I got it. I got it. Yeah. That Rob's crazy. I tell you guys that.
Speaker A
Yo, what's up happy people? I'm Robert Arrington. This is Dear Me for Dinner, and today is the day before opening day of Gator season. This is Danny.
Speaker A
What's up, Danny Marshall? This is a great story. I was talking at a Sportsman's Night Out in Pensacola, Florida, and it was amazing. That was my first time talking since my stroke. It was very nerve-wracking. But while I was doing
Speaker A
that, I gave away a gator hunt. I had no idea how I was going to get a gator tag.
Speaker A
Then Danny calls me, and I know him from different events, but I've never done anything with him. He calls me.
Speaker A
He's like, "Listen, I got gator tags for opening day this season. Do you want to give away a hunt?" And I'm like, "It's amazing how God works." So, we're going to get loaded, loaded up, pull the Fusion up there. We're going to get set up.
Speaker A
We're going to scout. And then tonight at midnight or tomorrow morning, sometime by the time you watch this, we're hunting. So, uh, right now, let's get the camper all ready. It's Friday, so all the guys are done. I
Speaker A
don't even want to show you what we're doing. We're doing a huge property job, but that's for a different video. Now, let's get the Fusion all ready to go.
Speaker A
Days like today are what I live for. Gator hunting on opening day. Oh, Sarah's got everything ready. Sarah is absolutely fantastic. She has everything ready to go. I want to make sure.
Speaker A
You always want to make sure everything is ready. There's nothing hanging out. What you need me to do for you, brother?
Speaker A
Good, good, good. I'm just making sure everything is ready to go. Good to go.
Speaker A
I didn't know they made sandals, man. Flip flops. Crocs. That's awesome. Shut. What's up, brother?
Speaker A
We're good to go. There goes my boat. Yeah. Gator season or bust. I like to pull this thing about 70 mph.
Speaker A
Not 75 or 80. We just got some bees. And now this is where we're written off.
Speaker A
That's Orman Beach, Highway 40. Where we're going, I don't know. I'm following him. That's the sun. What's up?
Speaker A
We are here. I've never been here before, but it looks super cool. Like this is my style. Oh, there's the water right there. Maverick and Camo are like, I'm down.
Speaker A
I've never heard of this place before. It's kind of tucked away though. I think we found the right spot.
Speaker A
Dude, Robert, I love this place. You're my biggest—I'm biggest fan, man. No way. I watched you from day one.
Speaker A
Really? Yeah, man. Thank you so much. I appreciate that. Excited, man, to have you guys here.
Speaker A
Is this your place? Yes, sir. Man, Maverick, what do you think? Are you excited?
Speaker A
We've had about nine years, man, and just been picking at it. I was literally just young owners. And I was just telling him, I'm like, "This is like my style. This is my life.
Speaker A
Meeting great people. This is going to be such a fun weekend." We are getting ready to head to the airport, so I need something fast and easy to cook for lunch. Thanks to HelloFresh, they make it possible. HelloFresh makes it so

Speaker A
M. That's really good. So good. Look at this. I literally wanted this to be a vacation and a gator hunt at the same time. And we found the right place.
Speaker A
Near me for dinner, dog. What's up, man? What's up, man? I'm your neighbor.
Speaker A
They told me you were coming. This is great. Uh, look at this. It's a perfect place.
Speaker A
Listen, this is old Florida, man. It's old Florida%. I grew up here. This is—this is—this—listen, I got to be honest. I got to be honest. I don't even know where we're at.
Speaker A
All right. We're in Aster, Florida. We're the owners of Parammor Campground. We've had about nine years. It's all old Florida here. We're right near the springs, and it's a place where everyone comes together and has a great time. So
Speaker A
Sarah will be here any second now. Wait, I was going to ask if the girls were coming.
Speaker A
Now I'm jacked up. Let's set up camp and watch this. You realize you just said you're not going to jack around when you're putting the jacks out. Was that like a pun? No pun intended.
Speaker A
I meant that. I meant that. Sometimes it just comes out fluently. This is a big camper.
Speaker A
It's a big rig. It's good for the family. All right. All right. All right.
Speaker A
Got a little gift for you guys. We have a couple beehives across the street.
Speaker A
No way. My buddy Chris that works here, one of our employees, also has a bunch of bees around St. Augustine, and they have a little thing called Bee Augustine, and they made this for you guys. We have
Speaker A
some whipped honey here. This one is lemon ginger. How did this happen? Smoked datil pepper. It's a local St.
