Speaker A
All right, so yesterday I closed the day at $45,000 in revenue and to be completely transparent with you guys, it was only a 1.86 ROAS, which is not the best in the world.
00:16
Speaker A
I'm usually comfortable with like 2+ ROAS, but the break even on this product is definitely lower, so we're still in margins right here, as you can see, our profit margin was 13%.
00:24
Speaker A
And at one time, I was even making around $1,000 per hour in pure profit, and you know, a lot of people are going to be like, oh, it's only 1.68 or 86 ROAS.
00:32
Speaker A
How do you scale with that, man? Oh, only 13% margins, like, how are you scaling with that? It's still 13% margins.
00:41
Speaker A
I still made $6,000. Would you rather have 30% margins at $1,000 days, or would you rather have 13% margins at $45K days?
00:50
Speaker A
So for me personally, even though these margins aren't the best and this ROAS is not the best, I'd rather have a lower margin at a higher scale than a higher margin at a lower scale.
01:00
Speaker A
That's just me personally, as you can see right here, $6,000 in a single day.
01:06
Speaker A
Really around 11:00 AM is where it kind of tapered off and kind of like evened out, but it was doing pretty good throughout the entire day.
01:15
Speaker A
And like I said, some hours I was even doing around $1,000 profit per hour.
01:20
Speaker A
And anyways, like the title of this video, I sell boring products.
01:24
Speaker A
This product right here, it is not a super trendy product, it's not super seasonal.
01:30
Speaker A
It's nothing like that, this product is super boring.
01:34
Speaker A
I'm basically going to show you guys exactly what I mean right now.
01:37
Speaker A
By the way, before I tell you guys exactly what I mean, if you do want my help one-on-one, because I help other people scale to these crazy numbers as well.
01:45
Speaker A
As you can see right here, I helped someone scale to 20K a day, I helped another person right here scale to 14K a day, literally after one call.
01:50
Speaker A
I helped another person right here scale to 40K in a single day, as you can see right here, very good ROAS, every single day profitable, we scaled up to 40K.
01:56
Speaker A
I helped another student right here scale to 20K in a single day.
02:00
Speaker A
If you want my help one-on-one, make sure to hit the first link down below in the description, and basically, I help you find your winning product, launch your store, manage your ads for you.
02:10
Speaker A
I will literally go into your ads manager, tell you what to kill, what to scale, and basically help you scale from zero all the way to these crazy numbers every single day.
02:17
Speaker A
So if you're interested, go to the first link down below.
02:20
Speaker A
Anyways, I personally sell boring products.
02:23
Speaker A
Now, what I say about boring products is because a lot of people go ahead and try to find these cool products that they want to sell.
02:30
Speaker A
So for example, products that have a wow factor, products that solve a problem.
02:36
Speaker A
Now, a lot of winners do have these attributes, but it's not a requirement personally to go ahead and sell these products.
02:40
Speaker A
People want to sell products that are trendy, and most importantly, from what I've seen.
02:45
Speaker A
People want to sell products that they themselves want to buy.
02:50
Speaker A
Now, this is not a bad thing, except that if you want to make money, you don't necessarily have to find products that have all these attributes.
02:56
Speaker A
Me personally, I'm selling a product, even if the product is super boring, even if the product doesn't look that appealing to me.
03:02
Speaker A
I don't really care if my friends want to buy it, my family members want to buy it, if I want to buy it, I personally don't care who wants to buy that product.
03:09
Speaker A
As long as there's a market out there somewhere.
03:11
Speaker A
Now, because you are a marketer and you're not the market for a specific item.
03:17
Speaker A
Every item's going to seem boring to you and you're not going to want to sell these boring items.
03:23
Speaker A
But for me, here's how I make my money.
03:26
Speaker A
I'm the one selling these boring products.
03:28
Speaker A
Now, for example, if someone's selling like a back pain product and you don't have back pain.
