What's up, everybody? It's May the 23rd, Saturday, 8:30 in the morning PST. You know what I'm talking about. Welcome to another Operation Wise Zone. My name is Cameron James Wilson. Everybody say hello. What's up, world?
Speaker A
Hello. What's up, world? Up. What up? Good morning, America. Peace and blessings, y'all. Good morning.
Speaker A
Yeah, man. We in this thing. You know what I'm talking about. Today's going to be pretty cool. Uh, we got a special guest. It's Robert Rristman. Uh, I've been meaning to have this guy on for a very long time. Over a year. Um, yeah,
Speaker A
over a year for sure. Uh, but we'll get into that in just one second. What I want to do is I wanted to actually um ask if we have any new Wisdom members uh here today and if they could please come
Speaker A
on and introduce themselves. I know we have one. Don't make me call you out. Dale Shannon Dale, Cole, y'all got to come in and say hello, Angelino, John Kennedy.
Speaker A
Peace and blessings, y'all. Appreciate you having me. Uh, my name is John Kennedy of the House of French. Uh, I've got about a little over 10 years in this game. I've had some serious wins. Got a case dismissed with the prosecution
Speaker A
stating for the record that the legal name is my enterprise. Um, so I'm just happy to be here and learn a little bit more.
Speaker A
Awesome. Glad to have you. Everybody say welcome John. God bless. Welcome. Welcome. Then I know that we got uh Dale Shannon.
Speaker A
You gonna have to come say hello and introduce yourself. You Hey, it is what it is.
Speaker A
Good morning everyone. How's it going? Brand new. Brand new to the team. Tell us about yourself. Where are you from?
Speaker A
So, I am from Wisconsin and I left my sales career in November because I felt like God was calling me to more. And let me tell you, when I asked him to show me the light, that light is shining so
Speaker A
bright in the last six months. And I am learning more than I've ever learned.
Speaker A
So, if you get a random request from me and I reach out and I'm asking you some crazy stuff, don't be surprised because I am like up all night long just learning and growing and discovering and it is a wild world out there. Let me
Speaker A
tell you what. So, it is wild. We're making it a little bit more calm. We're making a little bit more rationalized. We're getting a little bit more spirit into people's hearts and minds and a little bit more morality out there. So, we appreciate
Speaker A
we're glad to have you here. Everybody say "Welcome Dale." Welcome, Dale. Hey, so where in Wisconsin? Like like I'm familiar with I go up there for work near uh the Heartland area.
Speaker A
But anyway, you know what? I don't want to hijack the call. Sorry. Go ahead, Cam.
Speaker A
You're good, bro. You can conversate all you want, Joe. All right. Uh Sai, uh Sai, you got to come on and introduce yourself. Come on, bro. This my dude right here.
Speaker A
Sai, where you at, bro? And Cole, you too. But I'mma let Sai. What's going on, guys? How you doing?
Speaker A
I'm sorry. Um, I pretty much been watching Cameron for a while, but my wife is the one who uh kind of pushed me to um check him out even more. Uh, she had a case that was recently um six different ticket charges
Speaker A
that was dismissed. And uh she ended up taking a plea for a speeding ticket, but it was still a win. And we love it. And I'm I'm I'm working with Cam to uh take care of a couple other things for me. Um
Speaker A
couple of felony charges, which is all traffic citations where they just, you know, just make up nonsense and and uh try to railroad you any way they can.
Speaker A
So, he's helping helping me with those and uh I plan on taking it all away. I'm here to You know what? Well, first off, everybody said, "Welcome, Sai." Welcome, Sai.
Speaker A
What up? Welcome Sai. Yeah, it's very interesting Sai's situation because he literally had his VIN covered. Okay. He wanted to be private out there in the world and they gave him a felony for that, y'all.
Speaker A
Wow. A felony for covering your VIN. Yes, bro. What? Covered it. He uncovered it willingly.
Speaker A
Uncovered it from the Fourth Amendment violation. There you go. Corner store downstairs. The cure in your property. No, you can't be securing your property, bro.
Speaker A
Exactly. What state again? S I'm in Georgia. Georgia out there. Fooling, bro. Georgia. Crazy.
Speaker A
Okay. Yep. I'm I'm on mute again because I'm I'm somewhat indisposed. I got a lot of going on in my house. So, I'm still listening. I'm here. Hey, brother. You're good. You're good.
Speaker A
Nice meeting you guys. Thank you. You as well. Glad to have you here, bro.
Speaker A
Cole, what's up, my boy? Cole, where you at? Damn. Cole, where you at, Cole?
Speaker A
Well, apparently Cole don't want to talk today. While while we wait for Cole to uh go off mute or whatever. So, John Kennedy, House of French, um you mentioned uh that the prosecutor um confirmed your your corporate status.
Speaker A
Is that right? Something along those lines. Yeah. So, um I I'll give a quick rundown. So, I was out delivering newspapers with a buddy of mine. I was helping him out. It was a dead of winter and we got pulled over for uh the light
Speaker A
being broken out cuz I guess one of the salt trucks had kicked up a rock and busted his light and we didn't know. Um brake light.
Speaker A
Yeah. So, he he pulls us over. He asks us for identification. I'm like, I'm not going to identify you. Number one, I don't have any identification on me. Number two, I haven't committed a crime and so I have no reason to identify and you
Speaker A
have no reason to ask for it. He says, "Well, you're not wearing your safety belt and that's a crime." No, sir. That is a statutory contractual violation.
Speaker A
Has nothing to do with an injured party. Um, and unless you can produce an injured party in a complaint or you witnessed a crime, you've got nothing on me and I'm not going to identify.
Speaker A
Well, you're either going to identify or I'm going to pull you out the truck.
Speaker A
You're going to have to pull me out. So, he pulls me out. Um, we're on the side of the road. He tells me to sit down. I said, "No, I don't take orders from public servants. I'll stand just right here. That's fine." And
Speaker A
then he grabs me and tries to put me in the car, cuffs me, and tries to put me in the car. Uh, I stood 10 toes down, placed my feet, held my arms tight behind my back, and would not let him
Speaker A
put me in the car. Uh, then he started assaulting me. Five, six punches to the gut, couple of knees, and uh then they brought me in and all of a sudden the the failure to identify charge disappeared.
Speaker A
Um when I got there and all they charged me with was not wearing a safety belt.
Speaker A
So then fast forward, I go in for the hearing at this point, this was like 2018. I'd been a secured party since 2016. Um all of my paperwork was filed in New York. Uh, the Treasury had all of
Speaker A
my my paperwork, everything. Um, nothing had ever been rebutted. So, I give the prosecutor, I go in to get discovery.
Speaker A
They had somebody sitting outside of the uh the courtroom handing out discovery. I've never seen this before.
Speaker A
Never seen that happen before where you have a clerk just sitting at a desk outside of the courtroom handing discovery to people as they come up. And so I I got my legal notice in demand with me and uh notification of record
Speaker A
and I'm like I'm here as the special third party intervenor for that entity and I'd like copy of discovery. Well, if you're not that entity, we're not going to give you discovery.
Speaker A
Okay. Well, I'm going to need that and you're violating my Fifth Amendment due process rights by not providing it. And you're also violating Brady.
Speaker A
So, they go and they get the prosecutor. Prosecutor comes out and I hand her my legal notice and demand. She spends about 35-40 minutes in there while court is already going on in the courtroom.
Speaker A
They're hearing cases already and I'm sitting out there in the lobby waiting for her to review my legal notice and demand. She comes back shaking and hands me back the legal notice and demand. Says, "Okay, we we'll
Speaker A
we'll get discovery to you. Just give us a few minutes." So, we go, we go in the courtroom. And then she finally, the judge finally calls. And she calls John French. I said...
Speaker A
I'm not that person as defined by Main Revised Statutes. I'm the authorized representative for that person." Okay. Well, we'll get to you in a few minutes. let's just why don't you go and have a seat. Like, all right. So, then
Speaker A
the whole time I'm sitting there waiting, she's running through people and I'm just evil eyeing her every single time she steps out of line cuz I'm watching her practice law from the bench and do all kinds of other shady
Speaker A
stuff, violate due process and everything and I'm eyeballing her. And then right in the middle of it, um, she says, "Mr. French, we'll be getting to you soon." And I said, "I'm sorry, who?" "Oh, Mr. Kennedy." like, "Okay,
Speaker A
that's fine." So, then they finally call me up and I go through the whole spiel.
Speaker A
I still have the transcript of this, by the way. So, if anybody wants receipts, I got it.
Speaker A
I was going to So, I was going to ask if you're on uh the Discord channel because I'd love to see what you I'd love to see the your case file.
Speaker A
Yeah, I I'll I'll definitely share it and and I can give my email information, everything if anybody wants to get in touch. So, um, she asked me what my plea is, and I said, "Well, my plea is innocent because I'm innocent
Speaker A
until proven guilty." And she says, "Well, that's not a valid plea, so I'm going to put you down as not guilty." I said, "Objection.
Speaker A
I didn't authorize you to put in a plea on my behalf. You're practicing law from the bench. Thank you for violating your oath. You are now dismissed. This is now my courtroom." Now, what'd she say to that?
Speaker A
She really didn't say much. Okay. The baiff stepped in and tried to say some stuff and then she told me to be quiet. I'm like, "No, I'm the one holding court here now because now I have violations to bring in this
Speaker A
courtroom. So, are we going to be addressing the violations that have taken place against me?" And the baiff starts talking some other trash, saying, "This isn't your courtroom. You need to leave." I'm like, "Okay, I'll leave." And as I start walking out,
Speaker A
um the prosecutor or no, the the judge then says, "Would you like discovery on behalf of your enterprise?" Okay.
Speaker A
And I said, "No, I don't need it. It's fraud." And I start walking out and the last thing that you hear on or read on the uh the transcript is the prosecutor bringing something up to the judge saying "Well
Speaker A
we we've offered him and we've got a concern that oh well, he's gone." And that's what ends the transcript.
Speaker A
Three months later, I get a I get a letter in the mail address to John Kennedy of the House of French.
Speaker A
Just like that. Or no, sorry, Johny Kennedy colon French handwritten. Okay. Okay. Then in the letter at the bottom of the letter, it says copy sent to John Kennedy French, the all cap the the legal entity, right? Care of John
Speaker A
Kennedy French estate. Care of John Kennedy of the House of French. Okay. Dismissed for prosectorial discretion.
Speaker A
Yeah. Okay. Yeah. And I get people saying all the time, well, prosecutorial discretion can mean anything. And it's like, yeah, but you have to look at what she did. She took the time to handwrite the proper name.
Speaker A
Yeah. On the envelope. She took the time to write the copy sent to in the letter, right?
Speaker A
Making the separation of the three distinct entities, right? That's that's willful movement, right? And so Oh, for sure.
Speaker A
Yeah. So, she totally made a complete acquiescence and I never pursued it any more than that, but yeah. Thank you.
Speaker A
Yeah. Yeah. Good. All right. Everybody unmute and tell John congratulations for standing up on his rights.
Speaker A
Congratulations, bro. Thank you all. Thank Congratulations, man. What part of New York you from?
Speaker A
Yeah, that was brilliant, brother. Uh I'm not from New York. I was living in Maine at the time and because um New York is the UCC district for New England, that's where I filed. And I've I've I've been filing people's trust
Speaker A
paperwork to become a secured party since about 2017. And I always file in New York for everybody. I don't care where you're at because New York is business mecca. And they are more apt to accept your filings without having any push back.
Speaker A
And when it's done right as a transmitting utility, the filing never expires. So, my expiration date is all nines across the board.
Speaker A
Interesting. Very interesting. Yeah. Congratulations, brother. For real. For real. You ever heard of uh Avery over at the 0%?
Speaker A
I have not. Oh, okay. Yeah, Avery's a really good guy as far as like trust and everything is concerned as well. We kind of utilize his his trust process.
Speaker A
Uh yeah, but very cool. Very cool. Okay. Yeah, for sure. For sure. Anybody else want to come up and make any announcements for anything that's been going on this week or in the past couple weeks or just something you want to
Speaker A
share before we kind of dive into everything? Yeah, found out yesterday I had the call from Adville police. Uh that job I got fired from in Kentucky as far as I is what I found out is a one party state as
Speaker A
far as recording. So, I had audio recordings and there's an eavesdrop uh thing basically what says if uh it's illegal if you plan a device or leave device and walk away to try to get uh recorded conversation, but I was with
Speaker A
my device all the time and all the recordings because of the verbal abuse and uh a bunch of other things at went on where I used to work. So, this cop calls me and uh we went through it and I
Speaker A
told him, "Look, this I've got some I got a case open with EEOC and uh I don't know really what all I can talk about because I hadn't talked to them and the cop knew, you know, about if you in
Speaker A
Kentucky, if you have your recording device on you during the conversation, if you don't walk off and leave it, you know, that it's legal." And I'm still looking up court cases and stuff. I might get an iron with you, Cam, to kind
Speaker A
of help me uh if I not need to start filing things. So the cop last thing he said was, "So if I get a subpoena, I won't find that you left your device anywhere alone and tried to record a a secret uh or, you
Speaker A
know, tried to record a conversation while I was out of the room." I told him I said I done everything lawful and everything I followed the law. So that's why I left him with. So now thinking well Monday
Speaker A
do I need to just take a trip down to Eddieville and talk to that cop and let him hear the recording say you can hear me. You can hear what's going on. Here's my verbal views. Here's this. Here's
Speaker A
that. Or do I just need to wait and uh see if he does get his opinion?
Speaker A
Maybe it look better on me if I just go and say, "Hey, you know, save you the trouble from getting a subpoena. This is what I have recording." And this is why I recorded it because oh, there's a lot
Speaker A
of uh uh ne negligence that even put the public in danger with Clark Pra. So, that happened uh yeah, yesterday, Friday evening.
Speaker A
Very interesting. Yeah, I've been seeing you be making some calls. been was very busy yesterday and then this morning, you know, break. But yeah, bro, we'll get into it. Definitely take a look at everything and and and see exactly
Speaker A
what's going on. You know, for me, when it comes down to a one party state, I already think that's illegal anyways. I can record anything I want to record. At least that's my understanding of it. Um, yeah. I don't I don't know. I don't
Speaker A
know. I just, you know, and to me, uh, if a if somebody does it to see the intent, my intent was to my intent is to build a record for the negligence and the danger to the public and the verbal abuse and all this. Uh,
Speaker A
Kucky's got laws against equal for all employees. So, you know, there was one guy that had to wear steel toe boots and everybody else did. One guy could uh, you know, scream, holler, and cuss at me. But then I've got a recording where
Speaker A
the boss says I have a uh the Texas sticker with a rattlesnake. I had it on my truck. Didn't damage anything or anything. And he come to me and I have the report where well, he said, "Well, that might offend somebody." And I'm
Speaker A
thinking, you're going to let a coworker cuss me? super glue my uh tablet together and mess me and uh the same guy that done that urinated in another coworker's gloves because they had an argument but he gonna come at me and
Speaker A
there's so much oh man but this guy he's a fire chief of Eddieville and he's just like the governor he made comments well if you hit me it's a pony I'm fire chief you'll go to jail he's like he he's like
Speaker A
king he can do anything he wants to anybody body and nobody can touch it.
Speaker A
I had to go to therapy because of all the stuff three times and then they fired me and kept the guy that pissed in the guy's work gloves.
Speaker A
That's wild. Yeah. It's It's a story out there, man. Yeah. And during all that, I stayed calm. I got recording.
Speaker A
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, it's I mean it's your it's your duty at this point to make sure that doesn't happen.
Speaker A
I mean that's that doesn't happen again. Right. Like Right. And one of the audio recordings I got is with a coworker, a great guy. And uh so semi brakes are adjustable. Uh they're supposed to be greased. The little uh I don't know how if I have any
Speaker A
CD holders in here, but uh so you got to grease the slack. They're like a ratchet. Just like a regular ratchet.
Speaker A
When you use them and the brake pads wear down, they're supposed to ratchet up and keep the brakes adjusted. There's one trailer, and I've got everything written down that I told him multiple times, hey, the brakes need to be
Speaker A
adjusted on this trailer because weighing 75,000 lbs. When I went to apply the brakes, the tractor, I could feel those brakes apply, but I could feel the trailer push me. And I only pulled that trailer once. When I brought
Speaker A
that to him, I said, "Man, these some of these trailers won't even won't even pass a DOT inspection." All he would do was get mad. He act like it come out of his pocket and he never done anything
Speaker A
about it. And I got evidence of that air leaks. Uh yeah. So, uh the odds are stacking in him and they know. See, I talked to the VP. I've got a recording of the BP and uh I let him listen to a audio recording
Speaker A
of me getting cursed. Plus, over a year ago at the last safety meeting uh in 2025, I sent an email to Pasadena, Texas to Clark Crate describing what was in it and I sent an audio recording so they knew the
Speaker A
corporate office knew that I was doing audio recordings and I told the corporate office that Kentucky is a one party state. So the corporate office have known for over a year and all a sudden now you know they get
Speaker A
mad. They they probably got their butt jump down here in Edville. Got a big butt chewing about it and now they want to retaliate.
Speaker A
Well, we're going to be rebutting that and coming back with it. You dig what I'm saying? Coming back, right? And the cop wouldn't tell me who did it. Uh and when he called me, I was like, "Man, I don't even work there
Speaker A
anymore." He's, "Oh, I thought you still work there." I said, "No, they fired me back in March." So, yeah.
Speaker A
Good stuff. Bring out the steam roller, baby. Yeah, we're gonna have to. And I hate to be this way. Oh, go ahead.
Speaker A
Sorry. No, you're good. No. Yeah. If you Hey, we got to come with it. If they come in with this, I you know, I hate to be this way, but you know, uh if there's he there's something that has to be done with that
Speaker A
boss that will not for better term uh get in his pocket or some way or he has to change or he has to get fired because you got a 70,000lb semi rolling 70 75 mph down the road and the trailer brakes are not
Speaker A
working. It's a scary feeling. which I was only doing about 45 and I noticed it. But this guy's a fire chief, so there's no telling how many wrecks that he works a year with semis that are working in good
Speaker A
condition. Like couple years ago, there was a driver that wasn't paying no attention and run through like on a beautiful summer day, not a cloud in the sky, run through like seven or eight cars and like killed one. I think
Speaker A
somebody got burned up and he won't do the maintenance to keep the semi safe.
Speaker A
Oh, there's so much negligence. I hope the state gets involved and prosecutes him criminally.
