If you're watching this video, there's a good chance you're scrolling YouTube trying to figure out what business to start, what works in 2025. Something that's not oversaturated, something that's not overhyped, something that's not SMA, dropshipping, affiliate marketing, or copywriting. But let me ask you something. Have you ever seen someone talking about influencer marketing agencies or someone running a five-figure per month business without owning a product, without running ads, or without a team of 10 people? That's influencer marketing agency. That's what I run. That's why my students run, and that's where we all make money. My name is D. I've been running one of the first agencies that specializes in influencer marketing here in Croatia. Now working with some of the biggest influencers in the world, with some of the biggest brands in the world, and teaching others how to do it, too. So, if you stay until the end, I'm going to walk you through how this business works, why demand and supply are broken right now, and how you can hit your first 10K in only one month without spending months trying to figure it out. The good thing about IMA is people still don't even realize that this is a real business model that has been working over 20 years now, but no one has been talking about it. No one has been really open about it like I am right now. The truth is that brands are throwing money like crazy right now. They're throwing it into influencers because they see that it works. Influencers need money. They always needed money. They always wanted brand deals, and they will always want brand deals. And that's where you can come in. That's where we come in as a middleman, as a bridge between these two sides. And that's what influencer marketing is. This is basically the same thing as Uber, Airbnb, modeling agencies, sponsorship agencies; all have the same thing in common. Uber doesn't own any cars but still makes money by being a middleman. Airbnb doesn't own any properties, houses, hotels, but still makes money from being a middleman. Modeling agencies also don't have models in one place. They have models all over the world. They just connect them with the right brands and take a percentage from it. Sponsorship agencies also, same thing, they don't have events, they don't host events, they don't have brands, they just connect brands who are willing to invest in some events and take a percentage from it, maybe even a fixed fee, who knows. These businesses are also not that much talked about. Middleman business is not that much talked about. This is something that all people gatekeep, but I'm going to show you how it works. The good thing about influencer marketing is that it doesn't require any investment. You don't have to have any knowledge. You just need to be good with people, know how to connect with people, know how to negotiate. But that you will learn with experience. It is currently a blue ocean. It's been a blue ocean for years and it will be a blue ocean for years. I'll show you later on how much brands are currently investing in it. No one is talking about it, as you can probably see. You don't have to hop on calls. You don't have to do boring stuff. You just connect supply with the demand and make money. I've had students closing over £7,000 in profit in one month with just three deals or three influencers with one brand, and that's basically it. Like Ash, who did it in like three weeks. If you want to speed up the process, you can apply on my new website middlemanacademy.com. The link will be in the description. And I'm going to tell you why this is possible. Because the market is broken, demand is high. Brands don't know who to work with, how to invest in influencers, how to track results. Brands don't know anything. Influencers don't know how to price themselves, how to negotiate, how the contracts work. No one even knows how the contracts work. A lot of influencer agencies don't know how the contracts work because this is a completely new space and completely new opportunity. One great quote that I like to use is whenever the wealth is transferred from one person to another, there is always someone in between that person who also becomes wealthy. These companies show you and prove to you that it is like that. Real estate agencies always have an agent in between. Always someone is being wealthy whenever you connect someone with someone. You're making money too. And that's why this is a good opportunity. Let me just now go quickly over some facts. Influencer marketing is expected to hit 30 to 40 or 50 billion in ad spend by 2026. That's bigger than the entire crypto market cap in its early days. So I hope that tells you enough. But the number of people who actually know how to manage this, how to run this, how everything works are basically zero. Literally no one. The demand right now is exploding exponentially. Every brand wants to invest in influencer marketing, and you will see that yourself as soon as you start. Supply is rising slowly and linearly, and that shows you that this is a good opportunity to go in right now. I've put here two screenshots from Google Trends. This is the whole world in the past five years. The term is influencer marketing agency. So this is probably what the brands are searching for. As you can see, it's rising. In the last six months, it is rising exponentially. And when you do the same last five years for the whole world, how to run an influencer marketing agency or a term which regular people would search for. As you can see, no one is searching about this in the past six months, in the past one year. Here are those two compared to one another. Same filter, past year, whole world. How to start an influencer marketing agency is the blue one, and influencer marketing agency is the red one. So you can see brands trying and seeing if there are any influencer marketing agencies which can help them are rising like a rocket exponentially, and people who want to start this are basically zero. I'm sorry. So yeah, let's now go over how do you start it. I'm going to go over this full guide, how to start it from start to finish for all of you who never heard of it. For all of you who did hear of it, make sure to stay until the end because there's some stuff that I have not yet talked about. First thing that you need to do is identify your niche. You can go specific, you can go general. It depends on what you want to do. It's important to pick something that you are passionate about. You don't need to be an expert in it. You just need to be passionate about it and have some basic knowledge on the niche because it will be easier for you later on. And of course, you will enjoy it more. Also, you need to pick a country that you want to work in. The best is to go with tier one countries. If you don't know what tier one countries are, go and Google it and you will find it very, very fast. After you choose your niche, you're going to identify your service. This is the best and hardest part for some people. People waste hours of their time trying to figure out what service to offer. They're lost in all these services. I know that this is a lot. I know that this is not even half of the services that you can offer in influencer marketing. There's a lot, there's a lot of ones that I don't talk about. But it would just be too overwhelming for you to have all that at once. So let's go and start with the basic four influencer marketing services. First service that people also get wrong is talent management, where you are representing influencers and managing their brand deals, contracts, payments, everything. They pay you a percentage or fixed fee. Upside is that you make money from eve...

