Which languages are supported
In shortSozAI transcribes speech in 99 languages. The language is detected automatically, so you do not choose it before uploading. Translating the finished text into other languages is a separate step.
How the language is chosen
You do not set a language when you upload or record: SozAI detects it from the speech itself and stores one language for the whole recording.
App language and recording language
The app’s interface language does not affect the language of the transcript. You can use the app in Russian and transcribe a recording in Spanish.
If the language was detected wrongly
See The text came out in the wrong language.
Translation
You can translate a finished transcript: in the recording menu choose Translate. See Translate a recording into another language.