Speaker A
So anyway, yeah, it sounds like a pretty crazy situation. I mean, you've been keeping us fairly updated with everything, so I I you know, you know, I want to be able to to help as far as uh or or any of us
Speaker A
as much as possible. Um situations, you know, so Number one, what I want to do first off before we get into the secondary and then jump into doubleR is I wanted to let y'all know, of course, we got the Magnimity uh
Speaker A
Magnanimity Festival. This is going to be the last 5 days in September. Uh it's going to be an all-inclusive event. Like literally all inclusive. So once you once you got your tickets, you're taken care of. I'm talking about tents. I'm
Speaker A
talking about food. Everything's taken care of completely 100%. Again, this is going to be in the last 5 days of September. It's going to be in Walnut Grove. Where you at, Kane? You still in this thing? Kane.
Speaker A
Kane's still in this thing. Yep. And um yeah, we're going to be doing it at Kane's property. Yeah.
Speaker A
Yep. I'm in here. Yeah. Kane's got some property out here. Uh if you're not cool with tents or anything like that, you know, you can get your ass in Airbnb or something like that if you want to. Towns are like 10
Speaker A
minutes away. There's two different towns there. There's a bed and breakfast pretty close in Walnut Grove and then Springfield's maybe about 20 minutes away. Got got everything anybody would want.
Speaker A
Yeah. So, I mean, either way you want to do it, but we got quite a few guests coming in. I know Kevin Close is going to be coming in and speaking. Uh, Minister Better is going to be coming in
Speaker A
and speaking and I'm working on your ride Brandon right now and some other individuals. It's going to be pretty cool. Um, so we're letting you know right now the Magnimity Festival is going to be the last five days in
Speaker A
September. We're going to have a DJ. We're going to have everything's going to be all inclusive though. So, y'all be prepared for that one to make an announcement for that. Then secondary, what's coming up is this week uh at the
Speaker A
beginning of the week, we started pushing out uh the traffic law reform or right to travel bill pretty heavily. Uh what we did is we went ahead and introduced uh one in Washington. We went ahead and submitted one in Florida. Um
Speaker A
we went ahead and submitted one I think New York as well as Did we do Michigan?
Speaker A
No, I didn't do Michigan yesterday. So we left off on New York. Now, of course, again, these are what we do is we include the bill, right? We include the uh bill fiscal note as far as the analysis of income or the revenue that's
Speaker A
being generated, right? And then we also reach out to 10 conservatives. I think for New York, I was able to reach out to 12 different conservative uh representative legislators and senators.
Speaker A
Uh so, we're sending out these emails. What's pretty interesting is when I went ahead and did one for when I went ahead and did one for Washington, uh, someone's watching, right? And the haters watching and they went ahead and saw who I sent emails to,
Speaker A
figured out those emails, and then they went ahead and sent out their email themselves pretty much hating and and saying that Cameron Wilson falsely believes that a driver's license puts restrictions on his right to travel and just hating. I urge you to reject this
Speaker A
proposal as it has no merit for what he is proposing. Um, and you know, we just already got haters out there emailing.
Speaker A
So, if any of these states as we're moving forward with, uh, submitting, if y'all feel inclined and you have some some time to reach out to representatives, make some calls to some of the representatives, um, and just voice your opinion, please do so because
Speaker A
we do need the support of the people. Uh, it's not just power in here and the people are Operation Wise that's going to make this happen. This is going to be the nation. Um, this is not again to
Speaker A
just say outright that the roads are just free for everybody to speed and do whatever the hell they want. No, you still must abide by safety. You still must abide by caution. You still must abide by uh traffic signs and or or and
Speaker A
all that good stuff. But the eligibility for police to make arrests um and to give citations not for just having certain registration and things like that, we're trying to throw out the window. Okay? We're trying to save the
Speaker A
people from getting this egregious actual crimes that are being committed against the people uh to be eliminated because we all have the right to travel freely as that is a god-given inalienable right. Um and we're going to stand on that. Uh and there's nothing
Speaker A
that can stop it. Um so leaving off on there, I wanted to introduce uh Robert Ritzman. Hello, Robert. How are you doing brother?
Speaker A
I'm living the American dream. Hey, that's good to hear. That's good to hear. Robert, first off, why don't you give an introduction to yourself as long- winded as you want uh and then we'll kind of get into some of the
Speaker A
topics that you want to speak about. I'll just uh I'll keep I don't like talking about myself much, but um I'm 65 right now, but 11 years ago, the state of Washington corporation um charged me with 17 felonies mainly
Speaker A
for medical cannabis. And this is a medical cannabis state, but a lot of it had to do with my background. I have I've been I'm a commercial contractor, been licensed all across the United States.
Speaker A
And um some of the things I got into um I had to, you know, basically um sit down with the FBI and and get some things done because of the contracts I got into, but it caused a lot of grief
Speaker A
to the legal system. So there's they blacklisted me, black ballalled me. There's a difference in blacklisting and black ball. Blacklisting is commerce.
Speaker A
Black ball is society. And uh but in the meantime because of this, I I got sick and I chose um medical cannabis as a as a remedy. I don't I don't I don't you know I I don't agree with the um the medical society
Speaker A
with what they're doing. So, so they came after me pretty hard and it ended up where I got the prosecutor in in prison. I got the deputies in prison. I got the county charter. I basically state of Washington corporation lost
Speaker A
their charter January 12h 2025. So when you Oh, go ahead. So what's happening there is a lot of you know and almost all what's going on is based on grammar and and shipping laws. So learning how learning learning
Speaker A
what grammar is learning what grammar is how to properly read and how to properly write and and the biggest key is what society do you belong to and if you know these are the keys to having your immunity to where you'll be
Speaker A
put on a do not detain list. Now, one of the things that happened to me, I did so much damage. I'm still on a wrecking ball path. I'm still pissed off at what they did, but um they put me on an
Speaker A
international protected person list. So, you know, and that means no no corporate official can talk to me without permission unless I unless I initiate it.
Speaker A
Okay. That's that's a lot of that's a lot of that's a lot of information you just gave us there, but keep going. Keep going. I'll wait for questions. So it all depends on what you what you want.
Speaker A
You know, most people just just want, you know, to get out of liability with what's happening. You know, you get the Amish, you get the Jewish communities and the Mormon communities and, you know, a lot of the Indian tribes, they
Speaker A
don't want to be part of the United States corporation. It's it's it's too dangerous. It takes, you know, you you don't have a you don't have a God, a creator, and you don't have any right.
Speaker A
And you got these army personnel called police and deputies and state troopers running around trying to um trying to rob you or they do rob you and then you know it's very it's getting very dangerous right now here in America.
Speaker A
So but getting on a do not detain list is a um a big key that you understand and it's all based on understanding um banking and contracting laws. This was all it's all wrapped around that learning what shipping is. The courts
Speaker A
have a shipping clerk. It's not a court clerk, it's a shipping clerk. And just like mailing a letter, okay, the contract doesn't get moved. It doesn't start to move until the clerk puts the court seal on it. No order is real until
Speaker A
there's a court seal on it. And this is what I do with people with child support all the time because child support is is a criminal act. Okay? And child court, child support, you know, child family court is there is no such thing. And
Speaker A
they will never put an order on child support, child custody. Never. So all these orders, if you look at your own state constitution, you meant to say a label.
Speaker A
You said they'll never put an order on the shipping label. You meant to say a label.
Speaker A
That label there. Okay. Every order in order for it to be real, in order in order for it to have authority of a court where a law enforcement can act on it, must have a raised seal on it. Must.
Speaker A
Not a not an ink stamp, nothing like that. Yeah. the seal, the raised seal. That's That's the law.
Speaker A
I just got a buddy in Texas um child support dismissed a non-suit dismissal with a single motion to where child support itself uh gave the dismissal through the case using a specific on what you're on the things you're talking
Speaker A
of. Well, if you, you know, if you look at Marbo versus Madison 1793, you know, um, the chief justices were looking at the commissions that, you know, um, Marble wanted his commission to be a the police of New York City. So,
Speaker A
I think there was 22 or 27 men that were commissioned to be police. But, um, and they all had the they all had the seal on it, the the president's seal.
Speaker A
So the basically there was some backdoor dealing on that that case but so but they wouldn't you know basically they wouldn't make it they weren't going to make a decision on it because um they did they were they were properly
Speaker A
commissioned by the president of the United States at the time to be to be police officers of Washington DC. But I think there was so much if you do this we're going to do this to you um because
Speaker A
they all backed down. But that's a very important case to learn about how the courts have to operate to have authority. Now, every contract must have a court and must have a authority behind it. It must have police, deputies, um, state troopers. It
Speaker A
has to have the or the US Marshall, you know, or the calvary or, you know, the US Army. So, you have a you have a city court, they got police. You have a county court, they got deputies, and
Speaker A
sometimes the state troopers. You have a military court, they have the, you know, their their their military personnel.
Speaker A
Um, you have a a treasury court, they got the secret service. So all these really these are the venues dealing with what contract you're in. Now every venue has has they have limits and their limits are that's their their
Speaker A
surveys on where their c where their their city is, where their county is, where their state is, where the United States are. Okay? So, there's a difference now between a town and a city. The town has boundaries on the
Speaker A
land. The city is only in a is only in is only in the the um city hall where the courtroom is. That's the only place the city is. And so what they're doing, they're using a a a system where the
Speaker A
police are part of a military. the the government is using a calendar called Gregorian where they are using a 1212 clock 12 hours for the morning 12 hours for the evening where the military uses a 24-hour clock for the whole day. So
Speaker A
they're whole they're they're militaries are using maritime law and the um Gregorian system is mostly admir law.
Speaker A
That's this is the purpose of you don't have standing unless you're a whole man.
Speaker A
This is why every attorney will always always announce and if it's not rebutted, I'm here on behalf of a client.
Speaker A
You don't want to be behalf. You want to come in whole. In order to be whole, you have to have knowledge. And this is where your freedom comes from is your knowledge of how the system works.
Speaker A
Right? So to be whole, you have to know where you're standing. Are you standing on paper or are you standing on the the ground, the soil?
Speaker A
Right? So they have evidence that your feet are on paper at birth. They put your feet on paper and you've been standing on you've been standing on paper.
Speaker A
So and this is part of what's happening when you're not born in a hospital and you're not registered and then there's no birth certificate. Certificates show the society that you belong to.
Speaker A
So if you look at a birth certificate, usually they're in all caps and it's registered with the Supreme Court clerk.
Speaker A
And when police when they go when they get their policing certificate, it's written in proper English and it's a maritime contract. And this is why they're using a 24-hour clock and you're using a split 12:00.
Speaker A
Very interesting. One of the things that you were mentioning were charters. Could you speak further in relation to charters?
Speaker A
in shipping, you know, I don't care if it's a aircraft charter, if it's a, you know, a shipping charter for a vessel, if it's a rail charter, you know, everything has a charter and it it designates the way. So, and this way is
Speaker A
a is like a is like a trail on the land for a shipping charter. you have the way and um so the charter is what allows them to um operate international commerce basically and they're giving that's the contract the policy that
Speaker A
they're operating under. So like the for the United States of America um 1787 ratified in 1792 the charter there the incorporation for the United States of America was stating that they were going to recognize through the bill of rights
Speaker A
the separation between the artificial world the title of an artificial entity nomair versus a man and then when we got to 1871 where now they created the United States corporation and that that's when it went into maritime time. So now they have a
Speaker A
duality here. We got the admiral and we got the maritime. So that's when we got the 14th amendment, the the artificial person for contract because now if they up until that time they had we recognized the the shipping and we
Speaker A
recognized man is not you can't ship a man otherwise it's considered slavery and that's punishable by the death penalty. But in 1871, they got that corrected and they they they put everybody into quote a military status where you your title is like a mister or
Speaker A
a do with a comma. The the punctuation is a title in international law that gives them the the right to do it. And then when we got into the bankruptcy, they they brought in the trust and that's the trust became the Social
Speaker A
Security Administration where what they did was John Henry do become John H. do all caps and that designated the trust at that time. Um the trust changed in 2007 when Queen Elizabeth II went bankrupt. She couldn't she had to put
Speaker A
the trust of the United States into receiverhip and it went John H period do all cap.
Speaker A
Well John H period do the H period do the H with a period in it that's designates that that's an agent to Washington DC. So you became an employee of Washington DC in 2007.
Speaker A
In July 2025 and COVID hit um Friday the March 13th, John Trump, John Donald J. Period Trump, the agent for Washington DC put United States um into um receiverhip of FEMA. So he wasn't in control of it. And then what
Speaker A
happened? It changed the legalities of the trust once again. And then in July 2025, the Social Security Administration shut down, reopened in in uh August and came out. Now it's John Henry Doe all caps as you know, one name. That is the
Speaker A
new trust name as of as of August 2025. But the state what they done, those are federal trust names. Um now the state has jurisdiction over John H. Period do.
Speaker A
So but they they ended that. So now what the state is doing, if you look on a lot of these traffic citations, the uh driver's license, line one is surname on your driver's license. Line two is is John Henry. So all caps and there's a
Speaker A
separation there. That's where the comma comes in. But because the states no longer have a contract with with the franchise of the United States um corporation, what they've done is they created a new trust called John Doe, all
Speaker A
caps. And I won't allow them to do that. Damn. So, they're bringing you in on a shipping charge and they're using a trust name. They can't do that. They have to use a titled trademark name and this is the this is the registration of
Speaker A
a birth certificate and it has, you know, and it has to have a it has to have punctuation in it. And Mr. period do or a do, John um John Henry all caps has to be something along that line.
Speaker A
I've seen all across the United States the last 5 years I've seen courts trying to use John Henry Doe in a traffic citation and there's they're offer they're offering jail time and I always turn them into the FBI for doing that
Speaker A
because you can't do that and you know and this is the thing about it you can't legally you can't put a trust name in the mail okay it has to be service hand to hand so what they're doing on the
Speaker A
envelope okay um if you put a trust name if you put it on If you write the trust name on an envelope, do comma John Henry all caps on the envelope. That's a crime. So what they're doing on all
Speaker A
trusts and utilities or trust, they're putting it they're putting the the statement or the the letter um and they're putting a window on the envelope. So there's nothing on the envelope. So what's happening? They're they're mailing a blank envelope with a
Speaker A
contract inside. So and this is the issue with the car. The car has windows. Okay? The car is the letter. The envelope is the license plate. So when you have a Washington license plate, all caps, Washington designates the Department of
Speaker A
Transportation. The driver's license says Washington, all caps. That designates Department of Transportation. So that's shipping. So I called out Washington 6 years ago. They were putting temporary registrations on the outside or on the inside of the car.
Speaker A
They were they were they they were uh um taping the the temporary registration on the inside. You can't put the envelope on the inside of the letter. It can't be done. So that's when they changed everything. Now they give you a a 30-day
Speaker A
plastic temporary registration. It has your VIN number, has your make, your model, has all the information of that vessel, and then you voluntarily have to bolt it on the outside of the car.
Speaker A
That's proper shipping. because then I get wings so cozy. Well, I don't mind the system of statutory because I'm out of it, you know, and I got remedy for everything.
Speaker A
It's just like you all are trying to figure out how to do the contract and get remedy where we don't, you know, there is no money, so there is no remedy. So, we're playing monopoly and if you're on the board, you do not pass
Speaker A
gold and you go to jail. If you're off the board, then you roll the dice, you know, and you're always looking for numbers to to, you know, you know, collect property, pieces of cards, and have other people come onto your
Speaker A
property and and uh get a trespass and bankrupt them. And at the end of the game, however long it may be, you own everything. All the money and all the property belongs to you. Now, the game's over. That's what that's exactly what's
Speaker A
happening today. We're playing Monopoly. You're right. We are playing Monopoly. there is no money.
Speaker A
So every society in order to have a society in order to be sovereign there's three three mandatory things. Okay? You must have a language, you must have a law and you must have a creator and you must know what they are. Okay? So you
Speaker A
got to have those three things. But what you've done here in America, what we've done is we went to the United States and we turned everything into the public.
Speaker A
And the public means corporation. So you go to a public hospital and you have a birth and you you know then they the hospital is a foundry where they they claim the baby they take the baby away from the mother put it into an
Speaker A
incubator a squared the square box and that's the shipping box the six-sided shipping box. of the execut six six means executive status and um anyway they uh they make a claim and they they usually what they do they make a claim
Speaker A
on parentria where you are the orphan and you know so and everything goes into Colombia um and here in United States we have District of Columbia they have British Columbia South America they got Colombia and um Colombia is a definition
Speaker A
for where they hold the orphans In Italian, Columbbo is the white dove, which is a symbology of the orphan.
Speaker A
Columbus is a man that collects the orphans and puts them in Colombia. So, this is how they're they're gaining jurisdiction over the orphans. And this is where they have the right to talk for you is you're is you're claiming they're
Speaker A
claiming that you're orphaned and they have been protecting you that and your protection is you're your your value as a future taxpayer or the taxpayer right because it goes back to uh Thomas Jefferson's uh lending uh he created so he created a
Speaker A
lending for future value of his slaves. And that's where they came up with the social security number.
Speaker A
And I don't mind I don't mind the system. I don't like the administrative attorneys that have they've gotten so goddamn greedy.
Speaker A
They're robbing everybody. They're robbing your homes, your cars, your family. You know, they're robbing you on the road. You know, they're they could raise and lower taxes, you know. So, if you're working, your wages are now being, you know, I mean, the tax has
Speaker A
just gotten ridiculous. The other tax they're doing is inflation and we've all seen that in the last five years, right?
Speaker A
But what what's happened over the last 50 60 years the work the you know they call it under the table working for cash under the table. So you you go work for somebody and they pay you cash and it
Speaker A
doesn't go into a bank account. It doesn't get doesn't get recorded. So now that cash can be used that those are wages and it cannot be depleted depleted. I've got, you know, there's a real good case, um, Credit Creek, uh, I
Speaker A
think it's Minnesota 1960, 1967 or ' 69 where the judge in that was offered was give was given two $1 bills, Federal Reserve notes for remedy and the judge refused to take it. And he put the serial numbers of the Federal Reserve in
Speaker A
the case and he goes, "No, I can't take this. This has no value." Because the gentleman was arguing value of land.