Speaker A
Augustine pepper. Moroccan pepper. Kind of spicy, but it's infused. It's really good on shrimp and stuff. Last but not least, pure honey.
Speaker A
These are from—this is from Butler Beach in St. Augustine. Right there. Rob just put the boat in the water, but I need to dial in the Fusion. Oh, I know. Look at your new area though, Mav.
Speaker A
Oh, you need some water. I'll get you some water. Okay, Camo, you're such a good girl. I know. Look at all the space for the Mavs. It's so nice back here.
Speaker A
This is the doggy domain. Okay, this is where they stay when we camp. The girls aren't here, so all the beds are pushed to the ceiling. And now the dogs have their own safe space. Although they were mad the other day and tried to get out.
Speaker A
I need to fix that. Yeah. Is that you? I didn't think so. There he is.
Speaker A
What's up, man? How's it going, Robert? I'm Robert. Nice to meet you, man. Nice to see you again. That's my son, Nate. Nathan.
Speaker A
Awesome, sir. Are you looking forward to catching a big gator? Yeah. Follow me, guys.
Speaker A
Absolutely fantastic. Everything is coming out perfect. Do you know where their cabin is?
Speaker A
Mass. Welcome home. Welcome home. This is just you and your son. This is y'all's place.
Speaker A
All right. Come home. I'll show you around. Hey, man. Danny J. I'm rigging gator baits right now.
Speaker A
What's up, man? Oh, we got to turn it around. You don't want a picture of me.
Speaker A
Every year I try to replace the line because the line gets so beat up every year, gator season. So, every year I try to replace the line. Time is right. This is the night before gator season. At midnight, gator season starts. We're
Speaker A
probably gonna start about one second after that. Oh my gosh, how nice is this tower, babe?
Speaker A
What? So, right now, all we're doing is scouting, but you're not allowed to have a bang stick or any means of gator hunting gear on the boat. So, we left it all back because we just are trying to
Speaker A
glass them. We want to know what's going on. We've never hunted this area before.
Speaker A
It's no different than deer season. Going out there scouting. We're trying to get a feel of where things are, where the gators are, where they can all hide because once the sun goes down, things look different when it's dark. Great
Speaker A
thing about hunting a new property and a new spot, OnX is a really, really, really good tool because sometimes I use different boats, but when I see a big gator or when I see a crawl or a slide, I mark it with OnX. Man, no matter what, I always go back.
Speaker A
crawl or a slide, I mark it with OnX. Man, no matter what, I always go back there and my pins mean everything. This is an absolute freak.
Speaker A
Tomorrow morning's going to be a great morning. Tonight at midnight's going to be a great night.
Speaker A
Why you keep saying the morning? Are we not coming out at midnight? Let's go out at like 5.
Speaker A
What? We have found a big one. It was the night before gator season and all through the swamp. Not a creature was stirring, not even a chomp. The hooks were all rigged and the line set with care in hopes that a big old gator
Speaker A
soon would be there. The boats were all fielded and the gear packed up tight while visions of monsters danced through the night. With spotlights and bangsticks all ready to go, we'd soon hit the water where the big gators grow.
Speaker A
Then out in the marsh came a splash loud and clear. The sound every gator hunter waits all year to hear. So we fired up the motor and grinned ear to ear. Gator season is here. Best time of the year.
Speaker A
Who said that? You like that? I made it. Good deal. Good morning. It is about 4:45. I'm waking up.
Speaker A
There's nav. There's camo. Yeah. Yeah, outrigger lights. They are amazing. They light up the world.
Speaker A
This morning was a disappointment. We found a big gator last night. We made the decision to wait till the morning.
Speaker A
Well, when we got there, there was already somebody trying to catch that gator. Well, I turned around and came to a little creek.
Speaker A
I'm gonna wait in just glass and see if we can find one. I do have a bait out, but the sun is coming up. And now we start the day.
Speaker A
We finally got eyes on a good one. But he's swimming away from the bait.
Speaker A
Gator's got the bait. Bingo. I don't know how this worked, but we put the bait out and all of a sudden there's a gator on the bait.
Speaker A
Just because he's got the bait doesn't mean he actually swallowed it. He might just be hanging on to it right now and swimming with it.
Speaker A
Here, hold this for one second. Just reel in the slack. We're going to go slow and we're just going to get, you know, close to him.
Speaker A
Getting close is like the most boring thing in the world. It all happens right here.
