So today I have two funny manifestation exercises for you. And if you do just one of them correctly today, it will change your life. And I don't mean like in this YouTube clickworthy sense. I really mean change your life if you do it correctly. First off, we will take the lighter one, the fun one. And then secondly, we'll take the deeper one that will make a lasting change in your life.

I should remember to say that if you want to work with me, the link is in the description. And I work with business owners, primarily athletes, actors. If you want to level up your life and visit another reality, you can do it with me if you want. Let's go on. Exercise number one, be cocky with your results. And what do I mean by that? So, I have something I do with my clients where we internalize conviction. So everything we do that seems as a success, just slightly seems as a success, make it yours. Don't try to diminish it. Really make it yours. And maybe you have done this in the past.
00:26
Speaker A
For example, in my school time, I was once in a big, like, um, room where we did gym exercises like in school. We were playing basketball and I was at the one end of the court and I took the basketball and I kicked it. I know you're not supposed to do that, but I kicked it and it went into the net at the other end of the field, right? It was a very long kick and everybody was just ecstatic and I pretended like it was nothing, right? I was like, just look at me. And maybe you have done that just once in your life. Just like pretended that something amazing was obvious.
00:37
Speaker A
And that is exercise number one. Start recognizing yourself to be very powerful. Which means that when something great enters into your life, obviously it enters into your life, right? When you do something great, obviously because I'm great. All right? And you can spice it up with gratefulness inside like saying thanks and really appreciating it. I think those two actually go very well hand in hand. But if you can recognize your power, you will stay vibrationally exactly where that thing enters you. So if you really were to embody being a billionaire or being healthy or having a specific partner, if you then had that, would that surprise you? No. Obviously. And that is the cockiness that I'm referring to. Simply say, "Yeah, obviously." And you can really feel the internalization of a result when you do that. You can really feel the power in just not being surprised by something awesome happening.
00:57
Speaker A
So if you can do this today, if you have something in your life that enters into your life or one of these days, try to internalize it. Try to just stay in it how awesome it is and you knew it was going to be awesome. Right? That is part number one of embodiment. When people in this industry tell you, "You have to be money to make money," this is what it means. Stay in it. Like if you were totally abundant, believe yourself to be a billionaire, a millionaire, would you be surprised if you won the lottery? No. You would not even flinch. You're just like, "Yeah, just another day at the office, right?" And I know I'm exaggerating. So please also see the humor in this. I'm trying to give an example, right? And for the people out there that think I talk a lot about money, I do because it's important to a lot of you. A lot of you ask me questions, you send me emails, but also a lot of my clients, even though they're concerned about well-being, health, they also are concerned about their business.
01:07
Speaker A
Good. That's exercise number one. Really try to internalize something that can give you conviction. And it doesn't really matter if today or later on you say it's going to rain at 2:00. And if it rains at 2:00, internalize that. Consider yourself the maker, the creator, the co-creator of your own reality. Like you have nothing to gain by putting things in your life out to circumstance. I didn't do it. Yes, you did. Your perception is going to be your projection. This is what we're talking about on this channel. You are the creator of it all.
01:26
Speaker A
Right? There is nothing in your reality that you are not the observer of. And what you keep observing, there will be more. And that is actually what we do. Right? We change our perspective to the end goal. Where do we want to go? Do we want to be healthy? Do we want to be rich? Do we want to be successful? Do we want to be loving? I don't know. But whatever you want, let's visit the end. And then let's make a straight path and then let's only walk on that straight path in terms of our perception.
01:40
Speaker A
Exercise number two, very important. Exercise number two is the opposite. What if bad things happen?
01:54
Speaker A
And I think this exercise number two has two different angles. First path is whenever you recognize a thought, an emotion that is not you. And by not you, I mean something you don't like. Like a thought entering your mind. Maybe I should doubt myself. Maybe I should feel anxious. Maybe I should do as my mom or my dad did. Maybe I should, like, maybe I should not do this because I'm scared. Right?
02:14
Speaker A
Then you tell it off. Okay? You tell it off. And I really mean it. And if you're not big on swearing, then just tell it off without the word, right? But tell it off as if it's not you, right? And in the beginning, I encourage you to do it with humor. Just laugh at it. Like, what the hell are you talking about? Right? Try to really see this side as not you, like old identity is trying to trick you and so you are actually, you are, they are being caught in the act. Right? You are catching that thought without attending to it in the negative way that you normally do, like this is me, I need to do it. No, it's just a thought that you have been thinking so many times that it feels like you. It's not you. Your doubt is not you and I recognize your power.
02:33
Speaker A
Each one of you watching this video, the doubt is not you. The anxious side is not you. The whatever, it's not you, unless you would like it to be. Then you can just observe that and continue to observe.
02:51
Speaker A
Really catch it and laugh at it. What? Why do you keep on trying to get me into this thought? Right? Tell it off. That's exercise number two. And this is very important because you will teach yourself to have like this, you see it but you just don't attend to it. Some people, they will try to push it down. I won't react to this bad thought. I'll just distract myself. You're not doing that. You are realizing the thought. You are also accepting it. Just not accepting it to be you because it is not, right? So there's nothing being buried. You're simply telling it off, right? Like, right, that's not me. I'll just have my awareness on something else. All right.
03:02
Speaker A
And then the second part is the reason why you can do this always is because there's always a reason for the unfold. Like when you look back at your life, you will clearly see some bad days that if they had not been there, life would be different, but also sometimes in a bad way, right? I can, for example, take something from my childhood that I did not like when I was in it and see how that made me exactly who I am today, which I'm very grateful for. All right? And maybe you can do the same. Like I gave this example to one of my clients.
03:14
Speaker A
Let's say you have a deep intention of manifesting peace in your life and you are on a career path, right? And then you get fired.
03:29
Speaker A
You could internalize that, say, "Yeah, it's because I'm not good enough." But why not go to the end and see, yeah, but I have visited the end in my mind and I know myself to be worthy of peace. I know myself to be reaching peace and receiving peace. So this must be a part of it.
03:44
Speaker A
And if you look at it from the top, if you were in control of your life and you could see that that job would not get you where you want to go, for example, that job is not going to get you peace. Then you would, with your great knife of consciousness, cut that timeline. Simply remov...

not accepting it to be you because it is not right. So so there's nothing being buried. You're simply telling it off, right? Like, right, that's not me. I I'll just have my awareness on something else. All right.

And then second part is the the reason why you can do this always is because there's always a reason for the unfold. Like when you look back at your life, you will clearly see some bad days that if they had not

And if you look at it from the top, if you were in control of your life and you could see that that job would not get you where you want to go, for example, that job is not going to get you peace.
09:28
Speaker A
Then you would with your great knife of consciousness cut that timeline. simply remove the job from that reality so you could go on to into another reality where you could find peace. Right? And you will realize this some of you when
09:43
Speaker A
you look at bad things in your life yet it turned me into the direction that I'm actually looking for.
09:49
Speaker A
So you can take this and look at your current circumstances. Everything is unfolding because of you.
09:56
Speaker A
Everything is done because of you. It is all a great a part of everything working out. All right. So that's that's really the two sides of this exercise number two. It's really how to how do we take these negative things and we really
10:15
Speaker A
realize they are just a part of the journey. What Esther Hicks would call contrast. It's really just to teach you what you would not like or to get you into that other direction which you more like. All right. So it's a very healthy,
10:30
Speaker A
very abundant way of looking at bad stuff happening, bad stuff. All right, two exercises that will change your life. Please implement them and please tell me in the comments if you have implemented them and what they have done for you. All right, see
