Speaker A
All right, so I built a six-figure digital product business on Pinterest, and it is truly my favorite platform to sell digital products. And the best part about Pinterest is you don't need a massive following to start, and you can actually do it faceless. Pinterest really is unlike any other social media platform because it's actually a search engine just like Google. So people use it to find solutions like how to get healthier, and if your digital product provides that solution when they search, they're likely to be interested in your product. And because [music] Pinterest works like a search engine just like Google, your posts can stay searchable for a really long time. So one post has potential to drive traffic and interest for months or even years down the road. And just for transparency, I do want to pull up my actual dashboard [music] and show you my digital product sales over the last 12 months. And this is just from Pinterest, and as always, these are my personal case study results, and individual outcomes will vary based on your effort. But as you can see, we're at $287,000, and I'm so grateful for this. It actually took me months of trial and error just to figure out how Pinterest actually worked, but seeing the traffic pull through just makes this very much worth it. And again, everything I share in this video is just for educational purposes and is [music] not financial advice, as I can't guarantee your specific results. But I do want to pull back the curtain on exactly what has worked for my business so you can hopefully learn a ton. Now, I'm going to do a quick run-through of the five-step process I followed to grow my digital product business on Pinterest, and then after I'm going to go into each step with you in detail. So first, I picked a viral niche on Pinterest that solved a specific problem. Then I created two digital products as a solution to that problem. I also set up my website to sell the product. I started email marketing to build trust and drive sales. And then lastly, I posted four times daily to promote my digital products. So that summarizes it. Now, I'm going to go into each step with you in detail so that you can better understand my strategy. So the first step, as I said before, was picking a viral Pinterest niche that solved a painful problem. So viral Pinterest niches are like home decor and DIY, recipes and cooking, fashion and beauty, health and wellness, and also personal finance. You can even use the site Pinterest Trends to actually see what's currently trending. So, I think picking one of these trending niches can be an advantage. I'm, of course, in the personal finance niche. It may take you, of course, some time to figure out your niche, but you can brainstorm some ideas and use AI hopefully to help you make a decision. Now, I think it is a lot easier if you actually like the niche you pick or at least are knowledgeable in it, but you know, you can always just pick something and learn more about it as you go. Now, the next thing I did was create two digital products. One was a free one, and the other one I sold for $27. I think $27 is a sweet spot as it's basically an easy buy for a lot of people. Now, you're probably wondering why I created a free digital product. Well, offering something for free allows you to build trust with your audience because they gain value from you, and they don't have to pay for it. If they want more, they can come back and, you know, purchase your paid product. And in your free product, you're able to market your paid product as well for those who just need more help, so it works out great. And the free product can even build you a customer base as now you can gather your audience's names and emails and then eventually start email marketing, which I'll talk about more later. Now, in terms of the paid $27 product, it is a great price point to where it can be an impulse buy, and it's a simple product to create, you know, as your first digital product to see what your audience likes. And of course, with time, you can create, you know, multiple other digital products that, you know, are priced higher, and then your customers, you know, who already bought from you may be interested in your other products. When I first started posting, I was selling products under $30 along with some free ones, and now I've basically sold a variety of different products ranging from $20 to $500. But of course, we all have to start somewhere. Now, next I want to talk about how to actually create digital products. So, when I create my products, I like to make my free, you know, product a short PDF guide that's like seven pages, which helps your audience solve their problem. Then for the $27 product, I like to make it a mini guide that's around like 20 to 50 pages long, which goes into more detail. Now, before I even show you how I create my digital products, I want to share that from my personal experience selling, you know, digital products, the ones that solve a specific problem usually perform a lot better because people pay for solutions. So, for example, if someone wants to eat healthier, they may be interested in purchasing an eating healthy mini guide that gives them, I guess, simple recipes and meal plans. Or, if someone wants to save money, they may just buy a budgeting mini guide that shows them exactly, you know, how to cut expenses and start saving more each month. And if you're like me and you want to, you know, sell a product that solves a problem, then, you know, feel free to brainstorm with Claude or ChatGPT just by asking for, you know, some painful problems in your specific niche that could perform well on Pinterest, and you should get some ideas. Now, I've developed an AI prompt that helps me create excellent digital products, and I want to share it with you in case you want to reference it. It basically comes up with a free and paid digital product that can be sold. The prompt is quite long, so it'll be in the description along with all the other prompts I mentioned in this video. Once I figure out what my digital products will be, I just create the actual content of the digital products, which I use ChatGPT to help me with. And I've also created a specific prompt that helps me, you know, make my first draft of my digital product, which again will be in the description if you want to see it. Now, with the content AI creates, it's very important to fix it up and make it your own original version and add your own ideas to it because, you know, obviously you want it to be authentic. And honestly, it takes me a few days to do this, but it's super important so your product is actually your own digital product. So, for example, this is what the prompt was able to generate me, and of course, I'm going to fix it up and make it original. And again, it takes me a little bit of time. But once your product is pretty much done, the content is done, the next step would just be packaging it nicely in Canva so that each one is like kind of like a slideshow or a mini ebook, and you can then start selling it. So, I just love using Canva, right? 'Cause it's simple and it makes it look really pretty. So, once you're in Canva, you just have to click on templates, then type ebook or guide in the search bar. Then, I just pick a clean, you know, simple template and replace the text with my own content. Of course, you can like play around and, you know, add more slides and customize it however you like. And when it's done, you can just like download them both as PDFs, and they're all ready to go. And I'm talking about the paid and the free product because if you're like me, then you'd probably create the two. Now, one key element you should include is adding a slide at the end of your free product that promotes your paid product. Because this way, someone who actually enjoyed the free product and wanted more information could then purchase your paid one. Now, next step, I want to talk about building your website, and I love using

