RI eyes and fasting a year in the carnivore I got septic shock and the doctors and the
Speaker A
Bella, thanks Dr. Phil. Thanks, Coach Emily.
Speaker A
hate to tell you this a 30 to 40% mortality rate and a good percentage of people that's a good percentage of people that don't survive from it so tell us a little bit about uh how that came about
Speaker A
So, Trainman, introduce yourself. My background is I had chronic kidney disease and was able to heal it with RIs and fasting. A year in the carnivore, I got septic shock, and the doctors and the nurses were explaining how surprised they were that I lived through it. I have very little permanent damage. I got really lucky. I mean, the kidney disease is one thing, but the septic shock is a really serious condition and has a, I hate to tell you this, a 30 to 40% mortality rate, and a good percentage of people, that's a good percentage of people that don't survive from it. So tell us a little bit about how that came about.
Speaker A
UTI it turned into septic shock but when I went into the emergency room I couldn't breathe turned out it was sepsis which attacks your organs for me it it started with my lungs two weeks in the hospital 4 days in the ICU tubes in
Speaker A
And what do you think contributed to your recovery? Because you look great today.
Speaker A
other side of it it changes you completely so let's say that I hadn't found sck and butter game but I started counting Mac Bros started counting my corner wor macros I probably wouldn't have survived my septic shell they tell
Speaker A
Thanks, AR Phil. That's why I say sing butter gang saved my life. I had a UTI that I didn't know about, urinary tract infection. Pay attention to your UTI. It turned into septic shock. But when I went into the emergency room, I couldn't breathe. Turned out it was sepsis, which attacks your organs. For me, it started with my lungs. Two weeks in the hospital, four days in the ICU, tubes in both lungs, in my infected lungs, draining, constant draining. At some point, I thought I'm probably not going to survive this. Facing your death, leaving people behind, is a very magical thing because if you can come out on the other side of it, it changes you completely. So let's say that I hadn't found SCK and butter game, but I started counting macros, started counting my carnivore macros, I probably wouldn't have survived my septic shock. They tell you to eat as much as you can. Very few people come back the first week and say, I feel fantastic. They're like, when can I stop eating? I hate Coach Tren because I was nourished. I embrace nourishment. I embrace it now because I learn by watching all the people, people in stick and butter gang, thousands of people that they've tested this protocol on. Well, I am literal when I say it saved my life. We are approaching each other in earnest to be healthy and to love each other. I mean, I know Coach Raymond sounds like the Yoda of carnivore diet. He's very, you know, he's on to the next level spirituality with priming. I do appreciate the fact that this is a place where we are united by being healthy, not by trying to be skinny. We are undoing damage, not creating more damage. We are taking the hard road, not the easy road of making people skinny and they gain it all back in a year and a half. I knew that meat would save me. I continued to eat it in hospital. I'm really grateful that I had that knowledge going in. So on the issue of priming, that's the reason I came to steak and butter thing. I'm a retired family physician. I had gone through a very effective protein sparing modified fast, had lost all my weight, kept it off for about a year and a half, and then started creeping back to me. I developed metabolic syndrome, which was a really bad thing to have when you've had a cardiomyopathy or infection in your heart. And I started carnivore in early August of 2023, but I just could not move the scale or make the improvements I wanted to. And I was very intrigued when I heard from one of the steak and butter gang members talking about priming, because I have a master's in physiology. I got simultaneous with my medical degree. Priming made sense to me because I knew I chronically reset my metabolism slower and slower, which I think a lot of people do with chronic undereating. And I'm six foot tall and