Fasting and manifestation. Is there really a connection? Oh yes. In this video, I'm going to break it down to you step by step. In this field of manifestation, there's a lot of theory going around, and we have all read the same books. Oh yes, the 5D is fine. Joe Dispenza meditations are fine, but there's a lot of broke people that are manifesting, and there are a lot of rich people that are not manifesting. And what to do about that? And I think a lot about that in my daily work. I'm a transformation coach here in Denmark where I live. And I need to have something practical to give to my clients. I can just—I it's not possible for me to tell them, "Read this book and better your life," because as a matter of fact, their life will not get better reading this book. They might have some slight realization, but I'm always about practical implementation. So, in this video, I'm going to show you how you can fast and manifest faster. So, let's dive into this, and it won't be long. So, just give me a few minutes. I will keep it simple, and I will keep it practical. And if you watch until the end, you will know exactly how to increase the rate of your manifestations. And especially if you are an entrepreneur looking to scale, stuck in stress, stuck in anxiety, watch this video because I will touch on that. My clients are primarily entrepreneurs, and yeah, a lot of them do fasting, but yeah, the intro. I've studied manifestation for years, from neuroscience to ancient philosophy, and one overlooked principle keeps showing up. Your body is the gateway. It's very common in manifestation that you say you just need to think positively. But the problem is that the universe does not pick up on your thoughts. It picks up on your emotions, and your emotions are basically in your body. And one of the most powerful ways to align your body and mind is through fasting, but not for the reasons you might think. You don't manifest through comfort. You manifest through energetic clarity. And sometimes you need pressure. And sometimes you need to be pushed. So part one, why fasting affects manifestation. First off, we'll just go through the physical level, the psychological level, and the esoteric level. And then we'll come more into how to do that. Physical level. It lowers your blood sugar, which means less noise and more presence. And when you first start off, you might feel some discomfort fasting, but don't worry, you'll get used to it. You will have some withdrawal from superficial dopamine, and that means that you will think less about this, right? You will affect the way your brain gets dopamine, and it will seek dopamine somewhere else, and in that process, it will seek dopamine in you instead of in the outside world. You will have some hormonal changes. Every scientific journal points in this direction. Fasting is good for you. And you will have lower inflammation, which means that you will think more clearly. On a psychological level. And that's important for me because I used to study psychology. But fasting teaches you to sit with the lack without reacting. And that's actually what manifestation is all about. You just need to be able to sit in a feeling without reacting to it. Because if you keep reacting to your current state, you will never reach a new state. And fasting is some kind of very simplistic way of actually just being in this feeling. I'm hungry, and so what? So yeah, and it pulls you into the presence and emotional regulation, and absence of food equals absence of distraction, equals space for mind to clear. And yeah, I think I already touched on this, but most importantly on the esoteric level, when the body weakens, the soul steps forward. And this is present in most religions actually, and primarily of course in Islam where you fast in the month of Ramadan. And you have a lot of mentions about fasting in the stories related to Islam, not only in the Quran but also in different stories. And there is this one hadith—hadiths are called what the stories around Islam. Let's just keep it at that. But where God, Allah, says you can do everything you do for you, but fasting is for me. And what that means, and what you can take from that, is that fasting will get you closer to God. Everything else you do will get you closer to yourself, but fasting will get you closer to God. And that's also what this says. When the body weakens, the soul steps forward. In hermetic principles, energy follows focus. So when you withdraw energy from the senses, when you try to not put your energy in the outside world, the body will try to put the energy in the inside world. So it moves inward and hopefully upward. And fasting is a form of symbolic death. The body becomes silent, and the spirit rises. And a lot of you guys will, I think, know this if you are used to fasting, that fasting does something very weird to you. And you can, when you fasted all day and you see like a sunset, you can almost start to cry even though you normally do not get emotional, or you can have like a childhood memory, or you can smell something nice. You are way more affected by it, but in a good way. You can clearly feel that you are more in tune with your soul and your gratitude when you fast. So yeah, and those of you that are used to fasting, you know this. Yeah, I'm not sure I will go over these metaphors because I promise to keep it short, but yeah, part two, pressure on the body, clarity in the mind. This is something I touch a lot on with my clients that if they are stressed or anxious, do they need to work more? No, they need to work less. And if you work more, then let me just pull out this one. Then it's the same as if you have this radio and it's noisy, and you turn up the volume, it will just increase the noise in your life, and you do not want that. If it's noisy, what do you do? Change the channel, always change the frequency. So, you need to work less and work more on alignment. And I have had multiple clients in my Transcendence Blueprint that went from working all the time, making good money, but cutting their work in half, basically cutting it down to 20, 25 hours a week and increasing revenue, increasing profit because there was suddenly room to think. But yeah, when do you get your best ideas? Because I get them in the sauna, and not all people are crazy about saunas, but I use them for my head. It makes me feel really good. But I also use them to get my most brilliant ideas. But you might know this as well. When you are trying to get to sleep, when you're in the shower, on a run, most of you guys, the ideas just pop up in your head when you do something other than working. It's like you cannot really make yourself think good ideas. But when you push the body or when your body is tired, then the ideas just flow. So I like to visualize this as the body is like a prison, and when it's tired, the prison bars, they can bend, and then the soul can finally leave and work with you. But yeah, because the body's under pressure, the mind lets go, the subconscious opens up, and you become a receiver instead of a thinker, and your best ideas, you just pick them up from the universe actually. And that's why good ideas come in clusters, right? So if you have a good idea and you let it go, a few days from now another person will publish that idea, and you, I think you often see this where you are like, "Oh, I just thought about that." Yeah, but enough about that. So, and that puts you—now we are going through the energetic perspective. The less energy you spend outward, the more you have inward. And that's why cold plunges, long walks, silence, breath work, it all triggers insights and breakthroughs. And it's like this physical vessel of yours, you need to pressure it because if you foc...
