projects. And today we're going in to do an initial presentation. What's so exciting about this presentation is that A, we pulled it together really, really fast. B, we had everybody on board. So the entire design team was involved. Robbie's

been involved. Sama here has been putting together graphics and has polished the presentation, so it really feels like it was a true team effort, which is awesome. And see, I'm giving Karina and Christy an opportunity to do some of the presenting

today, which I'm really excited about. Um, you know, even though Christy is really junior, I mean, she's only been with me for about six months, I think, you know, I'm a believer in if you've got strong, talented people

in awarding people opportunities to grow and to shine. And, you know, I've heard some other designers say like, oh, well, they're just junior, they can't do that yet, or they're not going to be doing concept yet, or, um, we're not going to put them in front

of a client yet, or, you know, because they're just junior. And I don't know, I just don't buy into that mentality. I just think that just because you've never done it before doesn't mean that you can't figure it out. A, and

experience for me is equal to talent, but you need both in different times and different cases. I wouldn't send Christine or Karina in to this client, one of our biggest clients, to do the presentation on their own, but I would absolutely include them in the

presentation. Of course, how else are they going to get that experience? So I don't know, I'm excited for this. Today's presentation is really intended to prompt more discussion, to show you guys some high-level conceptual ideas for the office. We're really, really excited

about this. So we've taken some of these words and taken some interior ideas as inspiration. Now, we're not saying that this is what we're going to do exactly, but here's some ideas that we wanted just to put forward in front of you.

You could have meetings in there. Yeah, I think like it's a picture. I think that's a great idea. This one? Yeah, with the bookshelf. So it's good to see a lot of people nodding and really liking some

of these ideas. Overall, we felt like as a package the ideas are really contemporary, so it feels really fresh and modern. And when I think about, you know, designing a new space, it's always about around where you're heading and not

necessarily where you are today. So Karina and Christy are going to help me present the space plans. And in this corner, we have the opportunity to actually open it up to have one large boardroom or you can have it enclosed to

have two separate offices. Yeah, and what we were thinking with this is when you come off the elevator, we wanted to take advantage of this view as much as possible, so we really that. So we kept reception

fairly open. This wall could be drywall, but we're thinking there would be a lot of glass looking out in the southwest corner so that when you come out onto the floor, that's the amazing view that anybody would see.

So as you exit the kitchen, you're looking straight at... Do I talk about this? Oh yeah. So this little corner, actually, which is just under the dashed or dotted line, is where we're thinking of putting an open meeting space or collaboration

zone. So this would almost be like a whiteboard space. So space plan B, what you'll notice about this plan too is we just wanted to show you what it would be like if people were sitting around the perimeter. So in this case,

maybe you've got private offices here, but we really tried to put everybody as much as possible around the perimeter so that everybody gets a view. And, uh, yeah, I'll let Christy keep going so you can see how this plays out.