sorry. Uh so yeah let's now go over how do you start it. I'm going to go over this full guide how to start it from start to finish for all of you who never heard of it. For all of you who did
06:32

heard of it, make sure to stay until the end because there's some stuff that I have not yet talked about. Uh first thing that you need to do is identify your niche. You can go specific, you can go general. It depends what you want to

07:26

uh service to offer. they're lost in all these services. Um, I know that this is a lot. I know that this uh this is not even a half of services that you can offer in influencer marketing. There's a
07:40
Speaker A
lot uh there's a lot of ones that I don't talk about. Uh but uh it would be just be uh too overwhelming for you uh to have all that at once. So let's go and start with basic four influencer
07:54
Speaker A
marketing uh services. First service that people uh also get wrong is talent management. Um where you are representing influencers and managing their brand deals, contracts, payments, everything. They pay you percentage or fixed fee. Upside is that you make money
08:11
Speaker A
from every deal even if you did not contact the brand. So this is what what people get wrong. So when you are a talent manager, you have for example an influencer and you have for example this is you and you have a brand. the brand
08:26
Speaker A
will come to you and not an influ they will not come to uh influencer directly they will come to you and you will handle everything. Uh another people that another thing that people get wrong is that they think when they're uh
08:40
Speaker A
talent manager they need to find brands they need to go to brands and then connect it to with influencer. This is basically one time collaborations but other way around and longer way and this is basically just time wasting. Um, when
08:54
Speaker A
people say talent management, they all think I'm finding brands for influencers. No, you're a manager of an influencer. You are basically their agent. You're handling all brands that come to him and you're not finding new brands for for the influencer. Uh, so
09:10
Speaker A
yeah, downside is that you need to find influencers who don't have a management. you need to start with smaller ones because bigger ones won't work with you if you don't have any case studies or any portfolio of influencers you worked
09:22
Speaker A
uh with in the past. The good thing is that you can upgrade yourself in this talent management space and get like 20 influencers which you manage all at once and it could be very very great money for you. Uh good service to start, good
09:37
Speaker A
service to start as a beginner. Uh but there's uh even better and faster way to make money which I'm going to talk about later. Influencer seating is another great entry point uh where you charge a brand fixed fee per campaign or per
09:51
Speaker A
month. This fee is averaging somewhere between two and 10 sometimes even 15k depending on many factors such as how many influencers you bring. Do do you do influencer uh analytics tracking? Uh do you handle all the communications, contracts, everything? Um what you're
10:08
Speaker A
doing here is basically uh similar to full campaign management but with influencers who uh don't charge for their posts. Influencers who get the products for free and then post it if they like. Uh if they don't want they
10:21
Speaker A
won't post it. If they want they will post it for free because they actually want the product. Uh they actually love the product. This service is basically uh hand you are handling everything.