03:33
Speaker A
It's going to seem boring to you.
03:35
Speaker A
If someone's selling a product for a construction workers and you're not a construction worker.
03:40
Speaker A
That product is going to seem boring to you as well.
03:43
Speaker A
Now, for example, this product in front of me might seem boring to the average person.
03:49
Speaker A
But for someone that goes outdoor a lot, or especially somebody that is running, or someone that has a construction job, this item is no longer boring.
04:00
Speaker A
For them, it's like a wow factor, number two, it solves a problem in the heat, and number three, it's no longer a want.
04:08
Speaker A
Like a construction worker probably needs this in order to go ahead to actually continue on with their day job.
04:14
Speaker A
So I personally sell boring products.
04:18
Speaker A
Because to the average person, that product is kind of boring.
04:21
Speaker A
Now, how do I actually find these boring products?
04:25
Speaker A
Well, number one, I actually find something called the rabbit hole method.
04:30
Speaker A
Now, this is a method that I invented a few years ago.
04:34
Speaker A
And pretty much all you want to do is go to Facebook Ads Library, and I'll show you guys how to look like in a bit.
04:40
Speaker A
You want to go to Facebook Ads Library and you want to search up key terms, and you want to go ahead and start jumping to different niches.
04:46
Speaker A
And different audiences and pretty much just be like a rabbit and start jumping around.
04:51
Speaker A
So for example, you might start off at the word shop now.
04:54
Speaker A
Now, here's where most people make the mistake, they take the shop now keyword.
05:00
Speaker A
They keep scrolling, they keep scrolling, and they try to find products on the keyword shop now.
05:06
Speaker A
If it's not shop now, it's like free shipping.
05:10
Speaker A
If it's not free shipping, it's something like 50% off.
05:13
Speaker A
All that good stuff, but what you want to do is that you don't want to stay on these broad keywords.
05:18
Speaker A
Because everybody uses these keywords.
05:20
Speaker A
But you want to find other products in other niches and other audiences.
05:24
Speaker A
So for example, let's just say you're searching up shop now, and all of a sudden, you go into another niche.
05:30
Speaker A
And you see that they're talking about pools, or for example, a pool niche.
05:35
Speaker A
Basically, the summer niche right now, because it's pretty hot out.
05:38
Speaker A
And maybe you find a keyword like the keyword splash, and then you end up in something like the water gun niche, for example.
05:43
Speaker A
You basically find another audience like the water gun, and then you're searching up water guns.
05:48
Speaker A
You find another keyword, let's just say now the keyword is meant for like children, because water guns are toys.
05:53
Speaker A
And now you're in the children niche.
05:55
Speaker A
And you basically just keep hopping around, and you're in the children niche now, and then somehow children ends up being gift giving.
06:02
Speaker A
Or giving like toys to kids.
06:05
Speaker A
Now you're in the gifting niche.
06:07
Speaker A
Like, you would have never hit this niche, the gifting niche, if you kept scrolling on shop now, shop now, shop now.
06:12
Speaker A
You would literally go from the pool to the water gun, to children, and now you're in the gifting niche.
06:19
Speaker A
Here is where I find all these boring products.
06:22
Speaker A
So for example, I'm going to show you guys live right now on Facebook Ads Library.
06:26
Speaker A
All right, so we are on Facebook Ads Library right now.
06:30
Speaker A
So first things first, let's just say we do shop now right here.
06:33
Speaker A
And the next thing you're going to want to do is go ahead and actually try to find a keyword that makes sense.
06:40
Speaker A
So for example, the first products we see right here, you can kind of take some keywords from here.
06:46
Speaker A
For example, ultimate comfort.
06:50
Speaker A
Just go ahead and copy this.
06:53
Speaker A
I'm going to open a new tab right here.
06:56
Speaker A
And pretty much just paste it into here, ultimate comfort.