actually do it faceless. Pinterest really is unlike any other social media platform because it's actually a search engine just like Google. So people use it to find solutions like how to get healthier and if your digital product provides that solution when they search,

03:45
Speaker A
free, you know, product a short PDF guide that's like seven pages, which helps your audience solve their problem.
03:51
Speaker A
Then for the $27 product, I like to make it a mini guide that's around like 20 to 50 pages long, which goes into more detail. Now, before I even show you how I create my digital products, I want to
04:01

share that from my personal experience selling, you know, digital products, the ones that solve a specific problem usually perform a lot better because people pay for solutions. So, for example, if someone wants to eat healthier, they may be interested in

and start saving more each month. And if you're like me and you want to, you know, sell a product that solves a problem, then, you know, feel free to brainstorm with Claude or ChatGPT just by asking for, you know, some painful
04:34

problems in your specific niche that could perform well on Pinterest, and you should get some ideas. Now, I've developed an AI prompt that helps me create excellent digital products, and I want to share it with you in case you

want to reference it. It basically comes up with a free and paid digital product that can be sold. The prompt is quite long, so it'll be in the description along with all the other prompts I mentioned in this video. Once I figure
04:55

out what my digital products will be, I just create the actual content of the digital products, which I use ChatGPT to help me with. And I've also created a specific prompt that helps me, you know, make my first draft of my digital
05:06

product, which again will be in the description if you want to see it. Now, with the content AI creates, it's very important to fix it up and make it your own original version, and add your own ideas to it because, you know, obviously