Speaker A
But and this is where we have, you know, this the artificial world, the court, you know, they don't rec they they removed remedy with gold and silver money, so they don't recognize it anymore. But in the meantime, I look at
Speaker A
it like they just shot themselves in the foot with me. Okay. So, you without remedy, they have no jurisdiction. Without jurisdiction, you try to proceed. You know, this is this is a this is a harassment and a trespass,
Speaker A
right? Rule 604. Rule 60B4. Void judgment. Rule 60B4. Void judgment. Acting without jurisdiction. Yeah. So, a lot of I said, you know, I mean, I' I've been I've talking with gurus up in Canada. Um, Riley Bet um and
Speaker A
you know, he went to jail for it. But um he I you know I can't a lot of see what happens in in law is we have these corporations and most people don't understand almost every city in in in
Speaker A
the United States started out as a private city where investors went in and they built all the businesses and then just hired employees and it's a private city. They hired their own you know they hired their mayor they hired their own
Speaker A
police the police chief and it's a private city. Okay. and almost all on on the west from from uh um Kansas, Nebraska all the way to the west um the railroads were paid by by uh the treasury to put in the railroad tracks.
Speaker A
And the railroad had their own mail. It was it was a railroad railroad mail system and railroad and railroad mail depots. And this is where the term being railroaded came from because the the shipping was railroad 100% of the
Speaker A
shipping was done by the railroad. There was no United States of America involved in it. It was all private railroads and this is where they but what they did was the railroads put in railroad depots wherever they could make money. Mining
Speaker A
towns were great um farming communities to move their crops around, logging communities to move the uh product of of logs across the United States. So these men building the railroads were getting were getting very wealthy. And then the
Speaker A
other half was every other mile square mile the Congress or the Treasury was giving them the land. So the the treasury is custodian of all land within the United States of America and the secret huh and the secret service is the authority
Speaker A
behind all that and people don't use them you know I find that amazing but anyway so I you know I basically learned what the government was that a little more on on the treasury or on the uh the and part of that that you
Speaker A
were just talking about. Okay. To get into a lot of this, um, prior to the United States of America, kings and queens across Europe, um, were titling land. Okay? Now, in order to own land, a loyal title, you must have a
Speaker A
private court. There's there's never been a private court on on America, North America, Central America, South America, because there's never been a sovereign ruler. All the sovereign rulers are in Europe. Now to be a sovereign ruler, you have to be an agent
Speaker A
of the Vatican. The Vatican claims all land of earth mainly because your savior abandoned you and the Vatican has claimed it. They so they claimed your they claimed the spirit of man and they claimed the land of planet earth. So all
Speaker A
the kings and queens and emperors, they all work under the Vatican. So that's the that's the nexus to all that. So all the you know so a lot of the land um created or that was claimed by um
Speaker A
England is all titled in a private court in London. Um France did a lot of claims here in and and their private court is Paris. Spain did a lot of claims and they're in Madrid. Um the Dutch did a
Speaker A
lot of claims. It's Amsterdam. And the term you know and this is where you can see what's happening here.
Speaker A
England is not over here on America. England is an island over there in the Atlantic.
Speaker A
What they've done is they created a term called new, new England. And they had new Spain, New France, New Amsterdam.
Speaker A
So new is like a quorum of three. And every time I see a threeletter word, I always have to check to see if it's quorum and what that quorum means. But new is basically a incorporation.
Speaker A
And incorporation is always shipping. So England captured or not captured they they started buying land. You see you can't you can't claim land unless you conquer it or negotiate. So the first the first English ships were negotiating with the Indian Indians for land because
Speaker A
one of the one of the easiest ways to gain sovereignty is when you have a contract of servitude. If your feet touch sovereign land it breaks all contracts. All the all the artificial contracts are now broken. So part of
Speaker A
this jurisdiction the corporation has is to keep you um distracted where you never claim your sovereignty. So this is part of what's going on with Cuba, Iran, and North Korea. Those are the last three places on planet Earth that don't
Speaker A
have contracts. They're not in artificial bankruptcy. This is why Donald Trump back in 2017, he visited North Korea and he walked on sovereign land and he broke all contracts.
Speaker A
This is why it's illegal for Americans to go like to Cuba. you're not allowed to go to Cuba, you know, because you break all contracts of servitude when you do that.
Speaker A
Now, one of the things that you had mentioned earlier uh to me in our conversation was that Washington is no longer a state. Could you elaborate on that?
Speaker A
Now, state of Washington proper English is okay. Part of grammar, part of learning how to read and write, we have an alphabet. We have 26 letters in the lower case and we have 26 letters in the uppercase. Now to have a society you
Speaker A
must have you must have a a way of writing because all contracts must be in writing. So the Latin okay has claimed the all caps. They created it. Man is given the lower case and what you've been taught in school is how to write a
Speaker A
proper noun. So you're using one one letter like you know like uh um um John capital J lowerase ON. So you mix two societies together. Now that's called a proper noun. Okay. Now prop is used for the everything we have here is artificial.
Speaker A
So it's called a seater. So what what they've done is in in public school corporation school they taught us how to keep writing contracts of servitude.
Speaker A
So when you have state of Washington all caps that designates a incorporation that is the supreme court that is the clerk that's the clerk of the supreme court is what that designates state of Washington all caps is the supreme court
Speaker A
clerk now we have state of Washington proper English where we have mixing of the two that's a joiner of man and the shipping so that's the that's the governor that's the legislators that's the attorney general they're joining the contracts of the artificial
Speaker A
world to the utility doing all the work carrying all the Federal Reserve notes man and then we have state all lowercase of Washington proper noun the state all lowercase that designates land so the state lowerase of Washington that's the
Speaker A
location of the capital of the corporation state of Washington proper English and then we have Washington proper English state lowercase that's the parks that's the land that's the location of the of the park system and then we have Washington proper noun
Speaker A
state proper noun and that's the joiner once again we're joining the land to the artificial world of shipping and that's where the senators are working the senators are the voice of the people in the land they're supposed to be
Speaker A
representatives they're doing a really crappy job of it and then we have Washington all caps that's the Department of Transportation. That's to shipping. That's why it's on the driver's license. It's on the It's on the license plate.
Speaker A
So, learning how to read, you can start understanding what they're doing. And I always catch the the clerks are dumb at this. And I always catch them in fraudulent contracts. And I always ask them, would you like to stand on this
Speaker A
contract or would you like to take the liability of it? Because what you're doing, you're doing mail fraud. That is that is a criminal offense and you can go to jail for it. But if you're trying to take away my freedom or my my my uh
Speaker A
property, my my wages, then that is rack that that's RICO racketeering. And if you're doing it intentionally, then you're going to go to jail for a very long time. If you don't know what you're doing, that's still constructive fraud.
Speaker A
I always go after the clerk for fraud. Always. So this is part of how you start breaking down the corporation, the state, and you start, you know, I always want in criminal cases, I always had people go to the capital, secretary of
Speaker A
state, and start getting the um certified copies of the state constitution. And this is where I have to go through and start seeing what the attorneys have done. All the original constitutions were written by the Freemasons. And how I know that is the
Speaker A
Freemasons use an alphabet called curses. They they copyrighted it in 1565. So all of our founding fathers were all Freemasons and they wrote the constitution in cursive. So but what's happening here in the United States and you know the attorneys are trying to
Speaker A
rewrite all the state constitutions and theater script. Tennessee was rewritten Oklahoma's rewritten here in the state of Washington. They tried in 2023. They couldn't do it. So I don't you know and I don't agree with that because it it
Speaker A
doesn't recognize ma'am gives you no remedy but they will they will you know they will beat this down try and enforce it with their police deputies and and state troopers.
Speaker A
So getting this these state charters, you know, and and outing the state as a criminal enterprise and then using the FBI, I said, listen, you know, all these states are franchise under the United States and if you're if you are participating
Speaker A
in a incorporated apartheid, then you're going to be held liable as as the states are. In the meantime, that's why you have a choice of either aiding in the betting via a parti or you can correct it correct these states whoever's
Speaker A
whoever, you know, whoever is doing this. So, if the governor's been given notice, the attorney general's been given notice, the county commissioners, the county manager, if they've been all given notice and they they proceed because they, oh, we've always done it
Speaker A
this way, then no, then I notify the courts of LAG because that's where apartheid is is heard, you know. Excuse me. I I hate to interrupt, but you you're touching on a bit on a very subject that I I've been
Speaker A
covering lately, but it goes towards the etmology as well and how were designed. You know, pretty much it's like it's apparent that your parents are pairs of renters because signature is signed in nature put together and then you sign your nature
Speaker A
over. You sell it because you're a product. Your mother's a ship and you're the product that's being sold to the state. And then the foot, you sell the soul and the foot touches that piece of paper before it could touch the land.
Speaker A
This is why wet foot, dry foot, like for Cubans and stuff exists like they're dead in the water if they're calling the water, but they're safe if they're on the land because then you go through the waters and your you sell your soul is
Speaker A
issued the social security number, the birth certificate number, which is the accountant, the routing number to the estate, which is the QIP. This is where like why you hear bond only comes from banking and uh if you go to jail and
Speaker A
um you go you know what I'm saying? So there's an etmology where you that's how you get a credit score too because that QIP number is tied to your state which is your trust and you know you just went over on how that is
Speaker A
held and who it is held by and for why. And then you know you're a shipman.
Speaker A
You're go through the waters like the ship and you're going to go through the canal your mother and then you're going to be and then you're going to your mother's going to give birth like a ship and then you're going to get docked by
Speaker A
the doctor. And the you know the it's the way in the way that it comes to the spelling because spells are what you pretty much are invoking. And the reason why cursive was taken out of elementary school to stop people
Speaker A
learning from how to spell bine or to use those things in the way that they do.
Speaker A
And uh um you know this is this is how it's all masked in there and we blindly are bred especially in the western world in this country to speak these things. You know like saying he's insane. Well he's
Speaker A
insanity. No we're out of it. He's independent. Well, he's independent, so nowhere of it. So, like, you know, I I'm sorry to interrupt. I just I just had to say because it goes towards, you know, the etmology and how it's masked in
Speaker A
there, especially through Masonic uh approaches. and he, you know, you're absolutely correct on all that stuff because me personally, uh, earlier this year, I went and pretended and went into the Mason's lodge and tried to join just to try to
Speaker A
reap some information and figure out what the hell they're really doing in there, but I ended up getting kicked out anyway. So, you know, I just, you know, it's an important thing that we pay attention to that and how it's even written down in
Speaker A
our emotions and the way legal ease binds into those things and they all bridge together and they work together.
Speaker A
And when we kind of learn to understand it at that, you know, in that type of sense, you you know, we we will all become more aware towards every single aspect of what we're approaching when taking on this venture
Speaker A
due to how hidden but in your face all the answers really are. Just like how when you find a a s, you know, like here I'm in Florida, Florida statute, so an emergency uh requires an injured party or damaged
Speaker A
property in order to turn on the the lights, your red and blue lights for a cop car. So every single time that that cop turns on his lights to pull you over and there there is no emergency and
Speaker A
those elements don't exist, he's violating Florida statute 316.507, I believe it is. So, you know what I mean? I just I wanted to throw that out there. I I love what you're saying. Uh you you know your real well and um you know, I'll
Speaker A
shut the up. Okay. Uh DoubleR, let me ask you this. How are we to utilize charters like you have?
Speaker A
Well, I mean, right now the state is operating on a charter. the county has a charter or they here in this state, you know, state of Washington, what used to be um they have different they have two different types of counties here. They
Speaker A
have chartered counties and home rule counties. The charter counties are independent and if they get sued, they have to pay for it themselves. the home rural counties, they decided that um if they if they get like um eight counties
Speaker A
in the state of Washington that are home rule, if one county gets sued for $100,000, then they all pitch in, all eight counties will pitch in for that $100 penalty that one county has received.
Speaker A
So, um and this is where I say, okay, well, you know, if if you all are going to pay for your racketeering, then that's fine with me. I don't care, you know, however you want to pay for it.
Speaker A
But um their charters you know they said these are corporations and there are you know and okay what real quick on admiraly law everything that says I in like insurance and you know indebt indebted um independent you know insane anything
Speaker A
within is admiraly law and it it's performance um anything that's in maritime law or lex merchantile is bonded okay bonds are for payments Okay. So, if you're doing a me on a contractor, so I'm licensed, I'm insured and bonded. I'm insured for for
Speaker A
my performance and I'm bonded for payment. And these are what people got in stand. And for me to bid, I have to be certified in order to be bid. So, if I'm not a licensed um contractor, then I
Speaker A
can't bid on property. I can't bid on jobs. Otherwise, I can get, you know, a lot of states will find me $5,000 if I'm bidding on jobs without being a contractor. So this is what you know um being certified bidder a insured for for
Speaker A
performance and bonded for um payment. And this shows the three styles of what's happening here. So you're standing you're you're going to be certified in standing. You're going to be insured for your performance and then you're going to be bonded for your
Speaker A
contract. And um um so this is a lot of what I do with these the courts as I go through risk management and I start looking for the indiscreances and if they're going to force a contract and they want to and they want to attach it
Speaker A
to me and have me liable and I've done this to judges. I've asked the judges, am I part of this contract? Yes, you are. Then I need the full contract. I we can't give it to you. Then that's a
Speaker A
violation of international law contracts. You will go to prison for that. And then they start oh I said your honor, I can't read your your name plate. What does it say? and they'll tell me say, "You know what? I don't
Speaker A
have anything to write. Can I have your business card?" And then I get their business card. A lot of times I'll get their all the court um judge's business cards and and the uh business cards, the prosecutor and clerk before I even start
Speaker A
anything that shows business cards show you're in business. If you're not licensed in the state and you have business cards and you're performing, that's a crime. So I I put them exactly to what they do me as a licensed
Speaker A
contractor. They have to be just they have to have everything for remedy that I have to have.
Speaker A
Beautiful. I don't play games. I don't go sideways with contracts. I'm I'm way been at this long way too long. I don't care. I don't give them any any leeway. The judges, prosecutors, um public defenders, and clerks bailless. Um they don't get any
Speaker A
leeway with me. None. It's very serious. Contracts never never contract ever in and never do any verbal contract. Never.
Speaker A
because you can't understand what they're what's going on when you when they when they walk in and they say, you know, John French Kennedy, okay, is that lower case? Is that proper English? Is that all uppercase? You don't know. So,
Speaker A
you don't know what society they're they're yelling out. I always do this. Can I see what you're can I see what you're writing? Can I see the name in writing? And they won't give it to you.
Speaker A
So, I will hold up a piece of paper with John Henry Doe and all lowercase. Your honor, I'm part of this society and this is a shipping court. So if you have something if you have a presentment written like this in your birthing
Speaker A
pouch, please give it to me and I can and we will attend to it. But if you don't have it, then you're wasting my time.
Speaker A
Okay. So let's say they do present over a charging document. How would one move about uh once uh an information or charging document has been presented?
Speaker A
Okay. So they they give you they give you a charging document that says or do comma John Henry all caps. I recognize that name that's on a birth certificate and at the top of that birth certificate there's two names up there state of
Speaker A
Washington all cap and department of health vital statistics. Those are the grantors to that name and in law those grtors are liable for all debt. So we have the registered general. So why don't we send him the bill and you know
Speaker A
with proof of claim the registered general can settle the debt with a promisory note or a bill of exchange and it's all backed by the department of treasury. I don't care we go but now if you attach that to a trust and that all
Speaker A
trust violations are jailable events and this is what Todd Allen dwells touching on is is have you given me all the information to authorize this? No. And am I the authorized signature on the social security? Yes, I am. I'm not not
Speaker A
my social security trust because I'm, you know, because these are all artificial, but I but it does have something to do with me because my wages go into it.
Speaker A
And this is where I start barking at the Social Security Administration, board of trustees, say, "Hey, there's some problems going on here. I won't allow this to happen. No way. otherwise take me out of your goddamn system because
Speaker A
why would I why would I allow these these these these uh foreign administrators these foreign agents to this corporation this foreign you see what another thing people don't understand and the war of 1812 u England came England was mad at America for not
Speaker A
making payments on the debt you know we weren't making payments on the on the debt of the revolutionary war bought the debt from France you know John Benjamin Franklin um July 1st, 1775. Started the post office. Actually, he started two.
Speaker A
He started the one in in um Independence Square, Pennsylvania, and he started the one in Ontario, Canada. Afford to start two countries.
Speaker A
Now, how did a French attorney start two countries in one day? But he did. And he borrowed money from the Bank of Paris to get America going. And then so that's actually when I believe that the concept of a incorporation United States of
Speaker A
America started was Benjamin Franklin July 1st 1775. But um no payments were made on that um 1.6 million Franks that they borrowed.
Speaker A
So a year later um France filed bankruptcy on the United States of America for the United States of America and 3 days later with the recision law nobody answered to it. So it went into place. So United States of America when
Speaker A
everything at 8:00 in the morning um United there was no company or no incorporation. So by 2:00 in the afternoon when they did the independence or declaration of independence, it was null void. Funny So you did mention you did mention Todd.
Speaker A
Do you agree with Todd or a lot of it? Yeah. But I'm waiting for Todd to perfect it where he can start winning cases um on on a regular basis.
Speaker A
Now you you you've spoken with Todd. How do you feel about him? I said you mean um I don't mind Todd, you know. I mean I you know this is I have problems you know like that every anybody has a right to start learning
Speaker A
law and start using law. A few years ago, Todd didn't have any wealth. And then now that he's got into got into the social media celebrity status, you know, people are paying him. He offered to take care of my, you know, or start help
Speaker A
me out with some of my legal issues, but, you know, it was going to cost about $50,000.
Speaker A
So, you know, a few years ago, Todd was broke and now he's, you know, he's has quite a bit of wealth now. He's living in a $1.1 million condo and he's buying Corvettes and Porsches with cash and you
Speaker A
know and um he's you know so a lot of people are giving him a lot of lot of wealth but I don't know if they're getting remedy with it as far as he's just another David leer straight you
Speaker A
know claiming that he has all the answers and nobody's you know nobody's getting remedy same with Annabon right you know I don't know if anybody's ever gotten a remedy with Annabon right right because everything she She may be 90 95%
Speaker A
right, but there's 5% wrong. So, you know, that's what that's a breach in a contract. If you can't and that's what if you can't find that breach, then you'll lose the contract. I've gone through a lot of her stuff and found
Speaker A
breaches in it. And that's mainly because she has attorneys um going through her paperwork, making sure there's always a mistake in it. Always.