07:00
Speaker A
And most people, like I said, will keep scrolling here and keep scrolling and keep scrolling.
07:06
Speaker A
And try to find a winning product by scrolling shop now.
07:10
Speaker A
But for us, we're going to head to a completely different niche.
07:14
Speaker A
So for example, ultimate comfort.
07:16
Speaker A
I'm going to go to this niche right here, and as you can see, obviously, we see our original competitor right here.
07:22
Speaker A
But you also see other products that you would have never found if you kept searching shop now.
07:27
Speaker A
For example, this one right here.
07:30
Speaker A
This ad right here doesn't even say shop now.
07:33
Speaker A
At all.
07:34
Speaker A
So you would have never found this ad because this ad doesn't even say shop now.
07:38
Speaker A
But I'm not saying this is a winning product, but if you keep scrolling, you're going to see other ads right here.
07:44
Speaker A
That pretty much would have never showed up if you kept searching shop now, shop now, and shop now.
07:48
Speaker A
As you can see right here, we're in like the ultimate comfort niche, there's a bunch of clothing.
07:53
Speaker A
A bunch of things that makes people's lives comfortable.
07:57
Speaker A
But we can head into another niche, so for example, right here.
08:01
Speaker A
In this product right here, it could be ergonomic pillow or ergonomic design.
08:06
Speaker A
Go ahead and copy this.
08:08
Speaker A
Open another tab.
08:11
Speaker A
And now we're going to jump into another niche, basically the ergonomic niche.
08:15
Speaker A
And ergonomic, it is comfort, but it's usually solving some kind of pain from somebody.
08:20
Speaker A
Or making somebody's life a lot better.
08:24
Speaker A
So we scroll down right here, we might we see a lot of chairs.
08:28
Speaker A
We see a lot of things that are pretty much ergonomic for people.
08:31
Speaker A
But we also see this product right here.
08:34
Speaker A
The ergonomic pillow.
08:37
Speaker A
And like I said, you would have never found this pillow if you kept scrolling on shop now.
08:42
Speaker A
And here is how I find my boring products.
08:47
Speaker A
Now, this product right here is pretty boring.
08:50
Speaker A
You look at it right now, it's just a pillow.
08:52
Speaker A
It's literally just a pillow.
08:54
Speaker A
But you have to position this product to be a very interesting product.
09:00
Speaker A
And obviously, these products, a pillow is going to be hard to go ahead and convince somebody.
09:06
Speaker A
Unless you have an angle to go for.
09:08
Speaker A
And the first thing's first, this is what it does, it basically has an angle for you guys right here.
09:13
Speaker A
Reduces neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain.
09:15
Speaker A
Supports spinal alignment.
09:17
Speaker A
So people that want a better night of sleep, as you can see, no more restless nights, they want to buy this pillow.
09:24
Speaker A
Even though by itself, if you just go ahead and put this item into like a target shelf.
09:30
Speaker A
A lot of people wouldn't buy it just because it's just a pillow, as you know.
09:34
Speaker A
Now, how do I actually know if a product is worth selling or not?
09:38
Speaker A
There's a few product validation I want to go ahead and go through with you guys.
09:41
Speaker A
The first thing's first, product validation.
09:43
Speaker A
Now, as you already know, I don't care if the product has a wow factor or not.
09:48
Speaker A
I don't care if the product even solves a problem or not.
09:52
Speaker A
Now, I'm not saying that winner products don't solve problems.
09:56
Speaker A
A lot of winner products do solve problems, but I don't care at all if a product actually solves a problem or not personally.
10:00
Speaker A
The only thing I'm looking for is that is it recent and is it scaling?
10:04
Speaker A
These are the only two things I'm looking for when it comes to product validation.
10:07
Speaker A
If these two are correct, you're going to have a very good time when it comes to testing products.
10:11
Speaker A
Now, majority of the time, they're either not recent or they're either not scaling.
