We actually have no exact number in mind. So from those candidates that we get today, as long as they're meeting our expectations and meeting our requirements, they could actually be joining us at our training college in as soon as seven days.

So tell us about your recruitment process. Well, I'd always been buzzing to join Emirates, so when I jumped on the Emirates group careers website, I was able to see that you needed to be at least 21. So I gained any customer service experience I could, and eventually when I was old enough, I went to the assessment day, and I will never forget how nervous I was on that day. There were 200 other applicants, and we went through a very similar process, group activities, and I had my final assessment, waited patiently for my golden call, and were so excited to receive it.
