The world's greatest locksmith devoted his entire life to building an impenetrable golden vault. Upon completing his final masterpiece, he locked himself inside it and sank into the deep ocean. His last wish was for an extraordinarily talented person to be born who could pick the lock of his matchless creation. It took a whole 100 years for that great man to be born whose name was Hans. Hans was such a skilled lockpicker that he didn't even need to open his eyes to crack a bank vault. However, he was extremely simple and honest by nature. Far from stealing, he worked as an ordinary employee in a bank. One day, he shared a video on the internet of himself picking a vault in just 8 seconds. His dream was to become a famous internet star, but unfortunately, nobody watched his video. Just when he started feeling that his dream would remain unfulfilled, a mysterious email appeared on his computer screen. The sender of the email was deeply impressed by his incredible talent. He invited Hans to the Underground Lockpicking Championship held once every four years. The grand highlight of this competition was that the winner would get the challenge to open that very same historic golden vault. For any lock expert, this was the ultimate opportunity. So, he set off immediately. Lacking rude information, he arrived dead last. By then, the other contestants had already completed half the task. Without wasting any time, Hans got to work on the vault in front of him and swiftly caught up with the rest. Only four out of eight contestants were to advance to the semi-finals. As soon as three spots were filled, a fierce battle began for the final place, which Hans managed to secure by a razor-thin margin. The real challenge began in the semi-finals, where the organizers brought out four new vaults. These simple-looking vaults were lined with thick foam sheets inside so that the locking mechanism sounds couldn't escape. Contestants had 5 minutes to press their ears against the vault and listen to the faint internal clicks. The curly-haired competitor next to him had easily opened his vault, while anxiety caused Hans's palms to sweat profusely. Subsequently, the final round commenced. This time, the vault featured a Royal Bank level security system, and the time limit was just 3 minutes. If no one succeeded, no champion would be crowned this year. As the round started, the organizers blasted extremely loud music throughout the entire hall, making it completely impossible to hear the lock. The curly-haired contestant put on a noise-cancelling device and got to work, but Hans had no such equipment. Hans took a deep breath, focused himself entirely, and placed his hand on the vault. The very next moment, by feeling the subtle vibrations generated between the music and the lock, he mapped out the internal structure of the mechanism, leaving everyone present there utterly stunned.