was literally gaining a pound every week, eating about 1500 calories a day, which a lot of people would call toddler diet. With metabolic syndrome, I had to make a major change and get that healed. Going into priming meant renourishing my body and to heal that metabolism that had been stalled, and it is a tough experience. It's counterintuitive, but from a physiologic standpoint, it made perfect sense for me that you have to renourish in order to counteract the undernourishment I was doing with the low calorie eating. I followed Raymond's schedule religiously, stuck with it, began to see some improvement, and now I cycle through the steak and butter gang protocols about every three months. I always feel incredible. My metabolic syndrome went away in my fourth month of carnivore, and now it's all about the process that Raymond likes to call chiseling, which is really recomping my body. I am now at 184, which is the lowest weight I've been at since freshman year of high school, and I feel so much better, have so much more energy, get so much more accomplished, and it's just been an amazing experience for me. But I relate it back to doing the priming because I had to reset my metabolism, and you have to do that by renourishing the body. And Amy, you did such a good job explaining about renourishing. So many people are chronically undernourished, and they've fallen for the trap, which we call the thermodynamic trap, that you think you just have to keep restricting calories and that will work. In the short term, it doesn't work in the long term, and people gain that weight back. And so to be able to see that phenomenon progressively getting better, not in a linear approach where you're just constantly losing weight all the time, you're going down a little, you're going up a little, you're going down a little, but the trend is favorable and always in the right direction. But the healing has been amazing, and I think renourishing is what allows you to do every aspect of carnivore, especially in the steak and butter gang protocols, and be successful at it. If you are intrigued by this priming protocol that has been talked about frequently throughout this video, Coach Raymond and Emily teach their priming and fasting protocol every single week in the steak and butter gang. Priming is basically a short period of time where Coach Raymond encourages anyone who's new or experienced to carnivore to focus on nourishing the body first. This preps and primes the body for all of the intermittent fasting and extended fasting that Coach Raymond integrates into his 90-day program. I'll put up some photos of member results during priming and throughout the fasting program. We see all types of people and of all ages reap amazing benefits, healing, and body recomposition results. Some members will start losing weight rapidly during priming. Others will start losing body fat when they start the intermittent fasting and extended fasting schedules. The coaches also give out easy-to-follow weekly guides for how to prime, when to eat, and how to fast so that all members can get the structure and simplicity they need to effortlessly enjoy their carnivore journey in the best way possible. Our priming and fasting program is definitely very popular in the steak and butter gang, but it is just one of many assets that you get to enjoy when you become a member. For more details and to directly sign up and join us in our upcoming 30-day carnivore challenge, just go to the URL shown on the screen, SBG meet as in fatty meetup.com. I've also linked clickable links down below in the description box. My priming experience was tough though, so it's really hard for me to get all the food in. My appetite has opened now, but it wasn't open then. As I've been going through the protocol, I like to come up with things that defy whatever Raymond told me to do and just do what I want to do. And so what I do is he says you're gonna have three meals and two snacks. By the fourth day, I could do that anymore, so I started eating five bites every hour and or 10 bites every two hours. Put the five bites in, go back to my desk to work because I knew that the priming was going to do something for me. I had watched for a whole month, and I saw people's non-scale victories. I saw them blossom. I saw their inflammation.

