Worthing on the south coast so it's called yes yeah yeah if we're moving our hands to warm up then we we know why so when we asked you what you wanted to speak about what felt alive for you you
Speaker A
Great to have you here, Elona.
Speaker A
a it's a growth mhm it's that's that's how I I understand Evolution it's not something like Darwin's evolution it's about growth expansion and spiritual expansion in every way yeah being becoming more yourself mhm and um this Awakening is a
Speaker A
Thank you very much.
Speaker A
do how we can grow what how can we connect how can we live differently than what we live before and and that is beautiful and I I witnessed so many people people crossing that line and it's really a joy to see that happening
Speaker A
Well, it's a pleasure to be here, hmm, in sunny Worthing on the south coast.
Speaker A
being changes from one being to another being and that then opens up all these possibilities for the individual but of course collectively as well of course everything that we've created is from sleep sleeping from um from from ego we
Speaker A
So it's called?
Speaker A
is so much small space in the head head because the main focus that is not on the thoughts anymore it's on everything again it's not glued to only to the thoughts yeah the thoughts is one thread rather than being the only track that
Speaker A
Yes, yeah.
Speaker A
imagination but I think if we extrapolate that out or expand that out to Council meetings to policy creation when the the whole human or the whole human consciousness is brought to that uh creation it's going to be an entirely
Speaker A
Yeah, if we're moving our hands to warm up, then we know why.
Speaker A
start living authentically so of course all these structures that our world is built on they no longer they no longer make sense and and change is inevitable and the more people wake up to their own true potential and their own true being
Speaker A
So when we asked you what you wanted to speak about, what felt alive for you, you selected the topic around the evolutionary function of awakening.
Speaker A
transformation you to wake up to all the darkness all the negativity in ourselves is the greatest gift we can give the world sweet it's it's it's interesting though because so often in spirituality there's been uh or in uh inquiry
Speaker A
And chatting just now, you said that creating a functional individual and creating a functional society was something you were interested in.
Speaker A
that looks to to the Future and to the world as a whole and how how this Awakening will Ripple out not just in your system and in your own life but into into the world as a whole into the community as a whole well yes
Speaker A
Oh, well, yes, yes. Well, first of all, awakening is a growth.
Speaker A
things like that and when the shift happens when perception changes to seeing that you are not outside of life you are life itself flowing as you then everything changes in in thinking as well and you don't look for
Speaker A
Hmm.
Speaker A
it's not something that is here to harm you or punish you or or you know put you into kind of frame it's here reflecting your being your inside how you feel about the world that's how the world comes back at you uhhuh and and
Speaker A
That's how I understand evolution. It's not something like Darwin's evolution. It's about growth, expansion, and spiritual expansion in every way.
Speaker A
bad name but the principle that like attracts like is is in undeniable uh and and so obvious in experience that we we we get mirrored back to us what we need to get mirrored back to us to see what's
Speaker A
Yeah, being, becoming more yourself.
Speaker A
rather than you know you or me um to get our Ferrari or um new B new bike or whatever to work as a collective to Envision a new world recognizing that envisioning is um is significant you know this this this this uh Vision
Speaker A
Hmm.
Speaker A
functional Society yes yes I gave that thought and uh it's really not like the law of attraction was presented let's say in that secret I want this I need to imagine that and that's going to come no it's not like that it's how I
Speaker A
And this awakening is a crucial point where from one kind of being, you switch to a completely different kind of being.
Speaker A
vibration and of course it's one yeah as you say one vibration and it it shifts it from that perspective that um Alona or will has to create a new world to rather there is this movement of vibration and frequency that's happening
Speaker A
Hmm.
Speaker A
the way of what if this happens that happens I'm scared of this to happen I don't want that to happen and you kind of put that energy into the fear yeah and what you get back yeah same stuff
Speaker A
So that in itself opens so many doors, so many questions, so many explorations about what we are, why we are here, what we can do, how we can grow, how can we connect, how can we live differently than what we lived before.
Speaker A
can Envision something wonderful with the whole feeling of it yeah and I understand that this feeling that I nurture is what makes that Future come yeah through that feeling through that kind of mechanism of Attraction cuz what I feel
Speaker A
And that is beautiful, and I witnessed so many people crossing that line, and it's really a joy to see that happening.
Speaker A
there's also a form of teaching if you like you know it's it's teaching the world or the world is teaching itself uh what is yeah and there's something in the in the in the joy of that uh that
Speaker A
I see that as, as you spoke of that, I saw the joy in your own experience too, and to witness those pops or those breakthroughs is something quite something.