10:16
Speaker A
So for example, if we could theoretically look into some other competitor Shopify store.
10:21
Speaker A
Their revenue chart should look something like this.
10:25
Speaker A
And you should be able to catch it around right here.
10:27
Speaker A
Now, a lot of Shopify stores, because they're not recent, they're going to look something like this.
10:33
Speaker A
Their revenue chart is going to look something like this.
10:35
Speaker A
Because they've been scaling and they've been cruising for a long time now.
10:40
Speaker A
And yes, maybe once in a while, back then, they did actually scale up, but you didn't catch it over here.
10:46
Speaker A
You caught it over here.
10:48
Speaker A
Now, timing is a very strong aspect when it comes to dropshipping and making dropshipping work.
10:53
Speaker A
Because obviously, with the nature of time.
10:57
Speaker A
If you're late to a product, they already ate up the entire market.
11:00
Speaker A
Now, this part right here is scaling.
11:03
Speaker A
You want to make sure that they're scaling.
11:05
Speaker A
There's a lot of products out there that look like this on Shopify, and you don't want to copy them.
11:10
Speaker A
Like, they're not even doing well themselves.
11:12
Speaker A
Why are you copying somebody that's not even doing well themselves?
11:15
Speaker A
So you want to go ahead and make sure you validate your products by making sure they're scaling and they're recent.
11:21
Speaker A
Now, recent, I literally mean like around one to four weeks.
11:25
Speaker A
This is recent enough.
11:27
Speaker A
Usually, a product that's like a month old plus, it's going to be hard for you to catch up because they've been in the market for so long already.
11:33
Speaker A
And when it comes to scaling, as of right now.
11:36
Speaker A
All you can really check out is are they adding ads consistently?
11:40
Speaker A
It's very rare for somebody, including myself, including all my students, for me to have a winning product and just not add ads.
11:47
Speaker A
That's very uncommon of us.
11:49
Speaker A
A beginner would probably do that and just hey, have a scaling product and just kind of like cruise.
11:54
Speaker A
But most people that are having winning products, we're adding new ads consistently, we're adding fuel to the fire.
12:00
Speaker A
Because we literally want more and more profits.
12:03
Speaker A
And that's exactly how you do it.
12:05
Speaker A
By having more creative.
12:07
Speaker A
So if they're adding ads consistently and they're pretty recent, this is honestly the only product validation we need.
12:12
Speaker A
But there's a lot of tools you can go ahead and verify whether they're recent or not.
12:16
Speaker A
Or if they're scaling or not.
12:18
Speaker A
So, for example, this product we just found right here.
12:21
Speaker A
Go back to the Facebook Ads Library page, we click see ad details.
12:25
Speaker A
Go to about the advertiser, click view ads.
12:28
Speaker A
We're going to go ahead and see if they're recent or not by scrolling all the way down.
12:32
Speaker A
And it seems like they are recent.
12:34
Speaker A
July 13th, which is literally today.
12:36
Speaker A
And there's no more ads before that, but it doesn't mean they didn't launch ads before that.
12:40
Speaker A
Because if you turn off your ads on Facebook Ads Library, it doesn't always not show up.
12:46
Speaker A
So for example.
12:48
Speaker A
If you click the active ads filter right here and turn this off.
12:51
Speaker A
If you scroll all the way down, you can see they have a bunch of inactive ads right here.
12:55
Speaker A
So they actually did launch this product a long time ago, so I'm going to scroll all the way down.
13:00
Speaker A
As you can see, they launched almost a month ago.
13:03
Speaker A
June 4th to June 7th.
13:06
Speaker A
And all of these ads are no longer online.
13:10
Speaker A
But a lot of people might think it's super recent if they have the active ads filter on.
13:14
Speaker A
So, for example.
13:16
Speaker A
For us, we already went ahead and confirmed that they're not recent.
13:20
Speaker A
So we're not going to run this product.