Speaker A
And a lot of it's a lot of it's grammatical on grammar. So, you've mentioned some things such as being in contact with the FBI, using the FBI to your advantage, and then also becoming or being uh an internationally
Speaker A
protected person. Could you elaborate and speak a little bit more on that? Yeah, you know, right now, if you're going to make a claim of of, you know, there's a violation of law or whatever, you can't do it anonymously and you
Speaker A
can't do it over the phone because you can't do business on the phone. So, I've had I have had a lot of people, you know, um they're being injured. So, I have them go to the FBI's office and
Speaker A
claim a hate crime and they have evidence of it. What's happening, especially if you already got your status um claimed as a American national where you have your rights, you're rec your rights are recognized.
Speaker A
So, um so, you know, they sit down with all the evidence. A lot of times, you know, they they get thrown out of the FBI's office. lot of you know FBI's office are not they're not all the same.
Speaker A
Some FBI agents are good and some are being instructed not to listen to people. So it depends on you know so a lot of times we might have to go to a couple different FBI offices to get the
Speaker A
get it on the record but you sit down with them you lay out the paperwork. A lot of times they will call me up and I you know and I got all the paperwork and uh I will talk with the FBI for
Speaker A
somebody. they give me permission to speak for them and I will go through the the the violations of international shipping. Usually that's what it is is shipping or hate crimes. So when you're a American national the um driving codes
Speaker A
don't apply to you, you know, um if you want heroin, cocaine, methampetamine, cannabis, um long as it's a natural product, they can't they can't touch you. And that's what happened with me is um a lot of it is because my home is on Spanish land.
Speaker A
So the courts are the courts are British. They didn't have jurisdiction over the land. I was born in France and um I'm my my certificate is not with the states. So all 50 states have no jurisdiction over me. So I knew, you
Speaker A
know, I figured that part out real quick within very quickly. And then I got into the contract very for arraignment. And I that's when I I actually won the case during arraignment, but they didn't know it. But what happened was they ended up
Speaker A
killing my animals, which that's what got me on so riled up is they killed my sheep and they killed my dogs.
Speaker A
So that part there I won't forgive them for. So that that's what I decided to be a businessman and take away their charter, go after them. So that's what I did. I just started hammering down on them. And you know, when I walked into
Speaker A
the FBI's office and sat down, I said, "This is what's wrong with the courts." And they go, "What are you charged with?" I said, "I'm not here for the charges. I'm here for the put the courts in order." So, I'm contracting with
Speaker A
them. They were very puzzled with me. And then I finally, you know, they I said, "Well, what what are the charges?" Said, "Okay, you know, illegal manufacturer of marijuana, illegal possession of marijuana, blah blah blah blah blah." And I said, "But I don't
Speaker A
care about the charges cuz you know what I'm going to do is going to be something way different." So, they agreed that the courts were out of order. So, they came in and put the courts in order. And um
Speaker A
that's when I started I what I did. I set the whole state up as a criminal enterprise. Now, enterprise, if you if you recognize the word en like endorse, is foreign. Okay? That someone's going to give you something when you endorse
Speaker A
something. So, when you enterprise, they're going to ener is the land and p r i s e is vessel. So, they're that's what they're they're giving you. A land vessel is the enterprise.
Speaker A
But if you're a starship enterprise enterprise, now star is where you put the spirit of man. So a starship enterprise is is kind of interesting what they did. And this is all this stuff is well known what they're doing
Speaker A
for, you know, people people of knowledge, people of education. But it ended up where um the FBI got everything, you know, started putting the courts in order. I started working the back door. I ended up having four attorneys. You know, I ended up getting
Speaker A
three, getting rid of three of them. And then the last one was a very good trial attorney, Aaron Py. And uh um it actually went to I got it into the first day of trial and um and that took about
Speaker A
I think about nine months like eight eight nine months to get in the first day of trial and that's when I got the prosecutor into mis in into a misconduct and the judge recognized it and everything got shut down and that's when
Speaker A
it all fell apart for the county. the state tried to um cover it over, hide everything, and because the FBI had already been investigating it for six months, um they they all got caught at it, and that's where they lost the
Speaker A
state. So, it all fell apart. It's criminal enterprise. Yep. How do we know they lost the state? Does that have to be um there have to be some public?
Speaker A
Well, because right now, isn't that right now there is no state of Washington proper English? We have a governor Ferguson gov.f Ferguson of Wah W, capital W, capital A. Doesn't say state of Washington. It's W. But if you
Speaker A
look up the postal codes, W is what the United States Post Office is using for what they call the Washington state. So they don't they can't use the state of Washington anymore. They can't use they don't have maritime law. They're using
Speaker A
PTO 100%. So, you saying that Washington State Incorporated isn't doesn't exist? Is that where you're getting at?
Speaker A
You were saying Washington State. Yes, Washington State Incorporated does exist. That's the Supreme Court and the clerks.
Speaker A
Okay. So, the land doesn't exist. No, the corporation. Okay. Oh, incorporation. Okay. Gotcha. Incorporation. State of Washington all caps is the incorporation of shipping proper English state of Washington.
Speaker A
Okay. That's the maritime corporation. Yes. All right. There's a difference there. You know incorporations are insurance shipping and corporations are contract or payment.
Speaker A
So are we talk about this national status because everyone has looked at what it is to be a national American state national state national whichever way you want to word that I don't even know there's probably a correct order
Speaker A
but do you need this status in order to receive all of this in order to sort of is that something you would more than recommend that you think is like necessary?
Speaker A
I would. Yes. Because your standing is key to all this. And that's that's through the secretaries of state, right? I mean, you send in your notice, you let them know, you make sure they got it.
Speaker A
You state clearly. And what is it called? Is it just state national? How about state citizen? I mean, helps condense.
Speaker A
Well, I'm down with that. But there's still a thing that you're reg that you're noticing them of. And I think it's the term is simply the national state national or state citizen, right? And one other thing I want
Speaker A
I I personally don't use anyone. I I'm just a man under my natural firmament of my creator. My creator is within.
Speaker A
Nothing gets in between me and my creator. I know how to write. I know how to read.
Speaker A
You said national. So I just want you to speak to that. This is something you said was a good idea. So just speak to the national part.
Speaker A
Well, you know, it's okay. When you learn truth, okay, I you know, I don't mind bantering with anybody when they when they have knowledge of truth. my language will start changing if I'll be more precise.
Speaker A
Okay, but when you're when you are writing, okay, all contracts must be in writing. And when you're writing, depends on how you're writing, you're claiming the society that you're in.
Speaker A
You're using all lowercase, you're you're a man on the land, you're you're using proper English, what people have been taught in school, you're in the theater. If you're using all caps, um then you're using dead Latin. Or there's
Speaker A
also another there's also what's called light Latin. So if you understand this, they gave remedy with dark Latin and light Latin. And you can look at the um um the Vatican when you're inside chambers, okay? Vatican is a big cross,
Speaker A
okay? It's a mask laying down, dead ship. If you're inside, there's a if you look at the writing on the walls, okay, they they use a certain type of of spelling. And if you're outside, you look up at at the top of the um rim of
Speaker A
the building, they have all the writing around the rim. There's a difference there. So if you look if you if you study that, you'll see how dead Latin is written, and you'll see how light Latin is written.
Speaker A
Now, if you have a private society called Freemasons, then you have your your cursive. If you study cursive, you'll start seeing that some letters go below the line and some letters, you know, do not. So in Latin, none of the
Speaker A
letters go below the line. But in cursive, some of the all caps letters go below the line. In lowercase um Roman style, um only a few of the letters go blind. You know, the G, the J, the Y,
Speaker A
the Q, and they hook to the left, they hook to the right. But there's a code to that. So that's the forbidden knowledge when you go below the line.
Speaker A
So the every alphabet is coded. So every society is at war with with another society and they they got codes for war. So you have to decipher them.
Speaker A
They're very easy to decipher. The the um the Roman numerology is coded and the um um the numerology that we use 0 to 9 is coded.
Speaker A
Right. So, I always like to I always like to tell people they tell you what they're doing. So, we all know what Area 51 is.
Speaker A
You know, that's Nellis Air Force Base where all the hidden knowledge is for UFOs and flying sauces. But they told us if you look at it, if you look at it closely, um 51 in Roman numerals is li.
Speaker A
And if you look at area is not area, it's aria. A ria lie. So they've been telling people for 70 years that that Area 51 is a real lie.
Speaker A
It's just like the judge is telling you that they're following the letter of the law. Now a letter T E R is a contract. A letter T O R is a love letter from a man. So I always have to define you know
Speaker A
why I think I'm I'm I am here on a letter. So a protester is a is is under jurisdiction of the corporation and you will go to jail. A protesttor is not under jurisdiction of the corporation and you will never go to jail being a
Speaker A
tax protester but you will always go to jail being a tax protester. Can you get back to the national just a lot of people here including me are real curious about you said and I agree you should be get your paperwork in order
Speaker A
and your status in order you I think you even called it status if you have a different word please say so to be American national these are two words they're very specific can you address them up and down yay or nay and all of
Speaker A
that in your mean right now I don't find um what the okay say like department of state they call it US national when you're you know every anybody and everybody doing a passport will be given a status of US national so there's a US
Speaker A
side which is a corporation and then there's a national side that you get you know that they recognize the right to migrate and there's a you know that's the big key right there migration versus immigration immigration you're looking
Speaker A
for a job with a corporation and migration you're free doing free trade, you know, you're and that's what they don't have jurisdiction over trade.
Speaker A
That's, you know, some of the big one of the most powerful courts in the United States is the international courts in in New York City of free, you know, trade courts. So, because without that, we wouldn't have life. I mean, I I like the
Speaker A
system of banking and bills of exchange because without it, we we wouldn't have So, but your status is okay because your parents, your grandparents, you know, they they didn't have the knowledge, you know, so they followed everybody else.
Speaker A
They went to the hospital, which is a military foundry. Um, churches are foundaries and fire stations are foundaries where they you they can accept abandoned babies. They had a baby. Um, they didn't know that they had to give notice to the to the hospital
Speaker A
that mom and dad were married. And in the church they had a covenant contract with the church that mom gave a a contract to the church that she would you know love and hold her husband and father gave a co you know gave a
Speaker A
contract a covenant to the church that he was going to you know love and hold his wife and protect his wife. Um they didn't you know in real marriage you don't give a vow to each other you give
Speaker A
a vow to the church. The vow is the quorum and people don't know that. So without doing that correctly, then they're claiming that you don't have knowledge. And I hate to interrupt you. I'm not giving no vow to no church. I'll give it to
Speaker A
God, but I'm not giving it to some man-made institution. I I hope that was like a mistake or like you were just speaking broadly.
Speaker A
No, I just I mean there's there's remedy in all this, okay? It doesn't matter how you do it as long as you know what you're doing. Okay? I mean, no, you don't have to go to church, but now you
Speaker A
have to have your people. So you can, you know, and this is the original marriage all around the world as you give notice to the the tribe that hey, I love this woman and we're going to we're going to have we're going to increase
Speaker A
the population of the tribe. So you men stay away from my wife and you women stay away from stay away from my man and we're going to produce children and we want we want this tribe to be strong. We
Speaker A
protect the tribe. We we share with the tribe and we make the tribe healthy and strong. You know, we don't have money in the tribe. We we go out and we kill a buffalo and we we divide it up. We don't
Speaker A
sell the meat to each other. We you know we go out harvest off the land and we share with everybody. We have extra extra robes and blankets to stay warm.
Speaker A
We we know if you're cold, here's one of my blankets. I got I got three too many.
Speaker A
So that's part of a part of knowing your people. So um and then your creator, you know, every every every group of man, they have their own belief on what the creator is. as long as you know it's not
Speaker A
the concrete firmament at the capital. So that's where they create the statutes for the artificial man.
Speaker A
And that's you know it's full see what they're doing they're they're using the uh the mythology of Osiris Isis Horus and Thet and if you have if you don't know what those those three gods are you should study it you know many authors as you
Speaker A
can but basically Osiris um is a good god his wife Isis is good and Seth is the brother of of of Oras and he's very jealous of Oras because he has a beautiful So ISIS kills Osiris, puts him in a
Speaker A
coffin and nails it up shut and um um sends it down the Nile. Sends them out to sea, but it doesn't go out to sea. It gets hung up on the bank and a tribe finds it. Well, ISIS is devastated that
Speaker A
his her husband's missing and word comes that this tribe found a coffin and um has her husband in it. So as Isis puts on a mask of a of a cow, goes to this tribe and becomes a servant to the king
Speaker A
and queen of this tribe to see if she can locate her husband. She does and when she locates her husband, she identifies herself as the goddess Isis and she wants her husband back. So they agree. Glad, can we keep the beautiful
Speaker A
coffin and you can have your husband? She said, great, I'll take it. So she transports her husband across the desert. Osiris to bring him back to life through ceremony and the got her and the brother set hears about this. So he attacks the
Speaker A
the group and takes Osiris once again takes him to the river and chops him up into 14 pieces. So 14 is well 14 pieces of man is a whole man. He throws 14 pieces of Osiris into the river Nile.
Speaker A
Isis and her sisters run to the Nile and they start collecting all the pieces.
Speaker A
Well, they couldn't find the penis, but they had 13 p pieces of Osiris. So, they put 13 pieces back together. They they bring back Osiris, not a whole man. He's missing his penis. So, Isis wants to have a child. So, she creates a stone
Speaker A
penis to have a child. So, what happens when a woman makes makes love with a stone penis? You have a statue of a man.
Speaker A
So this is the obelisk. This is the this is the Washington monument sitting behind the white house on the green lawn and the reflection pole is is the river Nile. And then you got that sitting President Abraham Lincoln that's in
Speaker A
contract with the enemies of American people. But they're giving us notice at Washington DC what they're doing to us.
Speaker A
So when two societies come together you get this oval and oval where things are created. And this is where the Oval Office comes into play on creating the statutes that are causing you all your problems.
Speaker A
But this is all through the ceremonies of this 6,000y old me um this cere this um um the Greek god Osiris, Isis, and Set. Now when Isis does have a child, it's horse. And Horus is the allseeing eye. Okay? Now the eye is also the sea.
Speaker A
And the sea, you know, that's the what you want to be. you want to be a and see in Roman numerology is 100%. That's what you're trying to be is 100%.
Speaker A
Now, when you walk into a courtroom, they they claim the only one with 100% is the man wearing the black robe or the person wearing the black robe. Well, this is a a courtroom of corpus. They're doing corporation um contract. The
Speaker A
corpus is the land of the dead. So when the man when the person with the black robe comes in the sea corpse rise and when the sea goes to the bench and settles all the corpses settle and this
Speaker A
is this is a ceremony that they watch people and if you're participating in the ceremony then you are part of that society you know this is this is and I said actions is 9/10en of the law and your documents your form is 10%.
Speaker A
performing substance. So, and this why I warn people about your actions. If you know, if you're acting as a US citizen, you are a US citizen. But if you don't, if you're Amish, Jewish, you know, and you have knowledge of how the system
Speaker A
works, then your actions will start changing. And this is what a lot of people are trying to figure out how to be this, how to be outside the system, get be your get your feet back on soul, sol. And then when you're in in with the
Speaker A
Vatican, then you have sul. The U is the spirit of man. you have soul and when you're under the contract of the corporation you have so o l that's the quorum of the of the how the feet work.
Speaker A
Wow. Wow. Cuz that's what this is what they've done is they they got all every society has a quorum.
Speaker A
So you know the military has a quorum the you know the banking has a quorum you know the corporate the states have a quorum the federal government has a quorum. They all have quorums.
Speaker A
Can you define a little better? I've never fully understand the concept of quorum. What is required under the rule of quorum? What is it?
Speaker A
Well, they can't do a contract unless the quorum is in place. But if you agree to allow the allow the court to do a bad contract, and this is actually contract law, then you can't hold them liable.
Speaker A
What is the word? What is quorum? Does quorum like three men? Is quorum three dead people? to be a lot of things like give me something.
Speaker A
In order for a state to have a quorum, you have to have the judicial, legislator, legislative, and the um executive branch in place. Now you have now you can have a quote a a government.
Speaker A
It sounds like we're looking for trinity three. Is that right? Is that's right. The holy trinity with the with the uh Vatican you have Sidi, Isis, and um Diana. That's the quorum. That's the That's the forbidden knowledge.
Speaker A
The Isis what? Isis and Diana. So what what what do those three names represent? I don't understand them.
Speaker A
Well, it's basically, you know, the living, the good living, the bad living, and the spirit basically is what it is.
Speaker A
So by being you have a birth certificate, they automatically take your body and and and apply all that stuff to you through the church.
Speaker A
Well, you don't have a birth certificate. You're using a birth certificate. Okay? Man cannot be paper.
Speaker A
Man, we are flesh and blood. But if you want to be in the artificial world, you have to have paper.
Speaker A
So under international law, they they give you a they start you out with a title. Now when you turn 18, if you want to get your bonds through the treasury and get your insurance, you know, Hartford insurance or Lloyds of, you
Speaker A
know, Lloyds of London insurance, whatever you want, then you can get an EIN number and start a your admiral te your own family corporation with no benefits. And that's, you know, that's that's what, you know, another part of
Speaker A
my immunity is I understand how to use corporations and incorporations. So, you know, and I've done this for a lot of people in trouble is is I will take the defendant's name and then I will go go on Secretary of State's
Speaker A
website and start a corporation for them. You know, I care in this state it's $61. So, then I I make a mockery of the court. So, um John Henry Doe has I don't care what it is, whatever whatever
Speaker A
the the issue is with the courts. Then I'll get on Secretary of State's um website and I'll create a corporation and then you know I'll give it to the public defender at a hearing said here give this to the judge to give to the
Speaker A
give to to the plaintiff and I want to know which one are they talking about cuz this one's registered and and you're and the one that the defendant I need to see their file registration number and if you don't have it then you don't have
Speaker A
jurisdiction but here's a file registration number of one that I just created and then they realize oh we're in trouble. Yeah, you're in trouble because I'm going to try to put you in jail.
Speaker A
I've gotten a lot of I've gotten a lot of uh attorneys um prosecutors, defense attorneys, um clerks in jail a lot.
Speaker A
That's a big claim. You people actually behind bars right now in a in an incorporated jail cell. Is that what you're saying?
Speaker A
Who? Yep. And were you speaking about status correction? Yeah, that question, but I'd love to know who you got put in jail if given, you know, I'm with the I'm with the uh American State National Assembly. I'm a
Speaker A
Florida State National. And that's that's literally what I do is status correction. It's a it's a actually legitimate administrative process is what it really is.