nourishment I embrace it now because I I learn by watching all the people people in stick and butter gang thousands of people that they've tested this protocol on well I am literal when I say it saved my life we are approaching each other in

people's non-scale victories I saw them Blossom I saw their inflammation leave their faces even if they were carrying more pounds on the scale watching it as was a I was a full believer you only see them the meetings you don't have
Speaker A
meetings with 10 and some two 200 and some people in any any other platform excuse me for carnivore you don't have it it's not there you have it in s butter G you have all these people sharing the misery that is brought on to
Speaker A
you by coach Rond and then enjoying enjoying the benefits that is brought on by coach Emily no just kidding I'm saying that the protocol will eventually bring you benefit well it's been such a powerful process we've been teaching this for close to four
Speaker A
years now in a group setting and we have seen thousands of stories thousands of people healed uh my personal story was it really helped me to have food freedom to stay carnivore and to increase my joy of fasting I had already lost 100 pounds
Speaker A
with fasting um and I was doing keto once I learned priming and carnivore it took my fasting to a supercharge level and I was able to do all Trent day fasting rolling 48 fast and feel amazing my focus has shift now that I'm in my
Speaker A
50s I've been carnivore for four years now it's shifting and it's I think about muscle and Bones I think about you know just wanting to maintain my Vitality we talked about being sexy in your 50s and I'm into it and I'm into that Vitality
Speaker A
of feeling so good feeling nourished and feeling strong I love that priming gives us reserve requirements in every cell of our body makes us feel so good restores sleep and it's just the foundation of my health and I come back to it often I
Speaker A
love priming so much it's a joy to teach it and to um watch our members Thrive when they take it on we've gotten to the point where we realize yes it's about food but there is so much more about
Speaker A
this the self-love the acceptance of ourselves the way we think as long as we eat properly so this goes well beyond priming and fasting if we keep doing this we can actually influence even the world around us our family members and
Speaker A
we can be more empathetic and so it's so much more than just diet priming and fasting for me made me feel empowered to not want to be skinny but to be strong seeing people like Emily have four kids be so radiant
Speaker A
at her age looking at Raymond be the best dad ever like he's literally my dad now and then looking at Amy looks so sexy and so fit it's so inspiring and of course Dr Phils and all College it makes
Speaker A
me feel so grateful every single day to be in this community to always be learning so Amy you went from dying and wanting to die on the sidewalk to being a gym rat when in your journey did that
Speaker A
click where you wanted to focus on Fitness I started steak and butter gang in Earnest um in November and I didn't start working out for months and when I did I wasn't able to go faster than two miles an hour on the
Speaker A
treadmill I couldn't step up on a step on a bench I could barely go up down the stairs um I was in flamed still I was still healing um I was not in good shape somewhere in the course of
Speaker A
this so you know I'm never fully free of my sugar addiction right it's not going to happen it's always there it's with me because I spent most of my life with that as my friend so I think you know coach Emily
Speaker A
said it before I go to the gym and all my stress have push out through the weights it's a mental thing for me because I don't have I still want my sugar I would love to sit down and work
Speaker A
and escape from the whole world um not have to talk to anybody have my protection of fat around me so I don't have to deal with anybody else but what happened is I replaced my sugar addiction with my dim
Speaker A
addiction and that's what happened that's how I got bigger muscles because I was crazy okay but in the course of that I learned to I learn to try and have my fat girl mentality move to I love you Amy
Speaker A
mentality that's really what it's about I don't care how you have to get there I don't care if you have a transfer addiction if you're an older lady build as much muscle as you can eat the protein and the
Speaker A
fat and try to think about what it's going to be like for you when you want to go to the bathroom at 885 and you don't have to have somebody help you there if you don't have a life or
Speaker A
decision to make you don't have somebody else that you want to live for think about being 80 if you can't picture yourself at 50 healthy picture yourself at at 80 healthy gives you plenty of time and so build muscle like Bella said you know
Speaker A
hopefully going see some steak and butter babies at some point and I think I think that the more Bella you know gets some muscle going the easier the whole thing is so um I applaud and M her for for changing from being