13:22
Speaker A
And we're confirmed, are they scaling or not?
13:25
Speaker A
Now, let's just assume that all of these ads are actually active.
13:30
Speaker A
If I looked at it in this perspective, they are scaling because they're adding ads almost every other day or every single day.
13:36
Speaker A
Obviously, like I said, this is a false example because their ads are inactive.
13:40
Speaker A
But let's just assume they were active and they were recent, this would be a sign for me to go ahead and test this product.
13:45
Speaker A
Now, a lot of people would test this product right here, thinking that they're scaling.
13:50
Speaker A
Because they think that this product looks really good, it has a wow factor, it solves a problem.
13:55
Speaker A
And they're website looks super good.
13:58
Speaker A
So they're definitely making money with it.
14:01
Speaker A
And they test this product themselves.
14:03
Speaker A
I'm telling you right now, it's going to be really hard for you to be profitable with this product.
14:09
Speaker A
Because number one, like I said, it fails both of my validations.
14:12
Speaker A
They weren't recent, and this product is definitely not scaling.
14:15
Speaker A
You're copying somebody that's not even able to make it work.
14:19
Speaker A
So you both literally are not going to make money.
14:21
Speaker A
So me personally, I'm literally just looking at straight facts right here.
14:24
Speaker A
Like straight facts.
14:26
Speaker A
If the products don't match these, I'm not selling them.
14:29
Speaker A
A lot of people put emotion into their product test, they're like, oh, I would definitely buy this product.
14:35
Speaker A
Or this product has a wow factor, or this product is super cool.
14:39
Speaker A
And it solves a problem.
14:41
Speaker A
So they're going to go ahead and test it.
14:42
Speaker A
I'm not saying those are not valid validations, because obviously, people do use them and are profitable with them.
14:49
Speaker A
I'm just saying it's a very low success rate if those are the only validation you go ahead and take into account.
14:54
Speaker A
Now, I do want to say something, this is not the only way to do product research.
14:58
Speaker A
There's something else called pioneering.
15:01
Speaker A
And a lot of people, for some reason, think that, oh, Andrew, you do it this way, so other ways might not work.
15:07
Speaker A
Pioneering does work, but to me.
15:10
Speaker A
It just has a lower success rate than just copying somebody that's doing good already.
15:14
Speaker A
And do you know why I think pioneering works?
15:17
Speaker A
Because I'm the ones copying these pioneers.
15:19
Speaker A
Like these pioneers are bringing TikTok products over to Facebook, or Pinterest products, or Snapchat products, or Amazon products.
15:25
Speaker A
They're bringing products from TikTok, Snapchat, Amazon.
15:30
Speaker A
And they're bringing these products over.
15:32
Speaker A
Even AliExpress as well.
15:34
Speaker A
They're bringing these products over to Facebook, and then they're scaling on Facebook, and then I copy them right here.
15:40
Speaker A
A lot of people try to copy them around this time.
15:44
Speaker A
And these are called the pioneers.
15:46
Speaker A
And like I said, pioneering does work.
15:48
Speaker A
These people find new market angles.
15:51
Speaker A
These people make a product that seems boring into interesting products.
15:55
Speaker A
Unfortunately, I'm not that creative, and I'm not going to try to go ahead and sit here and test a hundred products.
16:00
Speaker A
And make one or two work.
16:02
Speaker A
I'm going to wait until they actually get the product working on Facebook first.
16:07
Speaker A
In my marketplace, and then I'm going to go ahead and sell it with them.
16:10
Speaker A
Like I said, a lot of people, for some reason, believe that pioneering doesn't work because I only copy.
16:15
Speaker A
I'm copying the pioneers.
16:17
Speaker A
So pioneering definitely works.
16:20
Speaker A
If pioneering didn't work, my strategy would not work either.
16:22
Speaker A
So I'm going to let the people pioneer, and I'm going to go ahead and copy them.