Speaker A
But yeah, you uh status correction is a real thing and is done through your land recording officers at your county clerk.
Speaker A
Um most most states besides well now Michigan, it was three, but Pennsylvania, Texas, and um North Carolina were the ones who have their own private assemblies that you have to go directly through. But like for me, I'm able to correct anyone's status in,
Speaker A
you know, every other state besides those four because you would have to go directly through your actual uh private assembly there. But yeah, status correction is a very real thing and um uh it it's done through land recording
Speaker A
officers at the at the county clerk of court. It's not really like a mystery or nothing, but uh what do you do when you've got a clerk of court that doesn't know what the hell they're doing at all? I can't tell you
Speaker A
how that's why you find somebody like one of us who know how to do it.
Speaker A
I am calling the clerk constantly correcting them, correcting their documents, asking them questions. They don't have a clue. I even called yesterday about what then you're part of the contract. Yeah.
Speaker A
What does that mean? You're correcting you're correcting their what you claim to be um you know um breaches of the contract and you're part of it.
Speaker A
Yeah. Like Cameron Cameron is an excellent example of someone who knows how to assert who and what he is to the courts.
Speaker A
That's what I need to figure out because even my phone call yesterday I had said who do I need to talk to about ADA accommodations and she said you need to make a request to the court and I said
Speaker A
this is not a request this is a right who do I need to talk to about this you could sworn but that was literally a clerk that's the responsibility of the administration of the court the 1967 um ADA is the judge the judge if he can't
Speaker A
hear or see you then he don't have a case and if you don't have access in then he don't have a case and I've done that before when old these old court buildings you know they uh they they
Speaker A
have to have access ADA 1967 so then what do I do when that doesn't happen because this is every single section of send an email to the send an email to the administration of the court if you have a photograph of what's wrong why
Speaker A
you can't get in and they have to correct it emails are legal legal correspond Okay, got it.
Speaker A
Cuz that's that's the administration of the court. That's their responsibility to make sure you can get in.
Speaker A
Why are you still part of the Well, I mean, but that but that's the situation that we're dealing with in my county because they cannot keep clerks.
Speaker A
There are clerks that go in there. They're there two months and then they get fired and then there's somebody else and they get fired and somebody else and they're not they're not keeping up.
Speaker A
They're not sending the letters. They're not doing I mean they're it's and it's all over the place.
Speaker A
the clerk, you know, I just I just literally had a hearing yesterday for a TTRO and I'm telling you like I can't wait to get the transcripts from it because it was a huge joke. But I'm brand new to all
Speaker A
this, right? So I know inherently that something is wrong, but I don't even know how to like begin in all this truly.
Speaker A
Well, you have to learn shipping. So, you know, I always tell people the clerk, the shipping clerk of the court, okay, you're going in, okay, the plaintiff is going in with a claim. So, um, if the claim is, if if the claim is
Speaker A
invalid, it's a fraudulent contract. That's mail fraud. Okay? And the clerk can be liable. So, if you have notice, if you have information, and this is part of what status is all about. If you're not using a birth certificate,
Speaker A
then they can't do a criminal case against a man. If you are using a birth certificate, they can use a criminal they can do a criminal case against a man. So, um, let's look at the driver's license, Department of Transportation.
Speaker A
You got a photograph on there. Is it copyrighted? If you haven't copyrighted your image, then they use they're using your image, a spirit of man, that's considered the spirit of man, as a as that's jurisdiction. they they claim the the
Speaker A
photograph, the image, because you haven't. Now, the voice, if you haven't did a copyright on your voice, I would highly recommend it. You know, I don't care about the defendant, but the man's not going to jail.
Speaker A
I've stopped a lot of people from going to jail just by doing copyrights on the image and the voice and the DNA.
Speaker A
Are you talking about copyright of uh through the system where you ask the government for copyright or something?
Speaker A
It's like I'm artist. You can copyright your voice. You can copyright your name. Like that's what how a lot of music artists writing their contracts.
Speaker A
Well, you can No, you you record your voice. You record your voice and then you copyright your voice and then it gets put and then it gets put into a blockchain and then then and then um when it's put into the blockchain.
Speaker A
How do you copyright? By saying it out loud by putting it in writing. That's all you have to do.
Speaker A
Yeah. So, your honor, your honor, you know, and this is saying about how do you know if a court is a court of record or not?
Speaker A
Yes. Okay. Usually, usually they will have a digital clock up on the clerk's counter because the court record has to have a time stamp to it. So, they will have a digital clock up there and you'll say, "Yon, I see your digital clock. You
Speaker A
know, it's it's in red. Haha." You know, threat of life. But right now, but since this is a quarter record, if you're going to use my image, my voice, my DNA for profit, everything that I have is copyrighted. So, if you want to use it
Speaker A
for profit, I can we can do a contract on that. And I'm my my rates are very reasonable. And I always say, you know, everything's a contract. Everything. So if you want to use my image for profit, my voice for profit, haha. If you want
Speaker A
to use it, if you want to use my autograph for for profit, then we can have a contract and you can use it. You know, this is what we don't do profit here. This is the law. He'll say, and try,
Speaker A
you know. You know, canon law originally used to be called demonic prohibition. Demonic encroachment prohibition. That's what canon law originally used to be called.
Speaker A
against the demons is what you just said right? Yeah. Without the demons, like without the without the devil, without whatever all the without tied to it.
Speaker A
Yeah. So, we just simply state it and and put it in our our our document. This is hereby copyrighted. And this is where I go back to status correction. I don't see how that says we're in the contract
Speaker A
if we're literally correcting them that we're without the contract and we're making it in statement form, not certificate form or anything else and we're attesting to it ourselves under, you know, we put ourselves under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United
Speaker A
States of America. I guess that does make us part of a contract of United States of America if we use that jurat, doesn't it?
Speaker A
Yeah. If I'm able to show on my screen, I can show all you guys um the actual paper my actual paperwork of status correction and it come you you have a fee schedule and everything that comes with it. But if I'm able to, you know,
Speaker A
show it on here, I can show you guys and you guys Matthew, I'll be contacting you, bud.
Speaker A
Okay. Yeah. All right. Okay. So, we got a question from Thomas. Thomas is stating as far as the international protected person is concerned how does one become such and how do you know it's true how do you know it's
Speaker A
how do you demonstrate for me they threatened my life so they killed my dogs and animals and they were going to harm me that's why they gave it to me I believe but how do you know you have it they
Speaker A
said some words but how do you know because um the police won't talk to me they won't contact me like yesterday I went to town. I parked my van at the uh Dollar General and I went inside and the
Speaker A
local police drove up. They they ran my tag with my registration's been expired for almost a decade now. But they uh they ran it. They sat there for two minutes. They were trying to get a green light. They couldn't do it, so they
Speaker A
drove off. But you know, um I had the county planner show up out here and u they said, "You got too many dogs." I said, "Really?" I said, "Did you ask permission to talk to me?" They said, "What are you talking about?" I say,
Speaker A
"Well, call the FBI. Tell them who you are and what you're trying to do and tell them that you're here trying to talk to me. Give here's my name and date of birth. Give this to them and um see
Speaker A
what they say. If they give you permission to talk to me, then we'll talk. If they don't, then you better go away, you know, you're you're risking your your career and your pension retirement, maybe some jail time." And
Speaker A
um they never came back. I contacted the Canadian Border Patrol. I told them, "I'm migrating to Canada.
Speaker A
Um, and I and I don't want any of your agents to be in harm's way. And they go, "What are you talking about?" Well, here's my name and date of birth. And they they ran it and said, "Oh, we can't
Speaker A
talk to you." I said, "Okay, can you do correspondence by email?" Said, "Yes, we can do correspondence, but we can't talk to you." So, I talked to him and and basically So, I have I don't need a passport,
Speaker A
driver's license, nothing to go to Canada or come back to the United States because I'm migrating. I'm recognized.
Speaker A
So, even Canada has recognition. It's international. They It's in the datab bank. They can't talk to me. So like when they when they find out who I am, that's it. They they say he has to stop.
Speaker A
TSA at the airport. I call up the uh director of TSA at at the airport today.
Speaker A
I'm I got a flight here, but um run my name and date of birth and I'd like to uh um have your private policy. And so they'd run my name and date of birth.
Speaker A
Oh, just tell us when you're coming in and we'll walk you around. What they're doing is they're walking me around the check-in at the, you know, the searches.
Speaker A
I don't have to go through that. I already know declarations. This sounds like what Kate of Gaya is talking about with her barcard 7755.
Speaker A
Are you knows about that? Are you using or utilizing any of the United Nations uh laws or regulations?
Speaker A
Yeah, the United Nations, they're the ones that do civil registration on the birth certificate.
Speaker A
So, um, understanding how understanding how that works and I learned it by right now there's a big push to put Africa under civil registration. So, they're paying mayors in in villages in Africa $50 per birth certificate. So, if you
Speaker A
look on the civil registration of Africa, you'll see everything that's going on there and it'll it'll you'll get a big clue on what birth certificates are good for.
Speaker A
I don't mind. I personally don't mind the birth certificate as long as they, you know, I understand it's not mine.
Speaker A
Right. Right. I've never had that birth certificate. We can say, "Hey, listen. That's your that's your document. I'm I'm making no use of that here in this form. We have no contract." Is that right?
Speaker A
Okay. The key the key to the the birth certificate is that file number on it.
Speaker A
All right. Now, in order for them to do any case in a state court, they have to have a file number that you're registered in to shipping. That's what that file number does. It allows a Supreme Court clerk to
Speaker A
register you with a state. And now that all caps name belongs to the state. It's a titled name. It's owned, okay, in their society. Now, state courts are courts of title. Okay? So, it's the interesting thing about a state court.
Speaker A
they don't have a file number. If you're if you're if if I'm a contractor in a neighboring state and I buy supplies from um out of state and I don't pay, if that out of state supplier comes in
Speaker A
state, because they're not they're not registered with the state, they can't use that state courts against me. They can't they can't do a a claim. But they can go into federal courts because that's a that's the difference.
Speaker A
That's a maritime court. So these these state courts are all courts of title and in order to have title they have to have you have to register something. The birth certificate was registered for you or something like that.
Speaker A
Marriage certificate was registered. You know there's all kinds of registrations that you know a um voters registration puts you in their system if you register to vote.
Speaker A
These registrations are deadly if you understand what they do. So, should we correct our status?
Speaker A
What? You're not really correcting the status, per se, cuz it's not wrong. You've been acting as a citizen until you find out what you've been doing and now you don't want the liability of not being recognized. You're not having your
Speaker A
rights recognized. You know, you're what they're doing is they're joining you to a piece of paper and you want to be on the land. So this is like I I basically get people to to show the separation that um your feet are on the soil that
Speaker A
you're under your creator and nothing gets in between it. You understand banking, you understand the corporation, the incorporation. So you know maritime law, you know admiraly law and you know you know what administrative law is and uh the statutory system the codes of the
Speaker A
transportation system and in reading the constitution a lot of this comes to light that whoever creates these documents are liable for them. So if you're if they're claiming you're an employee of Washington DC then the treasury pays all debt. So, hey, you
Speaker A
know, your honor, you know, with proof of claim, I agree the defense guilty on all charges. The defendant is a is a citizen of the District of Columbia and Treasury pays all debt of of Congress.
Speaker A
So, I will sign off that, you know, they can go ahead and get, you know, have the Treasury pay for it. Then they go, well, we we don't want to do it that way. So, your honor, this is if this ain't
Speaker A
financial because there's no money, we must be working with a ledger. So, I'm if if you want a signature, I don't have a signature. See, that's the thing. We don't have signatures unless you're an elected politician, a stock broker. Um,
Speaker A
you don't have a signature. So, if you're a notary republic, then you have a signature, but those are the only ones that have signatures. The rest of us don't have signatures. Anytime you write your name on a line that says signature,
Speaker A
you've committed perjury and you have no rights. You're now you're now a you're now um somebody that doesn't understand.
Speaker A
What about that word signature? What if we strike a line through the word signature and just say autograph? I've done that before.
Speaker A
You can do that. Y you can correct it anything you can correct it anytime you want to. They don't you know there's nothing they can do about it.
Speaker A
Yep. So you know sign I sure sign you know sign is like a petrograph a holograph you know you make a little doggy or whatever that's a sign. I is I is for man and t u r e is Latin for a noun in
Speaker A
motion. Okay so that's what signature means. Now an autograph any any graph you have is real. Okay. It's proof of it's it's proof. It is an exhibit of of something that's real. So a a hand graph, a foot graph, a voice graph, a
Speaker A
autograph, you know, a topograph, a photograph, all these graphs are real. Those are real. That's real. Those are real exhibits.
Speaker A
Real important. That's pretty cool. I like that. That's why I always do graphs. I always explain this is a graph. You know, the handrint is opposite of the real.
Speaker A
David Strait would always say signature was against nature, you know, and in a roundabout way, I guess that was sort of true. Too bad he was sort of real light on the on the rest of the info, but he
Speaker A
he did get some things started. I'll give him that. He got a lot of people interested.
Speaker A
Yep. That's my point. So, God bless him. He I think his heart was mostly in the right place. I sure hope. Um God bless his soul.
Speaker A
Oh, I think it was. But then he saw an opportunity to make money. I saw that.
Speaker A
He started up here in he started up here in the state of Washington. They took his children. Then he went to Euphra.
Speaker A
Then he went to Tacoma and he got into a lot of he didn't do banking very well and he got a $107,000 tax debt. And then he went down to Bend and he got with Ron Gibbons and got into u his deal with
Speaker A
land patents and he started making money, you know, being a land broker, blah blah blah. Then he went over to Salt Lake City and started doing got into um um child custody cases and he went down to Scottsdale, Arizona. He
Speaker A
made it on ABC documentary. He was a charlatan. Then he went over to Arkansas and started getting at everybody, you know, people that were teaching while there started getting into their business and then he made it over to
Speaker A
Texas and um he w last year he wound up back in Arkansas and the reportedly he died.
Speaker A
Yeah. No. Yeah. He passed away. Yeah. No, he he passed away last year. And what was interesting was that he passed away on the I believe on the Friday or Saturday that we had uh the sovereignist citizen event
Speaker A
right down in Texas. And we had made an announcement at the event that he had passed away um as well or that he had had his remembering and celebration on one of those days. I think it was like
Speaker A
April 24th, 25th, 26th uh of last year. So, but it is interesting that you know so much of him. It just goes to show how much information and knowledge you actually retain all across the board. Uh just phenomenal.
Speaker A
Well, there's a lot of people that he helped that got in big trouble that I helped get out of trouble.
Speaker A
Right. So, you know, and judges were begging these people, please, please stop what you're doing and go this direction.
Speaker A
You know, help people out. That that's interesting that you say that because not to downcast anything that Brined Joe Williams is doing, but it seems as though a lot of people are coming towards Operation Wisdom to figure out how they can get some kind of
Speaker A
help to comprehend or or understand how to get out of the charges that's been placed against them as far as a forgery, a fraud, fictitious plates, anything like that in relation to the DOT diplomatic plates that they're utilizing. And it's it kind of relates
Speaker A
back to something that uh Danny was saying, which is Operation Wise Dome has been a strong proponent of bringing forth and invoking creator endowed rights, thus eliminating somewhat of the need or I would say necessity to claim a
Speaker A
status as a as a national in any uh uh pretextual wordage that's put before uh national in and of itself. How do you feel about one just coming in and and bringing forth that standing as far as creator endowed rights are concerned and
Speaker A
in natural law? Well, okay. Um, why don't you see Jewish people in a state court?
Speaker A
Okay. They speak Hebrew. Okay. They got their own language. Okay. They have they have their own writings, the hebraic um writings. So, they got their own alphabet. They have uh their their calendar is 5786 years old. They have
Speaker A
their own time and they believe in their own god. So they're not in the state system and they don't, you know, they don't birth their children in in the state system. So, you know, with the Abigail um Jordan case last year, she
Speaker A
sued the Department of State um and she won because she's Amish. She doesn't have a birth certificate, doesn't have a social security card, and she's been denied the right to go see her relatives in Canada. So, she sued
Speaker A
him and she and very interesting about that case, that's a good case to read the whole case, not the, you know, you got to find a real one. It's it's Jordan versus Department of State, not Secretary of State. I've seen they've
Speaker A
added they they've tainted it, but it's Department of State. But what happened was it was ruled that not only can the Department of State not take away a man's rights, no department can take away a man's rights. That means
Speaker A
Department of Transportation, Department of Licensing, Department of Motor Vehicles, they can't take away your rights.
Speaker A
Okay, that's a really really important case last year. Really important. That was Supreme Court, right? Abigail made it all the way up and they they Is that right?
Speaker A
That's right. Yep. And they said, "Hey, no can do." And this is okay. Now, why are we, you know, it's very, it's been, you know, for the last 70 years, the driver's license, right to travel for higher chauffeur licenses has been argued over
Speaker A
thousands of times. Why are these administrative attorneys keep violating the Supreme Court? Because they're not oath to to to listen to the Supreme Court. They're oath to listen to the Constitution.
Speaker A
But if you sign away your rights and contracts, if you sign away your rights and contracts, then they're they're they're completely legitimate legitimately you're contracting away your rights if you go into contract.
Speaker A
Fair. And this is why I had people not sign their driver's license. Okay? When you go to driver's license, do not sign it, but sign on there. You know, you can put all rights reserved under duress, but you know, but you have to sign something
Speaker A
protecting your rights. Put something on that signature line. And then you can't use an address that you sleep at because that's not you know the name on there do you know line one surname do line two John Henry all caps because you weren't
Speaker A
the grand tour of that name. The agent to that name is either the prosecutor or the defense attorneys. And I always ask people put the put the address of the of the uh um county defense attorney's office on that address and all the
Speaker A
citations will go to them. Now they can handle it. It's their name. You saying on your license application you would go ahead and put their address there.
Speaker A
Do it all the time. People all across the nation that did that. All we're doing is contracting with a game of monopoly. So let's identify the grantor and let's contract properly because they're the ones that have the liability.
Speaker A
So you do maintain a driver's license for the sake of getting around without being.