Speaker A
skinny to wanting to be strong thank you coach Amy yeah I mean you you see us all the time in the in the coaching meeting if there's any Fitness questions I'll go to Amy on this I did do orange theory
Speaker A
for the longest time uh but I only did it because I thought I had to back then and then you know I did it for five years and I had the thought okay well maybe that did it that was what made me
Speaker A
have that sixpack and then when I got off of it I noticed I still kept it so I'm like okay first a I don't like spending 100 bucks a month I think I was 120 a month at the time and then B I
Speaker A
don't like going there every morning at least for three days a week or two days a week so I was like why am I doing this I don't like this what is the reason if it's not giving me the body that I
Speaker A
thought that's what gave me the body so I stopped and right now it's been about I think four years and I have current pictures I I'll I'll share with you Bella um and sixpack still there I send everyone on Instagram and YouTube to you
Speaker A
who ask me questions like oh Bella I heard that carnivore diet and eating meat every day will give you kidney disease what do you have to say to that and I say please go to carnivore Amy and I link her profile but I would love for
Speaker A
you to say something to all of the people watching this video right now thinking that oh my gosh I may be at risk for kidney disease if I go carnivore what would you like to say to that there's no study that shows that
Speaker A
but cannot find it it says that if you eat protein it's too much of a strain on your kidneys but the second thing I'll tell you is that to this day I can pull down two 220 250 grams of protein in a
Speaker A
day um and I my kidneys have only improved so that's not been my experience that protein is harmful to my kidneys from a medical standpoint it's very interesting um most carnivores are eating one to two grams of protein per
Speaker A
ideal body weight in pounds or 2.2 grams per kilo in body weight and um that is not a high protein diet and a lot of people are confused that that um carnivore is some ultra high protein diet and there have been some anodal
Speaker A
reports of kidney injuries when people are taking four to six times that much protein uh and uh restricting fluids and uh that's really some very old data back in the 60s and 70s and is really not reflective of today's
Speaker A
carnivore diet uh carnivore diet today is really about 20 to uh 30% protein 70 to 80% fat in most individuals it is really more of a high fat diet than a high protein diet it's really an adequate protein
Speaker A
diet um many Americans are not getting enough ad uh not getting adequate protein their diet and this is especially women who have osteopenia osteoporosis weak muscles fatty muscles um aging uh debilitating diseases and most Americans are not getting adequate
Speaker A
protein in intake so uh if any anything we're seeing tremendous numbers of people healing on a carnivore diet their their chronic kidney disease most people either have an acute K kidney injury or they have some chronic disease causing
Speaker A
their their CKD can you explain a little bit what your situation was my doctor never gave me an explanation why I had it but I was pre-diabetic and I also had a fat pad on my heart or around my heart
Speaker A
and I had high plate l account um I had a gate git T I walked with a gate um by the time my kidney disease really kicked in because my blood was not filtered so everything was hazy including my
Speaker A
movements my thinking and I didn't know I had any of it and I went and got blood work because I was losing my hair I thought that it was some expensive face cream that I bought and I was like this face cream is
Speaker A
making me lose my hair I threw it away but then I thought well maybe I have an iron deficiency I in I went and got blood work done my doctor said you have blood work of a 90y old what's going on so I had to
Speaker A
go back every 3 weeks initially all these things it got worse during this time I was still doing what I think caused my kidney disease I was eating so much sugar because I was a little bit of a
Speaker A
workaholic for the last 20 years and to get through the stress of my day I would eat sugar to get through anything emotional in my life I would eat sugar if I had something happy I would eat sugar and I didn't want to be that woman
Speaker A
I didn't want to be that person ever but I couldn't function without my crunch which was sugar wow and the onslaught onto my kidneys onto my organs finally succumbed it finally succumbed to that Sugar Onslaught and when I realized that researching trying
Speaker A
to save my life you know and I just want to say an aside Dr Phil I'm sure that your background and your uh crediting with counseling people and everything you've heard people talk about this when you when you're eating that much sugar
Speaker A
or you're you have a a food problem using food as your stress relief by the time you get sick you almost don't care you know by the time you get sick you've already been living a slow death and so that's where I was mentally
