Can I change my account email
In shortNo: you cannot change the email of an account, in the app or on the web. An account is defined by how you sign in and the address. To use a different email, sign in with it: a new account opens, without your old recordings.
What you can do
- If you need a new email, sign in with it. It will be a new account, and recordings from the old one do not move over. Save what you need first, see how to download my recordings.
- If you have Premium, tap Profile → Subscription → Restore Purchases in the new account. The subscription belongs to your App Store or Google Play account, not to your SozAI email.
- If you lost access to the old mailbox, write to us and describe the situation.
If you signed in with Apple or Google
Then your account is linked to your Apple or Google account. For Apple's hidden email, see an email ending in …@privaterelay.appleid.com.
