Why I can’t buy minutes on a computer
In shortSubscriptions are paid for only in the App Store, Google Play and Mac App Store. You cannot buy Premium in the web version or on the website. Get it in the app, signed in to the same account, and it appears on the web.
How to get Premium if you work on the web
Web
- Install SozAI on an iPhone, iPad, Android device or Mac. On the web, Buy minutes opens the same steps with links to the stores and, on a computer, a QR code for your phone.
- Sign in to the app the same way as on the web: Profile → Account → Sign in or create an account.
- Get Premium in the app.
- On the web, open Account and click Refresh status.
Why it works this way
SozAI subscriptions are sold and charged by the app stores, not by the website. That is why the Buy minutes button on the web takes no payment: it shows how to buy in the app. The service learns about Premium from the store.
If Premium does not appear on the web
Most likely you signed in to the app a different way, or not at all. See I bought Premium but my account doesn't have it.