05:27

of course, I'm going to fix it up and make it original. And again, it takes me a little bit of time. But once your product is pretty much done, the content is done, the next step would just be
05:35
Speaker A
packaging it nicely in Canva so that each one is like kind of like a slideshow or a mini ebook, and you can then start selling it. So, I just love using Canva, right? Cuz it's simple and it makes it look really pretty. So, once
05:46
Speaker A
you're in Canva, you just have to click on templates, then type ebook or guide in the search bar. Then, I just pick a clean, you know, simple template and replace the text with my own content. Of course, you can like play around and,
05:56
Speaker A
you know, add more slides and customize it however you like. And when it's done, you can just like download them both as PDFs and they're all ready to go. And I'm talking about the paid and the free product because if you're like me, then
06:06
Speaker A
you'd probably create the two. Now, one key element you should include is adding a slide at the end of your free product that promotes your paid product. Because this way someone actually enjoyed the free product and wanted more
06:18
Speaker A
information, they could then purchase your paid one. Now, next step, I want to talk about building your website and I love using Stan Store. I basically been selling digital products on here for a while and I just want to quickly show
06:27
Speaker A
you how I set it up. So, you know, you sign up for Stan Store and you can use the link in the description to start with a free trial if you like. Then, you just click add product and then choose
06:35
Speaker A
the product type, which in this case is, you know, a digital product. You just have to upload your digital product, which would be your PDF guide from Canva. You then write a short product description so people know what they're
06:46
Speaker A
getting, which, you know, you can use AI to help you with, of course. You set your price and then you're done. And remember to just repeat this process again for your free product, too. And then you just have to price it at zero
06:55
Speaker A
dollars. But just so you're aware, Stan Store automatically gives an instant download link of your digital product upon purchase, so the fulfillment is handled for you. I love Stan Store. I put it in the description if you just
07:05
Speaker A
want to check it out. And before we continue, I do have a huge announcement to make. So, I'm opening up my group mentorship very soon. So, if you want to be notified when doors open, you can join the wait list in the description.
07:17
Speaker A
And this is designed for anyone looking for a supportive community, coaching from me and my team, and, you know, the structured accountability to help you build out your own business. And for anyone who doesn't, you know, want mentorship quite yet, I opened up a
07:29
Speaker A
brand new digital product class revealing my, you know, entire system of how I start and scale digital product businesses step-by-step. I'll have the class in the description if you want to check it out. Now, after the digital product in the Stan Store is ready, the
07:41
Speaker A
next step is marketing. And first, I want to talk about email marketing. I think most beginners skip this completely, which I think is a mistake because emails are one of the best ways to build trust and drive consistent
07:51
Speaker A
sales. So, email marketing is just collecting emails from people who are interested in your niche, and then sending them, you know, helpful content, tips, and product links straight to their inbox. And if you have a free product, anytime someone opts in for it,
08:03
Speaker A
you'll get their email, and then you can start, you know, sending them emails each week. And even if someone purchases from you, you'll get their email as well. I would say 30 to 40% of my sales are coming from email, which is amazing.
08:14
Speaker A
So, I definitely don't want you to miss out on this. Now, I send out two value-packed emails every week to my audience. This has worked best for me, and the goal is to educate, build trust, and gently position your digital product
08:26
Speaker A
as a natural next step. Now, if you also want to send emails, don't overthink it.
08:29
Speaker A
These emails don't have to be long or complicated. Just share tips, insights, personal stories, or just common mistakes people make in your niche. And at the end, tie it back to how your product actually helps solve that problem. So, to help me out, I use AI to
08:43
Speaker A
write, you know, my weekly emails, and I've made an AI prompt that will come up with new emails weekly for me. I'll have the prompt in the description if you just want to check it out. So, AI helps
08:51
Speaker A
making the email first draft, but remember, you should always, you know, fix it up and make it original and authentic to you. Now, in order to send out your weekly emails inside of Stand Store, you just have to come to more
09:02
Speaker A
email flows, broadcast, and then create an email, and then you just click here, fill all this out, which, you know, the AI prompt helps you generate, then tag everyone, and you can just send this email out to literally everyone on your
