This is how Beyond and Pariston planned Chairman Netero's death. The theory is that Beyond Netero once explored the Dark Continent and came back with disastrous results. After the damage his expedition caused, Isaac Netero banned the Hunter Association and his own son from ever going back until the day he died. But from that disastrous trip, Beyond brought back the Chimera Ants. He bred them with humans, creating the mutated queen carrying human genetic material, then setting her loose in NGL, a nation so isolated and closed off from modern technology that she could breed and build a colony. Kakin Empire, now tied directly to Beyond, hires Kite's team to run a biological survey in the region. That survey is what eventually traces the queen's severed arm back to NGL, and by the time the Hunter Association is informed, the colony was out of control. Pariston, as vice chairman, manipulates the board so the strongest hunters are unable to join, forcing the chairman to walk into a deadly battlefield with just Morel and Nov. Beyond wants his father dead because of hatred, since Netero's death is the only thing standing between him and the Dark Continent. Pariston wants him dead because he loves the chairman and believes the chairman deserved to go out facing his greatest opponent as his final battle. The moment Netero dies, the ban is lifted for the Dark Continent, prompting Beyond and Kakin to make their move, and guess who currently has a plan to bail out Beyond. Of course, it's Pariston Hill.