16:25
Speaker A
And it makes my job that much easier.
16:27
Speaker A
Now, once you find a product that matches these validations.
16:31
Speaker A
It's still your job to go ahead and include this wow factor and even solves a problem into the target audience.
16:38
Speaker A
Because this is a good validation whatsoever if people are trying to figure out whether or not they want to buy a product.
16:43
Speaker A
So for example, this pillow right here.
16:46
Speaker A
Like I said, this pillow on its own.
16:49
Speaker A
Will not sell on the target shelf.
16:51
Speaker A
But if you put this landing page in front of a person that has really bad sleep, now all of a sudden, this solves their neck, back, and shoulder pain.
16:59
Speaker A
This supports their spinal alignment.
17:01
Speaker A
Suitable for all positions.
17:04
Speaker A
And it's like no more restless nights.
17:06
Speaker A
Now, all of a sudden, this product is a wild product.
17:10
Speaker A
And it's no longer a boring product.
17:12
Speaker A
Another example, the fan that I showed you guys.
17:16
Speaker A
The clip-on fan from AliExpress.
17:18
Speaker A
At first, it seemed like a boring product.
17:20
Speaker A
Now, this website right here, all of a sudden, makes it seem like a really wow factor, cool product.
17:26
Speaker A
Like, you need this product.
17:28
Speaker A
It's not even like.
17:30
Speaker A
It's not even like a thing that people want anymore.
17:32
Speaker A
It's something that they need.
17:34
Speaker A
Like, this this product right here.
17:37
Speaker A
It makes it seem like it's super awesome.
17:39
Speaker A
As you can see, this product is against burnout on the job and built for guys who can't hide in the AC.
17:44
Speaker A
So this landing page is able to go ahead and convince people that they actually need this product right here.
17:50
Speaker A
A lot of things are just in the marketing aspect of it.
17:54
Speaker A
And not the actual product themselves.
17:56
Speaker A
Because like I said, these products are boring on their own.
17:59
Speaker A
All right, in order to go ahead and make a really convincing website and with really good copywriting.
18:04

19:51
Speaker A
Every single thing is already written out for us, all the copywriting, as you can see, ultimate comfort, blissful night sleep.
19:56
Speaker A
Pain-free, stay cool and cozy all night.
20:00
Speaker A
All the images are here.
20:02
Speaker A
If you scroll all the way down.
20:04
Speaker A
Transform your sleep right here.
20:06
Speaker A
Unparalleled comfort and relief.
20:10
Speaker A
It made this boring pillow into something that people need to get a good night sleep.
20:16
Speaker A
As you can see, perfect for side sleepers.
20:18
Speaker A
Love the softness.
20:20
Speaker A
Elevate your sleep experience.
20:22
Speaker A
It makes this pillow seem like it's some high-tech, crazy pillow, but it's an AliExpress for like 36 bucks.
20:28
Speaker A
As you can see right here, boring pillow.
20:30
Speaker A
But because we're able to go ahead and convince our customers that they need this pillow right here to have good sleep and neck pain-free sleeping.
20:38
Speaker A
That's exactly how you turn a boring product into a product that people think they need.
20:42
Speaker A
Like this pillow right here.
20:44
Speaker A
And you need a good website to go ahead and convince them.
20:47
Speaker A
Or else, they're not going to buy.
20:48
Speaker A
Now, once you finish with the website, you're going to go ahead and need to work on the creatives.
20:52
Speaker A
Or basically, something that goes ahead and convinces people to even click into your website in the first place.
20:58
Speaker A
Or else, no one's even going to go ahead and click on your website if you don't have a good ad creative.
21:01
Speaker A
Now, how do you convince somebody to buy a boring product?
21:04
Speaker A
Remember, the product is really boring.
21:06
Speaker A
And you need to go ahead and find an angle to go ahead and make the product exciting for the person.