09:13
Speaker A
email list. And I do this again twice a week, and, you know, I'm pretty comfortable with that. As I said, I believe this is one of the most important steps when it comes to marketing, and if you want more
09:21
Speaker A
structured roadmap after watching this and want to learn my entire blueprint, both the mentorship waitlist and my digital product class are in the description. Now, next step I want to talk about is creating content and posting on Pinterest to get customers,
09:32
Speaker A
and I found that posting four times a day is the sweet spot. So, here's my Pinterest profile, for example, and here's something I actually posted recently. So, if I click on the post and then click here, it'll bring me to my
09:43
Speaker A
website where I'm selling a digital product. The best part about Pinterest is that every single post you make can link to a specific product. So, basically all the content is working for me, you know, 24/7, which is awesome.
09:53
Speaker A
So, all I do is post four times a day and then link my digital product in each post in order to get customers. Now, I promote the free digital product along with the paid digital product. So, two posts daily that promote the free
10:05
Speaker A
digital product and then two posts that promote the paid digital product. This is honestly giving me the best results.
10:11
Speaker A
Now, of course, next I want to show you how I actually create my Pinterest posts. So, I'm using this ChatGPT prompt today to help me create the posts, description, you know, the title, and pretty much everything for me to
10:21
Speaker A
optimize for views. And don't worry, if you want to get this prompt as well, it'll be in the description again. So, essentially when I insert this prompt in ChatGPT, I just have to fill in the blanks like, you know, ask about the
10:31
Speaker A
product and etc. Then, I just attach this Pinterest image so it has an image to reference and then I just send it off and then in a few minutes it creates the Pinterest image for me. I love this
10:41
Speaker A
prompt because I created it in a way so that it makes original images every time I use it. And I basically just use it to make, you know, four images a day, which two are for my free product and the
10:51
Speaker A
other two for my paid product. But, AI generated images will require, you know, manual review and editing to ensure quality, so this is just a great starting point. And you can always fix it up or change things. Now, if I want
11:02
Speaker A
to post this, all I'd have to do is come to Pinterest, click create pin, and then just upload the image, and then add my digital product link along with everything else here, which actually the ChatGPT prompt makes for you, which is cool. Now, you
11:14
Speaker A
can also create your own Pinterest posts manually in Canva if you like. It just depends on, you know, what you prefer.
11:20
Speaker A
Like, I like sometimes design stuff in Canva if I'm feeling creative. So, that's my posting strategy. It's not super complicated, but I am very consistent and I have been for years.
11:29
Speaker A
Now, there are other popular methods that people like to use to get sales on Pinterest, which is by blogging. So, they will post on Pinterest and a link to a blog post and within that blog post, they can, you know, solve their
11:39
Speaker A
audience's problem and then naturally link to their digital product to get customers that way. I think this method is a great way to build trust and something you can look into. Now, once I reached the point where I was posting
11:50
Speaker A
consistently, seeing great results, and even bringing in regular sales, I knew I wanted to scale things up based on demand. So, basically, I packaged my deeper expertise into like a higher-tiered education starting with a structured mini course that I priced
12:03
Speaker A
around $99 to $150. And then down the road, as, you know, my community kept asking for more hands-on guidance, I built a premium 3 to 5-hour comprehensive masterclass priced at $300 to deliver maximum value. My $27 digital product was just a starting point, but
12:18
Speaker A
once I proved that my offer actually worked, I scaled the business by creating those higher-priced products.
12:23
Speaker A
Also started upselling my buyers, also setting up automated email marketing flows, using AI to just, you know, build simple systems and expanding, you know, to platforms like Threads, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Speaking of Threads, be sure to check out this video
12:37
Speaker A
to learn exactly how I actually market my digital products on that platform. And again, for anyone here who just wants some more support to start this business and learn directly from my experience, you can check out my digital
12:47
Speaker A
product class in the description. And again, if you're looking for, you know, ongoing coaching, accountability, and a community of like-minded entrepreneurs, you can join the waitlist for my group mentorship. I would love to work with you. Thanks so much for watching this
12:59
Speaker A
video. I have tons of content on my channel about digital products. So, if you need more help, be sure to check them out and I'll see you in the next video.