Speaker A
Where are you from? Pensacola, Florida. Yeah. How How did you actually How did I meet you?
Speaker A
We met at sportsman's night out at uh Pensacola Bay Center last year. That's awesome.
Speaker A
When you was offering up a trip. Yeah. I was on the stage and I was giving my testimony and telling the story about, you know, where I came from and and what happened to me. Well, I just I decided I
Speaker A
I just want to give away a trip. Gave the trip and here we are and now now we're hunting.
Speaker A
My only concern is that he went underneath. Go under that. The closer we get, the more intense it'll be. But right now, all we're doing is clear closing the gap. Things are looking good. Big gators want to be in
Speaker A
the open. They don't want to be up in something. Hopefully, we catch them right here. So, whoa. Back up. Back up.
Speaker A
Back up. Neutral. Neutral. This way. This way. Here, just back up. I I'll get this.
Speaker A
There you go. It's going to get western. Oh, the gator's the gator right there.
Speaker A
He's running. Hey, honey. Try to try to cut him off and go this way.
Speaker A
There's a log right here. I can try to give you my hand. That's right. That's right.
Speaker A
He's exactly where we wanted him. You got him. He's just pulling drag on me right now.
Speaker A
Easy right there. Okay. Definitely don't fight your dad. You're doing perfect. You're doing perfect.
Speaker A
Swing around a little over there. music. Neutral. Neutral. Don't force it. Just lightly pull.
Speaker A
You're good. Let me hold. Easy. Easy. Easy. Yeah. What do you think, buddy? Is that your first gator?
Speaker A
Yes, sir. Pulls better than any snapper, don't it? Easy. Easy. I don't want him to eat my boat. Oh.
Speaker A
Oh, okay. He just He just Oh, the hook's out. Yeah, I'm the only one got him now. Get the harpoon on him laying right here by Robert.
Speaker A
Just don't go too tight so it's not like on Sorry. Don't mess up the head in case I want to mount it.
Speaker A
You're literally going to go like this. Bang. And you're going to hit right behind the head. Right in the neck in the center.
Speaker A
Right there. Well, that that worked perfect. You're gone. Hey, son. That's awesome, brother. Thank you, sir. Thank you, Robert. Thank you everybody.
Speaker A
Okay. He got a little mad. We got him. There's There's a great thing about this gator. It's going to be great for hide.
Speaker A
Also, he's g great for meat. I would say he's probably 8 foot long. There you go. Right there.
Speaker A
I'm trying to There you go. Now, let him down. You know what's left? Let's tag him.
Speaker A
Anytime we're doing this, we always keep everything in our dry pocket. It's uh it's important because with the without the tag, you ain't got anything.
Speaker A
Everything is in this. And this right here, if you're gator hunting a Hornady 44 Magnum, I can't even say anything. If you know, you know.
Speaker A
There's your first skater. Hey, look at that. We the people. Thank you so much, man.
Speaker A
The only thing I can say about today, it was perfect except that hat. Roll tide.
Speaker A
I couldn't make any joke being an elephant fan, but we got gators once again.
Speaker A
Right in the kiki. Hey, guess what, guys? Watch this. See this? Perfect. There you go. Go get it.
Speaker A
It's easier to show you than tell you. Emma has her first cheer performance this morning and I have serious mom guilt. Like I can't miss it. So Rob's just going to drop me back off. It's an hour away and if I leave in 30 minutes,
Speaker A
I'm barely gonna make it. So, I'm gonna bail, but I will be back. And suddenly, I don't feel as bad bailing right now because there is 50 million people on the water right now. Like, it would be so annoying to actually hook up to a
Speaker A
gator, having people fly past your line all the time. So, Rob is going to clean this gator and get this one in the cooler. I'm going to go to Emma's game and then we're going to regroup.
Speaker A
What do you think, man? That was fun. That's awesome. Now, let's clean a gator and then we're going to cook a gator.
Speaker A
Then, we're going to go gator hunting again. You want the tail going out this way?
Speaker A
Just have it. That's fine. That's fine. I just got back and now we have another bomb in the RV. All the kids stuff is here and I got to get this back area situated for the kids now. So, I
Speaker A
scooched over the dog mattress. I'm going to drop this scooch that back underneath however I can fit it. and then reorganize and regroup.
Speaker A
Camo is now claiming Arya's bed. That's what always happens when the bunk is down.
Speaker A
And I have to get Emma's like, what do we call that thing? Protector. It's right here.
