Speaker A

That's true. Eight years ago. -Whoa, eight years. -Eight years. Eh? What should I order for Tawan?

Speaker A

She loves noodles. Exact

Speaker A

egg noodles with BBQ pork. -Ah! -Ah! I'm very lucky Tawan agreed to be my bodyguard.

Speaker A

We were confused at first. Because lately she hasn't accepted personal protection details like this.

Speaker A

Except for the heads of states who worked with us before and specifically request her.

Speaker A

Exactly. And now she's injured. Usually we would change personnel or give you a new team.

Speaker A

But she wouldn't do that. Instead, she made an exception by adding us. So your case must be very important to her.

Speaker A

Responsibility must be very important to her. She promised to take care of me, so she doesn't want to fail.

Speaker A

That's right. She's very strict and a perfectionist. She doesn't want mistakes to happen. And nothing, no matter how small, gets past her.

Speaker A

So... how did you guys come to work for Tawan? I was in the military.

Speaker A

I was a Navy SEAL. And I was the top of my class. As for me, I might not look it now, but I was a nerdy kid.

Speaker A

To the point I stopped talking to people. I had too much fun writing computer codes.

Speaker A

So talented. Hey, I'm actually a very low-tech person. I know only music-related technologies. But when it comes to the computer stuff, I'm useless.

Speaker A

Zero. Back then, Boss had just returned from Hong Kong. Hong Kong? Yes, she was looking for someone to head the IT department.

Speaker A

Someone recommended me, so she reached out. At first I was only in charge of finding information.

Speaker A

The next thing I knew, Boss'd lured me into being a bodyguard. So... did Tawan live in Hong Kong long?

Speaker A

Quite long. And when she speaks Chinese, no one believes that she's Thai. She speaks many languages. At least... five.

Speaker A

She's so talented. What about you, Chanya? I'm an ex-cop. I quit and came to work for Boss.

Speaker A

I thought this job would fit me better. So you're independent and hates being forced.

Speaker A

Boss said the exact same thing. Am I that transparent? Really? -Yes. -Yes. Tawan works a lot.

Speaker A

Doesn't her partner mind?