10:32
Speaker A
finding influencers, outreaching, managing deliveries, everything. Uh this is great for brands with smaller budgets or brands who want to get high and very very big awareness in the uh same time when they ship all the products at once
10:45
Speaker A
and get 30 influencers post basically in the same few days. That is very good for them. uh when they are launching new product also very very good one-time collaborations easiest way to start in the industry and great way to learn
11:00
Speaker A
great way to get experience you don't go on meetings you don't go on you don't have any long-term commitments you do everything over email uh money comes in fast and you can upgrade this service to full campaign management later on just
11:13
Speaker A
to show you quickly how easy it is uh I basically closed this deal in like uh 2 days total the friend wanted to work with one of the lifestyle influencers.
11:24
Speaker A
Uh they wanted me to find this influencer for them. Uh I went through my roster. I found the influencer which should be a perfect fit. Messaged him on WhatsApp and basically what we did, we uh negotiated a bit, structured this
11:40
Speaker A
price of $17,000 for the integration on YouTube. Um, I sent this offer to them I think May 20 22nd uh on May 23rd at 9:00 a.m. She came back to me when their work hours started and accept accepted uh
11:59
Speaker A
this fee. Uh I also wanted to extend the deadline uh for 7 days since we gave them a little bit of cheaper price and she approved it immediately. After that we signed contracts uh and this money will be in my bank account by the end of
12:16
Speaker A
uh June. Uh as you can see all done in uh confirmed in um few minutes over uh Google Sheets. Uh this is what Ash is doing. As I said, as I mentioned above, he's currently uh at around £7,000
12:32
Speaker A
profit uh with three deals uh in less than 3 weeks. Uh great way to learn, easiest way as I said to start in the industry. Uh let me quickly show you how it works. You are basically finding uh
12:47
Speaker A
multiple influencers sending that all to a brand. This is you. This is brand. And when brands reviews it, when brands reviews the rates, they choose for example these two influencers um these two influencers and want to proceed with them. If they charge, for
13:04
Speaker A
example, one charges 5K, another charges 10K, 5 + 10 is 15. And if you charge, for example, 20% of that or 30%, 20% would be what? $3,000.
13:18
Speaker A
Uh, and you just made 3K for connecting two people with one brand. So, uh, it it really isn't that hard. It's based on um you getting a requirements from a brand which I'll talk about later on. Uh you get requirements from a brand and
13:36
Speaker A
then um finding influencers based on that requirements and getting paid getting your percentage. Full campaign management is the next service. Uh one of the harder ones. Uh it requires some experience because you are working directly with brands, managing their
13:53
Speaker A
whole budgets, taking upfront payments for your service. Um full campaign management can include everything from sitting collaborations with new uh old, big or small influencers. You are basically responsible for everything.
14:07
Speaker A
You are handling every single thing including analytics, tracking and everything else. big money comes in of course but uh you need some experience uh because full campaign management is usually uh handled with big big brands and big teams. There's a lot more
14:24
Speaker A
services that I'm not going to yet talk about on YouTube. Uh there's these four basic ones that I encourage everyone to start, but there's as I said a lot more uh ones that you can start too like Sergio who is making near to 10K in less
14:41
Speaker A
than 50 days which is to be honest crazy for me. Uh so yeah, there's a lot of these services that you can start uh which you will learn with your with experience which you will learn when you start when you actually start closing
14:55
Speaker A
some deals. You will learn how the industry works and you will find out what these services are by yourself. Uh the first thing that you need to do right now is start and don't think about all the other stuff. Start with one time
15:09
Speaker A
collaboration, start with influencer seeding, start with talent management. Just start start sending outreach and you will uh get to these numbers. What's next? You are outreaching to uh brands and influencers. You are building your network. uh if you're outreaching to
15:23
Speaker A
brands, if you are doing uh full campaign management, one-time collaborations or influencer seating, you're always going to brands first. I explained in a lot of my videos why uh when there when you are doing one time collaborations, why you are going to do
15:38
Speaker A
brands first, not influencers like some people tell you. Uh so if you are going to brands you are uh if you are doing it manually uh you are going to go for brands working with other influencers or using paid tools making lists and
15:54
Speaker A
outreaching to them with these paid tools. If you want me to make an uh video about outreach to brands about finding brands uh let me know in the comments and I might make it. Uh when you're outreaching to influencers,
16:10
Speaker A
