I bought Premium but my account doesn’t have it

Updated 6 October 2026 · 2 min read
In shortPremium belongs to an account. Most often the purchase went to a different account, such as a guest one. Tap Profile → Subscription → Restore Purchases and check that you are signed in the same way as when you bought.

How to get Premium back

iPhone and iPad

  1. Open the Profile tab and check the email at the top: is it the right account?
  2. Tap Profile → Subscription → Restore Purchases. The device must be signed in to the Apple ID you paid with.
  3. You should see Purchases restored, and the plan card at the top of Profile will show Premium. If it says No previous purchases found, there are no purchases on this Apple ID.

Android

  1. Open the Profile tab and check the email at the top: is it the right account?
  2. Tap Profile → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Google Play on the phone must be signed in to the Google account you paid with.
  3. You should see Purchases restored, and the plan card at the top of Profile will show Premium. If it says No previous purchases found, there are no purchases on this Google account.

Web

  1. Open the Account section and click Refresh status.
  2. If it still shows the free plan, you most likely signed in to the app a different way, or not at all. Restore the purchase in the app, then click Refresh status again.

If you bought without signing in

A purchase made in a guest account moves into your account when you sign in. If that did not happen, update the app to the latest version and tap Restore Purchases. See I used the app without signing in.

If it still does not help