Speaker A
Is that right? I don't have any ID anymore. I'm just so mad at the goddamn system. But you you did all you have to do a lot of states you have to identify yourself but you don't have all you have to do is state your
Speaker A
name and date of birth verbally. That's all you have to do. Now I had a problem with federal court in Tacoma. I walked in and they would not let me into the courthouse. They said you have to have
Speaker A
ID. And I said I'm not an employee of Washington DC. I don't have I don't have ID. You know because that shows that I'm under your policy but I'm an employee of yours and I'm not. But I do have a I do
Speaker A
have a reservation with the um court clerk to do business. If you will not let me in the courthouse, please contact the clerk of the court and tell them to come out to the sidewalk and we will do
Speaker A
sidewalk business. They said, "No, we won't do that." So the security called over Homeland Security. Homeland Security came over and they said, "You can't come in without ID." I said, "Do you have a director?" And go, "Yes, call
Speaker A
your director and tell him Robert Lewis Ritzman, here's my date of birth. tell him I'm here and I have a and I have a a uh appointment with the court clerk and if you don't let me in, then I'm going
Speaker A
to shut the United States of America down. All right, real simple. So, they called up, you know, right there in front of me, two feet away, they called him up, it said, you know, told him what was going on, my name and date of birth,
Speaker A
and he said, "Uh-huh. Uh-huh." And he put his head down and he waved. He wouldn't look at me. He bowed, "Go, go, go." The FBI and the US Marshalss were about 40, 50 feet away listening, and they were laughing their asses off.
Speaker A
Robert, you got him again. Well, yeah, I got him again. You know, I drove uh to drive in private and I drove for years without a license.
Speaker A
Um is you just you you create a trust and you put the vehicle into the trust.
Speaker A
You move the asset into the trust. You register it to it. And then um and I've been in the back of the cop car to see when the plate is ran what pops up. But your no name, no driving record or
Speaker A
anything pops up. All that pops up is a trust name and it's then considered a private conveyance and like a government vehicle and um is basically set into a automobile versus a motor vehicle and um yeah to legitimately you know drive
Speaker A
in private especially with no issues and to have an internal jurisdiction because you have self-governance with a trust is you create a trust and you move it into it and you drive under the trust.
Speaker A
Matthew, does that mean you officially on your automobile um place the state placard of their registration and inspection? And so the vehicle I mean the automobile yourself has all the state appropriations on it, inspection, insurance and registration tags. Is that
Speaker A
what you're saying? Um no, I mean just like you said, you you could have a valid driver's license and you know necessarily not use it at all. So the same same effect, you know what I mean? You you
Speaker A
I don't know what you mean. You register it or you don't with the state.
Speaker A
Yeah. Yes. You register you register the vehicle as a private conveyance under your trust to um you know your local DMV. And what that does conveyance DMVs don't offer a lot of opport options to say private conveyance, do they?
Speaker A
No, you you don't even have to ask. Like for maybe I have a picture I could post it into it, but like when you get your paperwork, like for instance, even when I did um when I did this first and I
Speaker A
didn't even ask for it, they gave me an affidavit for a a a name, a change to my name, and I didn't even ask for it. But you know what I mean? It it's it's a powerful move to make
Speaker A
to put it in a trust. Yeah, put your vehicle in a trust because either way if you have assets and like let's say you already have them and you already have a contract like let's say with a car cuz
Speaker A
you could even do it with a car that's uh being uh financed there. There's a specific way, but I I've done it and I know how to do it too. But so so you put it in a trust and then you do
Speaker A
or do not put state plates on it like regular like I mean no no I mean you can if you want to but you could make your own plates and put it on there because either way what's the cop going to do? It's like
Speaker A
when you get pulled over bro what are you know what are they going to do?
Speaker A
Either way the car's good and even if it's not you know what I mean? Um you know I I'm uh partnered with Brandon McIntyre. He's running for Florida governor. He actually has a case where he drove and didn't have his car
Speaker A
registered at all. And he has that case dismissed. He has many of those. And that's what he's fighting for and running for right now is the right to travel for uh Florida and the country cuz he previously ran for president in
Speaker A
24 and he's going to do it again in 28. But um you know him and another lawyer out in Fort Lauderdale uh Daniel Garcia uh are you know are really really driven and big and one of their main focuses
Speaker A
right now is you know this subject right here. But you know it is unconstitutional. It's a fact. It's unconstitutional to make you have your uh vehicle registered. So either way, you know, you're good whether you put those plates on it or not. But either
Speaker A
way, if you have a car and it's your asset, you should have it in a trust and that's way and that way it's pulled into the private.
Speaker A
You are talking about a irrevocable trust correct? Uh, no. You could do a revocable. You want to do a revocable so you have a public facing. You do a private trust because that never gets filed. That's your private trust. So that nothing sees
Speaker A
that unless you want to have it as like let's say you're going to get funding or layer it with a 501 then you do a you file it but as a public notice not as a trust to the court and they'll try to
Speaker A
tell you no you can't do it but if you nudge them enough they'll end up doing it right okay and does every trust have like if I did a trust and I I pass away uh does every trust have to have a
Speaker A
beneficiary. Yes. Yeah. Okay. Don't have to be family. Just as long as it's a beneficiary. So when I pass away, it goes to somebody. Okay.
Speaker A
Yeah. I mean, but you could also be your own beneficiary as well. Um Matthew, maybe you could just enlighten us just a little bit in your experience. So the three parts to the trust, which one, two, or three parts do
Speaker A
you serve? And do you have God be the um um be the creator instead of yourself?
Speaker A
That I have a private ecclesiastical trust, a 508 C1A. That one is my that's my uh that's my main that's going to that's also built for as a waterfall.
Speaker A
And I also use a revocable for public facing. And that is what owns my businesses. And that's how you separate yourself from the social security number is you send a SS4 for your uh for the EIN to your name. So you just send a SS4
Speaker A
form, one page to the IRS with your name on it, and then boom, they'll send you a EIN to your name. You use that as anything to use in the public for your name. that you know the all caps name.
Speaker A
Yeah. The all caps name and then right you who's the granter who do you place as granter trustee and and um and then beneficiary you you you create a private trust and that trust will be the grtor the other
Speaker A
one. Same way as like if you have a business you can switch your business to be the owner of your business and your trust owns it. That's the whole entire method of like own nothing control everything. And then I also have a a a
Speaker A
private express trust that I use um to like as the middleman of those two. And with my revocable, you know, use the revocable as public facing. You go to a bank, you you or you get a EIN for your
Speaker A
trust, and then you go to the bank, you open up an account through that, and then you use the business, you layer that revocable with the business as your public facing. You could use a 501 and you could have that 501 be owned by that
Speaker A
too. That way you can also get government granting, funding, investors, etc. And then um your private trust is is what all that is really protecting.
Speaker A
But you don't want that to be known to the public. So you know that's like that's what is going to create your generational wealth. uh what's going to have your living will, your testament, and all that stuff because your
Speaker A
revocable that can still be filed to the court. Even though that avoids you from uh a lot of probates, that private trust still is going to be what actually sits there and distributes everything because it's none of the court's business. You
Speaker A
get what I'm saying? Yeah. And you don't even like register that. Do you send any letter of notification like you had said? I forgot the word you used. Yeah. Uh you you do it as a public notice.
Speaker A
Public notice. Yeah. Yeah. Which I did do one for my private express as a public notice. I have that uh stamped and sealed by the court and recorded. But that's just because I have a whole my thing is like I do status
Speaker A
correction because I am with the state national assembly. Me too. Yeah. And I also um you know build these trust trust structures and help people move into the private in and you know in this type of method and um yeah and
Speaker A
and it's working for you beautiful honestly you know things got a lot easier at first it was rough but things are a lot easier now you know it was a lot of learning I think we know most of the learning in
Speaker A
innately inherently it's sort of in there and I think at this point in time much of us have reached we're all the hundth monkey in a way and we're sort of I think now with just a little uncovering and sweeping away of the dust
Speaker A
like if I get with you Matthew I'm pretty sure I'll come on screen here if I get with you Matthew I'm pretty sure you know I'll understand what you're saying right quick yeah absolutely yeah right now I'm in a
Speaker A
I'm in a time crunch plus I'm about to have to leave in a second so I appreciate talking with all you guys and I I enjoy it. And um Matthew, throw your Thanks for having me, too, and allowing
Speaker A
me to, you know, talk and everything. Throw your contact info in the in the chat. Would you just phone number if you don't mind?
Speaker A
Yeah. Yeah. I I already put it in there, but I'm gonna put it again. And you know, any any of you all, you know, feel free to take my contact info, you know, send me a text with your name. That way,
Speaker A
I can save you guys and conversate about anything that you guys want to talk about. Something that did come up from one of our one of our Wisdom members, long-standing Wisdom members, is that they don't necessarily trust the
Speaker A
American State National talk. Um, they've heard it too many times. They they think it's BS. Could anybody uh or Robert, would you uh care to elaborate on that?
Speaker A
Well, I mean, these other societies are putting terms that, you know, if you don't understand what they're trying, and there's many different definitions of state citizen, um, you know, US citizen, there's a very important court case, 1832, Georgia versus Worcasher, and it went to
Speaker A
the Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court ruled because what was happening, Georgia was was taking the Cherokees land and they were identifying the Cherokees as this and identifying them as that and the Supreme Court ruled that you cannot identify you cannot make
Speaker A
definitions for society outside of your own. So if the Cherokees wanted to say, you know, this, they can say that. And one of the things the Cherokees believed that all men are brothers. Didn't matter if you're white, black, Portuguese,
Speaker A
English, Cherokee, you know, Irqua, it doesn't matter. Here, you know, if they you want to be part of the Cherokee tribe, you're part of the Cherokee tribe. We take you in. Well, Georgia didn't like that. And um so the Supreme
Speaker A
Court ruled that you know if the Jewish want to have their definitions if the Amish want to have their definitions you see and that's the military is is is is a society the um Social Security Administration is a society the IRS is a society and they
Speaker A
all have their book of definitions. So that's what we beg of people please if you're going to if you're going to be creating something you must have definitions. It's basically a styles manual and you so that way we can we can
Speaker A
comprehend what the author is writing because these are real contracts heavy duty. So, so if you I mean if you want to I mean the state wants everybody to be a a citizen of the state for jurisdictional purposes and mainly
Speaker A
because what they're doing is slavery and if you're a man and they're trying to put you into shipping then that's slavery and they can be killed for it.
Speaker A
Punishment for slavery is death. That's why they got to get you to participate in their theater. Otherwise, it's when you start when you start altering the verbiage of the courtroom and start, you know, and and you understand have
Speaker A
knowledge of what's going on. Okay, you can you can put a lot of liability on these people. And this is one of the things that the FBI wants to know. What do you know about this? So, what do you
Speaker A
know about enlightenment? That's the law on slavery. What do you know on you know and this is the part of what the public corporation has done is they got you to mispronounce words on purpose.
Speaker A
And a real good demonstration of that is in 1926 um donut was spelled d o u g h n u t donut. But now if you have people spell donut they spell it d o n u t. do not.
Speaker A
So I always ask people, you know, state of Georgia, okay, that OV, O, I'm sorry.
Speaker A
OF, where did you ever say think that it's it's, you know, the the the pronunciation of OF is of ov is of, O is off, you know. So pronounce O fen often.
Speaker A
So you know, pronounce o V t o ven oven. The OS is off. Okay. State off Georgia.
Speaker A
State's an artificial and it's off. It's off the land. It's a corporation. It's not real. United States off America because United States is an incorporation.
Speaker A
Okay. United States is the corporation. And that's that's the duality of the United for the United States of America is an incorporation of shipping and then United States all caps is the usually that what they're doing not United
Speaker A
States proper English it's what they're doing the maritime law and this is what why people are having a hard time succeeding is because they don't understand the contract.
Speaker A
So I always look at people and say belief. Okay. In 1871, the remedy for slavery, Congress came out and said was belief. But nobody understands what belief is. It's be life is what it is. L I E is lie and F is life. You don't
Speaker A
spell life L I F E. You spell it I E F. That's life. Now B be E. Okay. What does that mean? To be or not to be. You know, let it be. Well, that's the that the defined be is to hear to hear life.
Speaker A
That's your remedy to the corporation is hearing life. They gave that to everybody. The Vatican gave gave remedy back in the 11th century with the order of conscience. If you understand conscience, then you have you have remedy in the spirit world, you
Speaker A
know. And if you have if you're in England and in corporation, you have remedy for slavery with enlightenment.
Speaker A
They're going to give you enlightenment. And then if you're in the corporation of 1871, um not the incorporation, the corporation of 1871, then to hear life gives you remedy there. That's the quorum.
Speaker A
Y'all are getting so many jewels today, it's unreal. Yes, sir. We appreciate it, man. You've been a blessing to us.
Speaker A
They they you know, they've given the remedy to people, but they don't understand when remedy they don't see it. When when remedy cost comes across your plate, they don't see it.
Speaker A
Well, you know, and and there a lot of things have confused me. Why, you know, like Billy the Kid, the Lincoln County War has always confused me. How how did that happen? I finally broke the code on what what actually went on. It's
Speaker A
unbelievable. But see, Americans don't understand it. They have no knowledge of it. You know, the bore war in South Africa was a incorporated apartheid and it's it's right out. They tell people it's an incorporated apart, but people don't know what that means incorporated
Speaker A
apartheid. So they have a admiralty law of performance and they're going to use a a artificial corporation to take away the land and the rights of the the people that own South Africa all to steal their gold. It's it's spel that
Speaker A
was 120 years ago. But they spelled it out. They told people and it took a long time for people to understand to go back and search how do we unravel this knot and get our and get our our get our
Speaker A
children back, get our land back, get our our farms back. How do we do this?
Speaker A
And this is why you have to slow down and go back to the contract and and and learn how to read.
Speaker A
Am I right to say that the only land that government the corporation can own is in was it the Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico? Uh I remember looking up a uh an act in 1700 something where I think George Washington said that the
Speaker A
only land that the US government can own the corporation is a 10 by 10 square mile of uh Washington DC. Am I pretty?
Speaker A
Yeah. That's called the Washington DC is an enclave and what that is is a foreign jurisdiction. So they're telling people Washington DC is a foreign jurisdiction and because it's called Washington District of Columbia um that's where they put the orphans. So that's foreign
Speaker A
to America. Now it's no different than having it's no different than having district Mexico. Correct.
Speaker A
If you know the district Yeah. The district is is a society. So like um um the federal district courts, okay? They're you know basically it's it's it's a incorporation of maritime law, but they're they're they're doing um a little different than what the
Speaker A
states do. They're all based out of England. The house of the um what is it called? The N I think it's called the N.
Speaker A
But um the territories see like when like the west here all started out as a territory and the organic laws the the organic enabling laws was the law of the land.
Speaker A
But see now what they've done is they covered everything over with an enacting law. Now if you look at at Puerto Rico where it's a territory, okay, ter is land, I is man, to o r is is a is a real
Speaker A
contract in commerce. But they converted it with a Y. When you put a Y on the end of the word, it it it it flips over 180.
Speaker A
So where you were using um a enabled organic law for the rights of man on the territory, when you put the Y on the end of it, it was territorial where now it's it's a fraud. So like a prosecutor is
Speaker A
con is is in their society is doing a contract. But when the prosecutor goes sideways, okay, and he's violating the rules and now they're now they're most of the time they're in violation of slavery laws. Now it's prosecutori
Speaker A
misconduct. Now he goes to jail. So the why on any of these words is what usually what it does, it flips the definition 180%.
Speaker A
Right? And basically any government official say city cops or state police when they uh affirm swear that oath o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o oath
Speaker A
of office to the constitution that's basically they swear that to protect our rights that's giving them that's their doorway to come in out of say the corporation Washington DC to come into public correct kind of like me going to
Speaker A
another country I had to get permission to to go into that country. Am I right on that or did I really chop that up?
Speaker A
No. I mean, okay. There was there was a gentleman um he was murdered a few years ago, but his name was Dr. Dale Livingston.
Speaker A
That name sounds familiar. He used to win cases by taking um a scholar of English into the courtroom and identifying the contract at hand.
Speaker A
And he was winning. And one of the last cases that he did is he went down into Arizona and he took the treaty that the US government um signed with the Indians, giving him this land, and then the state attorneys came in and they
Speaker A
took it off from him and then they, you know, made residentials along this river and he got it all back. Now, all the mortgages were dissolved because they it was um the title insurance wouldn't cover it because the uh the all the land
Speaker A
was encumbered with a previous contract. And so they use a federal court, but um I believe they that's why they murdered him. But um and you know and and that's the grammar is so important and what why we're losing our rights is they can't do
Speaker A
it unless you're not educated, right? They play off our ignorance which they control by taking over the schools. And I wish we really had public schools, but now they're all Yeah.
Speaker A
Well, you have choices, you know, you know, like, you know, the Amish, you know, the the Jewish, the, you know, the the um Seventh Day, they all homeschool.
Speaker A
So, you know, and they have their they have their groups of people that they, you know, they all work amongst themselves. And because it's habit, they don't they don't think about the US anymore. They don't think about the
Speaker A
state. They just have their own people. And this is part about being and this is part about being sovereign is when you're not asking for benefits.
Speaker A
You're you're amongst your own people. You're farming, you're you're ma manufacturing and and um you know you're self-supporting and now they get very limited jurisdiction like the Amish. They the states have very little jurisdiction over the Amish. when the Amish when they
Speaker A
start selling their their produce in the commercial market now it gives there's a bridging effect and this is what happened with um Amus Miller a couple years ago when he was shut down for selling raw milk yeah it's not very
Speaker A
because he because he used the credit card payment system he had online advertising he had an address um he had um telephone number they had you know there was minimal contact they they had he had lots of contact with the state.
Speaker A
Lots of contact and that's at the international shoe company versus actually the state of Washington versus international shoe company. It it discusses minimal contact how when you're outside when you're outside the authority and then you start doing commerce and you know there's
Speaker A
certain things that the the state needs to get jurisdiction. It's minimal contact. That case right there will teach you all about it.
Speaker A
What what uh case was that right now real quick? Put in the chat. Pardon now.
Speaker A
Oh yeah. Bill chat, man. It's good stuff. There's lots and lots of there's lots and lots of information out there, but you know, I mean, people always, you know, complain that I'm trying to teach you, but you won't read. You won't learn
Speaker A
how to read. You won't use your you won't learn how to think. Rob, um, Robert, I first want to say, man, I appreciate all of this information that you that you shared.
Speaker A
This is, uh, um, it's is it's very reinforcing, I think, for anybody who who does serious research, uh, come to extremely similar conclusions. Um, I I I just wanted to ask quickly, what's your thoughts on on equity, you know, in the in the terms of
Speaker A
everything we've been talking about and invoking that? Is is that something that you feel that is is okay. In 19 1938 Thompson versus Eerie Railroad, very very important case, the judge says all courts in America are courts of equity. What does that mean?
