that I have found is boredom maxing. Looking at a wall for 15 minutes in the morning. I know I sound insane. I've mentioned in previous videos, people have commented saying you sound insane.

I hate to break it to you, but it works. Because you're forcing your brain to exist with no stimulation, and that is allowing you to then reset your baseline to be able to engage in these more difficult tasks without the expectation

of instantaneous rewards and instant gratification. The next thing you need to do is make the effort reward loop really tight. And what I mean by this is when you put in an hour, two hours of solid effort

towards doing something, don't just move on with your day. Actually take the time to congratulate yourself. Take two minutes to make your favorite coffee, make some nice food, to allow yourself to watch your favorite TV show. Do something that gives your brain a