Speaker A
emotionally physically I was already to the point where I just wanted to lay down on the sidewalk and just stay there but I have two daughters and I love them so much and I had to make a decision if I wanted to
Speaker A
save my life or not and so when all this came down the decision was not easy to make I didn't know if I've heard coach Raymond talk about he wanted to go quickly with the heart attack yep I can
Speaker A
really relate when he talks that talks about that because I didn't know if I could ever give get over my sugar addiction it was hopeless to me and in fact I I didn't get over it when I saved my kidneys I
Speaker A
did not get over my sugar addiction I just postponed what I really needed to do to get over it I didn't know what I needed to do I didn't know what I needed to do till joy stick and butter gate so
Speaker A
so during that whole process of my kidney numbers improving I thought I was pretty dang smart I love to be right and I'll do anything I mean that brought me such gratification that my kidney numbers were improving and it was not
Speaker A
something my doctor told me to do which is the power we were just talking about it before we came on here Dr Phil said we're all contrarians and and that we we do have to advocate for ourselves because once you make that
Speaker A
decision to live or die it's all hands on deck and that means you take responsibility for your health you figure out what the research is you find people that you trust and resonate with unfortunately for me I found you
Speaker A
guys and I was able to stay on the wagon but I fully think that it was the sugar that did that to me and even today you know if I have too much potassium or something my ankles will swell I still
Speaker A
have damage from that time but I I literally was able to uh choose to live and figure out how to do it in time speaking of being new to a carnivore diet if if you are experiencing any strange symptoms like
Speaker A
fatigue muscle cramping and headaches throughout your carnivore adaptation this could very well just be electrolyte in Balance I always recommend that you just salt all of your meals a little bit more generously with a highquality salt but if that doesn't do the trick it
Speaker A
might be worth leaning on a high quality electrolyte supplement the brand that I always recommend is this one from element specifically their blue teal colored box labeled raw unflavored this one has no stevia no flavorings nothing but the three ingredients that our body
Speaker A
needs which is sodium pottassium and magnesium measured out in the right quantities for you here's what the little packets look like they're very small easy to throw in your work bag or when you're on the go and you just rip
Speaker A
One open pour in whatever beverage you're drinking mix it up drink it down and you're good to go you all can get a free sample pack like this and it does include this raw unflavored one when you go to the URL shown on the screen drink
Speaker A
L mn.com SBG I've also linked them down below you said you lost a lot of hair what do you mean by that I lost with my kidney disease I lost about 3/4 of my hair and then when I lost 70 pounds I
Speaker A
lost some more hair wow and I anticipated losing more when I had septic shock and it didn't happen um I never lost more in fact now it's growing back like a lot had no hair I had white spots here I had very thin hair here and
Speaker A
then if I put my head up my hair up on top of my head I had bald spots all the way through which I didn't know about my daughter Hannah would tell me you know you can't wear your hair up on top of
Speaker A
your head and that's how I started wearing hats how low did your kidney function get it got down to 32 and then it got up to 46 and stayed there for a while and now it's up in the
Speaker A
80s okay so from a medical standpoint we would say you were in stage 3B CKD or chronic kidney disease you moved into Stage 3A which was your 44 and now you're in stage two and with diabetic induced or
Speaker A
insulin resistant induced kidney function the conventional wisdom that we say is your decrease I'll do it this way so it might look better but the decrease in your in your kidney function actually is very linear they can graph your
Speaker A
creatinine level uh in reciprocal of so that you're one divided by your cring level and it will literally show a progression literally of you going to stage three and stage four and into stage five where you have to end up on
Speaker A
dialysis and the fact that you have taken it in the opposite direction that is incredible and that your story gives so much hope to people who have had kidney injuries and don't know what to do and when they hear this myth that a
Speaker A
carnivore diet will make their kidneys worse I mean it's such a shame because that is incredible that you've had so much healing was the ribey that satiated me I didn't know this was happening I only learned it from Emily and Raymond
Speaker A
