Turn a WhatsApp or Telegram voice note into text
In shortOpen the voice message, choose Share and pick SozAI. .opus and .ogg files are accepted from version 1.5.7, and you can send several at once.
How to send a voice note to SozAI
iPhone and iPad
- In WhatsApp or Telegram, press the voice message and choose Share.
- In the app list, choose SozAI.
- SozAI opens and uploads the file. The result appears in your library.
Android
- In WhatsApp or Telegram, press the voice message and choose Share.
- In the app list, choose SozAI.
- SozAI opens and uploads the file. The result appears in your library.
If you have not signed in yet
The file is not lost: SozAI says it received the file and starts transcribing right after you sign in or finish the first setup.
If you uploaded the same file before
The app asks “You already have this recording — open it?”. Open opens the earlier one; Upload again creates a new recording and charges minutes again.
If the file is in the Files app on iPhone
Open SozAI, tap Upload and choose the file there.