Speaker A
It's a mattress. What is that thing called, Emma? I don't know. A railing. It's a mattress railing. So, we put it here so she doesn't roll over.
Speaker A
Why are you asking me what it's called? I don't know. It's a railing. So, we're now bedazzling things. The girls all have their bedazzling station set up. Thank you so much to John and Katie Len and Laya who
Speaker A
loves bedazzling things. Okay, let's do this again. All right, hun. What do you think? Got snacks?
Speaker A
Oh, I got an oat oatmeal cream pie. If it's any like deer hunting season, uh, Little Debbie. Oh, we're going to call her right in.
Speaker A
Would you like to turn around and get a whole another one for yourself? No, I want a bite of yours.
Speaker A
I'm going to break it cuz if I let you have a bite, it's going to be like 3/4 of it.
Speaker A
I'm doing this. You have to pick so it doesn't fly away. No, I'm not picking.
Speaker A
Here because here. No, but they weren't perfectly even. So, here you go. Rob, your phone's down here. You need it?
Speaker A
Yes, please. You need it? Yes, please. He'll lose it. Flying off somewhere. You know what? You should have put it in your pocket. and waited till the end of the night. You should have. That was a missed opportunity, Danny.
Speaker A
I am obsessed with this tower boat gator hunting. Like this is so perfect. This boat.
Speaker A
Yeah, this boat's really good. It's like the best. There's so much boat traffic in the main canal. So, we tried to peel off and find a more quiet area. We got a couple guys bass fishing over here, but it is so
Speaker A
windy. It's like this wind all of a sudden picked up. We just pitched out a bait right now.
Speaker A
I don't know. We're just kind of like trying to feel it out. Yeah, we've seen two younger gators.
Speaker A
Not what we're looking for. The wind is starting to want to die down just a little bit.
Speaker A
Just a little bit. But as the night goes on, wind should die down. Boat should get off the water. Like the conditions are about to be good. And we have a gorgeous sunset.
Speaker A
Well, we did not get many gators last night, but I did bring the kids back and they are swimming right now and Rob just cooked up some lunch. It's been an eventful morning camping here. This is such an amazing campground. Yesterday,
Speaker A
the kids got to go on a scavenger hunt and look for rocks. Oh, dang it. Kendall found a rock. Rock number one.
Speaker A
Free ice cream. Free ice cream for all. Good morning. Oh, hi. Yeah. Good morning to you. We're making some corn.
Speaker A
I'm going to put food on the grill. Sarah and the girls are going to the pool.
Speaker A
And today is going to be a great day. Sunday. What a day. Last night we're gator hunting.
Speaker A
Today the girls are just having a great day. I mean, this is what a Sunday is all about. Big white grit. Hey buddy.
Speaker A
So peaceful out here. You ready to eat? Yes, sir. Come on. All right. You want some corn?
Speaker A
Should have got watermelon. Huh? Totally forgot about watermelon. The best thing about camping is a campfire in a grill with good people all around.
Speaker A
Where's the salt? Oh, the salt. I wonder what the salt. I said salt. I wonder what the salt is.
Speaker A
What's your favorite of what to eat? Oh, u hamburger. Give Jimmy Buffet cheeseburger in paradise. And we are in paradise right?
Speaker A
That's right. Get you one, brother. I give you some. Yes, sir. Hey, kitties. Lunch.
Speaker A
No, I'm not here. Emma, that was a good dive. I picked up a hitchhiker.
Speaker A
Yeah. Thank you. What's your favorite thing about owning a campground? What's your favorite thing about here?
Speaker A
The people. Seeing different people come in from all over the place. What's the farthest you've seen somebody come from?
Speaker A
New Zealand. No way. Yeah. Had my family come from New Zealand. We've had people come Europe.
Speaker A
We have a lot of European people come. They'll come and run a camper, bring it here, and travel around. Um, and then we have a big snowbird population that comes from the Midwest, all over the United States.
Speaker A
That's awesome. They come in from all over the place. And they all seem to have a a similar interest to the outdoors, fishing, hunting.
Speaker A
That's awesome. Deer meat for dinner. Oh, that's hand scrubbing clean. We don't want that on that on your hot dog on the corn.
Speaker A
You do. That's funny. Got to do it right. Yeah, that's how you do it. You know when you know, Emily, my girl, I hate fuzzy bunnies.
Speaker A
I got It's an inside joke. You have to say it. I have no idea.
Speaker A
You have to say it if the smoke is coming your way. It's a Wisconsin thing.
