How to download my recordings
In shortYou can export the text of a recording as PDF, TXT, SRT, VTT or JSON, or copy it: open the recording and tap ⋯ → Export and copy. The audio file and all recordings in one archive cannot be downloaded.
How to export a recording
- Open a recording and tap ⋯ at the top of the screen, then Export and copy.
- If the recording has a translation, choose Original or the translation language.
- Pick a format: Export as PDF (with timecodes, speakers and the notes), Export as TXT, Export as SRT, Export as VTT, Export as JSON — or Copy to clipboard.
Web
- Open a recording and click Export at the top of the screen.
- Tick With timecodes and With speaker names if you need them.
- Choose Download text · TXT, Subtitles · SRT, Subtitles · VTT or Copy all text. SRT is offered for the original text only. PDF and JSON are exported in the app.
- Several recordings at once: select them in the library and click Download text — you get a single TXT file.
What cannot be downloaded
Neither the app nor the web version can download the audio file of a recording or export all the data of an account as one file. If you need a full copy of your data, write to us.
