Permission is granted to temporarily use SozAI for personal or commercial transcription purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

We offer a free tier with 30 minutes of transcription per month. Free accounts may have limited features and priority.
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $9.99/month. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
Refunds are processed according to Apple App Store policies. Please contact Apple support for refund requests.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SozAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the content you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for transcription purposes only.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.
In no event shall SozAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of transcriptions and recommend reviewing all generated content.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SozAI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