Speaker A
But you say, "I hate fuzzy bunnies." And it works. And it works. Is that good?
Speaker A
Yeah. You ready? That looks good. Now we're going to have s'mores. Do y'all like s'mores?
Speaker A
Did you get one? Yeah. Always. This place is amazing. Look at that. The pool is so nice.
Speaker A
Now we're going to go get drinks for everybody. Look at the big Man, this place looks so nice.
Speaker A
You've done a great job, man. Yes, sir. This is really cool. We make videos all over the world and to me meeting meeting people, that's that's what it's all about. This is a new hidden gem. There she is.
Speaker A
This is the nicest store, man. Golly. Thank you. All right, we got to get drinks and waters. We'll go back to the pool.
Speaker A
Wouldn't you know it, we are now going back in the water. It's Sunday night and I was like, you know what? I want to keep gator hunting. So, me and Danny, we're putting the boat back in the water
Speaker A
and we're going to go out for round two. I hope you don't get one cuz then you have to take me next time.
Speaker A
She is the most competitive person in the world. That's not even a competition. It's just me wanting to go.
Speaker A
Okay. Love you. Good luck. I hope you guys get one with me next time.
Speaker A
There will be more, but I'm confident that we're going to kill one. Um, do you need your frog dogs because it's sprinkling?
Speaker A
No. You He's going to say this. Remember this clip, guys. All right. Can I feel privileged?
Speaker A
We got a new rider. Yes, sir. This is Who are Who are you? And tell me about about you.
Speaker A
Well, my name is Alfred Marshall. I was born at Glet Airport back in 52. The morning before I was born, my mom and dad were catching specs in the pontoon boat. She went into labor. So, we dropped off at the VA hospital and went
Speaker A
home to clean fish. So, I've been cracker ever since. Oh, that's awesome, man. We're going to have a great time tonight.
Speaker A
Story. Absolutely perfect afternoon. Whenever I tell you when I tell you you're going to drop it, drop it in and just let it go fast.
Speaker A
Drop it in. Drop it in as fast as it can. There's a gator way, way far away, but he's coming to us. We'll see what happens.
Speaker A
Nice gator just ate the bait. There's so many people here that it's the most impossible thing in the world.
Speaker A
But we got one on. I don't know if he's eaten the bait yet. So, we're going to give him a little time.
Speaker A
Give him like 10 more minutes, 15 more minutes. Then I'm going to set up the generator and do what we got to do.
Speaker A
Now we're talking outriggers outdoors. Love you guys. I'm going to back up and we're going to slowly go to them.
Speaker A
Okay. Um pick up go somebody go with their with their hands. Just keep it keep it loose.
Speaker A
Pick it up. We're good. Where's the Where's the Yeah, there's a lot of crab traps and a lot of obstacles in the way, so we're doing our best.
Speaker A
Heat up here. Heat. Heat. Take a long cut out. Okay, this is what we're going to do, right?
Speaker A
We're going to let it settle down. This this this is our big gator. Yeah.
Speaker A
I think he's going to be Take this. Cut this. Yeah, that's Yeah, Oh, heat heat.
Speaker A
Where's that hook at? Right here. going under the boat. I got to jump in that Josh.
Speaker A
Give me the Give me the rod. Got it. How's your tip? How you doing? Good.
Speaker A
There's logs everywhere. Let's get it. Where do you want me at? Right now with the track.
Speaker A
Hey, nice job, bro. Just keep on getting your heard. We got a big on right now.
Speaker A
How you feeling, Jax? I feel like this is a good one. That Rob's crazy. I tell you guys that.
Speaker A
all. I mean, there's so many things that he can get into. Perfect. Let's get close.
Speaker A
Oh, he wants to go off the left here. Good luck. right there. Gators smart. So smart.
Speaker A
Get my heart done. Heat. Heat. Good boy. Heat. Let me do the lifting, son.
Speaker A
Let him go. Let him go. Let him let him go. Yeah. Holy crap. We got him. That's what I'm talking about.
Speaker A
Oh my word. Come on. Big L. You got to Don't Don't kill him. Don't Don't break him off.
Speaker A
I got my feet back here. I'm going to be off that thing. Hold on.
Speaker A
He's a nice gator. Pause 11. Yes. Trying to get back over there. Yeah. You do your thing. Just keep.
Speaker A
Oh yeah. Oh yeah, son. Oh yeah. Let him go. Let him go. Let him go. Let him go. Let him go. I got it. I got him.
