[music] So about 10 years ago, we started filming a TV show on Discovery Channel called Diesel Brothers. It was a lot of fun. We built a [music] lot of really cool vehicles. We provided you with a lot of really cool entertainment on

Discovery Channel. We got to a point where that show had kind of run its course. [music] I was done. I was tired.

I didn't want to do it anymore. So, I stepped away from that and went back to YouTube. Started creating [music] YouTube content, which is really where I'm passionate. It's really where I can create and do things differently than I

was able to do on network television. And we had a lot of fun with it.

Unfortunately, over the years, we did some things that made some people mad. [music] In 2016, we got sued by a group of environmentalists who said that we were ruining the air in the state of [music] Utah. And then we dealt with a

9-year long lawsuit, not with the EPA, not with the state of Utah, not with the federal government, but with a [music] private group of environmentalists. So when I had my yard sale last year, right around the time I said, "Hey, I got a

big announcement," they went to the judge and said blah blah blah blah blah, threw me in jail. So I went to jail, spent 3 days in solitary confinement, got [music] out of jail, solved the lawsuit, got all the other stuff

resolved. I had to deal with all kinds of different agreements, separation agreements, lawsuits, legal stuff to be able to get to the point where today I can finally tell you that I'm at the point in my life where I'm about to make

a change. I'm evolving. I'm growing. I'm pushing [music] the limits and I am pushing the boundaries of what's capable. As many of you know, I love aviation. It is literally one of my biggest passions because it's freedom, it's utility, it serves a purpose, it's

fun, and it helps people. As you can see behind me, I was one of the very first private owners of a Blackhawk in the United States. There's plenty of Blackhawks out there fighting fires, doing work, but not a lot of guys like

me who decided to buy one to be able to use it however he wanted.

go. So, without further ado, here it is. The big announcement. I am now the vice president of Cyberjet. And you're probably like, "What the hell is Cyberjet?" Well, I'll tell you. Cyberjet is the world's fastest, highest flying, furthest flying, most technologically

advanced light jet. Right here behind me is one of the most incredible innovations that has ever happened in the world of light jets. And I had an opportunity to step in and [music] take this incredible aircraft to the next level. But that's not all

because guess what? Not only am I the vice president of this company in my time here that I've been working behind the scenes, we just broke a world record. Basically, they take the time that it takes [music] to go from

Jacksonville, Florida to San Diego, California. A couple days ago, we attempted it in our Cyberjet SJ30. And guess what? We crushed it. We literally dominated this record by a [music] long shot because we took this jet right here

behind me that's fully flying, fully certified [music] and fully badass. And we went from Jacksonville, Florida to San Diego, California at an average speed of 504 mph. [music] And we did it in 4 hours and 6 minutes. But guess what? That's

not even the part I'm most excited about. The part I'm most excited about is the fact that the Phenom 300, great plane, they did the same thing. Like I said, around 339 mph. They had to stop one time to refuel in Texas. Cyberjet

SJ30, she made it the whole way. [music] No stops, full speed, full efficiency, crushed the record. We are doing something in the world of aviation that has never been done before. Before I get on a tangent, let's sit down. Let's talk

about [music] how we got to right here today. All right. Well, obviously we have a lot of ground to cover. 2016, the first season of Diesel Brothers comes out.

Diesel Brothers happened to be one of the most successful automotive programs ever launched on the Discovery [music] Channel. It was one of the coolest things I've ever done. But I knew even when we started that that wasn't it.

That was not the end. [music] At least not for me. Because I appreciate and enjoy innovation. I enjoy creating. I enjoy taking a look at a problem and saying, "How can we solve that? How can we make that better?" Within [music] a

few months of our TV show hitting the airwaves, we got sued and we got sued a lot. And one of the biggest [music] lawsuits that we got hit with was from a group called the UPE, Utah Physicians for Healthy Environment. [music]

Basically, they went to a federal court and said, "Hey, the Diesel Brothers are destroying the air in the state of Utah [music] because we saw some trucks on TV blowing black smoke." And that lawsuit ran [music] for about nine years. In
Speaker A
fact, many of you know that last year, just literally last October, [music] I got thrown in jail with no bail for a few days in solitary confinement.

Why? Because they claimed [music] that during this lawsuit, I had committed contempt or I had done all sorts of different things. And [music] this came right after I held the giant yard sale where I was selling a bunch of stuff to
Speaker A
make [music] room for that project. And the timing was just absolutely horrific. [music] So, when I told you all last summer that I had a big announcement for you, I wasn't lying. I did. I was really excited to tell you, but then life

happened. And all sorts of obstacles got in the way of me being able to share with you [music] the reason why I'm here today. Well, I'm here today to tell you and very happy to tell you [music] that

those legal troubles are long gone. We got that all settled because after I went to jail, the federal judge who was in charge of our case took a look at all the facts and everything and was like, "Uh-oh, something's not right here.