if you're doing talent management, for example, you're going to get their prices, media kits, depending on the service you choose, and make a Google sheet or Excel with everything like their uh name, contact, followers, links niche address country notes
16:23
Speaker A
address is not mandatory. This is my list that I have for my creation clients, for my creation influencers. Uh so yeah, but something like this should be very very good, very simple. I also have the uh video about uh explaining
16:38
Speaker A
how to find influencers uh for your campaign. Uh whether you are at the first stage where you are finding influencers for your talent management or you are finding influencers for the brand which gave you requirements, this video is good to watch. Uh next thing is
16:53
Speaker A
running a campaign. Uh first thing that you need to do is understand brand's needs and requirements. discuss with them about their budget, target audience, campaign goals, everything that you need to get before you start looking out for influencers because
17:06
Speaker A
before you start uh running this campaign for them. Uh what you are doing is getting a list of influencers, one in your network if you have ones uh and once you uh the one that you reach out to uh presenting this list to a brand
17:22
Speaker A
whether you're doing influencer seating, full campaign management, one time collaborations, uh whatever you do, they need to review it. Uh once the list is approved, make sure everything goes smoothly. uh because you are now responsible for everything for
17:36
Speaker A
influencers posting for influencer receiving the product everything is handled by you. Uh I also have another video about this um where I explain how influencer marketing campaign works. Uh in this video I'm also going to give you a real example uh my example with email
17:54
Speaker A
screenshots of how an influencer marketing campaign works. So uh let's get to that uh right now. So what I did, I saw the brand on Tik Tok accidentally.
18:04
Speaker A
I liked the brand. I went immediately to their website, saw what they do, uh went to their LinkedIn, uh found some uh persons who are decision makers, uh sent a reply to sent the messages to to them on LinkedIn because I have a good
18:21
Speaker A
LinkedIn uh with some good social proof and stuff like that. Uh that's probably why I got a reply from the CEO immediately. Uh and he gave me an email that I need to contact. Um I sent the sent the the uh email uh to to this
18:41
Speaker A
person to this uh email that that he gave me. Uh got the inside details.
18:47
Speaker A
Budget wasn't a problem. As you can see, they're investing $100,000 monthly in influencer marketing.
18:53
Speaker A
uh you can imagine how much they spend on paid ads and other stuff. Uh but the criteria was they uh gave me a bit of um strict criteria. This is not the full uh criteria. I yeah I didn't put a
19:07
Speaker A
screenshot here but this it was really strict. Uh I went through my roster selected two influencers who I thought would be a good fit and got rejected immediately. And this is very very cold rejection. uh they they uh this is the
19:24
Speaker A
first influencer, this is the second one. This was very very sad to see. But I didn't stop here. Uh instead, I doubled down. I reached out to 50 new influencers in the tech space because I was not really in the tech space,
19:38
Speaker A
especially for international brands, and I chose the best to send the proposal to a brand. As you can see, offer for uh YouTube integration was $65,000.
19:49
Speaker A
uh offer for Tik Tok was $30,000 and dedicated video. You can only imagine how much uh prices were ranging from, as I said, 30K to 250k per dedicated video.
20:01
Speaker A
Uh what I got uh was uh the email from a brand uh wanting to do a full dedicated video and brand chose after that the option that was the best for them and gave me the green light. Uh I need to
20:15
Speaker A
mention that this part uh where I got the where I found the brand where I messaged them and everything else only took 14 days. So every single uh step one of one of these steps took only 14 days. Uh so yeah this only shows you how
20:33
Speaker A
quick it can uh the deal can come and how quick you can get to to to the money if you know what you are doing. Um in the next day I prepared contracts, prepared a brief, coordinated product shipments and set up content deadlines.
20:49
Speaker A
Uh 10 days for video recording and 2 days for video approval and posting uh and 10 to 30 days for collecting analytics and finally getting paid my commission as an agency fee which was 10K. As you can see invoice was paid and
21:05
Speaker A
money was received uh by the beginning of this year. Uh, in this example, I didn't take a fee from influencers since it's since it's our first time collaborating. This is a key for long-term success. Don't be greedy. I I
21:20
Speaker A
could have got another like 5 to 8K probably for from influencer too, but I wasn't greedy. I was uh ready to put that on the side and uh make a good relationship with an influencer. Maybe offer him talent management, something
21:35
Speaker A
like that. Why not? After you run a campaign, you are getting paid as we saw down there. Uh what you need to do is use contracts always. Uh why? Because they protect you. They protect brand. They protect influencer. Everyone is secure secure