Speaker A
not be reflected in the bank account but it's an abundance that's entirely apart from any measurement and this is this is a a quite different form of envisioning it then becomes just dropping into this frequency dropping into this joy for the
Speaker A
And I hear when you speak of, you framed it really nicely that the being changes from one being to another being, and that then opens up all these possibilities for the individual but, of course, collectively as well.
Speaker A
about I I don't build a fear around it I don't care MH and in the absence of caring or or I'm I'm hearing actually there's an absence of fearing you don't fear yeah so there there's there's care there's
Speaker A
Of course.
Speaker A
goes and something really bad happens and what I would point to however is that the okus is there too yes the oenus is in the Calamity as well yes the oenus is even in the bankruptcy or whatever it
Speaker A
Everything that we've created is from sleep, sleeping, from ego, we could say.
Speaker A
discover for ourselves that this peace or this okayness is present even in those times that can then come into our thinking into our system into our envisioning such that when the bad the bad stuff happens we don't see it as bad stuff
Speaker A
Yes.
Speaker A
me that have basically been the been the work or the practice uh sort of post Awakening if that makes sense in the unfolding to come back back to to come back to to come back to or just to enjoy
Speaker A
And once awakening happens, which is not just an event, it's a process.
Speaker A
that's surrendered and in deep peace is generally pretty functional yes and H how how does that uh surrender work in into the collective into a more functional Society is it is it simply a transference of the individual because
Speaker A
Mhm.
Speaker A
especially for people who are traumatized mhm who had like bad experience in life that they keep holding on so there is a resistance in the first place to feel the feelings uh that's what I find working with people
Speaker A
So it's both an event and a process, and that event is actually in every moment of awakening to what is.
Speaker A
disturbance yes and the the other side of resistance is surrender mhm so it's like a one stick with two ends MH right you either focus on Resistance or if there is no more resistance there is surrender it's not passive thing it's
Speaker A
There is so much small space in the head because the main focus is not on the thoughts anymore. It's on everything again.
Speaker A
surrender to yeah we can say we can stop to stop resisting the resistance we can say yes to that's the first step actually to to free the resistance is just by accepting it mhm right and the less resistance the
Speaker A
It's not glued only to the thoughts.
Speaker A
people you can actually share uhhuh and enjoy rather than trying to push your point of view onto somebody that doesn't accept your point of view you can actually listen to people and hear what they saying and accept that as a valid
Speaker A
Yeah, the thoughts are one thread rather than being the only track that the individual is involved in, which is great because we get to experience so much more.
Speaker A
who was coming from a place of surrender so they would they would speak their point and yet would bring that vibration bring that frequency of peace or accept I don't think it's up to governments to change society MH it's actually up to
Speaker A
Yes, and so much more that we never even thought existed while we were like asleep.
Speaker A
where I young it's it's my responsibility it's not some prime minister sure which is a relief well nobody's in charge this is so true this seems to be an important shift that's happening I hear it a lot in a lot of different places
Speaker A
Yeah, and it takes some imagination, but I think if we extrapolate that out or expand that out to council meetings, to policy creation, when the whole human or the whole human consciousness is brought to that creation, it's going to be an entirely different policy or an entirely different meeting that happens.
Speaker A
think part of the dysfunction of society is a disempowering yes but the society was built like that it was meant to control these masses mhm it was meant to put your your knowledge in your head when you were a kid like this is like
Speaker A
Well, for me, for example, this awakening, one way I can describe it is you stop following what others say, what others want for you, what others expect from you, and you start living authentically.
Speaker A
school uh I I wish I'd kept it I did this art piece and it was a machine and going into the machine were different shaped individuals and coming out the other side were they're all the same shape in the same uniform and so on and
Speaker A
So, of course, all these structures that our world is built on, they no longer make sense, and change is inevitable.
Speaker A
when those constraints or organizational structures that that heard are are are are not there or are diminishing you does do you think there's going to be a a period of great chaos a period of great unsettledness I don't know about that
Speaker A
And the more people wake up to their own true potential and their own true being, well, it's inevitable that the world we see is going to change.
Speaker A
not following somebody else his ideas and actually start living from their authentic self MH it's it's like cats you know you you can't organize cats if they don't want to do something they're not going to do right uhhuh so they they
Speaker A
That's incredibly exciting, isn't it?
Speaker A
good for you and not just for you for everyone cuz it's not an individual there anymore it it's it's understanding that everything is one mhm so any structure that would try to to push that into your box and saying this should be
Speaker A
Of course. We're living in crazy interesting times.
