Speaker A
So, everything you've been told about affirmations is a lie. And I'm here to tell you why. My name is Chris, and I coach professionals in becoming even more professional. Board members, CEOs, athletes, actors, traders. I help them level up. And we use affirmations sometimes, but not in the way that you use them. And we have used them to do all sorts of crazy stuff. If you would like to work with me, the link is in the description. But let's just go on with this video. Number one, I will teach you why you are affirming from your old identity, the main problem. Number two, I will have you realize who you truly are so you can start believing in your affirmations before you say them. And number three, I will tell you specific affirmation strategies because I know you are looking for those that you can implement instead of just saying, "I'm beautiful," in the mirror. So, let's get going. Okay. So the thing that is happening to you right now, you can be a professional, you can be at the bottom of your life. It doesn't really matter for this video. What matters is that saying, "I am rich," in the mirror makes no sense if you do not believe in it. Yeah, but I'm saying it so I can start believing it. No, you're not. You are reminding yourself of something that you believe about yourself. So if you're not really there yet, why are you not there yet? And that is what is really going on inside your brain. Neville is calling this the uncontrolled imagination. You affirm all the time. I don't really like to say that that is affirmation. I like to divide the two. So the words you say are affirmation because people know it to be affirmations. But for this video, let's just call it all affirmation. So if you say in the morning, "I'm rich," and please extrapolate this to whatever you want in your world. And then the next thought you get five minutes later is, "Should I say it one more time? Did I say it clearly enough? I have no money in my bank account. I have a bill to pay. And yeah, but I also owe this guy money. What should I do?" Like, you can see how your energy is divided. And that 1% you spend on an affirmation or half a percent is nothing compared to the huge amount of energy you're spending in that reality where you have no money. Right? And that is really what is going on. So your perception should change about your world, not the sentence. It doesn't really matter that you say you are rich if you do not believe it for the rest of the day. So we should stop being part-time manifestors and being full-time manifestors instead. Okay? And what we need to do is build a solid house of faith. I call this the house of faith where we build, we take four walls, eight walls, doesn't really matter, build a home, a mental home for you where you have a strong foundation where you know exactly who you are and you can choose whatever you would like, but you have to believe it. And then we go on to step number two because I don't really think there's any point in talking more about step number one. Just realize that if you have a perception in a certain direction, a problem that you would like to solve, that perception is affirming that reality. So when you tell me, "I'm struggling with this," realize that that affirmation you just told me is going to be true. So, it all starts with realizing my perception needs to change. I simply need to change what I'm looking at, and I need to change what I think about what I'm looking at. Before doing tricks, affirmations, visualizations, realize that if you were the person you would like to be, you wouldn't have that perception to change that perception because it's yours to change. Like the number in your bank account, you can change, but that is not where what we're focused on. We're focused on changing your perception about that number. How do you react to that number? Do you know yourself to be rich, or do you know yourself to just have that number? Like, it's the same if you want to manifest a health issue. Do you recognize the pain is yours, or do you recognize yourself to be healthy beforehand? So if you are a professional trader and you would like to become a billionaire like one of my clients, realize that your perception needs to stay over here, that you are it already, and then everything else will be fixed automatically. And if you can realize that every step along the way, every struggle is also old perception, that is also old you. This is your true perception, and you can just pick it. And what I help my clients with is stay in that. And it is the same with professional athletes. We are not attending to the thoughts that do not align with us having a spot on that team that we want to be on. Right? That is our perception. We are what people not in this industry would call totally delusional about who we are. But we are delusional until we're not. And I don't really like that word because it is saying that it's not true. And what I know to be true is the absolute truth. And the absolute truth is the thing that does not change. And the thing that does not change is who you are inside. And that was what we, that is what we're going to talk about here in point number two. So how do we realize who we truly are so we can start believing in our affirmations? Well, with your mind, we have an absolute truth. Like, if I, I don't know if you know Mariana Trench, but the deepest point of the earth, like in the sea, I think it's near Japan, 8 kilometers deep or whatever, that is the deepest point on earth. Maybe not anymore, but for this video, let's just say this. Before scientists realized that specific area was the deepest point in the world, before that, what was then the deepest point in the world? Well, still the same, that we did not know it does not mean that it was not the deepest point. So everyone telling you, "Well, this is the deepest point on earth," they were actually lying. You just didn't know. So maybe that was subjectively the truth but not absolute truth. The absolute truth is what is really the truth always, even though you don't know it. And that's the same with your mind that even though you think yourself to be something, it does not mean it's true. And I know your absolute truth, and your absolute truth is a point of flexibility. It is a point of fluidity, and if you just close your eyes, you can do it in this video or in the next video and get back to your awareness. So, what I usually do with you and my clients is that we go through pictures in our head, birthdays or whatever, and then realize that you are observing all these images. So, you are both the person in these images, but you're also like the eyes behind it, right? You can also just say a word in your head and realize you're both saying it and listening to it. So you have like these two identities, and the one seeing it, the observer, is more correctly you than the one that you're looking at. And then when life goes on, you are given anxiety, doubt, whatever, stress from your parents. And because you are a child, you look at them and see, "Okay, so that's how I should react when I interact with other people. That is how I should react when I interact with money," or whatever. And then you tell yourself, "Well, I should do like my parents do, obviously." So you are programmed in a good way. But if your parents are doing a thing that is not beneficial for you, then you are learning something unproductive, right? Let's say you have a parent that always is stressed about money. You will learn that feeling. So you will download a feeling from your parent that is not yours. All right? That is you put that on as an identity later on in life. Yeah. But I always stress about my money like my mom did or like my dad did. I'm also like introvert. I've always been like that. Even though that is not true. You might be associated with an identity because your eyes, your brain, your feelings have looked a...