21:11
Speaker A
And the easiest way to do that is literally find an avatar that literally matches your market.
21:16
Speaker A
So for example, if you were a construction worker, right, and your construction job, and the avatar that's selling you the cool bliss fan.
21:23
Speaker A
Like the clip-on fan.
21:26
Speaker A
If the avatar was a teenager, or somebody that works in an office job.
21:30
Speaker A
They already has AC.
21:32
Speaker A
Or someone like a mom.
21:33
Speaker A
Would you listen to those people selling this product?
21:36
Speaker A
Probably not.
21:37
Speaker A
But who you will listen to is another construction worker.
21:41
Speaker A
Or someone that goes ahead and looks like you and talks like you.
21:44
Speaker A
Right, another construction worker.
21:46
Speaker A
This literally happens all the time.
21:48
Speaker A
Like, think about how brands utilize celebrities that people look up to, or celebrities that people are familiar with, like Ryan Reynolds and Mint Mobile.
21:55
Speaker A
Mint Mobile, super boring product.
21:57
Speaker A
Just literally a phone plan.
21:59
Speaker A
But all of a sudden, we have Ryan Reynolds advertising it, and Ryan Reynolds doing the behind the scenes of the ads, all of a sudden, Mint Mobile is blowing up now.
22:06
Speaker A
Same thing with like Kai Cenat and Bang Energy.
22:09
Speaker A
Like, this right here is a really boring product.
22:12
Speaker A
Just a can of energy.
22:14
Speaker A
But since you have people that are advertising it, that are super relatable, like Kai Cenat right here.
22:20
Speaker A
You're going to want to go ahead and relate to yourself.
22:22
Speaker A
And go, oh, I need this product.
22:24
Speaker A
Same thing for Crocs.
22:26
Speaker A
Literally, I remember in high school or like middle school, nobody wore Crocs.
22:30
Speaker A
They were super ugly.
22:32
Speaker A
And it was a really old-looking product.
22:34
Speaker A
As you can see, the new Crocs campaigns.
22:37
Speaker A
They're super popular now.
22:39
Speaker A
They literally have someone like Saweetie right here.
22:42
Speaker A
Advertising their product.
22:44
Speaker A
Lil Nas X having their product right here.
22:46
Speaker A
And now Crocs are super cool and people are wearing them all the time.
22:50
Speaker A
And like I said, it's only happens when the avatar is the same person that you're advertising to.
22:54
Speaker A
Now, for creatives, you can go ahead and use Arc Ads.
22:57
Speaker A
And the cool thing about Arc Ads right now is that you can actually clone a person.
23:00
Speaker A
You can literally take a screenshot of somebody and go ahead and clone them.
23:03
Speaker A
I'll show you guys my Arc Ads dashboard in like two seconds.
23:05
Speaker A
But you can literally clone them now.
23:08
Speaker A
And not only can you clone them, you can go ahead and use Eleven Labs and connect it to your Arc Ads.
23:13
Speaker A
And what Eleven Labs is really cool now, because you can go ahead and do something called voice changer.
23:18
Speaker A
Now, I know voice changers aren't like the newest thing ever.
23:21
Speaker A
But when combined with AI voices, they sound really realistic, right?
23:26
Speaker A
Because number one, the main reason why AI advertising or AI marketing wasn't doing that well.
23:32
Speaker A
Was because number one, the avatars weren't similar to the ones that you're selling to.
23:37
Speaker A
Because they were all like template avatars.
23:41
Speaker A
You know, just like regular like white moms sitting there.
23:44
Speaker A
Talking to the camera.
23:46
Speaker A
Whereas if you want to go ahead and advertise like a doctor or a construction worker.
23:51
Speaker A
There weren't that many AI avatars for that.
23:53
Speaker A
And number two, the AI voice just sounded so fake because the tonality is off.
24:00
Speaker A
And a lot of times, construction workers, doctors, and people that are on TikTok all day, they all sound different.