but it was the ribeye that was satiating me so I didn't eat the sugar and but it was the fasting that rested my kidneys it rested them so they could I even did a little dry fasting uh via our favorite friend who
Speaker A
likes to dry fast and has a the snake juice recipe I so I even did a little dry fasting but it wasn't until um I was Miss miserable it was very miserable it wasn't fun it wasn't until it came to
Speaker A
steak and butter game fortunately steak and butter gang isn't just carnivore a lot of people don't realize steak and butter gang is is in this order nourishment overfilling your cup and then a slow introduction to stretching the fasting
Speaker A
muscle and then aggressive fasting so the first thing that Emily and Raymond ask us to do when we come in is eat and people are like I just want to lose 10 pounds we're like well they're like I want I want to lose
Speaker A
10 pounds and I have some fibroid issues my hormones are out of balance I'm losing some of my hair my skin is dry and so but I want to lose 10 pounds and what we do is we tell that person
Speaker A
you better get to eat you need to nourish your body and overfill your cup first and it's such a it's such a strange thing to hear this is the only place that you hear that it's such a strange place to hear it's
Speaker A
almost like a gift of love for the person and they don't want it when they come in they do not want it they say whoa whoa whoa I'm only eating an eight out revi once a day with one pad of
Speaker A
butter and I can't lose any weight how much less do I need to eat and so then we say you need to eat three times that every day and that's crazy but that's what works and it's it's the only place that
Speaker A
you can find first you make yourself healthy then you shave off the body fat were you worried about your weight Amy even in your drastic shape no I didn't give a crap and let me tell you why I didn't even care if I lived at that
Speaker A
point yeah I mean I did to an extent if you've ever been in that situation where you're sick and you kind of It kind of snuck off on you there's a a general like mes there's like a it's a succumbing to life it's like
Speaker A
okay life beat me and yeah I was fat and Bloated and inflamed I didn't even care about that anymore because I didn't care to live so why are you going to fix up your package if you're just going to send it off you
Speaker A
know on the ship so I didn't care but when you [Music] um well I don't know if I could talk about that right now but I I'll tell you what happened to me emotionally that as I started to heal and I started to lose
Speaker A
body body fat which by the way was not when I lost all of my true body fat and my inflammation in s and buttercake a strange thing happened so as I started to um lose the weight the focus moved
Speaker A
from wanting to live to all the gravy Parts you know my foot size even changed my ankles weren't swollen my skin changed um the way that I interact with the people changed I got a little bit sexy which was a thing that hadn't
Speaker A
really experienced you know like when I would look at cooline the mean of she's just stunning she is stunning and I never saw myself that way how I saw myself was I had makeup for everything I lacked with my personality maybe make somebody
Speaker A
laugh or maybe I try to make myself seem mysterious something that had nothing to do with my physique suddenly I started to have sexiness I wasn't ready for it um it was such a strange thing like I have this
Speaker A
mentality once a fat girl always a fat girl there is a vulnerability that you carry with you and you keep with you and maybe that's part of what Tak better game works because I see that vulnerability in all
Speaker A
the coaches um and in the members because you you just feel so grateful and your life is so much different my life has changed completely um I lost my job after I got sick I wasn't I got a little dumbed down
Speaker A
and wasn't as place um I found myself in these dire situations I really believe that the support came from the food itself so I want to emphasize this like yeah coach's voice is very comforting okay I told her that today
Speaker A
she just very comforting voice but her comforting voice is not going to keep me from a bag of Twizzlers right but if I eat enough food that my body finally gets rid of its cocaine like dopamine hit um fat girl
Speaker A
grain when I finally get away from that and the noise is gone I'm able not to crave a bagg of Twizzlers to relieve my stress it's not something that coach Emily said to me in an inspirational way that made me do
Speaker A
that that's impossible if that were true I could do that on the sad diet I cannot do that I'm a sugar addict I can only do it with the food and so when coach Raymond says to eat till comfortably stuffed and
Speaker A
depr it takes the language that my brain understands which is food not sweet coach Emily's voice my brain doesn't care about Coach Emily's voice my brain cares about the food and the food goes in and it heals me that's why to come in
Speaker A
stick and butter game the food is what they're focusing on not on a 12-step program not on taking a walk or brushing your teeth when you have a craving not white knuckling through a fast and making a vision board with your skinny body none