Maybe this guy hasn't been doing all these [music] things that he was accused of." And we settled and it's done.
Speaker A
Thanks to all of you from the support you gave me in the video that I posted as soon as I got out of jail. Without that, I don't know what would have happened. But so many of you came to

[music] support us and came to vouch for us and came to say, "Hey, these guys do a lot of good. These guys care about helping other people because we genuinely do." We have not done everything right. But the difference is

every single time [music] we make a mistake, we take a look and say, "How can we become better?" And that's what we've done with every part of our business from [music] trucks that break to me going to jail and everything in

between. So that chapter of my life, it's closed, but it's been rough. [music] Literally 10 years of being attacked from every single angle you could possibly imagine. I'm grateful for it because I learned a lot. [music] I'm frustrated

were things that happened that weren't totally fair. But guess what? Life's not fair. But the reality is, if you keep pushing, if you keep building, and if you keep innovating, good things will happen to you. You see, when it comes to

light jets, you've got some options. [music] You've got things like the Cirrus Vision Jet. You've got things like the Eclipse. You've got things like the Pilotus PC24. You've got the Phenom 300. And you've got Cyberjet SJ30. This jet right here behind me is capable of

flying over 2,000 [music] mi on one tank of fuel. That means it has the longest range of any light jet in the segment. The Cyberjet has a cabin pressurization system that is unheard of in this industry. That means it can fly

Why would that stop? Here's what happened. [music] The recession 2008 COVID 2020. Along the way, they took a few bad investments from [music] big partners that weren't the right partners and a combination of that series of events basically made it so that this

[music] extremely capable aircraft just wasn't quite able to make it to where it needed to [music] go. even though they had built and certified and sold a handful of jets that were performing very well. So, a few years ago, I was

presented with the opportunity to get involved. The company [music] came with a factory full of parts and pieces, jigs, fixtures, everything you need to build a jet. [music] It came with a few flying aircraft. It came with the name

Cyberjet. And [music] it came with most importantly this aircraft behind me that literally sometimes in my opinion defies the laws of physics. As my career progressed and [music] as I became more confident in myself and my skills and my abilities, I

thought, you know what, I want to figure out how to fly an aircraft. And as I started to dig into what it would take to do it, I realized that there's no way. I don't have that kind of money.

Guess what? I applied for the loan. They didn't even respond. So, I said, "All right, well, we're going to take that dream [music] and we're going to put it right here and we're going to move forward with what we know, which is work

hard, solve problems, and hope for the best." So, that led us to 2015, 2016 era, which is when my life took a little bit of a different direction and we started building uh [music] some pretty high-profile trucks and then the TV show

started and as many of you know, it was very successful. And as the TV show took off, I had an opportunity to buy my very [music] first aircraft, a homebuilt rotorway jet eg. One of the most sketchy aircraft you've ever seen [music] in

your entire life. Picked it up, hired an instructor, brought it into my back lot.

He said, "I will teach you under one condition. Never fly this thing." I said, "What do you mean?" He said, "You're only allowed to hover 2 or 3 ft above the ground." Next step, I bought a Belljet Ranger.

[music] like not necessarily an entry- levelvel helicopter, but not a powerhouse by any means. Bought that, got trained, flew for a few years. That led me to the point where I thought, I can do this. I'm a good pilot. Why don't

we just take this as far as we can? And here we are today in 2026. And since then, I've owned just shy of 20 different aircraft, fixed [music] wing and helicopters.

And throughout that time, I became extremely passionate about aviation. And it's not just because I just love to fly. It's [music] because aircraft to me are time machines. They're problem solvers. I can jump in a helicopter and [music] I can make it to a location in

about 20 minutes that would normally take me 2 hours to drive. I can land on top of a mountain in about 30 minutes that would take me 3 hours to get to. I realized that being able to use these

tools was something that could not only change my life, but it could change the life of my family, my friends, people around me, and people in need. And as you've seen over the years, we have developed part of our business to be

able to help people in need. And we do it without charging them. I really enjoy getting the phone call saying, "Hey, I have a problem. Nobody else has been able to solve it. We don't know what to do. We don't have the budget to hire

somebody to do this. Can you help? I love that. I love it so much. And we've built our business, as many of you have seen, over the last several years, on being able to jump in, figure out what those problems are, use our very

unique skills, resources, equipment, aircraft, and everything else to be able to solve these problems. Everything that I've done up until this point of my life is to solve problems. [music] And that guy right there behind me, he's a problem solver. It's faster, flies

[music] further, flies higher, it's more comfortable, safer. The reason I took this position in Cyberjet is because it is only going to amplify [music] my resources, my skills, my reach, and my opportunities to help people, which is something that