24:07
Speaker A
They all have different like languages and lingoes.
24:10
Speaker A
And the perfect example is.
24:13
Speaker A
You won't see a doctor going like, yo, honestly, your health is clap, fam.
24:19
Speaker A
If you need to go ahead and live longer, you need to go ahead and lock in.
24:24
Speaker A
Like, he's not going to say that.
24:25
Speaker A
So a lot of things can be solved right now by actually cloning the AI person.
24:30
Speaker A
Which you can do.
24:31
Speaker A
I'll show you guys in just a second.
24:32
Speaker A
And the second thing is that you go ahead and do voice changer, where you go ahead and record yourself in front of a camera.
24:38
Speaker A
Or in front of a microphone.
24:41
Speaker A
And talk like the avatar that's supposed to go ahead and buy from.
24:45
Speaker A
And all you need to do is change your manly voice, I'm assuming you're a guy.
24:50
Speaker A
But you need to go ahead and change your manly voice to a voice that makes sense for the avatar.
24:55
Speaker A
So for example, if it's a teacher selling a product.
24:58
Speaker A
You have to go ahead and clone a voice and clone an AI voice from a teacher.
25:02
Speaker A
That they sound like a teacher.
25:04
Speaker A
So you're going to go ahead and clone the AI person.
25:07
Speaker A
And clone the voice.
25:09
Speaker A
And basically, just do a voice changer.
25:11
Speaker A
So for example, go to Arc Ads right now.
25:12
Speaker A
So as you can see, I'm on Arc Ads right now.
25:15
Speaker A
You can literally connect your Eleven Labs to import your voices from your library now, which is great.
25:19
Speaker A
But in order to go ahead and clone somebody.
25:22
Speaker A
Click new project right here.
25:24
Speaker A
You go ahead and click add actors.
25:27
Speaker A
And you can choose these template actors, or if you need a real actor.
25:32
Speaker A
Or if you want to go ahead and choose an avatar that's not on a template already.
25:37
Speaker A
You can go ahead and click create actor right here.
25:39
Speaker A
And you can either do a generation from a prompt.
25:42
Speaker A
Or upload a picture.
25:44
Speaker A
And that's exactly what I did.
25:46
Speaker A
I uploaded a picture of somebody.
25:48
Speaker A
As you can see right here.
25:50
Speaker A
And now this person literally looks like the exact same person, but they're going to go ahead and talk the script that I gave them.
25:55
Speaker A
As you can see right here.
25:57
Speaker A
This is what I did.
25:59
Speaker A
I created this AI avatar.
26:00
Speaker A
Hi, I'm one of the natural AI actors you can use for your ads.
26:04
Speaker A
It's crazy now.
26:06
Speaker A
You can literally clone somebody.
26:08
Speaker A
And make them talk whatever you want.
26:10
Speaker A
So that's the first thing.
26:12
Speaker A
If you need an avatar for specifically your product, you can go ahead and clone them.
26:17
Speaker A
And for me, for this product that I was running, I needed a clip of a girl in front of a podcast mic.
26:23
Speaker A
Because the original competitor, that's what they were doing to advertise.
26:26
Speaker A
And then I need to go ahead and use voice changer and change my voice and tonality into this girl.
26:32
Speaker A
Like I said, because AI voices aren't going to be the best at coming to terms with the tonality.
26:37
Speaker A
And basically, saying the right languages.
26:39
Speaker A
So yeah, it's pretty much it.
26:42
Speaker A
If you want to go ahead and work with me one-on-one, go to the first link down below in the description.
26:48
Speaker A
I help people scale to 20K a day before.
26:50
Speaker A
As you can see.
26:51
Speaker A
14K a day after one single call with them.
26:54
Speaker A
40K in a single day.
26:56
Speaker A
20K in a single day.
26:58
Speaker A
I hope you guys learned a lot.
27:00
Speaker A