Speaker A
or or taught out in schools that the individual has a knowing that the individual can access knowledge and Truth through their own system yeah I that's uh something that neurocardiology you so from within the systems of thought has been pointing us back to
Speaker A
Yeah.
Speaker A
one thing is in general is everyone wants to be happy end of suffering and uh just be happy to live happy life it's so simple and so human mhm and what can make that happen for you for me nothing
Speaker A
Yeah, it reminds me of this Lao Tzu quote saying that the gift of your own self, your own self-transformation, you to wake up to all the darkness, all the negativity in ourselves, is the greatest gift we can give the world.
Speaker A
an an unhappiness with unhappiness you know it's that resistance again it's meeting that restlessness or that unhappiness and seeing it as something that should not be you know and in that should not beess of course there's the perpetuation or the deepening of the
Speaker A
Sweet.
Speaker A
love the restlessness to love the the chaos and you know who knows how these next 50 years are going to unfold it's pretty exciting to watch um there's all manner of possible scenarios and uh whether they include troops on the streets and you who who
Speaker A
It's interesting though because so often in spirituality, or in inquiry, including a lot of non-dual spiritual traditions, there's often an ignoring of the world or a disregarding of the world.
Speaker A
quality of peace to that rather than further fear or attack and descending and spiraling it's um yeah I think it's exciting times isn't it yeah and that's that coming together of the personal functioning yes and the societal functioning uh I mean
Speaker A
Yeah.
Speaker A
to show up as a as a as a gandi as a as as as someone that's going to be the change that's going to be the cause of of change in our communities yeah well I'm doing my part and more and more and one of the
Speaker A
I sense that's not alive for you though. I'm hearing there's a concern or a gaze that looks to the future and to the world as a whole and how this awakening will ripple out not just in your system and in your own life but into the world as a whole, into the community as a whole.
Speaker A
bringing the new vibrations bringing the new frequencies into this uh this this rather dense reality at times you know when I first saw that there is no separation that there is no Elona as an entity inside this body and stuff well it was
Speaker A
Well, yes.
Speaker A
well you are brought up like you are an individual you have to fight for your survival you have to be in competition to become better than somebody else and once I saw that how simple that is how really obvious that is I just could not
Speaker A
The shift in perception is really from thinking that you are separate, outside from life, individual, that life is happening to you, and you always have to fight, to argue with reality, to blame somebody else, and to fear about the future and things like that.
Speaker A
tell you how you just actually need to look and then you it's obvious and I took that as my personal mission as my personal job because if not me who else is going to you know bang this Awakening bells
Speaker A
And when the shift happens, when perception changes to seeing that you are not outside of life, you are life itself flowing as you, then everything changes in thinking as well.
Speaker A
on what I love with your work as well is the um I I've often because of the way that I didn't make Awakening happen I didn't arrive at that moment it was nothing to do with me it was in spite of
Speaker A
And you don't look for somebody to blame for your faults, for your negativity.
Speaker A
say simply look it's to Simply bring that Curiosity and I I love the Simplicity of that it removes so much of the complications that the ego will use or resistance will use to avoid this incredible Simplicity yes like this
Speaker A
You actually can see that it's not separate. What you feel inside is reflected outside in the world.
Speaker A
answer their own questions not from the books not what they read not what they heard not what they imagined but actually looking in their own experience you don't need prayer knowledge or any preparation for that it's just plain
Speaker A
So the world then becomes the place for you to play, to explore, and, you know, it's not something that is here to harm you or punish you or put you into a kind of frame.
Speaker A
Mind cannot accept that it's so simple MH right there's got to be something more yes yes but it's not about thinking mind cannot figure it out you just actually need to look MH yeah well that's the whole point isn't it is that
Speaker A
It's here reflecting your being, your inside, how you feel about the world.
Speaker A
utilizing this this tool to to look back on itself and in that in that moment it wants to say whoa wait a minute there's got to be something more yeah remember the story of read one of OA books mhm about this woman that
Speaker A
That's how the world comes back at you.
Speaker A
she said yes I'm looking for a needle and they oh wow that that's a big task let's look together and they keep looking for hours there and then one guy decides to ask her what what did you lose your needle and she goes in the
Speaker A
Uh-huh.
Speaker A
looking somewhere where doesn't exist and start paying attention to what is actually happening in the moment right here right now that's where you look MH there's something so empowering about that to really just Rely Upon Our momentto Moment
Speaker A
And that law of attraction, or I mean, that's an unpopular term these days.
Speaker A
different ways that people have pointed to what is and there's value in all that and yet there's something delightful to say it's none of us needed well before you before the actual shift once you look at all these scriptures all you see is words
Speaker A
It is.