I'm really passionate about. Turns out, one of our first aircraft that comes off the assembly line once we start building these jets again is to dedicate a jet to helping people that is literally the world's perfect, literally most perfect

air ambulance. So, we're going to dedicate one, two, or multiple of our aircraft to solving problems like that, transporting people in need. And it goes far. It can go from LA to Hawaii. It can go from LA to the East Coast and go from

the East Coast to LA. And nothing else in this category can do that. There's a lot that goes into this, but the reality is I'm a passionate builder. I'm a creator. I'm an innovator. And I'm somebody who I'm not content just

building trucks, recovering tractors, exploring [music] mines. I love all that stuff and I'm going to continue to do all of that, but I [music] want to continue to push the envelope.

Obviously, um it doesn't have an interior in it right now. I explained to you why it wasn't so that we could go faster. It just happened to be out because it's getting replaced here soon and it's not a quick process. So instead

of having interior bags, ballast, batteries, like about 500 lb worth of gear back here. So this is the inside of the CyberJet SJ30.

It is an incredibly exciting time to be in aviation because we literally just shattered like a very difficult world record. I wasn't sure. I thought maybe the headwinds. I just wasn't sure if we're going to be able to hit the uh the

time that we were hoping for, which was originally 4 hours and 30 minutes. We just did it in 4 hours and 8 minutes with fuel to spare. Unreal. So pumped.

[music] All right, my friends. Welcome to the Cyberjet manufacturing [music] facility. This facility is around 80,000 ft² and it is full to the brim. Everything you need to build an airplane is sitting right here. The way this works is all

the airframes were built here. All of the rigging, all of the electrical, all the engine installation with all sorts of specialty tools, jigs, fixtures, parts, pieces, airframes, you name it.

This is actually really cool. We're going to show you a wing that's actually currently being built that's that's like in in process. Our our wing was one of the first wings that that that was called a monolithic build. The lower
Speaker A
upper and lower skins are all a one piece part. They're not riveted together. We machine the entire thing.
Speaker A
So we we machine the ribs into them and then we bring them over to these two great big jigs and we slap the these together with it and put the wing skins on. These wing skins start off with a

2,000lb piece of aluminum. Oh, solid chunk of billet. Solid solid billet. And we machine them out and they end up at about 120 lb.

Jeez. Of of aluminum. That's one solid piece from here down to there. One solid piece all the way down.

Wow. This is the fuel tank. Inside the wing is the fuel tank. There's not In some planes there's like bladders or like fuel tanks inside there. this you fill just the entire side of the metal wing with fuel. And the way you do that

is you seal all the rivet holes and boom, you got yourself a sealed fuel tank. That's is wild. This is one of the panels. Um this is actually aircraft 14 number 14's panels. These tools are designed with a tack time that gives us

about two airplanes a month. For reference, our goal is to get up to like 8 to 10 aircraft a month with the new facility. So to do that you're talking I mean if this is two aircraft a month picture this four or five times
Speaker A
the size. All the tools were they specially built for this. Every tool was specifically designed for the airplane.

Wow. So after we get the the fuselage like this this is fuselage number 12. Okay.

You can see it's got the wing boxes already attached. We stab the vertical. So we get the vertical installed. Okay.

The next operation that this frame is ready for is landing gear installation. So right here is where the landing gear attaches. Here is the main landing gear attach point. And back here is a an attach point.

Nothing will be produced with this these engines that are currently out. No, everything will have the new ones.

Yep. So, as you guys can see, this is not just some little mom and pop operation.

This is a full-blown airplane manufacturing facility. This is where Cyberjet kind of left off when we when we purchased them. This is what we got from there. We've picked up the parts and pieces and we've opened up shop with

our HQ down in Mace, Arizona. So, we're going to head down there and show you basically what the future looks like moving forward.

[music] As you guys saw, we showed you the Cyberjet factory. We showed you the planes. We showed you basically where the [music] company came from. When the company got to the point where they just couldn't make it anymore essentially

went bankrupt, there was an opportunity for us to come in and buy it. We have moved Cyberjet headquarters down here to Phoenix, Arizona. Once we bought the jets and all the assets of the company, we had to put them somewhere. Right
Speaker A
right here behind us, we have another one of our jets, which remember, we already have jets flying. We have jets that were completed. We had jets that were sold. We had customers buying these things. This is what we call the Iron
Speaker A
Bird. The Iron Bird is basically Frankenstein for us. This is the jet that is going to receive all of the modifications and upgrades that we plan on doing. Much bigger engines. We're going to like double the thrust. And
Speaker A
we're going to do that by partnering with Williams International using their FJ44- engine. Luckily, over the last several years, Williams has continued to advance their engine programs, and they have bigger, more powerful engines. So, we're going to be taking the jet from about
Speaker A
2,000 lb of thrust per engine up to around 3,600 lb of thrust per engine, which is like 7,200 lb of thrust total, which basically means we're damn near doubling the power that this plane has.

