How to download my recordingsYou can export the text of a recording as PDF, TXT, SRT, VTT or JSON, or copy it: open the recording and tap ⋯ → Export and copy. The audio file and all recordings in one archive cannot be downloaded.How AI processes my recordingsAudio goes to our server and to a third-party transcription service, and text goes to third-party AI models for titles, notes, flashcards, quizzes, translation and chat. We do not sell recordings or their text.How to delete a recording permanentlyOpen the recording, tap ⋯ → Delete recording and confirm. The recording, its notes, cards and translations are deleted for good, and the minutes spent on transcription are not returned.Where my recordings are storedYour account, recordings and texts are stored on the SozAI server at the hosting provider Hetzner in Germany. While they are processed, some data reaches third-party transcription and AI services.