Speaker A
once you read the books once you read the other explanations you resonate you recognize that they talking they all talking about the same thing uh-huh it's nothing new it's everyone is talking about the same thing absolutely and even
Speaker A
It's, you know, The Secret's given a bad name, right?
Speaker A
you're saying just look at this stay with this and and see what presents and I also love a course and miracles which is very different it's very wordy it's got Godly knows how many thousands of pages and so on and part of the fun for
Speaker A
The sort of egoistical, simplistic, materialist take on law of attraction has given it a bad name.
Speaker A
their advit or their teacher so and so says it's this way and and this and the division starts again the the division continues do you find do you find that the the questioning method or just the way that Liberation unleash
Speaker A
But the principle that like attracts like is undeniable and so obvious in experience that we get mirrored back to us what we need to get mirrored back to us to see what's inside here and so on.
Speaker A
many different paths and so many different people from different different teachings different ways of Life come through Liberation Le and we are not saying that this is the way it's just a gate I mean it's just a line that
Speaker A
And where I get, what I'm particularly interested in these days is seeing how an authentic understanding and insight into law of attraction or co-creation can be applied to creating a new world.
Speaker A
and that's it so it feels like it's very much complimentary to other people's or other processes and practices and expirations and so on well yes cuz everything is included there is no right mhm point of view then except the right point of view my
Speaker A
So rather than, you know, you or me to get our Ferrari or new bike or whatever, to work as a collective to envision a new world, recognizing that envisioning is significant.
Speaker A
really just pointing us to this constant flux this constant change because we like to imagine or the Mind tends to collapse things into this is how it is and with co-creating a new world or allowing a new world to emerge through
Speaker A
You know, this vision that's happening here is not irrelevant because from the perspective of unitive being, of course, we know that what's happening here is happening everywhere.
Speaker A
frequency adjustments enough vibrational adjustments in in the uh in the core in the in the Consciousness that all this is an out expression of and inevitably and and effortlessly and relatively easily it will change yeah and you I
Speaker A
It's not irrelevant.
Speaker A
shifting circumstances mhm every as you say everything is constantly changing there's no permanence so this evolution is in the way being flexible mhm being like water like rly it right so you don't hold on to the ideas everything is
Speaker A
Is that something you've given thought to, that a sort of co-creative role in creating a more functional society?
Speaker A
hearing you speak of Bruce Le I often think of um iido so I talk about radical gratitude it's like the aido or the Alchemy um of Consciousness work and moving with the energy of whatever is here and there's
Speaker A
Yes, yes, I gave that thought, and it's really not like the law of attraction was presented, let's say, in The Secret.
Speaker A
expansion for for you I'm wondering I know for me it's been the most difficult moments or the the most acute moments of suffering and challenge that have been key to the expansion you know those moments of of like on my knees and
Speaker A
I want this, I need to imagine that, and that's going to come.
Speaker A
when when it starts the old structures of thinking of being start falling away right and then everything that was held on to you all the ideas they come up mhm and and if that is not true it hurts MH but they come up
Speaker A
No, it's not like that.
Speaker A
lies yeah I there's a line there which just struck me deeply if it's not true it hurts yeah yes so when we believe anything other than the Perfection when we believe anything other than our perfect expansion our our wholeness
Speaker A
It's how I feel that is what creates the experience.
Speaker A
I really like that if it if if uh if it's not true it hurts and there something rather beautiful because of course the flip of that is if you want to follow truth then to uh discern what feels good not what we
Speaker A
Mhm.
Speaker A
earlier actually to be able to discern the vibration in our being yeah sometimes I'll ask people often men especially they what are you feeling right now and they can't tell me they don't know that that capacity is not
Speaker A
Vibration, yes.
Speaker A
feelings they don't even know what's repressed mhm because they never go there it's it's all about thinking analyzing the mind is like the main thing to focus on but once the mind is SE that not the primary thing mhm but just
Speaker A
Resonance, yes.
Speaker A
honor what you feel mhm and that's where the shift happens is when you allow these emotions to repress feelings these oh no I don't want to feel that again MH Let's Escape this to something else mhm yeah once you allow that to be felt to
Speaker A
Frequency, what you are, how you feel, that's what you see.
Speaker A
egoic structure and so to be undoing that is is I think that's a real Cornerstone corner piece of of the work to be seeing that happen and saying no and and leaning in you know to actually feel what's there yeah you know this
Speaker A
And that's not like really coming back.
