Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SozAI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use SozAI for personal or commercial transcription purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Subscription and Billing
Free Tier
We offer a free tier with 30 minutes of transcription per month. Free accounts may have limited features and priority.
Premium Subscription
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $9.99/month. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
Refunds
Refunds are processed according to Apple App Store policies. Please contact Apple support for refund requests.
Service Usage
You agree NOT to:
- Upload content that violates copyright or other intellectual property rights
- Use the Service for illegal activities or malicious purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
- Share your account with others or create multiple accounts
- Overload or interfere with the Service infrastructure
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SozAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the content you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for transcription purposes only.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SozAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of transcriptions and recommend reviewing all generated content.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SozAI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Voice Translation Service
Service Description
The Voice Translate feature provides real-time speech-to-speech translation between two languages. The service converts spoken audio to text, translates the text, and displays the translation on screen.
Third-Party Services
Voice Translate relies on the following third-party services:
- Apple Speech Framework (iOS): On-device speech recognition. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
- Google Speech Recognition (Android): Cloud-based speech recognition. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Cloud Translation API: Text translation service. Subject to Google Cloud Terms of Service.
Accuracy Disclaimer
Voice Translate uses artificial intelligence for speech recognition and translation. While we strive for accuracy, translations may contain errors, especially for:
- Specialized terminology (medical, legal, technical)
- Idiomatic expressions and slang
- Languages with limited training data
- Audio with background noise or unclear speech
Voice Translate is not a substitute for professional human translation or interpretation in situations where accuracy is critical, including but not limited to medical diagnoses, legal proceedings, or emergency communications.
Usage Limits
Free users receive 5 minutes of voice translation per day. Premium subscribers have access to unlimited voice translation. We reserve the right to implement fair usage policies to prevent abuse of the service.