We're going to be changing some of the control surfaces, a little bit of the tail, brand new avionics that we're building. And then once we get this one tested, then we're going to throw the engines on the other plane. And all of
Speaker A
our current fleet will be upgraded to the newer, bigger engines that we'll test and improve and and, you know, refine. So guys, this is this is it. I mean, this is a real deal. This is this plane just flew here from San Antonio.

So right here, this is going to be our new uh basically our trade show plane.

This is getting our our brand new interior um installed in it. And again, we're starting from scratch. We gutted everything. So you'll be able to actually come to a show or come to one of our events, climb in here, and sit in

the plane. This right here is where we're testing out all of the different interior panels. So, what's cool about this plane is it's a plane built for pilots by pilots. So, every time we make a change to this plane, we bonk it up in

here. Guys that are actually flying planes day in and day out are sitting here giving us our feedback. We're taking that feedback and we're building it into the actual production model plane.

friend of mine told me, he says, "If you don't keep your mind healthy, you'll lose everything in life." And when everything was going down in my life, like really difficult times, I came across this company called Cyberjet. And

I got a call one day and the the owner of the company was like, "Hey, listen.

we're we're we don't know really where to go from here. And I said, "Look, I'd be I'd be interested, but only if we had full, you know, complete control." Originally, I reached out to him and then they reached out to me later on,

like quite a while later, and they were like, "All right, we're ready to talk." And I just wanted to do something that was challenging. I mean, that was it. It was like So, you chose the literal hardest thing

to do, aerospace. Yeah. I don't know many other [clears throat] people that could have powered through.

They're never going to do you favors. I mean, everybody knows this and and this life is brutal, man. And the only thing you can do is just get back up and smile. And I that was the thing for me.

For 5 years, I had everything you could imagine go wrong in my life. Everything stripped from me, destroyed my name, my family, everything you can imagine. Like I said, you can't get upset. You just you all you can do is get back up.

And I think America loves a comeback story. They love they love when see they love to see even if they don't like you they love to see someone get back up from being beaten down right and just fighting another day. There's

Let's do it, man. All right. When you talk about avionics in an aircraft, you're talking about like a Garmin screen or like a Honeywell or Rockwell Collins. Like there's big companies that make these components, then they put them in the jet. That's

not what happened here. We didn't go to one of those companies and say, "Oh, yeah. We'll take that screen, that screen, and we'll take" We didn't We didn't do that. We built our own. All of this is proprietary. So, it's not

Garmin. It's not Honeywell, it's none of those names. It's Cyberjet. We call it Cybervision. And it's literally from the ground up avionics developed specifically for our aircraft. So, this is pretty cool. This is actually, as you see, these are 4K screens. Some of the

most advanced screens in avionics systems in the world. I actually think that they're better than any system I've ever seen in my life. Yeah, like you.

So, there's two main screens here, but they can be split up however you want, which is cool. You can literally drag and drop screens wherever you want them to go. This is a flight plan right here.

You can actually see like you have your active and you got your standby flight plan. And then on top of that, you can go like you can come over here to charts. This will actually pull up a full a full chart of what it looks like

um as you're flying over the airport. This just shows you like the different the different systems and the fuel, the left tank, the right tank, the fuel, if we have any faults going on.

You're looking at how the inside of our airplane's going. This is not just some like universal simulator. This is the panel and the controls of the Cyberjet, the new SJ36.

Yeah. And it'll be it'll be at MVAA installed into the SJ36. You also have another screen up here, which is super cool. If you have a screen failure, any one of your other screens can take over.

I mean, this system is literally made for anyone to come in that is a certified pilot and be able to get in and fly.

You can pull up camera feeds of the aircraft. It's got a handful of cameras that you'll be able to pull up on the screen here. T, hit the tab. It pulls up your landing gear, pulls up your tail,

pulls up different angles. Yeah. Where you can actually view the aircraft, whether you're on the ground or in flight.

So, there you guys have it. That right there is one of the most complicated tasks any of us have ever been involved in. And there's still a lot of hard work to do. In fact, the hardest work is

probably yet to come. Getting this FAA certified. The testing process means the FAA is going to come in and say, "What does this do under vibration? What does this do under heat, temperature, up, you know, um, all the real world abuse that

an aircraft sees?" And what if this fails? What if this part fails? Does what how does the system revert? There's thousands of failures we have to prove. And how do you how does your system revert to those failures is the big one.

We're still a few years out, but we wanted to give you guys your first look at this that anyone's ever seen.