Speaker A
of that we don't do that here right because it doesn't work if it worked then we'd already do it and we'd get to eat tacos it doesn't work what works is overfilling the cup acknowledging that you do have
Speaker A
something in here that makes you act like a cocaine addict with food and you can't change that with words or Tony Robbins quote you have to change it with your food and so that's what that's what the protocol does it
Speaker A
changes your brain with food changes your life with food makes you sexy and that's been my experience in student about game I love how you're talking about sexiness to me it's all about being vibrant and we get that from each other in community
Speaker A
we see that in each other and we we become vibrant together and it's even more of a celebration I wanted to hear about energy because so many women today are exhausted they are running the kids places they're running the house they're
Speaker A
you have the household and their jobs how did energy change for you over that because sugar used to be your energy so what what helps you now with energy so that's one of the hard things that only only briefly mentioned when you switch
Speaker A
over from your sugar or your food your food diet that was dependent upon your blood sugar and running you into insulin resistance when you switch over in the protocol to being fat adapted it's rough so you come into the program they
Speaker A
tell you to eat as much as you can if you almost die you stop doing that because you realize that something's not right that you have to spend some time on yourself like on the airplane when they say you put the
Speaker A
mask on yourself and then you put the mask on your child the benefit of showing your children how you could be healthy vibrant confident a piece is way better than trying to fit yourself in between these spaces in in your life so that's the
Speaker A
first thing the only other thing that can keep you from going crazy in carnivore and staying tired you know as a woman or as a person is nourishing your body I can't tell you how many people come into stick and butter gang and they
Speaker A
say what do I need to restrict should I go full lion should I cut out Dairy do I need to fast more I've been doing ohads for two years should I fast more and guess what that's that's a
Speaker A
restrictive mentality you have to let it go because you've been lied to mainly it doesn't work but it's so ingrained you've been lied to and so those are the two things if you're facing your death it's easy you start
Speaker A
making yourself priority real fast but if you use food and you trust the process you have to be invested in the process you have to go forward with a a Vigor with desperation you have to let the food detach you from
Speaker A
whatever was making you use that as your constant crutch if you let the food do that if you let the carnivore food do that then you free yourself and your energy will come back this is such a great interview thank you guys for for
Speaker A
your time this last question is for anyone who is watching this video who relates to any one of you guys oh he has a similar story to mine she looks like the way that I want to look like one day
Speaker A
so if somebody's looking at your photo which I would have put up by now in 30 seconds what words of encouragement do you have for this person and we'll start with Amy I would say the way to do it is
Speaker A
to learn to love the process to not think about the outcome go through the process Fete submit to the calendars and the protocol as written tweak as you go and you'll get the result that you want what interesting that I did this for healing
Speaker A
I've lost weight and I really forgot about losing weight and once you forget about losing weight then you start losing weight it yes it's the oddest thing yeah and I think we are weight addicted people and you really give up on the
Speaker A
weight loss as your goal and go for the healing you will see the ultimate results for yourself I relate so much to Amy and her before pictures and how tired I felt and how hopeless I felt um and not having any energy and not being
Speaker A
the mom that I wanted to be and not getting things done with my days that I wanted to get done so my message is that there is so much hope you can feel better I started this when I was 46 I'm
Speaker A
now in my mid-50s and I'm feeling the best I ever have in my mid-50s coming into a rebirth of myself and it's absolutely possible and you have to have the right food yes use the fasting fasting is a power tool but if you don't
Speaker A
nourish yourself and Prime with the right food you're not going to hang on to your results so it's there's absolutely hope for anybody that wants to change their health yeah I want to say I really liked what Dr Phil said you
Speaker A
know the irony is is that when we want to lose weight we're actually holding on to that very weight that we're trying to lose lose it lose it in your mind like it's not there don't focus on that at
Speaker A