Speaker A
What does what does equity define out of? Tell me what tell me what you think equity is.
Speaker A
My understanding is is conscience and and so I guess kind of similar to to common law but but predating that. Uh but I all all equity is all equity is an express contract. Now you can you can partake in a ceremony and now they have
Speaker A
jurisdiction over you. Like standing and sitting in a courtroom is a good good way to say that you're participating in the all courts are law is religion.
Speaker A
Okay. And when you're participating in these religious ceremonies, you're saying I'm part of your society.
Speaker A
That's that. Huh? How do you get out of it? Don't stand. I don't you know if I if I Okay. The only time the only time I walk into a courtroom is when I get an invitation.
Speaker A
So if you want me to help you out and you said, "Robert, will you help me out with a case?" I say, "Will you invite me in?" Yes, Robert, I'll invite you in.
Speaker A
And this has happened to me. Will I walk into a courtroom and the judge shuts the courtroom down? And then next thing I know, I got security going. The judge wants to see you in chambers. So I have
Speaker A
to walk in the back and the judge says, "What are you doing here?" Well, I got an invitation. Who invited you? Well, this this this this man here, you know, is is contracting with you today. And then so otherwise I you know, these are
Speaker A
private courts and they don't want me in there. So unless I got an invitation from somebody, I can't walk into a courtroom.
Speaker A
So and this is why when you walk in freely, this is why they give you a chance to do administrative remedy to, you know, to set things straight that where do they get jurisdiction from?
Speaker A
Have you given it to them? Have you broken it? Do you have do you have financial knowledge? Do can you read? Do you understand what's going on? You know, do you have comprehension that you know what they're doing? You know, these
Speaker A
are religious courts and this ain't my religion. That would be like uh you get a uh traffic citation and your court date or my court date is two weeks out. So the next day they're having court, I go in
Speaker A
instead of waiting for them for their deadline, I'll go in early. I think there was a rule like the first three days you got to get it noticed go in and say hey go talk to pro. Am I right on
Speaker A
that? Yeah. What what that's called are the drug laws. Okay. Every harbor master has a has a set of codes and there's international drug laws. So you can't you can't anchor in that harbor without a contract for longer than three days. If you're there
Speaker A
more than three days, the harbor master has contract with you. Then he comes out and goes, "Hey, you know, you've been here." Yep. Okay. So, this is why, you know, I p I I I have a boat that I go
Speaker A
over to Canada with all the time and and whenever I pull into a port, I uh hang tie up and I, you know, to the dock and I run over to the port master and go, "Hey, I'm tied over here on this slip
Speaker A
and and I want to make a contract, you know, I want to be here for three or four days and and enjoy the benefits of the harbor." And that's why I get a contract with the harbor master. So,
Speaker A
doing that, so I'm part of that society now. I'm part of the maritime um Lex Merchantile Society and now the uh um the city might have a hard time dealing with me, but that's part of that's part of porting up.
Speaker A
So you can port up with the I mean I I I I recommend people port with the United States of America and not with the state of Kentucky, state of New York, state of Georgia because you have limited rights
Speaker A
with with the states. Admiral, not admiral, administrative attorneys are very vicious. They're horrible people.
Speaker A
But the maritime attorneys, they have a lot more um acknowledgement on on rights. Mr. Robert, I have a question. How can we contact you?
Speaker A
Depends on why you want to contact me. I need to invite you to court.
Speaker A
Yes. And invite. I've had I've had people wanting to come here and camp out on my property because they're writing a book. And I said, "Then why don't you do some studying?
Speaker A
You don't need need me to write a book." You know, I've had that happen a lot.
Speaker A
No books. I need to invite you to court for my son. Actually, here. Here.
Speaker A
What's the What's the matter? What's the charges? Um, so he had a DUI and a leaving the scene and we attempted to have the the judge give him a Ferretta hearing, but the judge is refusing even though he was
Speaker A
on tea um the what is it the zoom for court. Um the the judge is denying him his right to a Ferretta hearing and to act as prosay and he issued a warrant for his arrest.
Speaker A
I have sent the application to the Supreme Court of Missouri. Um and we're just waiting to hear what the results are for that or once they establish the case. But this this Missouri court is really giving my son a hard time.
Speaker A
Are you in North Missouri or South Missouri? Um, Springfield. I'm not in Missouri. It's just my son.
Speaker A
You got to understand the original jurisdiction in Missouri, they have they have two Supreme Courts in Missouri. Okay. Okay. And it's mainly because of the North was anti-slavery and the South was or I mean I'm not I don't the slavery
Speaker A
issue of the Civil War I don't agree with, but they do have two Supreme Courts of Missouri. So I it's basically which Okay. Which Supreme Court? But the clerk. Okay. Does he have a birth certificate?
Speaker A
He does have a birth certificate. I found all this stuff out after. All right. So, what state is he from?
Speaker A
What state? What's What birth did I? Maryland. Okay. Well, um I would first of all, um was how much damage was done on the accident?
Speaker A
None. Just to Oh, I'm sorry. I take that back. A light pole was damaged.
Speaker A
Okay. So, has he paid for the light bulb? Uh, no, not yet. Pay for the light bulb. Hurry and do it in like with a silver or copper coin or something like that. Something of substance coin species. You want to
Speaker A
identify that you're making restitution in coin species. Remedies and coin species. Okay. Yes. You want to do that. You want to do that free will without being forced to do it.
Speaker A
That's honor. Okay. Now, was he drinking before the accident or after the accident? Um, before. But yeah, well, I just ass I'd have to ask them.
Speaker A
He would only know and not you. But if he was drinking after the accident, then there's no DUI. A lot of people drink after an accident because they're so upset.
Speaker A
Okay. So anyway, and this is part of what people don't realize is um so anyway, but the on the trails of Missouri on the original jurisdiction um there is no law for drinking on the trail. Drinking on a horse, drinking on
Speaker A
a wagon, drinking out on a automobile, there is no there is no law on it. The only law is to stay right on with when there when there's any any horse or wagon coming forward, you stay right.
Speaker A
That's only law. That's the original jurisdiction. So if you can get the original territory laws of Missouri and go back to original jurisdiction, put a seat on the trail, pay restitution, you know, pay remedy, whatever the damage is, then the states
Speaker A
have no case. Okay, that sounds good. Okay. And you don't have like email or I'm I'm assuming you're not on social media at all.
Speaker A
Don't Don't Robert being due the fact that this is recorded. Um Oh, okay. No, no, no, no. You're good. You're good. Just Robert, just the fact that Hold on, Rob. Just because R just because this is being recorded and and
Speaker A
we'll go uh on YouTube. If don't throw out your number like that if if you want me to throw it in the chat or something, I can throw it in the chat. But yeah.
Speaker A
No, I understand. I Yeah, I do lot There's an interview I just did a couple weeks ago on YouTube right now.
Speaker A
Well, it depends. How do you want if you want them to reach out to you because they're asking they're like on my ass in the chat right now. I know you can't see the Zoom chat, but they they've been
Speaker A
asking um how can they reach out to you? Do you want me to throw in a number? Do you want me to me throw in an email?
Speaker A
What you want to do? No, I don't know. They can contact you and Okay.
Speaker A
Depends. I mean, if I can help you like with you right now with what I've just said, you know, original jurisdiction got me out here. You got me out here.
Speaker A
You got me out here being a gatekeeper. That's so crazy. Okay, look. You don't have to. I mean, like you said, you get a thousand emails a day.
Speaker A
You only look at one or two. Yeah. when you were just now speaking on the trail aspect, which just the other day we were speaking on the trail aspect and how they put the black top on top, you know, but that doesn't disregard
Speaker A
that it's still your trail and that, you know, we're going into the horsepowers and the classification of why they utilize horsepower. Do you want to go into a little bit more depth on that as far as like how you would proceed in
Speaker A
your court case in relation to that? Yeah. See, okay. You this is part of being sovereign and having knowledge.
Speaker A
You got to know have standing and are you on standing on the planet earth you know the earth or you standing on corporate paper now everything is like the the artificial world of corporation they always have to convert
Speaker A
a word. So cannabis went to marijuana you know we went from we went from migrating traveling to driving you know we we we have trading and it went to traffic so arms Fantastic. This and this is where your knowledge comes
Speaker A
in is to learn how to speak to two different societies or three, four, whatever, whatever you're dealing with.
Speaker A
And then your grammar, your your the way that you use grammar, your spelling versus, you know, when you're doing a proper noun, you're acting as a person on the theater. When you're doing all lowercase, you're acting on the original
Speaker A
jurisdiction on the on the land. And but because we've only seen all caps our entire life because we're in a society of dead Latin, I mean, you know, even back 200 years ago, all the buildings, you know, the uh doctor, the pharmacist
Speaker A
was all written in all caps. So people just took it that that's how you write.
Speaker A
Um so but you know, when you look at the definition of pharmacist, it's the maker of poison. So who in their right mind would buy poison? But when you're looking at the dead Latin and they're advertising it in dead Latin, that's why
Speaker A
they're making poison. They're telling you when you go to the grocery store and you look at all the food, okay? And when you're going through the aisles of all this processed food, it's all advertised in all caps.
Speaker A
They're telling you it's poison. It's for the dead. So that's how they get their immunity.
Speaker A
um Disneyland. When you look at Disneyland, Disney productions on the movies, they're using a Roman calendar.
Speaker A
So, you can't sue, we don't have a Roman court here in the United States using a Roman calendar. You can't sue Disneyland here in the United States. You have to sue them in Rome where they're using a Roman calendar. They're telling you
Speaker A
their society, but people don't understand it. That's why they were never sued for the movie Bambi.
Speaker A
How many How many children got PTSD watching watching a hunter kill Bambi's mother? So um yeah. So, I mean, right now, this is where I'm trying to get people to wrap their head around on how to claim your
Speaker A
standing and the proper way to claim your standing. And most of the time, the land claim, when you walk into a county auditor, county recorder, um, but you're doing a proper recording, that's where you claim mineral and water rights. So
Speaker A
you you're writing yourself a proper lawful document recording it. Now you got that that recording. You're first in line in time on your minerals and water.
Speaker A
You can reclaim back your minerals and water that the state corporation can't claim. They have a right to put you in jail your minerals and water because you have a lean on it. You're first in line.
Speaker A
Now if you want to go in and file it, recording is with the land and filing is always with a artificial corporation.
Speaker A
always. So if you want to file it, then you can do that. But now you can do, you know, if you want to do business with a and use the county court for your contracts, you file an assumed name that
Speaker A
I'm going to be grtor over Acme Roofing and I'm going to use the courts for contracts and then you're allowed to use the courts without being in fraud. Now, if you want to register Acme Roofing with the Secretary of State and get your
Speaker A
license and bonding, now you can go out and advertise and now you're in in compliance with the state regulations for being in commerce. We're using an artificial name that they agree they they want you to do international building codes, you know, international
Speaker A
um electricity codes, international plumbing codes. And this is what what I disagree with because if we are if America was sovereign, United States of America was sovereign, it's it's treason to use an international law on America.
Speaker A
It's treason to use a foreign federal reserve note on America. But because we've been captured, it's okay.
Speaker A
Right. But the capturing is clearly just upon the mind as far as knowledge and wisdom is concerned.
Speaker A
No, it was real. That's why we have bar, British administrative. They they took over and in 1814, you know, they the British came out of Canada. They captured Washington DC once again and then they installed their own courts.
Speaker A
That's you know, courts are for the contract. Dude, how do we not know? Is is that a military force that came down and captured or was that all by word of mouth and and subtrauge?
Speaker A
Yeah, that's what they're claiming. Yeah, it's a military court. But see, like like you down in Florida, the title for the land in Florida lies where?
Speaker A
I don't know in the people title title the title for the land of Florida it's held by Madrid Madrid international Spain titled um Florida and then Spain was you know because because Napoleon Bonapart put a lot of pressure on Spain
Speaker A
they had to get rid of it so um the basically staying basically abandoned Florida. They couldn't they couldn't keep it because they didn't have enough people, enough military to keep it. So, it was it was abandoned. And this is one
Speaker A
reason that I found that foreclosures in Florida or are the easier Florida and Nevada, they're the easiest in the nation to overturn a foreclosure because the land is not titled with the British courts. It's titled with Spain. Yeah.
Speaker A
So, they don't have a right to do a a uh contract for the land in Florida.
Speaker A
So, that's why the British courts, you know, like me, I'm on Spanish land. So, they they the the British courts, you know, the county courts don't have any jurisdiction on Spanish land unless I give it to them, and I won't give it to
Speaker A
them. Now, am I a US citizen? No, they don't have jurisdiction there. Can the state claim harm that I was doing commerce with cannabis? No, they can't cuz I wasn't. I had it for medical purposes for myself.
Speaker A
So, and this is what part of you learning what jurisdiction is and finding out figuring out did did I did I step over the line and give the corporation jurisdiction? Was I using a telephone number? Was I using a
Speaker A
commercial address? You know, was I using part, you know, and that's part of the international um admissy law. You know, did I sign contracts the maritime contracts? Did I give them, you know, authority over over my was I a lency?
Speaker A
And this is this is what I have to get in when I'm helping people out. I have to get into all this stuff and start breaking these contracts if I'm going to help him stay out of jail. I don't care
Speaker A
about the defendant. The defendant can be guilty all day long. I could care less. But why would you give up your freedom? So, I'd rather be broke on the beach than be sitting in jail for 10 years.
Speaker A
Can I ask one question? You can ask as many questions as you'd like. Bro, thank you. Um, I live here down here in Florida. I've never signed a contract with Florida. I'm constantly being harassed by these sheriffs down here. V
Speaker A
my automobiles uh being uh stolen from me through the through the through the ways of the cops. Now, by being I'm from New York, but I' i've had a driver's license in New York, but they're only prose they're trying to prosecute me for
Speaker A
a license in another state that they don't really maintain the records because they are in that in that pack. So, in my situation, as I'm I'm trying to explain more clearly, is that um I've been I've been going
Speaker A
through this for several several years. Okay. Now they they classify me as a HTTO under Florida under under statues of Florida as if I had obtained a Florida's license before. Um what sort of remedy or because I I mean so I can get a
Speaker A
better understanding. What what license plate was on the car? What state? Yeah, there was a license plate on the car. Yes.
Speaker A
What what state was it? Oh, it was in the state of Florida. I know, but what state license plate was on the car?
Speaker A
It was a Florida's license plate. Okay. So, that gave That's one one point of jurisdiction they have. So, the car was registered with the Department of Licensing.
Speaker A
No, it was never registered or anything like that. It was never registered. How How did they get I mean, what license plate was on the car? What the registration that that that produced the license plate? What car was that
Speaker A
license? Was it registered? Well, they couldn't even find a the license plate in the plate. It was a Florida license plate, but they couldn't even find it in their system.
Speaker A
Then they had no jurisdiction. There's no registration. You shouldn't be arguing. That's just an administrative action then, right?
Speaker A
For truth. Yeah. They have to produce their registration number, but they're going to have jurisdiction.
Speaker A
I know in Kentucky I found uh where you can unregister your automobile. So that's my next step.
Speaker A
Uh you can unregister a birth certificate. Anything you can unregister voting registration. Anything registered can be reversed voluntarily.
Speaker A
Right. Easily. That's a pro that's a process I'm in. Uh voter registration. I've got it. I finally got copies of my long and short birth certificate. Um, my next step is uh uh passport. Uh, if I do it right, I'll
Speaker A
get a fivestar. Uh, which I know very little about or I heard very little about that. Uh, I want to get to that do not stop, do not detain. Um, and I will probably get me, still thinking about
Speaker A
it, the, uh, private do number, uh, which I looked on the website. Don't it's non-commercial. Don't have to have insurance or anything like that. So, but would that be considered a contract with that private DOT number?
Speaker A
Well, they do have private carrier. Now, do you know the difference between a shipper and a carrier?
Speaker A
No. Yeah. Actually, I have CDLs that I want to get rid of at the end of this year.
Speaker A
Uh, a shipper is a place that I would go pick up. They they produce a bill of lighting with the destination everything. Uh, and the shipper, that's them, and me would be the carrier like when I drove or the company I work for.
Speaker A
Okay. I want you to think about it like this. Okay. Okay. When when you're a postal carrier, are you exempt from levy on the road?
Speaker A
I would say no because that's a government agency. Yes, they are. They're exempt. No plates, no nothing.
Speaker A
Really? Oh, I didn't know that. I got Okay. Now, when you're Now, when you're an aircraft carrier, what are you carrying? Your own aircraft, right?
Speaker A
You're not carrying somebody else's aircraft. You're carrying your own aircraft. When you're a postal carrier be because the postmaster, whenever you put a stamp on that envelope and the post office, they cancel the stamp. They own the envelope, but they don't own the
Speaker A
contents inside the envelope. So, they own the envelope. They are the carrier of that envelope, but not the contents.
Speaker A
Right? So what's happening is when you do when you're when you're registering with the Department of Transportation, you got to register as a private carrier.
Speaker A
Otherwise, they're going to put you as a shipper. When you're a shipper, when you're a shipper, you're carrying somebody else's property.
Speaker A
This is where the bill are laden. And and this is why if you ever walk in the Department of License in and you want a driver's license and you say, "Director, I need a contract for the license because I need to see if I'm going to be
Speaker A
the shipper or carrier." They won't give you a contract. They don't want you to know. If you walk into the clerk's office, you know, you got DUI. Well, was I the shipper or was I the carrier.
Speaker A
Well, you're the you're the you're the defendant. Well, right now, but you got me in in in a mode of transportation here. So, are you are you showing me as a shipper or or or a carrier? Because as
Speaker A
carrier, I'm exempt. Look at the case of Exxon Valdez. When the the ship, the captain of that ship, he ran his ship AC across the reef in Alaska and dumped all this oil. Exxon blew him off the ship
Speaker A
and then the next day he was drinking and they got him, you know, he's drunk, but was, you know, but was he drinking before or was he drinking after? Was that a was that Bethl the Exxon Valdads?
Speaker A
Was it a Was it a car um was it a was it the cargo? Was it Did it belong to Exxon? Was there was it a a oil carrier or was it a shipper? Did somebody else own that oil?