Speaker A
more problems yes yes but that is not about it it's just saying that what is as it is right but there is another movement is saying yes to whever shows up not just saying yes to whever shows up but just saying wow yes yeah yes okay
Speaker A
It's one thing, it's one movement.
Speaker A
to feel and instead of saying no to that I would say him gorgeous let's see what's there what something is hiding there there is a gift for me in there obviously you know so that kind of stepping forward to the
Speaker A
Yeah, one vibration.
Speaker A
of like that Curiosity again it's that Curiosity leaning in again and again I know that's been true in my own experience also being learned and it's more and more um immediate when something troubling happens or something that uh I did not want to happen or what
Speaker A
And of course, it's one.
Speaker A
adaption and um the the feed back mechanism and in the closing down of the The Sensational of of of the feeling body we've lost such a we could say central part of that feedback mechanism you we've disconnected ourselves from
Speaker A
Yeah, as you say, one vibration, and it shifts.
Speaker A
other people as it were when we're connected with that um internal GPS there's like a a software upgrade to continue the analogy for that's available to anyone that wants it that's available to anyone that's okay that seems seems to be working well that
Speaker A
It shifts from that perspective that Alona or Will has to create a new world to rather there is this movement of vibration and frequency that's happening through us and with us.
Speaker A
important part as well to this Awakening Evolution thingy this Awakening Evolution thingy yes yeah is being able to share with people to inspire other people to to pass the message on yeah yeah cuz as as we are all interconnected as we are all one
Speaker A
And yet, it does involve our conscious participation.
Speaker A
course with all this internet and all this technological Evolution and Revolution it's so easy now to to connect with so many people yeah yeah of course like one onone in real life not on the screen is different and and I
Speaker A
Yes, so we're not entirely imagination.
Speaker A
consciousness and of course in turn it stimulates that evolving Consciousness by uh by by sharing in this way and obviously one of the functions or intents with Awakening dialogues is to uh get all these different flavors and different perspectives because this I I
Speaker A
Mhm.
Speaker A
speaking with people is to really allow a portal a space for whatever wants to be said to be said yeah and it's a it's a delight for me to to um get get a bit of Alona flavor as it were today and uh
Speaker A
Yeah, the imagination.
Speaker A
it is as you mentioned like there is a different flavor and uh the space right and it's not only just expressing it's also listening and that is what changes after after the perception shift is that you allow space
Speaker A
Well, in my experience, before this shift in perception happened, I was imagining future a lot in the way of what if this happens, that happens, I'm scared of this to happen, I don't want that to happen, and you kind of put that energy into the fear.
Speaker A
creating an answer or or or resistance or fight with whatever he said in the head while I'm listening so I'm not really listening you're waiting for them to finish lening at all I'm just you know listening to my own thoughts
Speaker A
Yeah, and what you get back?
Speaker A
and being present to to the moment and what what comes to me is that this this listening its function in the collective unfolding it this seems to be key I'm a great fan of uh Charles eisenstein's work and he speaks of the more beautiful
Speaker A
Yeah, same stuff.
Speaker A
of it for us is to really recognize the at once to recognize the vastness of our ignorance you know the the totality of our not knowing what's going on and our connection to that which knows the connection to to to knowledge to truth
Speaker A
Fear and situations where you get anxious and nervous, it kind of builds up.
Speaker A
can be a validity in that you know to to land somewhere for a while and for that to be the for a while yeah for now for now yeah and to remain fluid when I'm talking about listening I'm not saying just to listen to other
Speaker A
Mhm.
Speaker A
method MH right where I go with the with the clients and just listen to what their mind wants what their heart wants just simply by asking that simple question what do you want what do you want and then waiting for the answer
Speaker A
And now I don't think that thought anymore, to what if this happens, that bad can happen.
Speaker A
start asking your internal structures questions and listen to the answers internally that's when the growth happens yeah there's such intelligence such int I mean of course we to say there's intelligence here within me is to to speak within those concepts of
Speaker A
That doesn't exist in my mind anymore.
Speaker A
carefully you know to some of the more subtle uh Sensations that um arise to to to Really bring that total curiosity and and total openness again and again I don't know what's going [Laughter] on so I guess that
Speaker A
But I can sit down and I just can envision something wonderful with the whole feeling of it.
Speaker A
so concerned about Society mhm as much as we have to be concerned to what's going on inside yeah if we have a a few million people taking total responsibility for creating a peaceful world in here yeah let's see what
Speaker A
Yeah, and I understand that this feeling that I nurture is what makes that future come.
Speaker A
thank you so much Elena oh thank you been a real Joy connecting with you today thank you will
