Transcription is slow or failedIf a transcription fails, no minutes are charged: minutes are deducted only after the text is saved. Open the recording marked Failed, read the reason, delete it and upload the file again, or contact us.Which languages are supportedSozAI transcribes speech in 99 languages. If it detected the wrong language, upload the recording again, preferably a clearer one or just the part in the language you need.How to get a more accurate transcriptAccuracy depends mostly on the recording: the speaker close to the microphone, less background noise and music, and people not talking over each other. Remaining mistakes can be fixed by hand.
