How to send a recording to SozAI from another app

In shortIn the other app choose Share (or Open with on Android) and pick SozAI. Audio, video and files are accepted, and you can send several at once. Links, text and images are not accepted.

How to send a file to SozAI

iPhone and iPad

Open the recording or file in the other app (voice recorder, messenger, mail).
Tap Share.
Choose SozAI in the app list.
SozAI uploads the file and starts transcribing.

Android

Open the recording or file in the other app (voice recorder, messenger, mail).
Tap Share or Open with.
Choose SozAI in the app list.
SozAI uploads the file and starts transcribing.

If the app refuses the file

“The file isn’t an audio or video file, so it can’t be transcribed” means the format does not fit: see Which files can I upload. “Larger than 500 MB, the upload limit” means the file is too big.

If you have not signed in yet

The file waits: transcription starts right after you sign in or finish the first setup.

Videos and links

A YouTube link cannot be sent through Share. Paste it into SozAI under YouTube.