Speaker A
Yeah. Big Al in the house. Woo! Working the gator. Actually, we put in the work for this guy. I can tell you guys that.
Speaker A
Come around. Come around. Just No, he's going to come up. Look at that. Yeah, son.
Speaker A
Hold on. Hold on. I think that's what you shooting, Rob. This is the only way to go.
Speaker A
Hornady 44 Magnum. Oh yeah. Bang. Bang. Woo. What you say? Action, Jackson. I think he's ready to go to sleep. What do you think Daniel?
Speaker A
Just That's what I'm talking about. Snap. Yeah, son. I'm going. I'm going. I'm going. Shining down on that, dude. It's on fire. Okay, guys. It's on fire. Got a friend back. You got to get him while he's tired here.
Speaker A
Hold on. Hold on. Easy, easy, easy. It's Let me Let me do this part real quick.
Speaker A
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Give me this. Hold on. Right there. Let's go. We got him.
Speaker A
Pretty sweet, man. It's not that big. Jackson, you did a lot of the fighting, buddy. I can do this all night. He can't. He's taking a nap now.
Speaker A
Fire not going nowhere. Okay. Now, why don't you grab this the bill right here?
Speaker A
I got it. Okay. We're going to try to get him onto here. Hold on. One, two, three.
Speaker A
Right there. Now, now you can pull them in this way. Roll them. Look at that tail. Woo! We're in the boat. Yay.
Speaker A
Woohoo. That's what I'm talking about. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Let's go, bro. Big L.

Speaker A
They are amazing and they have treated us like family, dude. We made it happen. Do me for dinner.

Speaker A
Take a seat real quick. I'm going to take a picture of you. My man. And I tell you what, you're amazing.
Speaker A
Look at that. You You dove 79 ft after you had your stroke. Yeah. I had to go in the water twice for that gator under logs and everything. Yeah.
Speaker A
Yep. No way. I did quite make it 1010. 10 10. Dang it. Dang it, son.
Speaker A
Close enough. 10 10 forget that. It'd have been 11 foot if that other gator hadn't bit his tail off.
Speaker A
He's loving. That's a good one, though, brother. That's close enough. Yeah. That's good enough for got to hunt.
Speaker A
Dang. Good enough for a first gator, I'll tell you that. Nice job, sir. Yes, sir.
Speaker A
Who's going to skin it? We're going to We're going to leave that one to you. Okay. So, we'll just I didn't get I didn't I didn't get enough training last yesterday for you to do that.
Speaker A
Morning everybody. Last night was amazing. And just so you know, we're back at the sanctuary.
Speaker A
Everybody's working. That big job. L&M is doing it. I can't wait to show you what they're doing.
Speaker A
Right now, I'm cooking for everybody. The nice thing about having the camper right here cuz I can get out of the heat and cook and sleep by me. So, I'm going to make some corn.
Speaker A
And that is jelly roll. I'm going to make coconut crusted gator bites. Look at that big old fat jelly jelly roll. Look at that.
Speaker A
Look how nice that is. Moving right along. Our gator is now cut up. And this is some seasoned flour. All you need to do is just take your gator tail. I almost said fish, but it's not fish.
Speaker A
It's gator tail. Put this right on top. And then this right on top. Look at this.
Speaker A
Now we're talking. Corn's ready. Now we add a little bit of peanut oil. This is fun, easy, and super good. You dredge your gator tail. You can do this with fish, chicken, you can do it with anything, but this is how I
Speaker A
do it. Fill this up. Nice coconut. Put in some eggs. This is a binder. Put a few of them in here. They're now sticky and flavorful.
Speaker A
Nice. Look at how nice and crunchy that's going to be. It looks so good. It smells good. The coconut releases that oil when it gets in the hot oil. It that it gets so sweet. I just called the guys and
Speaker A
told them lunch is ready. The only thing is no one expected this. No one had any idea that I was cooking.
Speaker A
So hopefully they like it. This is going to be so good. This is some of that whipped honey. It's lemon ginger.
Speaker A
There they are. They're ju They're just in time. Just in time. They're just in time.
Speaker A
Smells good here. Yeah, Maverick. Hush. What are you frying up? You got to tell me.
Speaker A
Coconut sauce. What do you think? Gator tail. The gator tail. It's fried gator tail, but it's coconut crusted gator tail tail with lemon ginger sauce. That was good.
Speaker A
Sarah is always involved with the house. I have a a vision for the property, but these guys make it happen. They got clean clean plates. Everybody's done.
Speaker A