all and I believe the first thing is to first of all just by contemplating coming in to the carnivore diet congratulations patch yourself on the back because you are doing what very few people are willing to do to that extent
Speaker A
to get your health taken care of so I want to say great job doing that now if you want to definitely follow a good program I mean we have a good program there are others that may have programs but we feel like we're the best
Speaker A
but take your time and learn take that opportunity to finally learn what it's like to be able to eat with a certain intention what I mean by that is when I go through these schedules you're following it but you're
Speaker A
watching yourself eat this whole time we've never done that probably in a sad diet now that we in a carnivore diet what kind of it's almost like being reborn like a baby learning to eat again let's do that let's learn to eat again
Speaker A
let's learn even how the outcomes happen what happens and how you shift I had to learn how to eat again I had to learn how to walk better I had to learn how to uh EX stand even everything changed my
Speaker A
balance changed the way I walk the way I run I had to relearn a new me so I want to say take that time and I say time meaning that it's not something that's going to happen in a month and all a
Speaker A
sudden it happens we're talking about time allow your just imagine yourself as a baby and allow that time to happen so that way you can grow up properly and be a good human truly the Yoda right that was Yoda talk right
Speaker A
there it's okay somebody has to be the leader well it's definitely gonna be I thought that was gonna be Bella thank you all so much for watching the video if you want to connect with Amy and get to know her a little bit more you can
Speaker A
find her almost every single day in the steak butter gang Community I've also linked all of her socials Down Below in the description box if you intrigued by this priming protocol that has been talked about frequently throughout this
Speaker A
video coach Raymond and Emily teach their priming and fasting protocol every single week in the steak and butter gang priming is basically a short period of time where coach Raymond encourages anyone who's new or experienced to carnivore to focus on nourishing the
Speaker A
body first this preps and primes the body for all of the intermittent fasting and extended fasting that coach integrates into his 90-day program I'll put up some photos of member results during priming and throughout the fasting program we see all types of
Speaker A
people and of all ages reap amazing benefits healing and body recomposition results some members will start losing weight rapidly during priming others will start losing body fat when they start the intermittent fasting and extended fasting schedules the coaches
Speaker A
also give out easy to follow weekly guides for how to prime when to eat and how to fast so that all members can get the structure and simplicity they need to effortlessly enjoy their carnivore journey in the best way possible our
Speaker A
priming and fasting program is definitely very popular in the steak andb butter gang but it is just one of many assets that you get to enjoy when you become a member for more details and to directly sign up and join us in our
Speaker A
upcoming 30-day Carnival challenge just go to the URL shown on the screen SBG meet as in fatty meetup.com I've also linked click A Links Down Below in the description box finally before I wrap up I just wanted to shout out something
Speaker A
that I have been incorporating every single day and that is wearing blue light blocking glasses the ones that I wear every day and the ones that I love so much are from the brand Bon charge and specifically their design called
Speaker A
Magnum I love it because the nose wrists are very adjustable and I just like how it sits on my face and the fact that it is very lightweight I have the red and the yellow colored ones but I typically
Speaker A
wear the red ones the most and every single day when it's starts getting dark outside here in Seattle Washington by wearing blue light blocking glasses before bedtime and when you're in front of blue light screens this really helps
Speaker A
your eyes from feeling strained and dry and it also helps your body easily produce more melatonin so that you can fall asleep and stay asleep easily they also do offer incredible biohacking tools and I do love their infrared sauna
Speaker A
blanket which is great for if you want to work out a lot and you want to minimize soreness and muscle fatigue or if you just want to enjoy the comfort of the blanket around you and reap the benefits of the infrared light you
Speaker A
basically just plug it in turn it on choose whatever settings that you would prefer go inside the blanket it wraps 360° around you relax and enjoy the benefits if you'd like to check out any of my bondge favorites that I mentioned
Speaker A
I'll make sure to link them down below in the description box and you can use my code SBG for 15% off your order thank you so much for watching this video I'll see you in my next one SVG out