Speaker A
Right. And this is why that So what Exxon did, right? And like the DUI in Missouri, what Exxon did, they immediately send out sent out cleanup crews. They they gave remedy to the state of Alaska. Okay, that's why
Speaker A
it's so important to do it voluntarily. But see, so right now with you, you haven't identified what you are. Are you a shipper? Are you a carrier? Carries a resent from levy. Are you carrying, you know, are you on the are you on the
Speaker A
trails of Florida with your own, you know, carrying your own belongings, you know, your own assets or are you carrying somebody else's? If you're if things are registered, say you have a passenger that's a registered citizen, you're carrying somebody else's and now
Speaker A
you're a shipper. But if your family doesn't have if your family doesn't have birth certificates, you're on mission or whatever and you're on the road, you know, and that's why, you know, then you you're a carrier, right? So, when I bought uh when I
Speaker A
purchased my uh automobile, it was it was none, no loan, nothing, no, and I've never had a lean against it. And uh but we have to identify what you want.
Speaker A
They're always going to claim jurisdiction until you count it. You always have I Okay.
Speaker A
form and inform. Do you know the difference? No. Uh, I was trying to Okay. So, when you go to court, when you go to court, you can't argue the contract when it's a formal hearing. All you're going to do is is argue, you
Speaker A
know, you're just going to basically set the parameters for the contract is all they're doing in a courtroom before a trial. The trial is called an informal hearing, right?
Speaker A
They'd be saying before a trial is called a formal hearing. So you're setting the rules up for the informal hearing before the trial.
Speaker A
So So here we go with that word in again. Okay. So it's admiralty law is what they're telling you.
Speaker A
So you have to set everything up. They give you the chance to go in and start setting up setting your standing and and I'm sovereign. I get to make the rules.
Speaker A
I'm not I'm not in your society. I'm here to make sure that your agents don't get in trouble. But if you think that you can warrant, warranty means that they own you. That's slavery. If they can put out a fail failure to appear
Speaker A
warrant, that means a judge says that he that you're his property and that he can have his deputies drag you in as property. It's a drag order is what it's called.
Speaker A
They're telling you everything they're doing. You just need to slow down and start identifying every word and everything that in the history of of of shipping and banking what they're doing.
Speaker A
All right. So, I need to become a prime carrier and rebut as many presumptions and contracts as I can. And I think it'll be a big load getting that class A CDL off my chest. Uh, I have people that have CDLs and on one
Speaker A
hand and have a have a protection order on the other hand, but I, you know, that's we got them. We got them. So, you can do both, right? Well, what's basically what's happen is well in my case because they have a CDL
Speaker A
and they get pulled over. Usually the state troopers come over and apologize for pulling them over once they run the name. They get to, you know, they get a driver's license, CDL driver's license.
Speaker A
They go back and they run the name. They come back and apologize for the stop and have a nice day and they leave it really quick.
Speaker A
Right. In my case, yeah, that goes Motor Coach versus Chicago where the taxi driver wasn't doing business but he had a license.
Speaker A
That's the flag law. Yeah. Flag up. No com no commerce flag down you're in commerce right and without uh insurance from an employer uh right now keeping my CDL I had a heart attack back in 22 or 23 so
Speaker A
from the stress test and uh all that per year it cost me about five grand to keep my CDL so it's not worth it and there's so much liability uh and at the beginning of this I was talking about it
Speaker A
uh the company I just worked before they fired. There's so there was so much neglect. The boss wouldn't get brakes adjusted, all that. Uh he he let it become a hostile work environment where I mean one employee uh pissed and
Speaker A
another employ co-workers's uh work gloves and I got fired and they kept that dude and the boss basically protected him. So, uh, now they're trying to get a charge on me of eavesdropping, which, you know, I KY is
Speaker A
a one party state and I got to get to together with Cam on that. Uh, I will talk to the officer Monday and uh, see if I can get a case number or everything or sometime next week and then uh, you
Speaker A
know, me and Cam get things rolling because it's they they really pissed me off now. I just wanted to be left alone, but they're gonna see. I want to show them what they don't know. So, okay.
Speaker A
So, do you suggest do you suggest getting that D number if we want that protection? Do you see or is there a problem with it in your opinion?
Speaker A
Because Cam, we went over this and we're we're sort of split. We have I mean, when it comes to me, the thing is is that like I don't know if Sai's still in this bad boy. Uh, let me check
Speaker A
and see if he is or is not. He is still in here. Yeah, I'm here.
Speaker A
Sai, give your give your personal experience about the DOT. Well, um, every time that, uh, I have been moving in my vehicle, um, I'm always getting pulled over. Um, the last time I got pulled over, um, it was due
Speaker A
to, uh, flack, uh, uh, the flock camera or the flock system that they were using in order to pull me. Um, you must be in Florida.
Speaker A
No, no, no. I'm in Georgia and and I have to have it. Yeah. I've been moving around for a good two years with no issues. And and it it seemingly started um with that first arrest uh in 2024 where I
Speaker A
um got pulled over a block away from my house uh going to go get chicken salad and just enjoyed my day. Um um and essentially um I got pulled over.
Speaker A
Uh the guy um walked up to the car said uh uh pretty much um you know your your car is not tagged. I said I'm aware of that.
Speaker A
Um you know I asked him pretty much I greeted him. How you doing? What's the emergency? Is everything okay? Can I help you? Etc. And it went from that to um why is your van covered? And it went
Speaker A
to pretty much getting hostile. Um he called for backup. I He was hostile. I was not. I was I was pretty much peaceibly. Um he came up, told me to get out the car. He was going to uh arrest
Speaker A
me because I had my VIN covered and um yeah, he said that was a felony charge.
Speaker A
Well, the the truth behind that was my car has bins all over the place. It's even recorded in it digitally on the uh MMI screen. Um and you know, went to jail for that.
Speaker A
After that, um, my wife and I got arrested again because I I had two DOT plates on the the same plate on all of my vehicles.
Speaker A
Uh, got pulled over with her. We both end up going to jail. Um, and what I handed the officer at that time, uh, he cited me.
Speaker A
He went dead, bro. Yep. S, where you at, bro? Dang, my boy. This is why I urge to put that car in trust.
Speaker A
Yeah. And and none of it seemingly Have you all heard of a gentleman named William Felton in Arizona? Paige, Arizona.
Speaker A
No, but Sai, you you broke up real bad, bro. I don't know if Oh, I did. I'm sorry.
Speaker A
Yeah, we missed the last whole minute or whatever. Wait, where did he stop off at? Where did he stop off at?
Speaker A
The DOT number. And he was now getting in jail. He stopped off where he got put in jail.
Speaker A
Okay. So, yeah. So, my second my second uh stop um my wife and I was pulled over uh for her citations. There was a warrant for her arrest. So, they they took her in. Um, we even went in on her
Speaker A
citations trying to take care of the the so-called warrant and and did emergency mo emergency motions to to uh get those reversed. They just ignore everything, deny everything. Uh, dismiss dismiss nothing is is essentially what what they do. But, um, yeah, so we we end up
Speaker A
getting arrested for that. Um, and uh, I don't know if you heard me say that I got arrested twice on the same pretty much the same situation. So, one of them was for covering my VIN. The second time
Speaker A
when I was with my wife, they gave me a forgery charge for the print out of the DT information. So, I was say uh I don't know if you heard me, but I was saying that the DOT information pretty much
Speaker A
just said all of the the caveats of what what it is to be in the private like as far as a DOT information says. All I did was just gave him a print out.
Speaker A
So, he wrote up forgery. So, how they call that forgery? You dealt with that then, right? That's not forgery. That's a piece of paper. They have no proof.
Speaker A
It's just a piece of paper, but that's currently going on right now. So, so my first uh arrest was two years ago and they literally after their arraignment have not moved and put any motions in whatsoever and I pretty much met with
Speaker A
Cam last night to uh get all the motions together and things that need to go um in the court and be filed. So, they haven't done anything. And granted, I I've I filed in the same county. Um, you
Speaker A
know, my pretty much my my status, you know, I've known my marriage. I've done everything in this one county, but it it seems like they're not moving at all.
Speaker A
Can I touch on this for a second? Please, please. Um, so I also have used been using the DOT plates. Um, I had a friend of mine had taken my automobile to go to the store and she was pulled over and
Speaker A
uh, the cops were saying that it was a stolen automobile. So, she called me, I walked down there and I brought all my paperwork with me.
Speaker A
Everything that I had from setting up the DOT plates as trust property, as the trust setting it up, I brought all of that information. I also brought the little green placard that they make that has the definition, the visual
Speaker A
definition of vehicles, what vehicles are under the DOT and under US code. Right. Okay.
Speaker A
In that placard, you will see you don't have a passenger car, you don't have a SUV, you don't have a truck unless it has a trailer attached with two axles.
Speaker A
Yep. Right. They charged me with interference with public duty and um unlawful carry of a firearm and uh fictitious license plate.
Speaker A
Sounds like a lawsuit. Even though you have that DOT number on there. Yeah. Now, here's the thing. The judge immediately dropped the de the fictitious license plate and immediately dropped the unlawful carry of a firearm at the first
Speaker A
hearing. And I had placed all of my documentation that I create copies of all my documentation that I created with the DOT on the record as evidence and judicial notice under rule 2011.
Speaker A
checkmate. Right. So, that's what that's what I'm saying for for me to chime in on this is make sure that you do that because with them trying to hit you with forgery, they're trying to say that you're making
Speaker A
something up. But if you have your documentation from when you set up that that number under your TR, I'm assuming you did it under a trust name as a private carrier. Um, then they have nothing to come back at
Speaker A
you with. And then on top of that, because you're showing them the placard of what the definition of vehicle is under the United States Code and under the US DOT, they can't say that you were in a vehicle because you're in a private
Speaker A
motor carriage or private conveyance utilizing it as a private carrier for your own property.
Speaker A
So bottom line is the private conveyance, guys. Bottom line, this benefit is that a natural rights type remedy from the government to give us that goes that applies the right to travel.
Speaker A
So it's not a contract with the government per se. It's our recognition of our original organic contract under the constitution.
Speaker A
It is it is still technically a contract, but here's the thing. It requires you to have another party to be contracted with, right? Because if you're doing it as a private carrier and and your trust is the is the owning of
Speaker A
is the one that owns the property, right? There's no third party that you're contracting with. So that whole idea of contract is eliminated. However, because you have the number, you're still creating a contractual nexus with the US government. But,
Speaker A
and this was important, when I originally got the number, the operator on the other end, when I was calling about uh some some notices that I had received from third party corporations trying to say that I needed to pay this fee or my DOT
Speaker A
number was going to get removed, right? So, I was calling them to report that and they said, you know, you don't need this number, right?
Speaker A
And I said, "Yeah, I'm fully aware, but it helps to insulate me when I'm dealing with these bad actors on the roadway." And he's like, "Yeah, I So, what it boils down to is just you they g they give you all the information that
Speaker A
you need when you set up that account, right? Um, including the fact that if I remember, you went out again. I have a feeling you're touching your mute button.
Speaker A
Can you hear me now? Now. Yeah. Yes. Okay. Um, so you you can correct me if I'm wrong, but at the time that I signed up for for it, I remember reading somewhere within the documentation that the DOT number comes
Speaker A
with $7,500 of insurance automatically. And so that even covers your ability to be insured if you haven't already taken care of that through the fact that your your purchase agreement states that insurance comes with the automobile at the time of purchase, but that's
Speaker A
separate. Um, so yeah, what what I'm saying is all of your source documentation from when you got that DOT number is your remedy to get that thrown out. At least at least as far as the forgery goes because
Speaker A
how are you gonna forge something when you signed up for it? Did I? Yeah. Under the under the code, it's it's not even close to what actually transpired. So yeah, what they're trying to do is basically because you just gave them
Speaker A
basic information that doesn't cite where your standing is coming from. They're just they're just mad that you're utilizing the information and trying to because they did the same thing with me with a with a um a check that I wrote off of a closed account.
Speaker A
The feds tried to charge me with forgery and I created the check from one trust account to another trust account in order to create credits of account from my closed bank account coming into a federal EPS postal account.
Speaker A
and they tried to charge me with forgery and that got dropped after 3 days.
Speaker A
Nice. I have a question about the uh um the trust slashregistration slash uh having your vehicle identified with the DOT and and the trust. So I I did set that up. However, um, one of the arguments that one of the
Speaker A
officers made is that your vehicle is not coming back registered to anything, which right it's showing suspended to true.
Speaker A
Well, I I get that, but should not your vehicle be tied to uh shouldn't it be identified by or should it not be identified by question is to ask him if that was even true. Here's here's the thing. Okay,
Speaker A
your do number is technically your identifiier number. Yes. Here's the thing. You're not registering your automobile with the DOT because you're not in a vehicle as defined by the DOT. That's the importance of that placard, that green placard.
Speaker A
It's two pages and I can I have it on my phone. I can forward it. Um, yeah, please do.
Speaker A
I'll put it in the chat. All right. Um, and you can get it on US DOT. The F FMCSA website has it.
Speaker A
Um, it's two pages and it shows all the different variations of what a vehicle is by pictures according to the DOT and according to US code.
Speaker A
I think I know what you're talking about. So, so there's no there's no ambiguity. And a passenger automobile like a car, an SUV, um a passenger van is considered a vehicle. A pickup truck is not considered a vehicle unless you have a
Speaker A
trailer attached to it that has at least two axles. Mhm. Um so these are key points that are important, right?
Speaker A
Definitely. Because if it's not a vehicle by United States Code standard, it's also not a vehicle by state standard.
Speaker A
Gotcha. Right. So, um, again, back to the back to the contractual nexus, you're not registering your automobile with them.
Speaker A
And when you look at the application process, it asks you, how many vehicles do you have that you're using for intrastate or interstate commerce?
Speaker A
Well, you have zero. Hm. Now, you're still allowed to use the number on any automobile that you're operating in under that trust because that trust needs to be able to transport its property.
Speaker A
And if your trust is done properly, you're part of that property. Another important thing too is like when it comes to the jurisdiction of it, it's in they're pulling over this private conveyance of that's a trust. And when
Speaker A
they say it's not registered to you, it's because it's kind of true. It's registered to the trust and you're not the entity.
Speaker A
And then also they're trespassing and they're violating trust laws by doing such a thing.
Speaker A
Many angles to go. It's an extension of my own goods, right? Yes. It's private property, um, household goods. Now, the thing of your liberty done, the thing that you have to make sure that you have done in case you haven't
Speaker A
is you have to have that certificate of title retitled into the trust name. And generally, when you get it back, it'll be a completely different type of certificate of title, right? It you have to bill a failure over to the
Speaker A
trust. That way, even all from the very beginning, it's getgo. Like, let's say I go and buy a car off some dude at his house.
Speaker A
He has the title and I have a bill of sale. I have him donate or sell a car for a dollar to the trust. My name goes nowhere. He never signs to my name. The trust name is the only thing that goes
Speaker A
on it. That way when you go to register it with the DMV, mind you, you do not need a license to register this vehicle when it's in a trust with the DMV and it probably only cost about 80 bucks. It's
Speaker A
as much as I paid. And then you go there and you give them that you're just the insurance. And you you also notice that the insurance is just for public safety and for peace of mind. And you you make sure that the
Speaker A
insurance is to the trust name. That way when everything comes back it is nothing but not you and then it's also not something that they can prosecute on because it's not technically a true entity of a person.
Speaker A
Right. So now to make the distinction between you two. The other thing to be very clear on Go ahead. Go ahead.
Speaker A
Sorry. The other thing to be very clear on is that even though you have the certificate of title in your trust name that is not the title certificate means document of means from. So if it's a certificate of title it cannot be the
Speaker A
title. It is still important to get the MSO or MCO from the manu. I have both of those. Okay. So so can I start from that that point instead of dealing with the certificate of title because I have the MCO for both. You
Speaker A
would you would do if if the manufacturer hasn't already written it to you in the trust name, um you would do a bill of sale and inform the manufacturer that you have lost the MSOMCO and you need a new one issued for the
Speaker A
new entity that now holds it and you send them a copy of the bill of sale.
Speaker A
Okay, that will get you your MCO or MSO in interesting in All right, pause there. Robert, are you still with us, brother?
Speaker A
Yes, I'm here. Okay, any closing statements you want to make? We're we're right at about 3 and 1/2 hours, which is where we about three three and a half hours as far as public uh recordings are concerned. Um, this
Speaker A
meeting will still continue for for for everybody that's in Wisdom. Just wanted to let y'all know that. Any closing statements you would like to make before closing out the recording today?
Speaker A
Yeah. People that want to learn law, just um understand that every contract is, you know, has the authority of a court behind it. If you don't have a court behind your contract, nobody's going to honor your contract. So, understand
Speaker A
these different venues and what what where you want to stand in life. So, you know, I don't I don't mind having, you know, some contracts with the state, some contracts with the federal, you know, some contracts, but um they're not
Speaker A
going to take away my rights with these contracts. So, always reserve your rights. Yeah. What I want Oh, sorry. Go ahead, Cam. What I want to do is I want to close this one out as far as Operation Wisdom is concerned
Speaker A
with our special guest, Robert Ritzman. Bro, you you've been a wealth of knowledge. Uh I definitely want to invite you on again at some point. I've been meaning to host you and your knowledge for over a year now for sure.
Speaker A
I'm so glad that you made a comment on the YouTube to uh be able to come back or come and and speak freely to all of Operation Wisdom. And uh yeah, I just would love for everybody, every single
Speaker A
person to unmute and thank Robert for coming and giving us uh his time today.
Speaker A
It's been a blessing. Thank you very much. Appreciate your knowledge. Hey Rob, you are awesome, bro.
Speaker A
You're awesome, man. Thank you. Looking forward to hear from you again. Thank you. Yeah, bro. A lot of lot of good information. Thank you.
Speaker A
Yes. Thank you. You rock. Keep doing the Most High's work. You had some key ingredients today.
Speaker A
What's going on here? Somebody connected with a somebody connected with the military told me a month ago that I'm I am um classified as an angel because I fight evil. Isn't that funny?
Speaker A
Yes. No, it's not funny. It's true. It's not funny. It's true. And uh again, we're just so thankful for you, brother, and I really appreciate it. Um, this is going to close out today's uh Operation Wisdom meeting for
Speaker A
Saturday, May the 23rd. If you would like to become an Operation Wisdom member, you can go to operationwisdome.com, become a member, get access to all the books, uh, all the Discord, uh, complete access 100% to the trust series, and of
Speaker A
